"Hermione! Mione wake up, I've figured it out! I've figured it out!" A soft hand shook Hermione's bare shoulder quickly, rousing her from sleep. When she finally awakened, realizing a man was shaking her, and it wasn't Harry, she screamed and grabbed her wand.

It was only after she pointed the tip to his throat that she realized it was Draco, effectively waking Ginny. Luckily, Lavender and Parvati weren't in bed yet.

"Oh, Merlin, Drake, I'm so sorry!" Hermione squealed, tossing her wand to the side and lifting her hands to her cheeks, not quite covering her blush.

"It's fine-" Draco began.

"What the hell are you doing up here?" Ginny said crankily rolling over facing them both. "Boys aren't supposed be allowed in girls' dormitories."

Draco looked confused for a moment. "You guys haven't figured out how to get around that enchantment? What do Gryffs do in their free time? I mean I spent half of fifth year in..." He trailed off when he saw Hermione's raised eyebrows, and swallowed slowly. Hermione's blush deepened.

"Just because we didn't know boys could come into our rooms doesn't mean we sit in the common room and study during our free time, Draco," Ginny said pointedly. "Hermione here can tell you that we frequent broom cupboards as much as we do boy's dorms. Also a nice Alohomora charm will do quite nicely on a teacher's empty classroom. Once McGonagall walked in on Harry and I..." Now it was Ginny's turn to blush and trail off, and Draco's eyebrows were hitched up high on his forehead.

"Broom cupboards, hmm?" He said, gaze never leaving Hermione's.

"Or the Astronomy Tower," she breathed, turning pink.

Ginny giggled. "I think we've probably had more fun sneaking around the castle then you serpents in girl's bedrooms," she commented.

"I'm sure you have," Draco said softly. "Tell me, Mione, how many broom cupboards have you visited?"

"Weren't you here to tell me something?"

"Yes," Draco said with a wide smile. "I think I'm on to something! I think I've figured it out!"

"Are you being serious?"

"It's the wands!"

"OH MY GOD, DRACO!" Hermione said, launching herself into his arms. He lifted her out of bed and spun her in a circle. "That's brilliant," She murmured when her feet were back on the ground. "I can't believe...I knew it was simple! Oh, Drake, I could kiss you right now, you are amazing, you really are. That's it."

She was ecstatic. He, DRACO MALFOY, that BRILLIANT wizard, had given her the final piece of the equation. They needed the wand to bring people back to life.

"Priori Incantatem," Ginny said slowly. Hermione nodded, hair flying everywhere. "Why didn't you tell me you told Draco?" Ginny asked.

"I only just asked him this morning, in Hogsmeade," Hermione said quickly. "I was going to tell you, but everything that happened with Ron-"

"What happened with Ron?" Draco asked sharply as Ginny asked, "When did you see him in Hogsmeade?"

"While you and Harry went to the Shrieking Shack, Draco and I met in the Three Broomsticks."

Ginny raised her eyebrows, and Draco asked again, "What happened with Ron?"

"He didn't come for butterbeer," Hermione shrugged. "He hates us enough to defy tradition."

"Oh, Mione, I'm sorry, this is all my fault..."

"No, stop! This isn't about Ron, okay? This is about the wands, and Priori Incantatem, and Draco Malfoy you are a genius!"

"Do you still feel like giving me a kiss now?"

"Ugh, Mione, please say no," Ginny said from her bed, which she was still snuggled in.

Hermione wasn't thinking about kissing or saying no. Her stomach dropped.

"We have to tell Harry now," she said, sitting down on the edge of her bed.

"What's wrong?" Draco asked, kneeling in front of her.

"We have to tell Harry now," Ginny said, finally climbing out of bed and sitting next to Hermione.

"What's Harry got to do with any of this...?" Draco's eyebrows muddled.

"Harry's got everything to do with this," Ginny explained. "It all started to bring Lily and James and Sirius back."

Draco looked even more confused.

"Harry's not going to let us do it," Hermione said. "He's going to think it's too dangerous. He won't want us to risk our lives to bring his parents back."

"So don't tell him," Draco said.

"He'd never forgive us," Ginny said softly.

"I'm scared he won't forgive me now," Hermione whispered. "This is the only thing I've ever kept from him."

"Mione..." Draco said.

"He's my best friend, Drake. I tell him everything. If it was him trying this, I'd hate him for not telling me sooner. What if he gets mad?"

"Then he gets mad for a little while. Take it from a Slytherin, People get mad. But they always come around." He reached up and wiped tears off Hermione's cheeks that she didn't even know had fallen. She nodded.

"So we tell him. Now."

"Now?" Draco asked, incredulous. "Wouldn't he be more angry if we wake him up?"

"Honestly, he's probably still awake," Ginny chimed in, already pulling on her robe. "I kissed him," she shrugged. "It was a good kiss." The three of them walked out of the girls' dormitory, into the common room, which was full of people, and up the stairs to the boys dormitory.

"You were sleeping," Draco pointed out as the passed the first landing.

"Yeah, but I left him hanging. You know Harry, he's a romantic. He's probably in bed overanalyzing right now."

"You left him hanging?" Hermione asked. "Haven't you caused him enough pain?"

"Hey, Mione, give her a little slack. He did leave her to go chasing bits of the Dark Lord's soul."

"And he broke up with me!" Ginny said, whirling around when they reached Harry's room.

"I did that because I love you! Because I wanted to protect you!" Harry said from behind her, coming out from his dormitory. Hermione and Draco pushed past him, and said hello to Neville, who was on his way down to the party in the Common Room. Halloween, so overrated.

Ginny spun around at Harry. "You all were quite loud coming up the stairs," he explained. "I thought I'd defend myself, instead of leaving Hermione to do it. I was trying to protect you!

