I Own Nothing but Cali, and the mentioned characters of Kara, Douglas and Patricia.

And this chapter starts the morning before Noah poses as the Pizza guy. Just so you guys know.

Chapter 1

Previously on Calianne's Story...

Cali talking to Tyler and Matt. "Don't ask. My brothers decided that we were meant to leave," she waved her hand before they could protest. "But then something came up that means A - we have to stay longer…" she grinned at them, "or B - not leave at all."

Cali sending a text message that says 'Stefan knows Elena is adopted.'

Cali and Tyler and Matt in the Grill playing Pool. Tyler is continuing her sentences, annoying Matt.

Another text is sent. 'He told her.'

Cali waves her hand and the her bedroom door slams, before wincing and holding her hand against her chest as if she was in pain.

Now...

Cali raised an eyebrow when she walked into the Library and saw a few books being tossed aside by Damon. "You better put them back and don't throw them!" She called when she noticed him throwing one of their Mother's favorite books onto the ground. She flashed over and put it gently onto a near by table.

It was at that moment Stefan walked through the hallway into the Library. "What are you lookin' for?" he asked. Cali rolled her eyes, if Damon didn't answer her, then why would he answer him?

"None of your concern," Damon replied and shocked Cali. He answers Stefan but not me? Huh? What have i done? She made a face that Stefan saw and smiled at. At least he never looked away from the shelves.

Stefan walked closer to the eldest Salvatore, a look of indifference on his face, one that was usually seen on Cali. But because they were twins it looked natural... to anyone that didn't know 'Non-Ripper' Stefan. "No, but putting Elena in harm's way, that is my concern."

Cali rolled her eyes, earning a glare from the middle brother. It was about Elena. Just like most of the things now a days. But it wouldn't last. At least she hoped it wouldn't last.

Damon didn't look up from the book as he evaded the question. She didn't know if it was because he didn't want to speak about it in front of her or because he didn't want either her or Stefan knowing why he went there. She was betting on the latter.

Stefan had a serious face on as he glanced at his sister. "I'm talking about Atlanta." Cali's eyes widened at that.

"Atlanta?" She glanced between her brothers before stopping on Damon who's back was facing them. "You went to Atlanta?" She then stepped back so she could glare at both of them. "And neither of you thought the need to tell me?"

Damon glanced up from the book he was leafing through to give her a look. A look that said 'Seriously?' "I was worried sick, well, not sick but i was worried! Worried that you had went to America but no, you went to Atlanta but you didn't tell me!"

She raised her hands up in a quick angry gesture that spoke volumes about how angry she was. She stopped when suddenly something came to her, a light in her eyes that made Damon, look curious at what she would say. "Your bitter, aren't you?" she turned to her twin, "he's bitter." Turning to her elder brother she sneered. "Bitter because poor Stefan gets the girl but Kitty Katherine is out of reach."

Turning her heel she flipped her hair as she stormed out of the Boarding house. Her footsteps echoing against the hallways. She barely heard Damon ask Stefan what was wrong with her.

"Hey, Mr Saltzman." Cali said as she leaned against the classroom door. She liked Alaric, he was nice, kind, honest and Human. The sort of person she wanted to be around at this particular time. She couldn't have hung out with Tyler or Matt they had practice. Practice she was sure Stefan should be going to as well.

"Hey... Calianne Salvatore, right?" He asked as he looked up from some of his papers.

Cali nodded, "just Cali."

Alaric smiled at the teen, "well then, don't call me Mr. Saltzman, remember it's Alaric or even Ric." He turned serious as he looked at her more closely. "So, what brings you here?"

Cali nodded as she entered the classroom, "It's about Vicki Donovan. Matt Donovan's older sister." Alaric nodded his head, and motioned for her to continue. "As you probably heard she was doing drugs before you arrived." He inclined his head again. "It's just that she's been staying at the Boarding House with me and my brothers, but sooner or later she will have to go back to her own house. And we started School..." Cali trailed off with a worried frown.

The man nodded as he searched in his desk. "I was actually going to do that." He said at last when he pulled out a plain blue folder, inside it she could make out a pieces of paper and a few jotters. "I heard that she was staying with you and so i was going to ask if you could give her, her work."

Cali nodded smiling as she walked closer to the desk, picking up the folder but faked almost dropping it when she felt the weight. "It's certainly heavy..."

Alaric smiled at her as he helped her pick it in her bag. "It has all of the Work she's missed and not just from my class." He looked sheepish as he admitted, "I had it all prepared and was waiting for the opportunity."

