Utterly confused and dumbfound, Dean stumbled back into the club and ran right into the source of his problems with Nora, well one half of it. Lisa stood on wobbly legs as she tried to make it to the door but she wasn't getting very far and now that Dean was blocking her way she wouldn't get the chance to leave until he moved.

"Where's your sister?" Dean demanded, after all she was the one who had to open her big mouth.

"I-I-I don't know-w." Lisa slurred drunkenly as she tried to gather her bearings and stop the spinning in her head. "Why-y-y do you want her?"

"She needs to learn to keep her mouth shut."

"W-W-What?" In Lisa's drunken state she couldn't comprehend just how angry Dean was but she knew something was up.

Not in the mood to try and coax an answer out of the insanely drunk Lisa, Dean rushed off in a huff. He was on a mission to find out what Lily had said to Nora to make her so upset with him. Sure, he had slept with her friend but it wasn't like they had been together. He had slept with Lily months before he even knew Nora existed, hell, he wasn't even sure Nora was working with the WWE when he had slept with Lily. Lily must have played on her insecurities, there's no way Nora would react so coldly towards when they were inches away from starting something much more intimate together. If he found Lily he was pretty sure he would strangler her for opening her big mouth.

His anger increased the more he thought about the situation as he sat back down at the bar. It was no secret that the entire company knew how much Lily got around, she wasn't the only woman backstage to have a tumble in Dean's sheets but she was the first to open her mouth about it. Once you slept with Dean Ambrose that was it, you only got lucky once. There would be no round two or three, unless he wanted it. Pretty much all of the girls he had slept with knew this unspoken rule before he brought them to bed, the exception being Lily fucking Smith. And she wasn't even that much of a lay. Dean had had better with random skanks he picked up on the side of the streets back in Cincinnati. What fucking right did she have to go and open her big mouth to Nora?

Much like it wasn't a secret how much Lily got around backstage; it was no hidden secret how much he got around too. He had been around the block a good few times before he had set his sights on Nora, but now that he had his eyes on Nora and all the time and energy spent into trying to get her to like him, he wasn't going to throw it away for a quick slip into the sheets with some woman. He wasn't used to going so long with getting some, but he'd do it for Nora. And it wasn't like she wasn't keeping him company and stopping him from straying, not that he'd ever want to stray from lovely Nora. Lovely Nora who was pissed at him. Dean took out his phone and quickly sent her a text asking her to call or text him whenever she got back to the hotel just to let him know that she was okay and maybe they could talk. No matter how pissed she was at him he would never want any harm to come to her. Not surprisingly Nora didn't respond.

Dean sighed as he scrubbed his hands along his face in frustration and took a sip out of his fresh beer. He was angry and pissed that Nora was angry and pissed at his and it all came down to one person. That so called person just so happened to emerge from wherever she was hiding and now she was directly in Dean's eye line, none the wiser to the fact her words had repercussions on his relationship with Nora.

"Well, well, well." Dean drawled as he masked his anger and stood beside Lily's slim frame. A ghost of a smile appeared on Lily's oval face as her brown eyes ranked over Dean's muscled frame with a look of gleam. "What hole did you crawl out of?"

The smile slowly slid from Lily's face as she finally noted the sparks of anger in Dean's, now cold blue eyes. Where once she had seen lust darken those baby blues, now all she saw was them darken with anger. She knew what this was about; Nora. Of course it was about Nora. She had just warned her friend about the man standing in front of her and then watched as she barely contained her hurt feelings and pain as she scurried out of the club. Honestly, Lily did feel bad for her friend and she guilty that she had to be the one to ruin Nora's little crush, but if she didn't she knew Dean would walk all over Nora, he'd crush her heart and spirit just like he did to most of the woman he slept with. She wouldn't let shy Nora be taking advantage of like that.

Despite her earlier words, Lily did care for her quiet friend even though it might not seem like, but her words had been fuelled by jealousy when she had seen their joined hands. It was like a kick to her ego, she couldn't have Dean but Nora could? Shy, insecure, slightly cubby Nora could? In her eyes, that was like throwing away a prime steak for a salad. She didn't want to put her friend down, but she was more the kind of girl Dean went for and what he had come for. He had gotten what he wanted from her and then ditched her; no doubt he would do the same to Nora too.

"D-Dean." She tried to come off as the confident, happy make-up artist that everybody knew, but she couldn't stop the shake in her voice or the tremble in her hands when she glanced at his stony face. She wasn't looking into the eyes of Dean Ambrose she was looking into the eyes on the lunatic fringe.

