Callie rushed home. She had just talked to Addison and Dr. Montgomery was coming back to Seattle for a while. She couldn't wait to tell Arizona the news.
She opened the door after a little fight with the lock and when she finally entered the house, she saw Addison standing in the middle of the living room with a glass of wine in her hand. Callie let go of her bag and ran towards her friend engulfing her in a big hug.
"How… how…"Addison chuckled.
"Calm down, Dr. Torres. I was just trying to surprise you, with the help of your wife, obviously". Callie turned to Arizona and gave her a quick kiss.
"Hi sweetie. So you decided to plan all this behind by back?
Arizona poured some wine into a glass and gave it to her wife. "Well, I shouldn't take credit for this, it was Addison's idea".
The three women sat on the couch with Callie in middle, holding Arizona's hand. She was slowly sipping her wine when Addison decided to push a sensitive subject.
"So, I know that Dr. Boswell talked to you the other day." Callie sighed.
"Yeah, she did."
Addison smiled. "That bitch has some nerve"
Arizona opened her mouth in surprise and then started to laugh.
"I had forgotten how straight forward you are, Addison."
"Well, somebody needs to put her in her place. And if you two can't do it, don't worry anymore. Dr. Montgomery has arrived to save the day from all the bitchy doctors who speak the vagina monologues." Callie spat her wine and Arizona was quick to pat her on the back.
"Addie, we can deal with her. I can deal with her. I was tired and I wasn't expecting to see her, especially at my office. But next time I'm going to deal with her."
"Uhh, latin rage, me gusta." said Addison wiggling her eyebrows. "And how are things between you two?"
Arizona and Callie exchanged a meaningful look. "We're fine. We're more open to talk about stuff and that is actually bringing us closer together."
"You both made mistakes along the way. At the end of the day, we are only human and vulnerable even if sometimes people see us like some kind of Gods." Arizona nodded. Callie squeezed her wife's hand and got up to fill her glass with some more wine.
"Has your sex life improved with all this?" Arizona was shocked. She was afraid Sofia was going to wake anytime soon and hear inappropriate things. She opened her mouth and closed it a few times until her wife answered Addison's question.
"We… we still haven't…"
"What? So you've just been making out, holding hands… That kind of stuff? Jesus, this house is too PG-13 for me. I'm starting to feel like a sinner around you." Addison put her glass on the coffee table, grabbed her purse and put on her glasses. Then, she grabbed a napkin and a pen and looked at the two women standing in front of her.
"Hi, I'm Dr. Addison Montgomery and I'll be your sexual therapist today. So, Mrs. Torres, what seems to be the problem with you?"
"You've got to be kidding me, Addie." when Callie noticed Addison waiting for an actual answer, she couldn't hold back her laughter any longer. Arizona was still in shock.
"I think we are trying to take things slowly." Callie gazed at her wife in surprise, not expecting her to answer Addison's crazy question.
"Oh my sweet peas, you're not taking things slowly. You're not taking things, at all! When I leave your house tonight, I want you both to screw each other's brains out. Do you want a written prescription or should I take your word for it?
"Addison!" said both Arizona and Callie. Addison just looked at them. Callie was trying to think about what to say next. She really wanted to make love to Arizona again but she wasn't sure she was ready. Arizona was biting her lip and fidgeting with her hands on her lap.
"I promise you" she said in a casual tone. She then turned to her wife and winked, with a big smile plastered on her face showing her cute dimples. Callie nodded and started to lean. She kissed Arizona, slowly at first, but the kiss was starting to become heated. They were interrupted by Addison.
"Ladies, please. I'm still here and I would like to have some dinner. I'm starving. I'm sure you are as well, although I think it's for completely different reasons. Move people, come on. Let's set the table".
Addison said goodbye to her friends after 1 am. Arizona was feeling nervous and she didn't really know what to do next. Callie seemed to notice that and hugged her wife.
"We don't need to do anything, if you don't want to." She said trying to reassure Arizona. The blonde looked her in the eyes for a moment. Callie's hand was rubbing her arm, up and down. Suddenly, Arizona grabbed her wife's waist and kissed her. The kiss was fueled by desire and passion.
"Do you really think I don't want this? I was just waiting for you to make the first move." said Arizona when they pulled apart.
"Oh, so I have to be the one making the first move? It's always me."
"Really? If remember correctly, I was the one giving you a pep talk inside a dirty bathroom. Oh, and I kissed you by the way."
"Yeah, I remember that. Things were easier back then, weren't they?" they were still holding each other.
"They were. But we can't be under the impression that everything needs to be hard from now on. We can still be happy. And it would really make me happy if you could join me in our bedroom."
"Yeah? For what?"
"I don't know. Maybe something that doesn't make Addison feel like a sinner anymore next time she visits us."
"So, enough teenage make out sessions?" Arizona didn't answer. She just walked to their bedroom, her eyes bright and her dimples showing more than ever.
