Thanks for the reviews, favorites, and follows. I don't know where this story is going so I apologize in advance.

The ride to Olivia's apartment had been silent with the older detective not daring to attempt to get the blonde to open up, and Amanda silently stared out the window. She had sobered up quickly since shit hit the fan at the precinct.

Once inside the apartment, the brunette told Amanda the guest room was made up already. The younger detective quietly thanked Olivia and made her way to the spare room, shutting the door behind her. That is where she had stayed the entire night.

Amanda turned on music from her iphone, made sure it wasn't too loud, and set it on the night stand before she slipped into some pajamas that she had kept at Olivia's.

It was Demi Lovato's album "Unbroken". Her favorite song was "Skyscraper", but Amanda had put the whole album on repeat.

As she lay in bed, her mind wondered to everything that had occurred that night. She had flipped out on Fin, called her best friend a bitch, and the entire squad, including her captain, had found out about her rape and her gambling problem.

The blonde felt like she just wanted to die. It was all too much. Maybe it was better this way, she thought. Maybe it all happening at once was a good thing. Getting everything out in the open, no secrets and nothing else to hide from the people she worked with.

Olivia sat on her couch with her glasses on in her living room with a glass of red wine, trying to finish her paperwork for the night. She usually would have turned on the TV for background noise but right now she was listening to the faint music coming from Amanda's room.

The older detective knew her friend needed space to digest everything that had happened. Amanda needed time to herself but she didn't need to be alone, which is why she had come home with Olivia. Amanda could take all the time to herself that she needed while knowing her friend would be near if she needed anything.

Tomorrow, they both had the day off, which was refreshing for once since they both needed a break.

The next morning, Olivia got up and made eggs and bacon for herself and the blonde. Amanda would need to eat something, especially since she was most likely emotionally drained.

After the brunette had finished cooking, she decided to go see if Amanda was up.

She knocked on the door lightly, "Amanda?"

Olivia heard some shifting around and then, "Yeah, you can come in Liv".

The older detective opened the door to see the blonde still lying in bed but it was clear that she had been awake for a bit.

"Hey," Olivia said with a small smile, "I made some eggs and bacon if you want some. It's in the kitchen."

"Thanks," Amanda replied, "I'll be there in a sec."

The brunette, who was still wearing her pajamas, headed back to the kitchen and fixed herself a plate of food, opting to sit at the bar and eat.

A few minutes later, Amanda showed herself, fixing a plate of mostly bacon and a small amount of eggs, and helping herself to the orange juice.

When the blonde sat down, she was sure to leave a chair between herself and the other woman, which didn't go unnoticed by Olivia.

After a few beats, the brunette couldn't stand the silence anymore.

"You don't have to do this." She looked at Amanda, who gave her a small questioning glance. "Put distance between us and all," Olivia finished. She meant it figuratively and literally.

"Called you a bitch." The younger detective stated without looking up from her plate. "Figured you'd want the space."

Another long pause happened. "How long has the gambling been going on?" Olivia questioned, causing Amanda to look up at her friend.

It was several seconds before the younger detective replied, "Since I got to New York." Upon seeing the look of surprise on her friend's face, she gave a further explanation, "It wasn't that bad, just a few bets here and there. Then I stared losing and the bets got bigger. I just lost my footing for a bit…"

"Why didn't you tell me." Olivia question, her eyebrows bunching together in confusion.

"Right…" the blonde replied.

"I'm serious, Amanda."

"Oh yeah… 'Hey Liv, by the way along with my sexual assault and rape, I also have a gambling problem too!' and add it to all of my other fucked-up-ness?" Amanda replied, catching Olivia by surprise.

The younger detective was now in tears after her sudden outburst. She got up and walked into the living room. Olivia jumped up out of her chair to follow the blonde. "Amanda!" she called out.

"No, Olivia!" Amanda stated, "I'm tired of breaking! I'm tired of fucking up… being the fuck up!" she exclaimed as she paced back and forth in the living room.

The blonde backed up against the couch but bypassed the couch and slid down onto the floor, bringing her knees up to her chest and putting her head in her hands. She was sobbing.

Olivia stalked over to her and sat down directly beside her friend, putting her arms around her, letting Amanda rest her head on Olivia's shoulder.

"It's alright, Amanda…" Olivia whispered in the younger woman's ear as she held her. "It's going to be alright…"

"I'm scared, Liv." The blonde mumbled into Olivia's shoulder. The brunette gripped her friend tighter.

"I know, honey… I know."

Amanda sat up, still slightly leaning on Olivia, and began to wipe the tears off her face as the brunette retracted her arms. "What if I don't get better?" she asked.

"That won't happen." Olivia replied confidently.

"I don't know..." She told Oliva.

"I won't let it happen, Amanda. You know that." The older detective replied, as she looked at her younger friend with loving eyes.

They sat in silence for a long time while still on the floor.

"We need a night out." Olivia stated out of the blue. "There's too much seriousness. too much tension going on. We need to blow off some steam."

The blonde let out a snort, "That your way of saying you need some ass?" she questioned.

The older detective rolled her eyes and smiled. "No!" she said, lightly jabbing Amanda with her elbow.

"Seriously, how long's it been?" Amanda questioned.

"How long have you been in therapy?" Olivia replied.

"Wow, that long huh?" the blonde replied in surprise. That must have been a recent record for Olivia.

The brunette let out a small laugh and shifted. She wasn't proud and she wasn't embarrassed.

"I think we should just go out… have some fun. We both need it." Olivia told her friend.

"Alright." Amanda replied.

I thought about trying to make another chapter where Olivia has to help Amanda with sexual problems and vice versa, I just don't know but I'm open to any suggestions. Thanks for reading.
