Alright time for another chapter! I absolutely adore this story now. XD I'm actually glad I waited two years. Who knows what would have happened if I wrote it at the beginning. It might've turned out completely different. Things happen for a reason!

Disclaimer: So Disney breathing down my neck for the last disclaimer I made. (Don't ever piss them off!) So I just want to make it completely clear that I do NOT own Phineas and Ferb… yet….

Chapter Twelve:

Isabella Garcia-Shapiro was the leader of the Fireside girls. She worked for Jessica and loved their rise to power. She was happy for everything that they had succeeded in. However, she felt empty. Something was missing.

Phineas and Ferb had been kidnapped two days ago. She remembered the fit her mistress threw upon discovering their absence. Isabella had feared they betrayed them just as their sister had. But the sleep gas and huge whole in the wall proved the two had been kidnapped. Isabella wanted revenge for her friends.

Jessica had been pretty adamant that they didn't go after them however. "I don't want to risk you guys getting kidnapped too." She had explained. Isabella understood her point but that didn't mean she agreed with it. Phineas was her friend, so was Ferb. She wanted to save them.

However, she was not stupid enough to go against Jess either. Her mistress had become mad with power. While this wasn't necessarily a bad thing, it was pretty scary. No one wanted to get on her bad side, not when she was all too willing to kill. Isabella was fourteen years old, she was definitely not ready to die.

Isabella sighed irritably from her position on the couch. Gretchen looked over at her leader curiously. "Everything alright Chief?" She asked.

"I don't want to just sit here and do nothing. Those rebels have Phineas and Ferb. Shouldn't we be trying to rescue them and taking the rebels down? They're the only ones standing between us and total victory." Isabella replied, glaring slightly at the wall.

"Jessica knows what she's doing. We wouldn't have gotten this far if not for her." Ginger, who had taken a seat beside her, assured the Jewish-Mexican girl. Gretchen nodded in agreement as well as the rest of the Fireside girls. Isabella smiled slightly at her friends. She was glad none of them had betrayed the mistress. She didn't know what she'd do without her troops.

"Thanks guys. I'm just worried that Doofenshmirtz will do something to them. What if he turns them good once more?" She asked, her lip curling in disgust. "I don't want to have to fight Phineas."

"Well, how about this, if they do manage to turn Phineas and Ferb good again, we'll just stun them and bring them back to Jessica. Jessica was already upset that they were turned. I'm sure she'll be more than willing to turn them back to normal." Gretchen suggested as she readjusted her glasses

Isabella's face broke in a brilliant grin. "That's perfect! Great thinking, Gretch. Hopefully it won't come to that, but I'm glad I can count on you girls."

The Fireside girls shared a hug then. They felt a weird shift in their chest, but they ignored it. After they separated, the girls were called in by Jess.

Jessica was standing in the conference room, pacing in the very front. This was not an uncommon occurrence and the girls simply took a seat. Soon after, they were joined by Buford and Baljeet and the animal agents. Once everyone was seated, Jess turned to face the group.

"Alright, it's time we went after the rebels. Clearly they're not going to come out on their own so we're going to have to draw them out. I brought you here because you'll be the ones fighting and capturing the rebels. Most of the others will be used in the plan." Jessica grinned manically, her eyes twinkling with mischievousness.

The group listened with rapt attention as she explained the plan. Afterwards, she dismissed them to get ready. Jess watched as the final one left before allowing her grin to slip. She could feel a war raging in her chest and mind.

"You can't go through with this plan, it's insane!"

Jess groaned, her inner good voice was back. It always was there to annoy her when she had doubts. "Will you just die already? I'm doing the plan no matter what you or anyone says! It'll work and I'll get rid of everyone who opposes me, including that infuriating Drusselsteinian, evil scientist!" She sneered at nothing.

"You mean the man you love."

"We've gone over this! I. DON'T. LOVE. HIM. Get that through my thick skull! I want nothing to do with him or any other man. I'm the ruler of the world, why should I care about him or anyone else." Jessica huffed.

"I've said it before and I'll say it again. You love him. We love him. He is the love of our life. And no matter how much you try to deny you, you know it's true. You're tearing yourself up trying to ignore this fact. After all, he's the reason you turned yourself evil."

"He may have been the reason, but that doesn't matter anymore. He opened my eyes to all the possibilities. He showed me who I really am. I'm grateful for his idiocy, but that's it. I feel nothing more for him. Stop trying to convince me that I do."

Her inner voice said no more and Jessica nodded smugly. Finally the voice understood that it would not win this battle. Jessica knew what she wanted and that was ultimate power. She didn't need anyone in her life. She was happy.

Phineas watched as the final touches were put on his and Ferbs new invention. It would build several handheld versions of the Turn-Everything-Good-Inator. He couldn't help but feel pride at his project. While the reason he needed it was quite grim, he still felt accomplished as he did with all his projects they created.

Ferb stepped back and joined his step brother. "Well, we did it Ferb." Phineas smiled at his brother. Ferb gave him a thumbs up, feeling the same pride his brother did.

The other's joined them to look over the machine. Doofenshmirtz couldn't believe his eyes. "How did you build that so fast?! You started only three hours ago. It took me two days to build the original." He asked awed.

Phineas chuckled. "We do this kind of stuff every day, it's not that hard for us. Plus we already had your blueprint, which saved us an hour."

Doofenshmirtz was still flabbergasted, but did not reply. It was no wonder Jess wanted these boys on her side. They clearly knew what they were doing and would be a valuable asset to whichever side they were on. He was proud to say they were on his side, even if it was the side of good. Perry the Platypus would be shocked to see his change.

