A/N: Hello hello! A new chapter coming!

I've been having some medical issues with my back lately which is in part the reason why I haven't been updating. (And not because I've been playing Destiny: The Taken King *cough*cough* Not related at all I swear) It's very difficult to sit down at my desk and transcribe my chapters to digital when my neck and low back are giving me problems. Don't worry too much though I'm going to a chiropractor. Pop Pop goes my bones.

It's not as gross as some of you might imagine, it's quite nice actually.

Incidentally, if you all get the chance you should totally listen to the song "Bios Delta" from Guilty Crown which is what this chapter's poems are based upon slash English translated from German! Check it out!

And as always, please let me know if there are any errors in spelling or grammar if you will. And know that there will be a Questionnaire at the bottom of the page for you all to check out! So enjoy the chapter!

EDIT: All links for my own personal art and art by others and questions can be found on my TUMBLR. Username is fanfiction-by-abalisk

Swing by and check it out, ask some questions, have a good time!

Chapter 12: Forget-Me-Not

Theme: Hiroyuki Sawano – Krone

Do you still recall
Do you ever go back,
To the promise that you swore to keep?

Do you still recall?
Do you ever go back,
To the day that you told me...?

This broken city is still beautiful,
I waited all this time for your return.
In his hand
A Forget-Me-Not.

Raindrops fall and become my tears,
Wind is my breath and my tragedy,
The branches and leaves become my hands,
Because my body is wrapped up in roots.
When the season changes from Winter,
I wake up and sing a song for you.

The Forget-Me-Not,
Which you have given me
Is here...

Obito

7:33 pm, December 12th

A colorful haze of muted browns and grays whizzed by with a kaleidoscopic chaos as the group moved swiftly through the forest. The forlorn moaning of a breeze caused the leafless branches of Hashirama trees to groan and creak in its passing, the squad of four shinobi seemingly paying it little heed.

Minato-sensei was leading the party, a determined scowl pinching his normally cheery façade as he listened to the whispering voice of his toad summon, filling him in on some of the finer details of their destination. Rin-chan following shortly behind him, forming the center of the group, giving her a greater chance for reaction in case anyone needed immediate medical attention and simultaneously providing her protection from outside force. Kakashi and himself were flanking the girl on either side, their eyes intent and wary upon their surroundings.

Already nearly a day out from their home village, twilight descended upon the group, making their travels steadily more precarious. Sensei had to soon enough make it necessary for the team to land on the ground, not wanting to risk injury on his students or himself in the tree branches. When it became too dark to continue, he called a halt, choosing to make camp among the low hanging branches of a lone conifer.

Obito moved his orange-tinted goggles, which he had worn over his eyes when they had been leaping through the branches, to his forehead; rubbing at one of his eyes and blinking blearily at their dim surroundings.

He just didn't understand, what was so special about a fishing village in the middle of nowhere? From what he could tell it was just important enough to make his usually grumpy teammate even more quiet than usual... In fact, Obito would even go as far as to say that Kakashi was downright despondent, which was unusual to say the least.

Now Obito was no stranger to melancholy teens, not including the one on his own squad. Being from the famed, or notorious if you prefer, Uchiha clan had no shortage of scowling temperamental sticks-in-the-mud. It was often the reason why people questioned whether he really was an Uchiha at all, with his starkly contrasting personality. So one would think Obito would be used to this sort of thing...

But it wasn't just the usual serious demeanor that Kakashi normally wore, there was a determination present that had not been there before. Almost... as if he was actually concerned of all things. 'Did the bastard have friends or family in this backwater village?' Obito wondered, his dark eyebrows pinching in apprehension as he stared at the back of his teammates silver scalp.

The question remained on the tip of his tongue... But how does one break to another a question about a sensitive topic?

