Hey guys! Sorry for such a late update I was really busy with my school work, but I guess that's no excuse. I hope you guys have been doing well and had a Happy Easter. This is the battle between Electra and Grimmon. I know it's not as good as it should be, but I hope you like it!
Electra fell to her knees trembling uncontrollably. Grimmon strode towards her and sent out an inky trail of magic that wrapped around Electra's neck and began to choke her. She clawed wildly at the vines of darkness and gasped for air.
"Stop it." she managed to choke out. Grimmon grinned and squeezed even tighter. He laughed maniacally sending shudders down Electra's spine. Just barely managing to move she reached for her keys, picking one off she cautiously summoned the spirit.
"Gate of the Peacock, I open thee, Pavo" she whispered quietly to herself. In a dull flash of light, as to not alert the evil spirit, a young girl appeared behind Grimmon with a fan of peacock feathers in her hand. Waving at Electra gently, she snapped her fan shut with a loud click. Grimmon jumped, startled and looked down, spotting the crystal key in Electra's hand, he quickly realized his mistake. Turning around he did even have time to yell as Pavo took her fan and smashed it into the front of Grimmon's neck effectively cutting off his oxygen supply.
Unwrapping Electra from the vine, he tried to entangle Pavo in the darkness but couldn't reach her in time, letting Pavo gain the upper hand. She brought down the side of the fan cutting off the vine and snapped open her fan again. Waving it over her eyes, her pupils began to sparkle and glow. Looking deep into Grimmon's eyes she summoned an array of peacock feathers around her, the peacock feathers began to swing this way and that completely hypnotizing Grimmon and putting him under Pavo's control. Electra stood up and dusted off her skirt.
"Grimmon, what you have done is a grave offense to all spirits and Celestial Mages." she stated towards the vegetating dark spirit. He nodded uncomprehendingly. Electra smiled, and continued.
"You already know that Loke was trapped in the human world for quite some time and in the end it wasn't even his fault. You on the other hand have truly become a dark spirit and murdered all your previous owners, thus preventing you from returning to the spirit world." Her eyes glinted with a malevolent fire. "You even attempted to kill me during my first time in the spirit world while you could still return there. When I was in the Celestial World you tricked me into going to the darkest depths of evil, then you tried to kill me in a pool of darkness and I barely escaped. The only reason I got away was because I stumbled across and discovered the crystal diamond spirits. Using the ancient lost spirits I managed to fend you off, but knowing that I possessed more magic than you could ever have made you jealous." Electra smirked and crossed her arms. "And I was only seven at that time."
Grimmon weakly tried to make a grab towards Electra. She slapped his hand away and looked to Pavo.
"Make sure you make it clear that I no longer want to have anything to do with him and to never come near me and my crystal keys again." Pavo nodded and hypnotized Grimmon to do exactly that. Then Electra walked over to Grimmon and spoke a Judgment Curse.
Actions you have committed sown the seeds of pain,
Rewards from those actions you think you shall gain.
But truly do you think you could escape the punishment,
For hunting the souls that shall now provide judgment.
Many people you have made suffer,
So endure now the long years of doom so much rougher,
Than the people you have killed in your ambitious quest,
Now wallow in the pain of fear and distress.
Bright lights shot out of Electra's hands as they danced around the room leaving trails of light magic. The spell Electra had just cast was one that had never been cast since its first use millenniums ago. One of the most ancient spells ever created, it was also one of the hardest to cast but also the strongest. Colors flashed as the magic bulbs darted around and around the run down warehouse. Electra glanced over at Celeste and frowned. Her sister should have recovered from the blow to her neck by now, there must be something wrong. She turned back to Grimmon, her hands clenched. The orbs stopped fluttering and began to wrap themselves around Grimmon the trails of light binding him to the spells as the balls of magic began to restrain him. Pavo released the hypnosis and returned to the spirit world with a nod from Electra. The orbs hummed as Grimmon was mummified by the trails of light. Electra strode over and grabbed a length of the ribbon. Pulling her arm back, the ribbon unwrapped and spun Grimmon around like in a cartoon show. As the ribbon was pulled completely away, Grimmon was nowhere to be seen. Instead a wind whisked away a pile of ashes that was left at the base of the mummified human figure.
Electra rushed towards Celeste who lay on the ground unconscious and not breathing. Scooping Celeste up in her arms, Electra rushed into the forest behind the warehouse. She walked into one of the three rooms and placed Celeste down onto a worn bed and walked out of the house. Placing her hand on the side of the wall she began to cast incantations. A wave of silvery light rushed across the walls to form a protective territorial barrier.
Present
Electra stared at Celeste whose head had tilted to the side that revealed that she was sleeping.
"Hey! Wake up! Were you even listening?" Electra yelled.
Celeste jolted awake. "Snork?"
Electra glared at Celeste, "If you don't care then I'll have to leave you on your own." Electra pulled the collar of her shirt down to reveal her Fairy Tail insignia. "I'm going to have to take you back to Fairy Tail and explain some things to everyone."
Celeste grinned "Let's go we don't want to keep them waiting."
She jumped up, and held her hand out to Electra. Electra smiled and grasped her sister's hand and stood up.
"Yeah, let's get going."
So that was that, I hope you enjoyed it. Until next time!
