3RD PERSON

"Lynn! Where have you been?" Marlene screamed while encompassing the girl in a long hug. Lynn smiled and gazed at Marlene while she hugged her but quickly averted her gaze when she began to let go.

"Hell! Its real, and no joke." Lynn huffed. "Except it's a little different than how they described it. It's almost like a jail sentence. Your time there is based on how terrible you were during your life. Who knew being a little bitchy can keep you there for months."

"Aww and she's still a little bitchy." Marlene said smiling at Uriah. "Glad to see you haven't changed!"

"Yeah, yeah." Lynn said under her breath

"It's great to see you Lynn, but what should we do about Tris?" Will asked. Everyone's faces fell. The return of Lynn made them almost forget the most recent news, Uriah and Tris' possible resurrection. Uriah scratched the back of his head as if in deep thought when Lynn chimed in.

"What's wrong with Tris?" she asked.

"Uriah and Tris have the possibility of being resurrected, but Four took the memory serum so now she feels there is no point for her to be brought back to life." Will said with clear sympathy plastered on his face for Tris.

"Oh brighten up." Lynn said clearly annoyed with the situation. "Tris has no reason to be upset, in my opinion she's being quite selfish. She has the chance to go back while we don't yet she is still complaining. What ever happened to those Stiff values?"

They all looked at each other, allowing Lynn's words to soak in. Marlene stared at Uriah who sat contemplating every thing that just happened, Tris, his possible resurrection, and Marlene. If he goes back, what happens to her, what happens to all of them? Will, Marlene and Lynn; don't they deserve a second chance at life too?

"I don't want it." Uriah said quietly under his breath. " I don't want it, I can't. Marlene I just got you back. I can't lose you again." Uriah stood up and Marlene tugged on his shirt as if to sit him back down. Uriah brushed her hand away and looked her in the eye, " I just need some time, go catch up with Lynn, I'll find you later." He smiled as if to reassure her but Marlene still looked concerned. He left and she watched until he vanished.

ZEKE POV

"Yo, dude stop running its creating a lot of annoying noise and wind." Someone yelled form behind me. The voice sounded familiar but the language seemed out of place. I turned around to see Four, clicking all of the buttons on the vending machine.

"Four?"

"First I'm Tobias and now I'm Four. Everyone here seems to think they know me but those are not my names." Four says irritably. My anger for Four is gone, the hatred I had for him vanished as if it never happened. All I feel is sadness that Four doesn't remember himself, doesn't remember me.

"So what's your name then?" I ask. Four steps away from the vending machine and thinks for a moment.

"That's not the point." Four says. Clearly he's unable to come up with a name. "I know that it's not Tobias or Four though. Who would be named after a number? You don't know me." I watch as he goes back to kicking the vending machine. "I just want some food damn it!" Four yells.

"Four." I say, interrupting his rage. He stares at me pissed, "Sorry I meant person." He obviously doesn't like the name Four all that much. "You need money to get food." I said to him holding out a dollar.

"What's money?" Four asked dumbfounded

LYNN POV

I looked out into the long expanse of white. Thinking about it all. Seeing everyone again was weird. I spent the last few months alone. I had nothing but my dreams. The dreams I created to remain sane, but almost every time the dreams turned to nightmares. In hell you don't need food or sleep so I was left twenty-four seven to my thoughts. They ate me alive. I debated all I had done to get there. To be placed where criminals are put after death. Was I really all that terrible? I jump as someone taps my shoulder; I look up to see Marlene she's as beautiful as the day we met. The blood that covered the side of her body seemed to only enhance her beauty.

I got lost in her eyes, they shined with a sense of innocence that's rare to find these days. "It's great to have you back" she said, taking a seat next to me. She was so close; all my feelings for her were building leaving me overwhelmed.

"I missed you." I said to her.

"I missed you too!" she said playfully. If only she knew the way I missed her.

"What are you doing all by yourself? Didn't you have enough of solitude in..."

"In Hell." I finished for her, "It's okay to mention it Marlene, it doesn't bother me."

"You don't always have to act so tough Lynn."

I can't help the feeling of adrenaline that courses through my veins when I look at her. In her presence I don't feel tough, in fact I feel vulnerable, protective and secure all at once. I feel myself blush and bow my head in a futile effort to conceal it. Marlene lifted me head to see if I'm all right and my resolve melted. All my restraint had fallen and I felt like I could hear her heart beat in sync with mine. We were meant to be one; she just didn't know it yet. I can feel the way we connect its like electricity. "Are you alright" she asked, touching my hand. Before I could tell myself to stop I wrapped my arms around her pressing me lips against hers. Quickly transitioning the kiss from slow and gradual to firm and passionate. After a few seconds Marlene stopped and pulled away instantly, starring at me with disbelief.

"I should've known." I said sadly as I got up and ran away.

"Wait! Lynn!" Marlene yelled after me. I wanted it to be real, I wanted her to feel what I feel, but she couldn't join in the fantasy. I ran hoping that with time, she'd come around and feel the same way. But she wasn't buying it, She will never love me the way I love her.