Heinz felt his heart clench at the thought of his nemesis. Jess still had him captive and had even turned him evil with them watching. It seemed wrong to be on the side of good without Perry. He should not be evil! It just wasn't right!

"Um guys, you might want to see this!" Irving called from the other room. They had at least one person watching the TV at all times to keep up with whatever Jess was up to. Something was wrong if the urgency in Irving's voice was anything to go by.

They gathered into the next room and around the TV. Jessica was on the screen, standing on the same stage she'd been on when she killed Charlene. She was guarded by several robots and even a couple animal agents.

"Hello my subjects! This is a message for the rebels out there intent on taking me out. Sorry to say this, but I can't have you in my way anymore. So I'd like you all to turn you attention to what's behind the camera."

Slowly the camera turned around and what they saw caused the group to gasp. Attached to Lawerences chest was a bomb with a countdown of five hours. Beside Lawerence was his wife, Major Monogram, Perry the Platypus, Claire and Albert Du Bois, Ginger Hirano and her mother, and Suzy Johnson and her parents none of which looked scared. They stared blankly at the camera, as if they didn't care whether or not they died. They were just doing as Jessica commanded.

The camera turned back to Jessica. "You guys have till nightfall to surrender yourselves to me or these guys go BOOM! I look forward to killing them or killing you!" She winked before the screen went black once more.

The group did not say a word, each of them lost in their own worries. Jess was threatening to kill the people they loved the most. They might be evil, but they were still family. "You guys know it's a trap right?" Carl asked solemnly, his eyes downcast. He looked so defeated it almost hurt the others. Carl was perhaps the most optimistic of them all. Seeing him like this scared the group.

"Well, we can't just leave them to die. We have the Turn-Everything-Good-Inators and stun guns. All we need is something to take down the robots. We can't lose hope guys. If we do, Jessica wins." Candace spoke up.

Everyone looked at the determined teen and realized she was right. They might not survive the day, but they can certainly try to save their friends. "She's right. If we don't try, Jessica will still eventually find us and we will die. We have most of the resources we need. Let's take the fight to her." Phineas agreed, his optimism immediately cheering the others up.

"Well we can't just go in their willy nilly. Jessica will be ready for us. We need a plan." Carl reasoned and the others immediately agreed.

Doofenshmirtz watched as his new friends made plans. Occasionally they would joke and laugh with each other. He'd never had this sort of companionship before. The only time he ever worked with others was with Lovemuffin. Evil scientists did not laugh and enjoy one another's company. He liked having friends like them.

Vanessa shifted beside him and he looked over at his daughter. She was perhaps the greatest thing he had ever done with his life. She was perfect in his eyes.

He still hadn't told her about her mother and had advised the others not to mention. He knew he would have to before the battle. Jessica would not hesitate to taunt her. That's not how he wanted her to find out.

He tapped her on the shoulder and bit in his in fear. She turned to face him and raised an eyebrow questionably. "Vanessa, can I talk to you for a minute?" He nervously asked her. The others grew quiet and looked at the pair.

Vanessa nodded and followed her dad out, ignoring the stares. Phineas and Ferb were both clueless to what was going on. "I hope she'll be okay." Candace muttered, feeling sorry for her friend.

"Why wouldn't she?" Phineas asked. Ferb had been wondering the same thing. He still had a thing for the Goth girl and he hated to see her upset. Candace sighed, wanting to hide the horrors of the war from her brothers but knew she shouldn't.

"A couple days ago, while you guys were still passed out and evil, Jessica killed her mother on live TV. Luckily Vanessa was asleep so she didn't witness it. Doofenshmirtz and the rest of us did, however, and he made us swear not to tell her until he did. He must have decided it was time with the approaching battle getting closer." Candace explained, her throat thick with emotion. She couldn't help but wonder what she would do if it was her own mother who'd died. She didn't know he she could do this is that had happened.

Phineas and Ferb remained quiet, lost in their thoughts. Both were still so young and innocent. They shouldn't be dealing with war and death like this.

Ferb looked over at the door where Doofenshmirtz and Vanessa had just disappeared into. He worried about her. How hard would she take this? Would it hinder her ability to fight? He knew that if he were in her position, he'd want revenge.

Doofenshmirtz came in a second later but Vanessa was not with him. He looked downcast, his eyes red and puffy from no doubt crying. "Vanessa needed some time to herself." Was all he said as he took his seat.

Ferb looked back towards the door once more and fought the urge to go and find her. She needed some time alone. He did know he was going to find her later and talk to her. Well, he would listen to what she had to say. He wasn't much of a talker.

The green haired brit turned his attention back to the problem at hand. He knew the battle ahead would be fierce. There was always a chance they wouldn't succeed and Jessica would kill them all. They were humanities last hope. It was a huge responsibility for a young, ten year old boy. However, he knew he would do whatever it took to succeed.

Everyone's lives depended on it.

And there we go, yet another chapter! I thought about putting Vanessa's reaction in here, but then I didn't. Maybe a flashback later or something? We'll see how it goes. Things are getting intense though, aren't they? It's all so exciting!

So I've been reading random Phineas and Ferb stories. There's where Phineas goes evil and one where Perry goes evil, but what about Ferb? Anyone read a good story where Ferb goes over to the dark side? I'd love to read that. If anyone knows a story like that, shot me a PM. This beautiful chapter was finished 7/15/15
