Thanks for sticking with me! Sorry about the terribly late update. The next one will be out this weekend!;)
Chapter twelve: The games have begun!
Nine doors, six nakama; the Kleening brothers wanted to split up the insanely strong crew. They knew if they brought even ONE straw hat crew member into the marines, their name would be blown across the whole New World and Grand Line.
"Alright guys, should we split up or go in groups..?" Nami said as she looked at the choices of doors. There were 9 identical doors decorating the hallway they had landed in.
"I think our navigator-san has a point we should think this through." Robin said as she faced towards her nakama, although raised an eyebrow when she noticed a certain captain was missing.
"FOOOOOOOODD!" Luffy exclaimed as he jumped in the air and headed straight down the seemingly never-ending hallway.
The raven haired woman giggled at her captain. "That's our captain" she said as she sighed.
Usopp decided to take charge of this conversation, for he was the co-captain of this pirate crew. "Yosh mina! As your replacement captain let me say this: it seems each door was clearly made for us! Should we see what lies beyond each door?" He confidentially announced. For, the step-in captain would never admit he was beginning to catch his "cant-go-in-the-mystery-door-itus".
"Yohohoho! Usopp-san, that is a surprisingly good idea!" Brook laughed.
"I guess we could…" Nami hated to admit but, Usopp did have a point. This could be a trick. Who knows where Luffy ended up after running into his room without a second thought.
After the crew checked all the rooms, they each chose their door.
Nami went to the one most suited to her talents. For inside there seemed to be some sort of an agility-obstacle course. Although, the reason she took that door was because she noticed a lot of gold trophies and plates lining the walls of the room.
Usopp took a battered looking old wooden door. Inside the mystery door it was a long hallway, he thought it might have been a sort of labyrinth. It's the best time to test out his new and improved "never-ending-ball-o'-yarn".
Brook decided to enter a room with bubbles floating around the entrance. As he walked in he noticed a slight hint of cotton candy filling the air. Inside the room there was a huge steel door at the end. The space was filled with many different musical instruments.
"Yohoho! This room must have been for Chopper-san!" Brook said as he walked into the room.
The blue haired ship wright entered a room filled with a ginormous pit. He couldn't see the bottom, although across the room there was another door; hopefully the exit.
"Franky-san, are you sure you want to go into that room?" The raven-haired archeologist suggested.
"Oh yeah, Robin! I can just use the wood from these doors to build a SUUUPER pathway to the other door!" Franky told the archeologist as he struck his signature "SUUUPER" pose.
"Oh my!" Robin said with a slight giggle. "Okay, see you soon then, Franky!"
"SUUUPER!" Franky exclaimed as he ran off to the 4 doors that weren't in use.

Luffy's nostrils were flaring! He could smell the meat, but he couldn't find it. He was in a room, much like a kitchen. Actually, it was the kitchen. He had somehow run so far down the mysterious hallway he ended up in the Kleening brother's kitchen.
"WHERE IS THE MEAAAT?!" Luffy was beginning to get frustrated.
"If only Sanji were here…" Luffy sighed as he continued his desperate search for the meat.

"Would you like to check on our player's, brother?" Grinsing asked his blue-skinned brother.
"Heh, why not?" The other brother chuckled as he clicked on the observation cameras.
Only 5 of the 9 cameras had the Strawhat member's wandering their chosen rooms.
"Oi, Grinsing, where's their captain?!" Bearick was worried! That scrawny captain of theirs has an incredibly high bounty.
"Uhh…" For once, something hadn't gone how Grinsing had planned!
"Let's check the other cameras!" Bearick said as he grabbed the remote from his brother's hand and turned on the other monitors. Strawhat Luffy was nowhere to be seen.
"Brother! What if he found a way out? What if-" Bearick continued but was cut off by his brother, Grinsing.
"NO! He can't escape. I'm going to go and look for that Strawhat." Grinsing proclaimed as he marched off in search of Monkey D. Luffy.

Nami was struggling in the so-called obstacle course.
"What kinds of obstacle courses have snakes and fire?!" Nami's idea of an obstacle course incorporated thing such as, balance beams, slides, rock walls and maybe even some swimming, but no pools with snakes!
She had finished the first half of the course in a matter of 5 minutes. It was simple; she liked it, and then came the second half.
Snake pits, pools of hot water and even arrows shooting from the wall. There were little rocks she was meant to use to jump across the snake pit. She was in the middle trying to fend them off with her clima-tact. She was just whacking them on the head, it surely wasn't the best plan she'd ever had. Then the red haired navigator had an idea.
"Cool Ball! Heat Ball! Thunder ball!" She exclaimed as she used the power of natural phenomena to electrocute all of the snakes. She giggled and ran across the rocks to the next area.
"Hah, sorry…"

Usopp's "never-ending-ball-o'-yarn" was living up to its name!
"Huh, I guess it was a lot of yarn…" Usopp mumbled to himself as he continued to wander in the seemingly never ending maze. There wasn't anything special about the labyrinth the sniper had chosen.
As Usopp turned a corner he met up with a length of his yarn, but it was leading towards the wall! Usopp, being curious decided to check it out. He pressed against the wall and fell into a dark hallway. At first he thought he was back into the hallway he had entered in the beginning, but was proven wrong at the sight of his hungry captain.

The musician was having the time of his life. He was in a room filled with every musical instrument he could have imagined! He was playing tubas, pianos, flutes, mandolins and even a banjo! If you were to press your ear against the door you would hear a chorus of "Yohohoho's!" followed by a lovely melody.
"Maybe I should try getting through that metal door…" Brook said to himself as he approached the intimidating steel door. There was a music composition engraved in the door.
"Wow, this person is talented…" Brook said in awe. It was an amazing work of art. The skeleton then thought if he were to play the music correctly, the door would open! And if that wasn't the answer he was okay with it because he had never played such beautifully written music before in his… two lives.

Franky was busy creating his pathway to the other doorway, as simple as a walk through the park for him. He had used all the wood from the doors, including his own. The blue haired cyborg had to jump to the ledge where the exit was, as he jumped the bridge he built fell into the darkness, he didn't hear it land.
"THAT WAS SUUUUPER CLOSE!" He said as he opened the unlocked door.
"Oii, is that were you ran off too?!" The cyborg was shocked to see who stood before him, it was his black haired captain!

Robin was going to enter a room but decided against it. She had set her mind on finding their captain. The raven-haired woman, knowing her captain so well began her search for the nearest kitchen, following the path Luffy had taken.