"I know that, don't you think I know that?" Ginny said exasperatedly. "But it still hurt! God, Harry, are you honestly going to sit here thinking that you breaking up with me was fun for me, that it was a pleasant experience? Are you so thick that you think I didn't go home and cry for a week straight?"

"Are you going to stand here thinking that I went home feeling satisfied and noble because I had done good by sending you away?" Harry asked, voice raised.

"Didn't you?" Ginny asked.

"NO! For Merlin's sake, Ginny, a minute didn't go by that summer that I didn't want to take it all back. A minute didn't go by that year that I didn't want to take it all back. Gin, breaking up with you was the hardest thing I've ever had to do in my life."

"Harder than going into the Forbidden Forest and letting Voldemort kill you?" Ginny asked incredulously.

"So much harder."

"I don't believe you."

"I was SO MAD, Ginny! I hated, I HATED VOLDEMORT. I hated him because he killed my parents, I hated that him and his followers killed and hurt so many of my friends, but I hated him the most because he made me hurt you."

"I hated that it had to be you. I hated it that it was always you."

"Me that hurt you? Or me who had to take down Voldemort?"

"Both."

"I promise I will never hurt you again."

"You can't promise that," Ginny said, wiping a stray tear from her cheek.

"I can," Harry smiled a little. "You're going to have to hurt me, because I'm never going to hurt you again."

"You don't always hurt me on purpose though. Like when I saw you in Hagrid's arms coming out of the Forest, and I knew what you had done, that was pain like I've never felt before. Like someone had stolen all the breath from my lungs and hit me with a Crucio worse than Bellatrix's."

"I'm so sorry, Gin, but you have to believe I did it all for you,"

"Just don't make promises you can't keep okay?"

"I'm keeping this one. No more Dark Lords in my future. Only you, okay?"

"Okay," Ginny said softly.

Then without warning, she lifted her small hands up to his cheeks, pulling his face down to meet hers. His hands quickly buried themselves in her hair, and then without warning, hooked behind her knees and lifted her up. Ginny complied and wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him closer to her, and wrapping her legs around his waist. Harry had one arm around her shoulders and the other underneath her legs, holding her close to him.

"We should kick Hermione and Draco out of your room," Ginny whispered against his skin, kissing his jawbone and trailing her lips along his neck to his collarbone, sucking hard on it.

"Definitely," Harry agreed, breathless, nuzzling her neck as well. Ginny clung harder to his neck as he swung the door open, but her arms quickly went slack as they walked in on Hermione straddling Draco, and lying over him on Harry's bed, kissing so fiercely that they didn't even realize Ginny and Harry were there. Harry froze with his lips glued to Ginny's neck, eyes wide, and Ginny slid out of Harry's hold smoothly, dropping to the floor with her mouth wide open.

"Oh my God," she said loudly. Hermione flinched and Draco quickly lifted her off of him, trying to find her shirt.

"That's my bed, you know," Harry said as they watched Hermione slide Draco's under shirt over her head and Draco casually slide into his button up, leaving several buttons undone.

"I can't believe this is happening," Ginny said as Hermione and Draco looked at Harry and Ginny guiltily.

"Which is not to say that I think you too shouldn't be making out, because let's be honest, the sexual tension was driving everyone insane, but-" Ginny cut him a look. "You couldn't have used Neville's bed?"

"When did this start? The Three Broomsticks today?"

"Or even Seamus's, Merlin knows that boy never sleeps in his own bed, sure you guys'd have clean sheets."

"I mean-I'm happy for you. Just surprised."

"Right. Surprised is definitely the right word for finding you guys making out on my bed."

There was an awkward moment.

"Three days ago," Hermione blurted. "I kissed Draco in the Room of Requirement when we were working on Charms, three days ago."

"And the Three Broomsticks?"

"Gin, they don't need the Spanish Inquisition, they've kissed, big deal, let them be. Let them be in Hermione's room, mind you. I want my bed back." He waggled his eyebrows at Ginny, who giggled.

"Draco, how are you even in the Gryffindor common room?" Harry asked.

"Paid off a first year to give me the password," He said smugly. "The Three Broomsticks wasn't a random hookup...it was a date. Of sorts."

"So you guys are dating?" Ginny asked excitedly.

"They're definitely making out. On my bed."

"Oh, let it go, we've done worse in Ron's bed, hypocrite."

Harry chuckled.

"Yes," Hermione said. "We're dating."

"Really?" Draco asked her, his entire face lighting up. "You're saying yes?"

Hermione smiled warmly at him. "Yes. I'm saying yes."

"Do you want to go find a broom cupboard now?"

Hermione giggled and followed him out of the room.

"Oh my god," Ginny said, sitting on Harry's bed.

"You must've seen it coming," Harry said gently, sitting down and pulling her onto his lap.

"Oh Merlin, yes, who didn't," she scoffed, pulling Harry closer to her. "I'm just surprised Hermione didn't tell me."

Harry chuckled. "She probably just wanted to wait until it was serious,"

"Harry?"

"Yeah?"

"Stop talking."

A/N: Soooo. I suck, I haven't updated in a century. My life has been crazy busy with finals and drama and I know you all don't want to hear about my excuses but I just wanted to let you know that I've missed you and I will update SO MUCH MORE after next Thursday. Honestly, I've kind of thrown my vision for this story to the wind and have gone rogue, so I don't know if I will continue this or wrap it up soon. Let me know what you think in the reviews! :)

Also, tell me what you think about the Dramione action. I was thinking about having them be just friends, but then I was like to hell with it.

Do you like the tone of the story? Do you want more?

More romance? More drama? More conflict?

TELL ME TELL ME TELL ME :)

I love reviews.

Keep reading xx