From Obito's perspective, it's a bit baffling to think that Kakashi in his current state could hold fear or even distress for another human being, especially for anyone outside of the village. To him, the prodigy is nothing but selfish and self-centered, belittling anyone that does not hold up to his standards and his skill. To think that these people, these civilians of all things, made some sort of an impact on the preteen, enough to have him concerned over their well-being? Bizarre. It was utterly bizarre. What could they have possibly done to elicit such a response?

As Obito mulled these thoughts over, the team had finished setting up camp around him. The boy having completed his task of stoking a low, smokeless fire beneath the damp branches of the conifer and pushing back the growing night; illuminating the hollow in a dim orange glow. A prickly layer of pine needles littered the area around the fire pit, providing a soft, dry, and relatively dirt free space for the team to sit and lay out their sleeping rolls. The creeping chill of the night air bit at their backs as they ate a dry and rather tasteless meal of ration bars, not wishing to draw too much attention with the smell of cooking food.

Silence pervaded the campsite... no one daring to break it.

It was going to be a long night.

Rin

8:54 pm, December 12th

Rin didn't know what to do.

She couldn't help but notice the closed off expression on Sensei's face, his cheery and carefree demeanor having completely vanished the moment he heard the news of the village. He was distant to them as they traveled, his brilliant mind focused somewhere far away. Sensei was worried for someone… and it clouded his normally clear blue eyes in a roiling storm.

The anticipation for retribution could almost be tasted in the crisp air.

Ignoring this atmosphere was impossible when not only Sensei was being preoccupied. She looked at Kakashi-kun's masked face and his eyes never fully connected to hers like they usually did, he was more quiet than usual. His normally expected reproaches to Obito being late or disheveled never coming forth… even now, he has not said a word to either of them.

Silently, he leapt into the branches of the conifer, apparently deciding on his own that he would take the first watch. Sensei didn't object, merely turned into his bedroll and faced away from the group, his blond hair sticking out like a dandelion among the blankets. The silence was deafening and Rin turned to give an unnerved look to Obito still crouched by the fire, the boy returning her confusion with some of his own. 'Good. At least we're in the same boat.' Rin thought with a mental sigh, not wishing to break the forced silence with any audible sounds.

Obito twisted his fingers and gestured clumsily at her, an attempt to talk without using verbal communication. Minato-sensei had taken it upon himself to teach them the more advanced forms of sign language used among infiltration teams in the field to supplement the beginner forms they had learned in their academy days. For some it took better than others, with Obito being in the latter class. Luckily, Rin spent enough time with him to at least get an idea about what he wanted to say.

"Do you know anything about this?" He signed with deliberate and forced gestures, frustration and confusion clear in his expression. Obito was an open book like that, the most prone to openly displaying his emotions and the most likely to act upon it. He was gullible in many ways, but he had the biggest heart out of all the people she knew...

Regretfully, it got him into trouble sometimes.

Shaking her head sadly, Rin slowly signed back so that he could easily pick up on her meaning, "They've never mentioned anything around me. All I know is this is the place they went when you and I went through the Chuunin Exams."

Huffing a sigh, the boy tilted his head back to the flickering flames, his obsidian orbs reflecting the fire in an orange shimmer, the darkness of his eyes nearly swallowed by the light. Rin wondered what was going through his troubled mind, knowing that he didn't enjoy being kept out of the loop when it came to his teammates... They were like family to him. Taking another deep breath, Obito turned to look back at Rin, pulling a fiercely determined face that spoke clearly, "No matter what happens... We'll be there for them."

He was resolved... Obito had a good heart. Willing to throw himself into danger to help those he cared about; even Kakashi. It was inspiring really and one of the reasons Rin was so glad to be his friend and teammate... if only he could turn some of that love on himself...

Nodding to him and receiving one back, Rin signed a "Goodnight" to her only remaining teammate, allowing herself to snuggle into her bedroll, Obito following suit into his own after a few minutes. The sounds of Obito's light snores combined with her own worried thoughts kept her awake for much longer however. Her mind was not so easily put at ease.