Cali laughed as she exited the classroom, but stopped when she noticed the youngest Gilbert walking down the halls. She blinked when someone bumped into him, causing his things to fall. Tilting her head in slight suprise at how well the day was working out for her, she mentally shrugged and went help him.

"Hey, you're Jeremy, right?" He smiled shyly at her as she began to talk. She resisted the urge to 'aww' at him and how he looked. "I'm Calianne, but i prefer Cali. I'm Stefan's - the boy that practically stalks your sister - sister." She decided to ignore the fact that Stefan had at one point actually stalked Elena. She still found it worrying... but then again Damon did they expact same... on;y with Stefan as his target instead...

He nodded as he held out his hand, "you also hang out with Matt and Tyler." He sounded annoyed as he said Tyler's name. Before looking at her with an apologetic look, smiling at him she held out her hand for him to shake, which he did.

"Say whatever you want to say about Tyler, i may not agree but i won't give you a hard time either." She began to walk down the hallways with him. Her eyes flickering to people's pulses, before settling on the people in front of them. "So how have you been?" she asked when they reached the front doors and walked out into the Courtyard.

"I'm fine. Better then i was." He looked sadly at her before sighing. "I'm sad that Vicki left me but i'm happy that she's gone?" He ended the sentence with a question.

Cali nodded her head in understanding, Vicki had said the same thing when she had asked. "Vicki's sad as well," she decided on finally. Jeremy looked over at her with a relived expression. "She's sad she dumped you but... she's happy that she gave you up. She thinks you deserve better then her."

"Probably because she likes Tyler," Jeremy snorted as he looked around as if he expected Tyler to walk out with Vicki at that moment.

"Nope." Cali shook her head, taking a small amout of delight at his face, "she dumped Tyler as well." Cali frowned at this point. "I don't know what over though. Neither Tyler or Vicki will tell me." And i know it has nothing to do with him being a Werewolf, I haven't told anyone about that.

Jeremy glanced over at her in shock as if he know something she didn't. "You mean you didn't know?" Didn't know what? "What happened at the Returning to School Party." Her eyes widened as she remembered the Party he was talking about. She had made her first kill back in Mystic Falls there. It was also the place Damon had bitten Vicki.

"I wasn't there." She told him, "Uncle Zach-" she winced as she remembered that she was the one who had killed him, " - had me redoing my room. Stefan went though. What happened?" She found herself curious. But then again she was a woman, and one raised in the 19th Century at that. She would have been worse if she been raised in the 18th Century.

"Well," Jeremy glanced around nervously as if he was saying something forbidden. "Tyler tried to force Vicki into having Sex with him." Cali's eyes widened, she couldn't believe Tyler would do that but then Jeremy frowned thoughtfully. "But then again it was the full moon, and Tyler does act kind of wierd around them..."

Cali almost sighed in relief, it was only a Sexually fustrated Wolf side coming through. Tyler wasn't an attempt rapist. It would have been awkward if it had been. And she didn't want to ruin the friendship she had with him. But she seriously needed to get that under control. If Jeremy - a inexperienced and completely naive in the ways of the Supernatural - had noticed the full moon had an affect on Tyler then it would only take a while until either of her brothers noticed as well... it was at that point she mentally smirked. It seemed the Gilbert she didn't like would be of some use.

"So what are you doing later?" Calianne asked the young man as they walked down the road towards one of the shops near the school.

Jeremy shrugged as he walked into the shop, but held the door open for Cali. "I don't know yet. I'll probably be finishing my essay that Alaric assigned me."

Cali nodded as she looked around the shop. Picking up a can of grapefruit she turned to the youngest Gilbert. "What's the essay about?" She found herself curious, Kara had mentioned somethings about the History Teacher. Not anything solid since she liked to play her games but enough to make Cali suspicious about him.

"History," Jeremy said as he paid for his selection. "He said to look into the History in Mystic Falls and do a paper about one of them."

Cali nodded, it was not that suspicious, or at least not on the outside. Unless the man had another secret objective behind his outwardly innocent request. But Cali had a feeling that she was just being Paranoid.

She hoped.

"What is your essay about?"

Jeremy laughed, "Vampires," she said in a weird voice. Cali widened her eyes as she faced the youngest Gilbert. Perhaps she had been too rushed? The Teacher had just been raised higher in her the list of things to worry about. "I know, stupid right?" Cali was glad to see that he didn't believe in them. She rather liked Jeremy, it would be a shame if she had to tell her elder brothers, one which would react harshly and kill him. (A.K.A Damon.)

