Chapter 12

She was stressed. It wasn't a surprise really. Anyone would be stressed under the current circumstances however her stress wasn't his primary concern. His first concern was apprehending that piece of shit and delivering him to the minister and holding him down while the dementor sucked the black thing that Collin called a soul out of his body. Once that was done he, Ginny and their girls could go back to their lives. Harry had planned on making sure that they lived the rest of their lives together. Maybe even adding one or two more children into the mix.

But second to that he was concerned with Ginny's mourning. He'd never known Luna but it was clear that she'd been everything to Ginny during her life. Their father died right after Zoe was borne and their mother had walked out on them when the girls were two. When he'd learned that he'd thought that was one of the reasons she was so good with Lilly. Ginny understood his daughter in a ways that he and Lilly couldn't begin to realize yet. But when Luna died Zoe had needed Ginny and he knew that she'd pushed her own grief aside in order to give the little one everything she needed. Now, with this new information on how her sister had died he had no doubt in his mind all the feelings from that time had resurfaced and were most likely stronger than ever.

She hadn't slept a wink and had barley eaten anything. She was working nonstop to catch the bastard. He'd been working just as hard to bring Collin down but he'd eaten and would nap when he could. He worried that she would drop dead of exhaustion before they got the chance to catch him.

The trap was set. A hooker had turned up dead and Fiona had been able to make contact with Collin through some other girls. They were going to set up a trap he had a fake appointment with a hooker (or so he thought). Fiona had made it and during their conversation she'd mentioned that she knew Ginny. No doubt the bastard expected to find Ginny and then Zoe through her. The meet was midnight tonight. Given that it was 5am now Harry took matters into his own hands. He couldn't let Ginny go into action in the state she was in. He'd slipped something into her tea, a calming herb and within the hour she was out like a light. He moved her to the bedroom and began formulating the plan of action. The basic plan was simple, Harry, Ginny, His father and mother would be strategically hidden in the room in the obscure hotel that no one else inhabited at the moment. Sirius would take the polyjuice potion and pose as the hooker, once Collin's guard was down they'd jump him, knock him out and transport him. But in his experience anything could go wrong at any moment. And if you didn't have a plan for every possibility that could go wrong you'd loose and that meant causality's. He couldn't risk that. Not with his family and most certainly not with Ginny.

By the time noon hit he figured he had a solid plan for every possible outcome. If Collin suspected something he could charm the room with gas that could impair anyone. He wrote his mother and asked her to bring a potion that would render any charms that Collin had manufactured useless against them. If Collin had lackeys they could be easily taken care of with a disillusion charm. It would cause them to see Collin as the enemy and after a few moments they would become so confused they would fall unconscious. He had several other plans for various situations.

When Ginny woke she felt as if she'd slept for a year. Rolling over she glanced at the clock. 3pm the meet was in nine hours. It was good she slept. She'd realized that Harry had slipped her something after her first sip but he was right too. She needed to sleep if she wanted to be at her best tonight. Eat too. The idea of food made she stomach churn but she hobbled down to the kitchen and made some eggs. She needed the protein but couldn't handle something large. She also had some toast.

She was eating when Harry came into the kitchen. The sight thrilled him. She looked up at him.

"Have you heard from Lilly?"

"Yes, she's having a wonderful time with Remus and Tonks. Teddy is thrilled to have her around."

"Hopefully when this is all over she can still spend time with them. Is his transfer secured yet?"

"Yes, he is waiting until he gets word from us to return her."

"Good." She smiled. Harry didn't ask about Zoe, he knew she hadn't heard a word which was good. If she had it would have meant something was going wrong. But still not having her here and not hearing word was hard on Ginny. He didn't want to twist the knife.

"What's going on in that head of yours?" he asked taking her hand.

A dark look loomed over her face. "I want to kill him." She said sombrely. "I want to take off his head, burn his remains bury them and then salt the earth where I do so that nothing can ever grow there again."

"You have every right to feel that way Gin, but you need to stick to the plan. Zoe needs you to stick to the plan. Collin dies tonight. The girls will come back tomorrow and our lives will go back to normal.

"Yeah," She sighed running a hand through her hair. "Yeah, I know."

The rest of the day passed quickly. The air was thick with tension and anticipation. The clocked chimed 11:45. They were set in the room and Ginny felt as if every nerve ending in her body was on fire. Her breath hitched. The minutes seemed to pass incomprehensively slowly then. By the time midnight hit she was ready to jump out of her skin and into a cauldron of lava.

Finally after what seemed to be an eternity the door clicked. Sirius had taken the potion and appeared to be Fiona. He grinned at Collin and strolled leisurely over to him.

"Mr. Creevey I presume?"

"That's right."

"Good to meet you, I've heard you prefer blonds, I could charm my hair if you wish."

"I have a wig. But I wanted to talk to you before we get started if that's alright."

"Of course."

"You mentioned on the phone that you were nervous. Why was that again?"