Rin didn't imagine anyone else got much sleep either…

Kakashi

11:21 pm, December 12th

The night grew colder as what little heat from the day dissipated into the steadily clearing sky, the light of a waxing gibbous moon just beginning to peek out from behind the grasping fingers of a dark cloud, brightening the gloom in its pale gaze.

Kakashi, still tucked into the shadowed branches of the pine tree, looked up briefly from his vigil to behold the celestial body's unveiling. Pulling down his mask to his chin, Kakashi let out a long exhale that expelled a cloud of vapor into the air, watching as it quickly vanished in the chill. His onyx eyes picked out a few scattered constellations among the pitch darkness of the revealing sky, their dim lights twinkling down at him at a rhythm all their own.

He remembered the nights Sensei would gather everyone into the backyard of the Tsukino household and would help the girls identify the Four Heavenly Beasts; the most commonly known constellations. Seiryuu of the East, King of Spring, had been distant on the horizon at the time, due to summer being the domain of Suzaku of the South; the Virmillion Bird's constellation at the apex of the heavens. Byakko of the West was drawing near however, with the steady onset of Autumn... Genbu had not been visible at the time.

'Not like he is now...' Kakashi thought, staring up at the series of distant lights that formed the Black Turtle of the North, the Heavenly King of Winter. The moon was encroaching upon the beast's space however... it had almost started covering the constellation's "claws."

That night had been nothing like this one, it had been a new moon... which really hadn't mattered since moonset occurred hours before, like it normally does during the summer months. No village lights to obstruct the view like there was in Konoha, so the sky was a canvas of stars; a blue band of shimmering lights stretching to the edge of the world. Chinatsu hadn't been interested, she didn't care much for the stories about the constellations... but Sukaira... Oh, Sukaira soaked in every word. Every detail. She wanted to know more about "Your stars" as she called them, her words still halting and unsure with intermittent intervals where she spoke in her own trilling language. If she could have told them about her stars, she likely would have... such a thing was very important to her. She and Sensei would spend hours just staring up at the sky, pronouncing their names and learning their stories...

A subtle shift in air pressure told Kakashi that he was no longer alone in his vigil. Someone decided to join him...

"Nice night, hm?" He heard Sensei murmur, his voice just barely above a whisper. Tilting his head, Kakashi caught a glimpse of Minato in his peripheral vision, sitting not too far behind him on a neighboring branch, lounging. Gold hair appeared nearly silver in the pale moonlight and Kakashi could just barely make out a hit of his teacher's blue eyes in the gloom.

Nodding in silent agreement, the boy turned his eyes back to observe their surroundings, keeping a critical eye on some distant movement among the trees. "Couldn't sleep?" He supplied, noting with relief that the disturbance had only been a herd of deer, navigating their way cautiously through the darkness.

Minato-sensei hummed lowly, "Sleep was... elusive to say the least." The man confirmed, a hint of mild irritation in his voice, likely meaning he'd gotten no sleep from the moment first watch began. "I must admit, I am worried for our friends' well-being."

Kakashi furrowed his brow at that, feeling a pang of unease at the unpleasant thought, "Do you think... they made it out alive?" He questioned tightly, voice lowering almost into a whisper in his concern.

Sensei didn't answer right away, making a prickle of fear worm its way into the boy's mind. If not even Minato-sensei thought the Tsukino's and Sukaira made it okay, then surely they were up for some painful revelations when they reached Kamaboko Gai, right? It was concerning to imagine that he was so unsure of their chances, "I think," The man started hesitantly, breaking the silence and Kakashi out of his cycling thoughts, "that we can only hope... and pray for the best Kakashi-kun. I know this doesn't bring comfort... but we can't ignore the possibility."

Sucking in a breath, Kakashi let that statement sink in for a moment, not wanting to even imagine what sort of horrors the rogue shinobi could have wrought upon this well-meaning and boisterous family. Unbidden ideas of their fates sprang up in his overactive imagination: Airi... her body torn and eyes lifeless, her normally tightly bound platinum hair splayed out like a halo. Ryouichi... beaten down and bruised, his strong arms broken and black; not longer of any use. Chinatsu...