"So I heard you like to talk?" Dean drawled again as his voice dropped to a more intimating sound. "Why don't you talk to me?" Dean snapped quickly as he noticed Lily flinch slightly. Good, she should be afraid.

"Listen, Dean I..-" Dean cut off Lily's reply quickly, his anger getting the better of him.

"No. You listen to me, I want to know what you said to Nora that made her storm out of here and land me in the doghouse." Dean took in the slight tremble in Lily's hands and shook his head. She had no one to blame but herself. She refused to meet his eye and she still hadn't replied to his request. "I thought I you liked to talk, so why aren't you talking?"

"I don't know what you want me to say." Lily whimpered but Dean could barely hear her over the loud music and the blood rushing in his ears.

"I want you to tell me what you said!" Dean snapped again, this time rather loudly as a couple of clubbers turned their heads to look at them.

"I told her you'd just use her for sex, just like you do with all the girls. And that you wouldn't want to be seen in public with her. But I was wrong, obviously." Lily rushed to speak her words; she was honestly terrified of what he'd do next. He was so unpredictable and it frightened her.

Dean shook his head as he looked down at the blonde woman. What kind of friend was she? To ruin a good thing because she was jealous of the attention her friend was getting? What a bitch. "You think I'd put in this much time and effort in for sex?" Dean scoffed and rolled his eyes at the trembling woman in front of him "Sweetheart, I could get sex whenever and wherever I wanted, with whoever I want. That's what makes you and Nora so different. You're one of those girls; Nora's got self-respect and class. You could learn a thing or two from her."

"What are you talking about?"

"You're easy, sweetheart. Everybody knows it. Everybody always goes for the cheapest things, but it's the rarest things that people save up and put the effort in for." Dean said simply as he felt his phone vibrate in his pocket. "You ever talk shit about me again; I'll let everyone know just how easy you really are." Dean threw his beer on the bar top and turned his back to walk away from the blonde twin, pulling his phone out as he went, but he stopped and turned back with one finally threat.

"Stay away from Nora. She doesn't need your cheap ass causing problems for her, and frankly neither do I. So do yourself a favour stay the fuck away." Dean threw one last look at the startled twin and walked out of the club, reading Nora's text message that told him they would talk tomorrow. Maybe she wasn't as mad as he thought.

Nora made back to the hotel safe and sound. The only noise she had made was to slam her hotel door closed and kick off her heels. The cab journey back had calmed her down some, but she was still mad at Lily's comments and the fact neither of them had told her that they slept together. She wasn't as angry at the fact they had slept together because she knew Lily got around and so did Dean, she couldn't do anything about either of their pasts, but it Lily didn't have to throw it in her face like she had done. Lily was supposed to be her friend, but tonight after the cruel comments and the fact she basically said that she was still into Dean and jealous of their relationship, pissed Nora off. She wouldn't take shit from her so called 'friend.' But she didn't want to fall out with her friend over a man either. Wasn't it hoes before bros? Or something like that.

Either way, she was still angry. She was angry at Dean for not telling her, he had countless opportunities to tell her he had slept with her friend. She wouldn't have been so mad, more shocked than anything, but she wouldn't have got mad. Everyone had a past and it was no secret that Dean got around and it was no secret that Lily got around too, it wouldn't have surprised her that two people that got around so much wouldn't get together at least once, but it was the face he didn't tell her. Weren't they supposed to be honest with each other? Wasn't that what this whole month of dating thing was? To get comfortable with each other and open up? Albeit, she had some of her skeletons, but it wasn't a sex skeleton like his.

Nora groaned as she threw herself on her bed. More than anything she wished she could talk to someone about what was going on in her head. She was stressed, angry and hurt. The alcohol that she had consumed early wasn't helping her either; it was clouding her judgment and probably made her react more dramatically than she normally would have. She would have thought through Lily's words, she wouldn't have let her see her emotions or that she had gotten the better of her or that she had played on her emotions and insecurities. Some friend she was. Right now Nora felt very alone and very friendless. All of her friends were back in the club, Lisa was halfway to Sunday by now, Sheamus and Wade were friends but they weren't that close, and she wouldn't even consider Lily a friend anymore. What kind of friend insults her friend and puts her down because she was jealous? A bitch that's what kind. The only friend she had left to talk to was angry at her for the decisions she made and she was pretty sure Punk didn't want to talk to her right now, but she needed someone to talk to. Nora picked up her phone and saw the text from Dean and sighed, she would deal with him tomorrow with a clear head, but right now she needed to talk to someone she hadn't in some time.

Are you still awake? N.

Seconds later her phone buzzed with a response from the man she hadn't spoken to in almost a month.

Yeah, insomnia's a bitch. What's up? P.