Sirius/Fiona smirked. "This bitch Lovegood she's been raising hell about the women in my line of work lately. Few years back she would try to convince girls to leave the life behind, but we are all here by choice and would all come back. She's trying to crack down now, says she wants to clean up the streets for her niece."

"She has a niece?" His voice cracked as he said that.

"Yeah, took custody after her sister and brother in law died a few years ago. Zoe I think the name is."

"How interesting, well I don't want you to worry I have every intention of shutting the bitch down. I have no desire for the ladies in your line of work to stop anytime soon. I just need to figure out how to find her."

"I could give you a contact number. Pose as someone wanting to leave and you could ambush her."

"You're willing to do that?" a look of suspicion crossed his face.

Sirius didn't falter. "She is threatening my lively hood not my fault she doesn't like what I do. But I still need a roof over my head and this is how I make my money. She is standing in the way of that and I have no desire to go back to begging."

That seemed to calm Collin. "Good, I'll take the number after we relieve some tension." He said walking over to Sirius and placing a hand on his arm. "Shall we?"

"Why don't you take a seat on the bed and we'll start with a nice massage?"

He nodded and sat down on the bed. A moment after closing his eyes chaos erupted. It started with a loud BANG that came from the closet and the sound of spells being shouted. The hands that were once small and delicate on his shoulders were now large and strong holding him in place as he tried to get his surroundings in order.

Then he saw her face and realized what had happened.

"BITCH!" he screeched.

"Yes," Ginny replied with just as much venom. "We've established that."

Her wand was aimed at him along with three others two belonged to men and a woman was also there all sending him death glares. The hooker he'd connected with had transformed to a man. Sirius Black, he recognized him from his days in Azcaban. Sirius would sometimes deliver a new prisoner. He assumed that meant the other three were the infamous Potters. The bitch certainly knew how to make friends with powerful people.

Try as he might he could not move. They must have jinxed him. He continued to struggle. "This changes nothing! They won't lock me up for trying to buy a hooker, if anything I'll get a fine."

Ginny lowered her want, and got dangerously close to Collins face. "True, but I have reason to believe you killed my sister, her husband and intended on kidnapping their daughter."

"Once you're questioned, the truth will be reviled and you will suffer the dementor's kiss." She smiled at him "Then, this will finally be over."

It was then she made her mistake. Just as Collin managed to get free of the jinx she turned her head and he lunged for her.

It all happened very quickly. The Potters and Black shouting curses that somehow evaded him. He thought he'd one for a moment. But Ginny pulled a dagger and cut him across the abdomen with it. The same moment she did he passed out into a sea of nothingness.

When he came to it was morning and he was in a place he didn't recognize. Lovegood and her posse were there glaring at him.

"Good morning Mr Creevy. I trust you slept well?" a voice boomed. It was minister Shacklebot. He was disoriented and could only think to ask. "What am I doing here?"

"Excellent question Mr Creevy, the original plan was to question you about the deaths of Luna and Neville Longbottom as well as your intentions with their daughter. However since you attacked Miss Lovegood here she was forced to immobilize you using an enchanted dagger that caused you to loose consciousness for several hours. We were forced due to the urgent matter of the case to get a permit to access your memories without your consent. They reviled that you are indeed guilty of the murder of Mr and Mrs Longbottom as well as have every intention on kidnapping their daughter and making her into your, what was the phrase? Perfect wife? Truly sick. Unfortunately due to your state and violent tendencies I have no choice but to sentence you to death by the dementor's kiss."

Collins cry's futile and feverous. His begging relentless and while the elder Potters decided not to be present for the kiss Ginny and Harry stayed. They watched. It was just as horrible as the tales say but when it was done Ginny breathed a sigh of relief.

They wasted no time after. Ron and Hermione brought Zoe home and Remus and Tonks did the same with Lilly.

All the Potters, Lupins, Wesley's, Ginny, Zoe and Sirius were gathered around the table when Harry stood.

"If you don't mind I have something I'd like to say. Today marks the beginning of the future for our large and strange family here and I'd like to start that future with a question." He looked at Ginny "I have been in love with you since the first moment I saw you Gin, I'd stand by you through anything. I don't want to spend another day without you or Zoe. I love you both and if you'll have me nothing would make me happier than for you to be my wife." He ended his speech on bended knee and had pulled a lovely emerald ring from his pocket. Ginny looked at Zoe with tears in her eyes.

"Well? What do you think?" She whispered. Zoe nodded her head rapidly. Ginny looked at Lilly (jr) who was grinning and doing the same. She then looked at Harry, her Harry.

"Yes," She choked out "Yes, I'll marry you."

Harry pulled Ginny to her feet and kissed her. Lilly and Zoe bounced around their feet as the room erupted in cheers. Lilly pulled at her father's pants.

"Daddy, does this mean were all a family now?"

"Yes, love. Yes it does."

"And will we live happily ever after?" Zoe asked.

"Yes, pet. Indeed we will."

And indeed they did.

The End.
