A.N.: It's so good to be back and walk around happily. Here's another chapter! Sorry it's short, but the next one will be longer.
"You sure you have everything?" Riku asks breathlessly with concern as he buckles his seatbelt on the passenger's side. He pulls out his cell phone, looking at himself on the screen and fixing his slightly messy hair that was a result of him attacking me in the hotel's elevator with ferocious lips. He then leaned over to me and his fingers deftly fixed the collar of my shirt, popping it out of my sweater.
"I believe I do." My voice is gravelly from the result of us being in the elevator alone. I slide my tongue along my bottom lip, which is slightly sore from the abuse of Riku's teeth.
Riku slipped his phone back into his pocket while I started up the car. I give him a long look over, admiring him from head to toe. This beautiful guy was officially mine and it was hard to believe that I acquired him after something that was supposed to be a one night stand.
"Do you like what you see?" Riku wiggled his eyebrows giving me a flirty wink. His body shimmied to shake his assets and he laughed at my stunned expression.
I stare out the windshield directly in front of me quickly. I murmured out, "Y-yeah, I do so very much." Now, I couldn't help but feel shy around Riku's bold advances, but that may be because instead of my lust for him, I was growing...
Well, love, I guess.
The whole ride to his house, Riku's fingers tangled with my own on the gearshift. His palm was warm and his thumb traced slow random patterns on the outside of my hand. And as we pulled in front of his home, Riku gazed at me longingly enough for me to become entranced by his eyes.
I leaned over with intentions to be gentle, only grazing my lips against his. Then, something snapped up my arm and caused me to roughly grab Riku's mane instead. I swallowed his gasp of surprise and began to tangle my fingers in the thick tuft of silver hair. Something about his loving stare on me made me want to show that equal passion through actions.
I pulled his head away and he inhaled a sharp breath. The thin line of saliva that still connected our lips broke off as I licked my lips swiftly.
"Please try to be low-key at your job tonight," I advise seriously. "I don't want some weirdo to pick you up." As it takes a moment for Riku's mind to process my words, his head shook up and down softly.
"O-okay, I will. Text me." Riku seemed stunned from my sudden act of passion and as he leaves the car, his fingers slowly trail off my hand. I watch him the whole way as he enters the door of his apartment and the small wave of goodbye he gives me.
I look back to to see the door close and then abruptly open. Riku trots back to the car, carefully examining the street before going over to the driver's side. He makes a small hand motion to pull down my window, to which I obediently do.
As the window slid all the way down, Riku's palm softly smoothed along my face before grabbing the back of my head. I make a surprised noise as he nearly yanks my head forward so that it leaned somewhat out of the window. His lips meet mine roughly and he is animalistic with quick tilts of his head and rough swipes with his tongue.
Riku pulls away with his lips all wet with my saliva and he licks it off quite seductively. "You're not the only one who could do that you know," he confidently says. "Make people crazy..." The gruffness in his voice was slightly leaking out and it awakened my loins.
I sat there in stunned silence as I watched him walk back into his house, the sly smile on his face showing that he knows all. Riku absolutely made me crazy, like he said, and it encouraged me to follow my original plan that I thought about back in the hotel.
I sigh as I grab my cell phone and sent a text message to the appropriate person.
That night, I parked closely to my destination. I stepped out onto the sidewalk and followed along the path that led to the middle of the park. The gentle night breeze swayed the leaves of trees and bushes that lined up along this path. I instructed him to meet me here tonight in the middle. It was somewhere more public than my house and it was a wiser option for what I was going to do now.
I'm more than nervous at this point, and it's not the pleasant kind of nerves. My throat already feels like it is closing up and my stomach is performing sickly acrobatics that made me nauseous. With a deep breath in an attempt to calm myself and tame my flipping stomach, I sit down on the wooden bench that sat on a hill that overlooked the flat of the park, casually laying my hand on the arm of the bench.
My phone buzzes with a text message then and I checked the screen, eyes nearly bulging at image that was sent. Riku, in his nightly sexy butler uniform, was there with his vest wide open. His hand was dipped into his tight shorts teasingly and my face felt hot at the sight. My eyes followed along some marks on his chest. They trailed all the way to his neck, where a deep pink love bite displayed itself. Then I read the message he sent with the image.
"How am I supposed to hide all of these love bites on stage that you gave me?"
The back of my hand covered my grinning mouth. I didn't know I had bitten him so many times and that I did it harsh enough to break skin. The corner of my eye then caught a familiar figure walking towards me and I quickly set my phone on the arm of the bench after turning it off.
