I trip, I fall, I scream. I grab for some kind of suspension yet lack entangling my fingers in anything to break my fall. I hated such a feeling; causing a panic attack to override my better judgement.

"We got you!" Jughead cooed, looking to his concerned girlfriend.

The three of us seemed to be running in circles.

"I swear to god I was on his trail. How did I lose him?" I ask, returning to my senses. I sit up, glaring at the dusk that's set.

"Maybe, my cousin ditched you. Thought of that one?" Pan sneered, testing me.

I was on my feet, lunging for the damn motherfucker. All of us had been stranded on Neverland for too long with no one searching to rescue us. I grab him by the collar, letting my fingernails pierce the flesh of him. "That's all you're good at."

Pan grew offended. He vanished, leaving me to barely catch my balance. He stood in front of us three like I hadn't tried to kill him. He gestured to the woods around us, "everybody has secrets-"

"And yours is being a narcissistic?" Betty sarcastically quipped, cutting him off.

"I'm giving you a chance to save each other and my dumb cousin. He's too passionate. Tis' why his mother left him with his father. Oh well." Pan rolled his eyes, not pretending to care.

"What do you want us to do, Pan?" Jughead called in question.

Pan had begun to pace, stopping to address the beanie wearing boy.

"We all have secrets. Secrets we wish no one to hear yet at times those darkest have to come to light. The echo caves is where you'll find Blondie, Bolt, and maybe Sam. Figure the rest out yourselves." Pan smirked as his eyes briefly raked over me.

It's like he knew the one one thing I'd promise never to speak of again. It happened three times until I realized it's not what I wanted. Guilt washes over me as my eyes look to the beanie wearing boy, and his homecoming queen.

Betty seems lost in thought whereas Jughead is glaring full on at the green eyed demon.

"We'll play your game, Peter Pan. You're going to get what's coming to you. One way or another." Jughead informs the smirking male through clenched teeth.

Betty eyes the right direction. "The echo caves are this way. C'mon."

"Good luck!" Pan called to us, winking at me on the way by.

I shoot him a hard glare. One that would tingle anyone's spine. "I'm not the one screwing my cousin's best friend. Or rather, using him as a pawn in a game."

The smirk dropped from the boy who held the title card: Peter Pan.

My relief of victory wouldn't last when we reached echo caves. I catch up to my friends who make the slow trek into a dark entrance of a cave.

Blondie and Bolt were the only two in the cave tied tight together on a slab of flat rock. They looked annoyed to be in each other's company.

"I should have grabbed Pixie Dust when I had the chance." Betty stated, thinking of all the ways to reach the two males.

Jughead was kicking around something in his brain. His eyes lit with a bulb. "We have to share our darkest secret...who gets to go first?"

I grow antsy, playing with my wrists. How to tell your best friend a secret they were sure to kill you for? I'd told one person who was in the same room, debating her darkest secret. I kept profusely reassuring the blonde girl it was in no way meaningful to me.

"Why don't you?" Betty tried, wanting to spare her boyfriend tales of horror.

Jughead sighed with his pupils growing.

"Okay, but I was going to tell you, Betty. When I had the time when we weren't always being threatened, and not now. It meant absolutely nothing." Jughead held a calm tone.

I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion. What the Hades was he about to tell us?

"Go on," Betty's voice held a softness to it.

Jughead was beet red. He nodded, "I'm sorry, Midnight. You were sleeping and looked peaceful. I was curious so I kissed her. This was while we were broken up, Betty."

My eyes widened. I'm slightly pissed yet happy there is no emotion to it. "Ew, Jugs! You're a brother in my eyes. How could you?" Yet my secret was worst.

The ground beneath us rumbled, causing a piece of stone to appear so we could reach the other two.

We needed two more to go.

"It's alright, as long as it didn't mean anything." Betty cooly replied, pacing in her spot.

"I lost my virginity to your father, Jughead. I was attracted to him for a split second, things took a turn, and I liked it. Please don't kill me!" I allow the words to splutter from my mouth. Guilt, shame, and pain washed over me.

Jughead gawked at me. It's as if he didn't know me. "When?"

"Before school ended a few months prior. I'm so sorry." I weakly voice, watching him process the cringeworthy thought.

Betty blew a raspberry, sucking in an air of sharp breath.

Another rumble shook the ground, producing more of a way to rescue the other two.

"Well, I, uh...broke a man's ribs, and enjoyed the sensation of doing it." Betty admitted, blushing pinker.

I lift my eyebrows at her confession. I didn't voice my opinion when the third slab of rock appeared, letting us know we could reach our friends. I took off in a sprint with a silent Jughead, and embarrassed Betty following.

Jughead kept scowling at the ground like it would do parlor tricks. He was obviously furious about my confession since he didn't agree with those types of situations.

What about the time Archie did it? You can't tell me it was a one time mishap of sexual innuendo. Hell, even my sister had a more mature nature to her than most chicks their age.

Betty rose an eyebrow, "how come they're tied up still?"

"They have to admit a dark secret." Jughead nearly growled. Yep, he wasn't angry with his girlfriend.

Betty sighed, turning an expectant eye on the baboons before us.

Bolt shot me a heistant look, but shrugged from what I could guess. "I murdered a few people because I chose to. I very much got a thrill from it."

My heart sank. I should have expected as much; he's related to the devil incarnate.

He untangles himself from the rope while Blondie is struggling to say anything obscene.

Blondie sighs, letting the truth slip. "I killed your step-father…" His ropes slide from his hands as my world came crashing down.