Chinatsu...

Letting out a shaking breath, the boy brought a hand to his uncovered face, feeling the callouses of his fingertips scrape against the softer flesh. If there was anything in the world that would make Sukaira lose it, make her do something foolish... "Sensei... do you think Mukei-san would do anything reckless?"

A groan sounded and he heard the man run a hand through his hair, "I hope not. I like to think that we managed to teach her some sense before we left. The mere thought of her doing a repeat of that tree incident is enough to make me feel quite a measure of dread."

Kakashi snorted at that, remembering all too well what incident his teacher was referring to. Though in hindsight, if Sukaira had never thrown the younger girl's toys up into that tree in the first place, her and Chinatsu's relationship would have probably never become as strong as it did. Everyone, on the other hand, could have gone without the near death experience that the girl had gone through when she subsequently fell out of that tree after going up to retrieve those same toys.

It was lucky that Minato-sensei had been there to catch her.

Still the thought of a encore performance of any sort was bone-chilling, that girl really was prone to fits of brave stupidity.

Contemplative silence fell between the student and teacher, each to their own worried thoughts.

xXx

6:59 am, December 13th

Morning was a rushed affair; Minato wanted to set out as early as possible after everyone had received a full meal of stale and rather tasteless rations. He appeared to be doing better, despite the dark circles under his eyes that indicated he'd had next to zero sleep the night before. The man was actually addressing people in full sentences, rather than the short, clipped manner that he'd taken on before. Everyone in the group had some level of sleep deprivation however, not just him, a fine ring of bruised skin hung below everyone's eyes; a decent level that would make a tanuki proud.

Kakashi was still standoffish, though he did move his mouth a little under the mask as Minato discussed something with him in private, meaning that he was at least talking again. Obito and Rin didn't have to worry too much about stepping on anyone's toes this time, as it appeared whatever had been bothering the other two had been worked out... somewhat.

After picking up all their gear, the team worked together to clean up the campsite, scattering the ashes and discarding the stones into the brush. They had to make sure that as little of the presence remained as possible in case an enemy was tailing them...

They had long since entered dangerous territory.

The war front had been pushed further inland in recent weeks by efforts made from Kirigakure, the Land of Water's shinobi village. While it may be true that the battlefield was miles away from their current position, they could not ignore the warning that scouts had been discovered and neutralized further inland. It was part of the reason why Jiraiya had to be moved out of Kamaboko Gai and sent south, to push back the greedy foothold that the Mist shinobi had made along the southern coast.

Reports stated that they were proving difficult to rout.

With brushing the pine needles into disarray as the final touch, the group decided to set off into the trees; a fine blanket of fog rolling in from the east, obscuring the ground.

It started to rain.

Travel during the morning hours was usually the most pleasant, the most quiet, and also... the most deadly of times. Early morning was the best time to ambush unsuspecting shinobi, especially those who were inexperienced, due to the relaxed state that many find themselves in while watching the sun rise, listen to the birds sing, and smell the morning dew. It was because of this reason that Minato pushed his students to wakefulness, not allowing them time to relax and enjoy their surroundings. Now was the time for alertness, to be aware of possible attack from any angle... The ration bars helped to give the energy needed for the impromptu morning workout, pushing back the exhaustion from lack of sleep.

No one attempted to complain about the spartan treatment.

It didn't take long for Minato to once again have to abandon using the trees as their highway, not due to the fog rolling in, but because the reliable Hashirama trees had finally run out. The Land of Fire is well known for its expansive forests that go on for many kilometers, often up to and exceeding the borders of other countries. Hashirama trees are well known due to its namesake Senju Hashirama, who was the Shodai Hokage of Konohagakure and was world-renowned for utilizing Mokuton or wood-based ninjutsu. It is said that all the large deciduous trees flourishing across the Land of Fire and beyond were created by Hashirama. While such a legend may not be true, one cannot deny that many of the trees hold uncanny strength and durability, growing much quicker than any other tree within the region, and carrying the largest branches; enough to say... hold a shinobi.