I did not know how to properly greet the blue-haired male when I was going to do the unforgivable. I gathered enough courage to stand up and shove my hands in my pocket. I gave him an affirmative nod to greet him and offered him a friendly smile.
"Why did you text me so out of the blue?" Saïx asked as he approached me, stopping two feet away from me. Everything about him looked apprehensive. His eyebrow was raised in worry and his feet kept shuffling. Seeing him like this almost made me not go through with what I was about to do.
"I, I really don't know how to say this," I sighed out. Trying to say these heartbreaking words were almost too difficult. It was not going to be as hurtful for me as it was going to be for him. I was close to turning around and pretending that I called him here for something else. But as I thought about the main reason why I wanted to go through with this, Riku, perhaps the result of me doing so would be worth more than I thought. I really liked the silver haired male and I did not want to lose him. So I braced myself for when my mouth opened, saying, "I don't want to beat around the bush, Saïx. I want to break up."
The blue haired male's mouth twisted in a weird way and he flinched harshly at my words. His arms uncrossed and they settled by his side slowly, as if he couldn't trust himself with fast movements. "What? You seriously don't mean that!"
"I do. You're, you're just not giving me what I need Saïx." I looked over at the trees, their leaves still calmly moving unlike my squirming insides. My eyes slightly squinted as I waited for the heavy silence to pass.
Those words split his heart in half and he looked at me in complete surprise. His breathing was only a bit irregular. "Where is this coming from?! What did I do wrong?!" his voice hushed out in quiet lisp of questions and he slowly stepped closer to me. His eyebrows scrunched up tighter and tighter, trying to hide his agonizing emotions.
"You're not giving me the communication I need Saïx," I try to firmly say, but the position I am in right now is causing my voice to be shaky. Breaking someone's heart to be happier in the end was difficult. "I want to talk. I don't just want to solve everything with sex or just let it brush off our shoulders. I want closure, but you're not giving me it."
"And who's giving you it?!" Saïx suddenly yells, marching over to me. My jaw immediately drops open in shock at his words. I wasn't expecting him to accuse another man being the cause of this. I begin to stutter out incoherent noises and he only becomes more abrasive as he notices my behavior. "Someone else is giving you this then?!"
"Saïx-" I start to explain, trying to divert this conversation away the direction it was trying to go to. However, I was thrown into the deep end before I knew it.
"You cheated on me, didn't you," he hissed out with an accusatory stare. "There's somebody else, and he's giving you what you..." At the next few words Saïx gave me a derogatory glance, amber eyes scrutinizing me as if I were dirt. "What you 'need', well fuck that!" He air quoted the word, fingers curling twice and his eyes rolled with attitude.
"He does give me what I need. The ability to solve problems together, just by understanding each other," I whisper quietly. I feel his angry glare on me as I walk past him. When I began to stride even faster, I heard a loud scoff behind me and some trailing footsteps following after me.
"Are you LEAVING me here?! After you just admitted to cheating on me!?" Saïx asked with repulsion. He was offended for his own reasons and because of that, I walked away even faster. "Don't you dare walk away from me! This is not over!"
I turn around suddenly and grab his shoulders roughly, every bit of irritation building up inside me only to be shouted out by my mouth. "It is over!" I shake him slightly only once, and my mouth is open, gasping for air. I search his face which is now fearful, completely stunned by my yell. "It's over," I repeated with a sympathetic stare.
Saïx's eyes look so lost and he's trying to find his way back to me. He remains there still and expressionless, and the first sign of tears were in his eyes. My hands slowly leave his shoulders and he doesn't stop me when I turn around and leave.
Even when I step into my car, he doesn't follow. Saïx stands there in the middle of the park's sidewalk, looking dejected. His face is in the general direction of where I left and his hands grab loosely at his own arms.
I'm close to going back there to take this all back, but Riku strongly came to mind. I couldn't stop my own happiness because of Saïx's feelings, even if I did wrongly cheat on him. I had to be selfish with my wants and needs if I wanted to enjoy life as much as possible.
With no further feelings of regret, I drove away from the park, wiping my wet eyes with the sleeve of my shirt.
To gaara'sGurl101: -dances around with you- I know and things are looking so great!
To The Great Exterminator: You didn't scare me, I was just shocked! Then I brought my characters close to me and hugged them and told them everything would be alright, but I was lying to them the entire time. Heheh. Well, here's a hint, good things always happen to bad people.