Cali fought the urge to sigh, sometimes it sucked to have brothers... especially Vampire ones. She could never get away from them.

"Why did you choose Vampires?" She asked.

Jeremy looked amused as he sat down on the bench and looked at her. "It was Jenna, actually." Cali mentally frowned, did Jenna know about the inner workings of the town. It wasn't likely but she was a Gilbert through her sister's marriage. But Cali didn't think she knew. "She said that i should look in Jonathon Gilbert's journal." Cali blinked, she remembered Jonathon Gilbert. He had been one of her father's friends in the Vampire Hunting business. He had also created several devices that were meant to help with the hunting of Vampires. According to Kara, many of those devices did in fact work, mainly due to a meddling Vampire hating Witch.

Cali nodded but then remembered that her father had written a Journal as well. "I think i know what you are talking about," she told Jeremy. "An Ancestor of mine named Giuseppe, father of the Original Salvatore Siblings, wrote the same thing." She threw him a hidden bone, hoping he would tell Elena about it at some point. How she loved trying to mess up her brother's relationships.

Jeremy looked up and smiled at her, "did he?" When Cali nodded he asked her if he could see it. Cali said yes, she wasn't one to not take a gift when she saw one.

"Sure," she said as she grinned at the youngest member of the Gilbert Family. "I'll come over to your house and show you." When Jeremy frowned at this, she decided to explain. "I kind of got into an argument with Damon and i don't want to be around him at the moment."

"Sure," he agreed with her. "After School?"

"After School."

After school Calianne had joined the Gilbert household, receiving daggers from Elena as she played the perfect guest. Answering questions when asked and being honest, she could tell Aunt Jenna was beginning to like her. But Cali didn't see any issues with that, just like Tyler, Jeremy and Matt, she liked Jenna. The only person she had issues with was Elena.

Talking to the youngest Gilbert was a change for her. Normally since she had arrived in Mystic Falls she spent her time with Vicki, Tyler, Matt or one of her brothers. Solemnly did she speak too anyone who wasn't one of them.

Cali walked down the stairs when Jeremy shouted up to her the Pizza had arrived. Walking down them, she frowned slightly as she stared at the Pizza Delivery Man. He was familiar, from where she did not know, but he was. Walking over to Jeremy she stopped Jeremy before he could invite the man in.

"I'll pay," she offered as she took $22 out of her pocket and handed it to the guy. Hearing Elena come back down the stairs, she passed the Pizza to Jeremy and watched as the man walked down the street. Her eyes glued to his retreating figure.

"What was that about?" Jeremy asked as he led her into the Dining Room. Elena followed from behind them, her footsteps hesitant.

Cali only frowned, "I don't know. I really don't know."

Alaric looked over at Jeremy as he started to walk out. "Oh, uh, Jeremy, the source that you cited for the 1860s info, uh, Jonathan Gilbert...?"

Jeremy stopped before turning around, "my Ancestor's journal?" He asked surprised, he hadn't expected it.

Alaric nodded as he stared at him, "I'd really like to see that sometime."

Jeremy blinked in surprise before grinning. "Really?"

Alaric nodded again before rubbing his head. "A first-person account of the Civil War? That's like, uh, porn for a history teacher." He said awkwardly.

Jeremy nodded before reaching into his bag. "You think my essay's creative, wait till you get a load of this thing." He threw the Journal into Alaric's desk, Alaric picked it up carefully. "There was another Journal," he said when he saw how Alaric glanced at the book. Alaric turned his head back to his student and raised an eyebrow.

"You know, Calianne Salvatore?" Alaric nodded his head as he remembered the dark haired girl that was friends with Matt Donovan and Tyler Lockwood. "Her family has one of their own... i don't think she'll be able to give it to you though."

Alaric inclined his head,"Thank you."

Jeremy nodded his head before he left the room. Alaric glances back downa at the journal, once his student had left before he started to unbind it with curiosity.

Cali stared at Elena as she panicked, apparently Elena had a stalker, just one that was not Stefan. "Why me? What does he want with me? A-and if he's trying to kill me, then why call first?" Cali rolled her eyes at the Doppelganger.

"Seriously?" Cail ignore Stefan's glare with practiced ease. After all, not only she had to bare it for years but when it looked exactly like one of your own glares at a weaker extent it was hard to take it seriously. "Have you read any Vampire novels? The books' may have a lot of things wrong but they do have somethings right, one of them, is that Vampires' are Predators."

