Chapter 11
(Harry)
When Harry got off of the train he was greeted my many hugs from his mother, , a very brief one from Zara, and one from Ginny that everyone seemed to notice lingered too long and wasn't awkward like many of their other hugs had been.
Harry headed home with his parents and Zara where unlike any other car rides he had been in, Zara was silent. She just stared out the window with a blank look on her face. Jeez, I barely had time to realize how bad it was last night. Harry told Ginny knowing fully well she would know what he meant.
Yea, Ginny started to say in his mind. I've been hanging out a lot more with a girl named Luna Lovegood who lives nearby.
Oh, you've never mentioned her, Harry replied.
Yea, thats because I've been to infatuated with you, Harry blushed.
Thanks love, Harry said. I think my parents are saying something. Talk tonight?
Yeah, Ginny said as he closed the mind link.
"-was school?" Lily finished asking Harry.
"Can you please repeat that mum. I kind of dazed off."
Lily spoke again, "How was school?"
"Oh, it was nice. A couple new friends, a couple not so friendly Slytherins," James chuckled at that and Lily scowled at him. Harry thought he saw Zara's reflection in the window frown at that. "Some good teachers, some bad ones, defeating Voldemort again. You know the drill," Harry joked and his parents laughed while Zara remained silent.
He turned to his younger sister and frowned. "Are you okay sis?" he asked softly.
She turned to him and gave him an obviously fake smile. "Yeah, just deep in thought."
If she really is deep in thought she's been deep in thought for a very long time now, Ginny told him through the bond.
Summer started off with mixed feelings for him and Ginny. Towards the end of the day they would always start to feel weak and Ginny would start teleporting to Harry to sleep with him to regain there strength. Sadly all the Weasley children were tasked chores including Ron and Ginny so Harry rarely got to see Ron for the first few weeks of summer while he pretty much only saw Ginny at night.
Harry was also forced to stay home most of the time because the few times he went to Diagon Alley he was swarmed by the press. On the bright side he was able to finish his homework in the first month of summer.
Zara was being her new self, being isolated in her room and only coming out for mealtimes or to fly around the manor.
Harry had just finished the rest of his summer homework when Ginny started talking to him. Harry! I feel, really weak all of the sudden. What's happening? Suddenly Harry felt something too. He couldn't walk, let alone stand. He fell to the ground and passed out cold.
(Dumbledore, minutes before Harry passed out)
Dumbledore was walking through the ministry with Fawkes perched on his shoulders. He was just asked my the Minister of Magic, Cornelius Fudge, for advice on his upcoming interview with Rita Skeeter when a very shaky owl approached him. "Ah Errol," Dumbledore said taking the parchment from Molly Weasley.
Dear Albus,
This is urgent. My daughter, Ginny, has just suddenly passed out. I have tried all sorts of things to wake her up but nothing is working. I know you are probably busy at the moment but I really don't know what to do.
-Molly Weasley
Suddenly a snowy white owl appeared next to Errol. "Of course Harry must be concerned for you Ginevra as well," Dumbledore said to himself while taking the parchment from Hedwig.
Dear whoever gets this,
Harry has suddenly passed out. Mum, Dad, and Sirius are working. If you are not busy please come help.
-Zara Potter
The old man chuckled to himself. "Of course, the bond must've kicked in due to them not seeing each other enough. I'm surprised this hasn't happened sooner."
Dumbledore turned to look at Fawkes who rested on his shoulders. "Ok Fawkes, we must visit a young unconscious Weasley."
(Harry)
Harry didn't know how long it had been since he had been knocked out but he suddenly woke up on his parents bed with his hand clasped in Ginny's. He turned to see her brown eyes staring into his. "Oh Harry," Ginny said. Suddenly she lunged forward and her lips met his for a brief moment before they parted and saw the audience they had. James was chuckling while Lily had a blank stare on her face on Harry's side. While on Ginny's side of the bed had an awkward grin while looked outraged, luckily she refrained from saying anything. Across from Harry he saw Dumbledore looking at him and Ginny with a twinkle in his eye. "Harry, Ginevra," Dumbledore said. "I think it's time we share your little secret with your parents.
Next chapter will be Harry and Ginny explaining the bond with their parents. I might do it in Ginny's POV because it is he is a lot more angered by this situation than either of the other parents. If you have any questions please ask them and don't forget to leave a review!