Which is why Minato had to move the team to the misty forest floor, the trees had finally become too small to simply leap from branch to branch. Pine trees did not make for reliable travel, especially when they were so small.

Besides, they were coming upon their destination, the smell of salt was strong in the air.

As was the pungent odor of ash...

Team Minato broke through the underbrush and came upon a bleak scene, grey pillars of smoke rising diagonally as the wind pushed it along. Blackened grass and broken charcoal crunched beneath their feet as they entered a burned field, the trees along the border bearing scars from the intense flames.

Kamaboko Gai was in ruins, a grey jagged pile of smoking ashes and smoldering timber... Few of the buildings had remained untouched by the raging flames, the fire having caught on the eaves of nearby houses easily in the cramped spaces. The weather was atrocious, ocean waves thrashing violently in the harbor with the wind slanting the rain nearly parallel to the ground. Rainwater turned the loose dust into sludge beneath their feet, making everyone doubly glad that they had changed to more weather appropriate footwear before leaving Konoha.

Footprints lay in chaotic disarray on the muddy ground, criss-crossing and slipping over each other in what only could be surmised as a mad scramble. Discarded blankets and bent buckets were strewn about, leaving the group to conclude that the townsfolk had been struggling to keep the fire from spreading... with moderate success.

Rin bent down to retrieve a child's doll that had been trampled into the sludge, the wooden parts breaking apart despite her gentle touch.

It was pointless to linger, so the team moved on...

They sprinted through the murk, using their chakra to stick to the ground so they didn't slip in the mud. Minato eventually led them through a thicket untouched by the fire, the low brush soon giving way to a narrow trail surrounded by tall dune grass. A very familiar house to all but two of the team stood silent in the distance, its condition looking much the same as it did months before. Quickly, Kakashi and Minato made their way to the front steps, minding their filthy shoes before stepping barefoot on the front deck. Nervously, Rin and Obito eyed each other, keeping off of the clean hardwood and watching as their teacher hesitated for a moment before giving three solid knocks to the door frame.

"Hello? Is anyone home? It's me, Minato." Their sensei called, a slight apprehensive quirk to his voice. When no answer was forthcoming, he tried again with another, louder series of knocks, "Airi-san. Ryouichi-san. Are you there?" He nearly shouted, half-hoping that he was just waking them up.

No answer.

Looking back at the two who hadn't joined them on the porch, Minato nodded and motioned for them to check around back. He barely waited for them to comply before turning back to the door and knocking again. "Sukaira-chan? Chinatsu-chan? Hello?" When once more not a sound was made within, the jounin tested the door handle...

It clicked open smoothly.

Hands flickering down to their weapon pouches, the two leaf shinobi crept quietly down the corridor, keeping their backs to the wall. Peeking around the corner, where they knew to be the kitchen, Kakashi and Minato noted with surprise that cots and blankets were all laid out and organized in rows; the blankets neatly folded and stacked with each placement's pillow.

A quick search around the rest of the interior yielded much of the same result, empty of people but evidence of their presence everywhere. The two shinobi didn't linger much longer and rendezvoused with the others. "Sensei," Rin started seriously, once they exited the house, "there are dozens of tents and canvases set up in the backyard, but not a person in sight. It looks like they have been returning to this place often though... so they can't be too far out."

"Yeah, they left behind a lot of cooking tools and there was medical supplies everywhere." Obito stated, adjusting his goggles anxiously. "They're in it for the long haul too, they've got quite a stash."