Nora checked the time on her phone and found it to be 1:45, she had stayed up later with Punk so she wasn't surprised when she texted and got a reply.

Can you come to my room? It's ok if you can't, just need someone to talk to. N

Nora barely had time to lock her phone before it buzzed again with Punk asking her what her room number was and her replying. Say what you want about Punk, but he came through for his friends when they needed him, even if he was pissed at them. He had no reason to come down and comfort after a whole month of them not talking, but he would come and listen to her vent because he was a good friend. She felt guilty now that she hadn't tried to talk to her friend sooner, but she had been too stubborn in her thinking and so was he. He didn't want her with Dean and she didn't want to listen to him, so they had come to a standstill. Who knew what would happen next between the friends.

A knock on her door pulled her from her thoughts and she quickly walked to the door and let Punk in. At almost two in the morning Punk looked wide awake as if it was nine o'clock, Nora smiled timidly to test the waters and was happy when Punk hugged her gently.

"Out tonight were you?" Punk teased as he pulled back and glanced at Nora's outfit.

"Yeah, it was supposed to be a quiet night with Lisa, but you know we always get caught by Sheamus and Wade, eventually." Nora smiled as she walked over to the small fridge in her small room. "Want anything?"

"I'll have a water." Punk said as he tossed himself down on her single bed and watched Nora pull two waters out of the fridge. It was so easy to slip back into casual friendship with Punk. It was refreshing to talk to him again, that was for sure.

"So, why the long face?" Punk teased again as Nora took a seat at the end of her bed and tossed a bottle of water at Punk.

"I don't have a long face." Nora scowled as she opened her water bottle and sighed. "It's a long story."

"I got all night." Punk smirked as Nora rolled her eyes. He had missed her. He wouldn't admit because that wasn't the kind of guy he was, but he had missed her over the past month. Things weren't the same when Nora wasn't around.

"You're going to be mad at me." Nora mumbled as she fiddled with her bottle of water, picking at the paper label on the bottle.

"Anything to do with Ambrose?"

"Yes."

Punk sighed and rolled his eyes. He knew the young man would be nothing but trouble for Nora; it was exactly why he didn't want her 'dating' him. Punk refused to acknowledge the fact Nora was dating Ambrose. It was such a silly concept and it was a difficult pill for him to swallow. Nora was one of his best friends, and she was cuddling up to his enemy. Friends didn't do that. Friends were loyal and respected each other; they didn't get comfy with enemies.

"What he do now?"

Nora didn't appreciate Punks tone. He was instigating that Dean gave her trouble all the time, and he didn't. In fact, this would be their first fight since they had begun dating and to be honest Nora surprised it wasn't earlier in their relationship. She knew she could be difficult when she wanted to be and her insecurities were no easy thing to live with, but Dean had made a lot of effort with her and their relationship. Maybe Punk wasn't the right person she should be talking to about Dean. Then again, he made her see just how much energy and aspiration Dean truly put into their relationship. Without knowing it Punk had already eased her mind, not by listening to her or talking to her, just his tone and a simple sentence reassure her that what Dean did in his past was his past and it shouldn't affect his present. After all, she would hate it if she told him about her past and he reacted like she had. As much as it hurt to know he had lied to her she would be able to get over it, as long as it didn't happen again, she hoped it wouldn't because she didn't want to be made a fool out of.

Nora's eyes narrowed in on Punk. He was supposed to support her in her decisions even if they were crap because that was what friends did. "You know what? It's not a big deal anymore. I just blew it out of proportion."

"That why you got mascara tracks down your face?" Punk gringly pointed to Nora's make-up stained face and the few tears that had escaped her eyes in the cab back to the hotel. "C'mon you might as well tell me what happened while I'm here."

Against her better nature, Nora relented and re-told the events of the night to Punk. As she replayed the events she could see she over-reacted and she knew it now. Dean had slept with Lily before Nora was even working with the WWE, so she had no right to react like she had done, she was pretty sure he wouldn't react like that if he met one of her ex-boyfriends.

"She could be on to something, Nora." Punk spoke finally after Nora finished re-telling the events of the night.

"She's just jealous Punk." Nora explained as she noticed Punk tense slightly.

"Ambrose is no stranger to women Nora; maybe Lily is just trying to look out for you."

"Either are you, but people don't go around throwing it in your face or Aj's."

"That's different." Punk explained simply, refusing to feed Nora's delusions about the man.

"How so?" Nora challenged. He could be such a hypocrite.

"Because it just is."

"You're such a hypocrite. Maybe that's why you two don't get along because you're so alike, it's almost scary."

"Do not compare me to him. I am nothing like Ambrose." Punk seethed. How dare she?

