Chapter 12

CHARLIE!

I screamed. "Charlie!" I yelled. "Why are you here? Here in Florda I didn't expect to see you!" Then I noticed my eror. "I mean, Dad, it's very nice to see you."

Charlie glored at me. "WHat aRE You DOing HERE, yoUNG LADy?!" he EXPLODERED with a raging rage. "WHY AREN'T YOU in FORKS? You DISSAPEARED without even TELLING ME you were GOING ANYWHERE and now I haven't SEEN YOU for A TIME and now I find you IN FLORDA how did you even GET HERE?" I cowevered. "I mean you DIDN'T EVEN TELL ME or your MOTHER and we're worried SICK because we don't know where you ARE and your mother herd you were in PHOENIX but didn't say HI HOW COULD YOU? YOU ARE SO INCREDIBLY GROUNDED!" I shivered.

Charlie stomped meaningly on all my chocolate scarily, and I wimpered, "I just bought all that!" I sobbed. "AND THAT'S ANOTHER THING! HOW COULD YOU BUY ALL THIS CHOCOLATE? THE STORE NEEDS TO SELL IT! I WANTED TO BUY IT! THIS IS COMPLETELY INAPROPROIT OF YOU!" he snatched. He stapled over to the counter whear I just finished buying all the chocolate, and belowed, "I want one box of biscuits please. Where are the biscuits please?" The desk guy pointed. Charlie grabbed a box of biscuits angrily. "WHERE ARE ALL THE CHOCOLATE ONES? I WANTED CHOCOLATE BISCUITS!" he growled. The desk guy pointed at me.

"BELLA!" he whispered. "WHY ARE YOU ON THE FLOOR? THAT floor is FILTHY and you have no IDEA where it's BIN! get of the floor right now young lady! AND GIVE ME SOME OF THOSE CHOCOLATE BISCUITS!" and then he noticed that we are in Florda. "and WHY ARE YOU in FLORda? THIS IS SUCH A RANDOM PLACE TO BE! YOU should be back in BORING OLD FORKS, not some FUN FILLED THEME PARK RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! Why I otta drag you HOME AND GROUND YOU for 10000000000 YEARS! you have NO RIGHT to be ANYWHERE but HOME, not with the way you've been acting lately! HOW DO I KNOW YOU AREN'T GOING TO RUN OF BACK TO THAT EDWARD BLOKE AGAIN?" When I herd him say Edward's name, I started to sob. "AND WHY ARE YOU CRYING?" he flustered. "I FORBID YOU TO CRY!" I cried more. "That is IT YOUNG LADY, I am SO done of YOUR BACKTALK, you are GROUNDED for TIL COLLEGE!" He took a bite of his biscuit. "THIS BISCUIT IS DELISIUS! AND YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY UNTIL YOU STOP CRYING!" he humphed lousily. "IN FACT, NO BISCUITS FOR YOU EVER! and you KNOW WHAT?" I wimpered again, he looked way too scary. "YOU CAN'T HAVE ANY OF THAT CHOCOLATE, EITHER! your OTHER punishment is that I AM TAKING ALL YOUR CHOCOLATE!" and he tried to snach all my chocolate away from me, but it didn't work, because just at that moment, Donna came in!

She went to him and stared at him agresively. "How dare you to yell at my friend?" She exclaimed. She looked like she was going to get into her fighting stans, but I tried to tell her not to, since he's my dad. She never met my dad before. "No, don't, he's CHARLIE!" I shooted. "What are you doing in Florda?" Donna queeried. "Did you track us down and Bella?!" Just then, Crescent bustered through the door too, looking after having herd us all shooting. "Oh, yeah! How did you find us, all the way in Florda, Charlie!?" I demanded knowingly. "WHAT does he even doing here?!" Crescent breathed.

All of the comotion had taken my mind of of Edward for a while, but then all of a sudden something made me remember him again, and I started crying. I could feel the lipid tears, rolling down my cheeks like a rolling and brewing streem, when I thought about his glistering skin, and his rock hard jaw line that was as chizzly as an enormus marble statue… Suddenly, all I could think about was Edward, and it made me so sad, that I grabbed some of the chocolate that Charlie tried to snach out of my hand, and ate it sobbingly. But, Charlie saw me eating and crying, and he THUNDERED, "GIVE THAT DELICTABLE CHOCOLATE BACK TO ME RIGHT NOW, YOUNG LADY, YOU ARE MEGA GROUNDED!" I frowled at him irritatingly. Right now, I was SO DONE crying, and I NEEDED some of MY chocolate, and to get on the road again, to find my Edward, so I could see those chizzly abs and jaw line, and that glistering skin… I brought myself back on topic. I needed to get going, so I couldn't start crying again. I turned around, to my back on Charlie, and stumpled out the door huffily.

After I stormed out of the rest stop, Belladonna and Crescent came racing over after me. "Bella, are you OK?" Donna freaked. I shaked my head no. "No, I'm not all right! I miss Edward, and Charlie was yelling at me, and all my chocolate is gone, and… I want to do something." Crescent smiled down at me. "What do you want to do?" I didn't know, and I said that. "I don't know," I said. "Just something. Something perductive." I muttled. "Maybe then we should get back onto the road?" Donna mentioned. "Okay, I nodded." Maybe being back on the road, heading back to Edward, where he is in Chicago, whill make me feel better. I dredded to think what my life would be like if I had to go back to the dredded town of Forks. I hate it there. It seems like finding Edward is my only way of being happy in Forks, and I think I will like that. I know I need Edward, but I think I could stand to stay in Forks if I had him. You never know, but all I know is that getting a move on right now will bring me closer to feeling good again. "Okay, then let's get in the car then!" Donna spelled, and we all bounced into the car. We were just about to take of driving again, when I heard a weird noise. I stuck my head out the window, and I saw CHARLIE scrampling out of the rest stop. He came running with a fearce look on his face, like he was really really mad about something. His eyebrows were all scrumpled, and his eyes looked furyous. He started to growel, and I got really nervous. He just keeped running, right twords us! Then, all of a sudden, he made a really loud war cry and he tackeled the car! He landed right on top of the roof, and there was a really loud thump, and then he was trying to scramble to try to get inside! I heard him pounding and pounding on the roof, like he was trying to rip it of! He was like a wild and rabid animal, snarkling and trying to get to its helpless prey. Only this time, we weren't helpless! While he was still flialing around on the roof, I yelled "STEP ON IT!" to Donna, and we shooted away! With a loud crash, Charlie went flying of the roof and landed on the ground of the parking lot of the rest stop, and we drove away before he could get up. I turned around in my seat to watch him get up of the ground, and he started chasing after us. It looked like he was yelling his head of, but I couldn't hear since we were so far away. I giggled and turned back around in my seat, and then we drove back off into the sunset, headed towards Chicago and my love.