Stefan walked in front of Elena before sitting down. "Like Calles said. We are Predators. We hunt. We stalk. It's often as exciting as the kill. Here I want you to take this." Reaching into his pocket he took out a small, circular golden object and handed it to Elena.

Elena held the object in her hands as she frowned at Stefan. "This is Jeremy's pocket watch. How did you get it?"

"I took it from Damon, who took it from Logan, who must have taken it from you." He clasped his hands together.

Elena tilted her head as she opened it, Cali could understand her confusion, it was no longer teh Pocket watch she remembered. "What happened to it?"

Cali leaned forward at this point. So, this is one of the GIlbert Artifacts? She hadn't seen it in ages. "It's not a watch," she said at last causing Elena to look towards her. "Well... it is, but not exactly. It's more of a compass. Only unlike the usual ones, it points towards us Vamps." She sighed. "As you can imagine - if you lets yourself that is, - its painful to be around. I mean you couldn't be an innocent Vampire going to the shops without it pointing you out."

Stefan smiled as his sisters comment, before he turned back to Elena and showed her how the Compass worked. Cali rolled her eyes before leaving the house in a flash of speed that only her kind could handle.

Cali looked over at Elena as she sat on the couch, her twin beside her. Damon like Cali was standing. "How did he get in?" Damon asked as he paced for the final time.

"He was invited in." Elena said as she stared a head still slightly traumatized.

Stefan held up his left hand as his left hand held onto her knee in comfort. "He posed as a Pizza Delver Guy last night."

"Well, he gets points for that." Cali said before frowning at Elena in confusion. "I though i stopped him before he could come in?"

Elena nodded still looking pale. "He came again last night since Jer ordered another Pizza."

Cali tilted her head. That explained it. Jeremy invited him in, since he still does not know they are real. She twitched as she blocked out the rest of the conversation. This is why i voted we tell the others and them compel them not to tell anyone else... but no. What Gilbert says goes. Even when it would make a lot of things easier.

Her head turned back to them when Elena talked again. "I'll be with you three. I'll be safe."

Cali nodded before grinning at them. "Lets get a rolling. We have a Vampy to Stake."

Cali looked around the Corridor as she ran down it. "Damon!" She called as she opened another classroom door only to find the same result.

Elena had just seen the Vamp that had tried to kill her only hours before. She found herlelf glad that the rest of the Humans that she had found she liked, had not come today. "Damon!"

"Damon, where are you?!" Closing it she turned to another door but only managed to enter it before she felt two male hands clasping the top of her head and her world suddenly turned black.

Cali snapped open her eyes as she looked around the Classroom.

He had snapped her neck... Wincing at the pain that always accompanyed waking up after having your neck snapped. She still couldn't believe it. He had did it for no reason.

She could still feel the fear that she had pounded through her only a few minutes, at most, ago.

How she hated having her neck broken.

She decided to ignore that fact though as she pondered what she had realized before her neck had been broken. The hands that had held her... they had seemed familiar but she didn't know where from. She didn't remember where from.

Pausing she looked up when she heard footsteps outside. The door opened to reveal an amused Alaric and a confused Tyler. "Why are you here?" Ric asked as he walked closer to her. He had put his vervain away having forgotten about her but now he realized she wouldn't hurt him she was too confused to do that.

She frowned again as they helped her to stand. "I find i had some punch..."

Both of the males nodded, but only Tyler believed her. "I'll take her home-"

"No!" She cried suddenly trying to stand up but her knees where to weak and she fell to the floor. "Anywhere but there..."

Teacher and Student shared a glance. Something had happened something had scared her so much that she didn't believe her own home would be safe. "I'll take her to mine. Mum adores her already, and Dad won't mind." Alaric raised an eyebrow at the teen. "Much," he amended.

Nodding his head the teacher allowed the Student to take the other one out of the room and sighed. Isobel... this wasn't what i expected when i came here.

Told you Ric would be back.

And, yeah Cali wasn't involved as much as she would have liked in Noah's death.

But i wanted to do that to her.

So a quick question my dear readers. You see i need a large plot for Cali to be involved with in Season 3. Since as you know, - if you have read theses notes, - it won't all be about the Originals. So thats where you come in my readers!

I need you guys to come up with a plot that i can use for that part. I may join two together or more but this is your chance to take part in the planning of 'Calianne's Story!'

You many be wondering why i am asking you at this moment in time. The reason behind it it so that i have more time to make it happen and put all the pieces together.

Thanks KiariKyoKiba.