"Yeah, right you keep telling yourself that. Maybe this was a mistake. You're obviously the wrong to talk to about Dean, so maybe you should go." If Nora wasn't angry earlier she certainly was now.

"You're not honestly going to hear him out, are you?"

"Yeah I am, because that's what you do when you're in a relationship, Punk. You forgive people and you listen to their side."

"A relationship?" Punk practically spat the word at her, making Nora recoil in her seat. "You guys are in a relationship now? What happened to just casual dating? Wow Nora, you're really jumping in there now." Punk sneered, he wasn't happy for his friend and he never would be as long as she was with that asshole.

"I'm practically swimming in it, and I couldn't be happier." Nora's green eyes narrowed in anger at the man she considered a great friend.

"Well don't come to me when you drown, because I'm not a lifeguard. I'll stand by and watch you drown." Punk spoke his last words as he walked out of Nora's hotel room and left her alone. A tear slid down her face as she realised Punk basically told her he was done with her. Silently, and with any sobs Nora crawled into her bed and wept silently for the loss of her friend.

The next morning Nora woke with a slight headache which she soon got rid of with a long shower and a few pieces of toast. It was nine am when she woke up, which was pretty late in the WWE but she didn't have much to do today besides get ready to go to the next State for a new house show. It wouldn't take her long to get to the next state so she could relax for a couple of hours before she made her move to leave. But before she would leave she would have to meet up with Dean and apologise for her behaviour last night.

She sent a quick text to him to see if he was up and about and low and behold he certainly was… and of course he was in the gym. Nora sighed as she threw down her blueberry muffin that she pulled from the fridge for her breakfast. Without realising, Dean had intentionally made her feel like shit. Goodness knows, he was probably up at the crack of dawn lifting weights twice the size of her and she had literally just crawled out of bed and went straight to her mini fridge. She quickly responded and asked if he would meet her for breakfast downstairs, without waiting for a response from Dean she proceed to make her way downstairs to the breakfast bar. When she was in the elevator he responded with a quick yes.

The smell of warm food assaulted her senses as she made her way out of the elevator and let her nose lead the way. She was always starved after a night out, but right now she didn't feel particularly hungry. She wasn't sure if it was because she was nervous to meet Dean or if she felt like crap from her fight with Punk, but she quickly found a booth and order a hot tea and some toast, hoping it would settle her nerves and her upset stomach. She was alone for about thirty minutes and she was starting to think Dean might have given up on her when, a freshly showered Dean Ambrose slid into the seat across from her, startling her from her day dream about nothing.

"Morning." Dean started the conversation off casual. He had his guard up about this conversation, she could be here to tell him she wanted nothing to do with him ever again or she could be here smooth things over, he wasn't sure what to expect from this meeting.

"Morning." Nora whispered softly. She was really nervous, almost as nervous as the first time she first talked to him, but she would rather just cut to the chase, she wasn't one to wait about. "Look, about last night… I'm sorry. I over-reacted. What you did before we got together; is non-of-my-business and I shouldn't have ran off like that. I'm sorry. And I also blame half of it on the alcohol."

Dean smiled as he leaned over the table and locked their hands together. He sighed with relief when she squeezed his hand back, he wasn't getting dumped today. "I get it. Lily's not exactly the nicest person around."

"No she's not, but I do believe she had good intetions."

Dean scoffed as he threw down his menu. "I don't. She's a bitch."

"Dean!"

"What? She is." Dean protested as he watched a waitress make her way over to them.

"She's still my friend, although a distant one now." Nora shook her head as Dean rattled off a list of things he wanted for breakfast to the waitress, while all she asked for was more tea.

"How can you still be friends with her? After what she said?"

"Because I'm a nice person." Nora joked as she took a strip of bacon from Dean's steaming plate of breakfast. Dean just smirked in response and began digging into his food, she smiled as she released her hand from his and wrapped into around her cup of tea. It was nice being on smooth turf again.

Hey guys! Another chapter done and dusted. This one is a bit of a slow one in terms of Dean and Nora but finally we have our long awaited Punk and Nora scene. I know some of you thought Punk didn't know about Dean and Nora but he did, he knew about them dating and getting closer but he had no idea just how serious things were getting between them and that's what REALLY gets to him, but sadly Punk will only make a few appearances in the next few chapters and then he will vanish! Just like he did from the WWE. *poof*

Oh! And I want to let you guys know that I'll be changing the rating for this story as of now, this story will be rated 'M' because of the next few chapters. Next chapter will be lemony and you guys will have to be patient with me because I'm not very good with lemons. That should be enough to keep you guys coming back for next week's chapter.