"Yes, Kakashi and I confirmed much the same inside." Minato replied, slipping back into his boots as he spoke, "It's very like Airi-san to take in anyone that needs help, so I wouldn't put it past her if she's responsible for this refugee camp." Staring out into the middle distance, the man ran a hand through his tangled hair, "I only hope it actually is her... let's head to the village. We'll find more answers there."

As one, the squad abandoned the grounds and made a beeline for the village ruins, trying their hardest not to flick mud and ash on each other as they ran. In this they had some small measure of success...

When they drew near the village, a horn bugled from somewhere within the tangled building remains. Skidding to a halt, Minato whipped his hand around and caught an arrow right before it made contact with Obito's unsuspecting skull. Wide-eyed, Obito sent his silent thanks with a nervous gulp as Minato narrowed his blue eyes dangerously. No one was obviously visible through the smoke and the rain, making a shiver of warning run through his spine "We are not here to fight you!" He barked over the wind and rain, his voice carrying an echo despite the poor conditions. "We were sent by Konohagakure to provide aid and find the people who did this to your village! Please we mean you no harm!"

"Then what about our children, ninja scum?!" A woman's voice hollered loudly, hidden amidst the ruins, her voice holding a hysterical edge to it. "What will you do with them, huh?! Will you take them away just like you did last time? How many more of our babies will you steal?!"

"We are not here to take your children." Minato assured calmly, lowering the arm holding the arrow slowly and dropping the projectile to the ground. "Hokage-sama has ordered us to investigate the disappearances reported in these parts and to help the people of Kamaboko Gai."

"You lie!" The distraught woman shrieked, earning a few murmurs from somewhere around them, meaning that they were indeed being watched. "You're a spy sent to take our babies away! Those children with you are just like my babies aren't they?! Stolen away to fight in your war!" The mutterings grew louder, a few silhouettes of people becoming visible as they became bold and more came to investigate the commotion.

Minato grimaced, this was getting out of hand, "These 'children' are my students, the best and the brightest from the Shinobi Acadamy in Kono-"

"Lies! Lies!" Came the maddened screech, each outburst rising in pitch. "You're a liar! A thief! A murderer! You let babies fight in your war! Look everyone, they are babies themselves! How could you make them fight?! How could you?! HOW COULD YOU?!"

A sizable crowd had surrounded the team now, now fully distinguishable among the debris. The villagers were damp and muddy to the hip, their eyes dark and sunken from restless nights. Various members of the crowd held a sharp tool or implement, likely having been drawn in from their work in excavating the burned houses. Trained eyes noted how they anxiously grasped their shovels or hammers, knuckles white from gripping the handle too hard.

"Sensei..." Obito whimpered, gripping the back of the man's vest as he looked at the villagers meandering toward them; unconsciously feeling the aggressive vibe that was filling the atmosphere.

Taking in a deep breath, Minato put out his hands to the sides and crowded the teens behind him, like hell he was going to allow his students to get hurt by a crazed horde. Blue eyes darted to and fro, trying to pinpoint where the attack would come first. It was inevitable, these people were desperate and afraid, he shouldn't have been surprised that they would react like this...

The hysterical woman spoke again, her voice twisted and eager, "They stole my babies, but we can get them back! Steal them back! Kill them back! The shinobi are scared now! Kill the shinobi! Kill them! Kill! Kill! Kill! KI-"

A resounding slap echoed from somewhere among the buildings and the growing mob stuttered to a halt when a new authoritative tone barked, "Enough of this nonsense! What are you a bunch of animals? Get a hold of yourselves!" The crowd immediately parted to show a woman stalking purposefully with her chin held high and her hand tightly gripping the cheek of a crying woman with a red hand print on her face.

Stopping in front of the shinobi, the stiff woman with tightly bound up platinum blond hair stared down imperiously at the woman in her grasp, "Now. You will apologize immediately to these people for inciting a mob and threatening to kill them." The blond lectured, her river stone eyes flashing in barely suppressed rage.

"No!" The crying woman sobbed, wilting and throwing a fit at the harsh treatment, thick tracks of tears cutting through the dirt on her cheeks, "T-they stole my babies... t-they... they took them away!"

"They didn't kidnap your children you nitwit, it was the nuke-nin." Snapped the irate woman, turning around to motion impatiently to one of the bystanders, "Get her back to her tent and make sure for the love of all gods that she stays there this time! And if you see her ever pick up a damn bow again you have my express permission to snap her dumbass fingers off!"

After watching like a hawk for a moment to make sure that the crowd had dispersed and that the man escorting the other woman was actually doing his job, the harsh woman turned back to the shinobi with a glare. Briskly, she made her way to stand in front of Minato and before anyone could react she slapped him across the face.

"You're late!" She snarled, when the man gave her a dumbfounded look. Pushing him aside none too gently, the woman swept up Kakashi in a gentle hug, her dark eyes brimming with unshed tears. "You're late..." She whispered in a cracked voice, cradling the boy's head against her shoulder.

Kakashi for all the world looked like he'd just survived a hurricane.

The city we called home – now ruins,
I've waited all this time for you, my dear,
In my hands
A Forget-Me-Not.

Light my fire and burn my tears,
Let my body finally fade away.
My story will live on in the Earth and
I will wrap myself inside of its roots.
When the seasons change I'll awaken,
For all Winter I'll have been waiting.

The Forget-Me-Not flower
Has bloomed again,
Right here...

I remember,
Do you remember me?
Can you recall the day you met me?

I remember,
Do you remember me?
Say once more... that you love me...

A/N: *Cackles* And so Rin and Obito meet Airi-san for the first time! What a way to leave an impression!

Airi may be a doctor but don't think for a moment she's outfitted to be a therapist, her personality is just not built for that sort of hysteria, she's too blunt and straightforward to dance around other people's feelings.

QUESTIONS FOR THE AUDIENCE:

Q: Harry Potter AU: What house do you think each of the characters would be in? Go!

Q: What animal do you see my OC's as? (Sukaira, Chinatsu, Airi, Ryouichi, Toshiro, etc...)

Q: Feel free to send out any scenario ideas for character interactions, I wrote a chapter (chapter 6) in dedication once before to another reviewer and will do so again if a good enough idea rolls in. (I know this isn't exactly a question but whatever)

IN WHICH I GIVE OUT FACTS OR LIES... WHO CAN TELL?

Guest - July 21st: That is DM knowledge not player knowledge. :3 All will be revealed in time.

RulerOfCats: Ahaha, well just because she managed to survive a fall into water (which by the way at her height was probably like hitting concrete) doesn't necessarily mean she can't die from falling from a tree. People have died from lesser things... like ladders. Glad you are getting into the story and that its immersive enough for you! And don't worry there will be more rolling in! Also I think your username is adorable.

LateNightOwl: Sorry I'm so dangerous for your feelings hahah! And I definitely feel like her and Obito would have an adorable friendship, just imagine him squishing her face and her retaliating in kind.

Guest - Sep 16th: Oh my crap, REVIEW EXPLOSION NO JUTSU! Lol, thank you for all the reviews darling and I will certainly do my best to work through writer's block, my job, and other things (distractions) to update when I can. Just remember I do this for fun. :) And you know I've never actually thought before to use real world actors to compare my characters to but looking at Mackenzie Foy... yeah I think you hit the nail right on the head. Give her a mole above her left eyebrow, hook her nose a bit more, and put a horizontal scar on her left cheek and bam! It works. Ethnicity is not a big deal in my opinion in the Naruto world... mostly because just because the culture is very Asian... does not mean its people are. I mean Minato has blue eyes and blond hair for goodness sake and several of the characters from Kumogakure are dark-skinned with African racial markers... so really I don't think her appearance is a big issue. Her accent on the other hand...

At some point I'm going to be making a Tumblr account to store all my references, fan art, and other fun things that I used to post on my profile since the website does not allow external links anymore... so look forward to that!
