He sits on the table shaking in pain as the old man digs out the bullet from his body. Never had this man been in so much pain. He fights off his tears as the old man holds his head up,
"They still live...What if he does not come? What if..." He cried.
" Shhhhh. He will come. I have an idea" the old man said gaining a slight smile from the man in pain.
Olivia's pov
Later that night we went to stock up on the weapons we would need for our hit tomorrow. Not knowing where we were going, I walked Inbetween the boys with Murphy's hand entangled in mine as we followed the man down to the cellar.
"Expanded my operation, since I saw ya last. Word got out who may or may not have outfitted ya. Turns out ya got quite the underground followin'." The man said.
The boys nodded and murphy squeezed my hand tightly as the man opened his vault. As we walked in all our eyes widened and I heard Romeo gasp. My heart started pounding and I immediately let go of Murphy's hand and ran to a wall filled with guns.
"She's definitely a macmanus ain't she brother" I heard Connor chuckle.
"Dat she is" murphy replied.
I just Ignored them and admired the gun in my hands. I felt like I was a little girl in a toy store. Within seconds the brothers were beside me looking at the same wall I was.
"Please, gentlemen. Preferred customers select from my private reserve." The gun dealer said and put two large boxes on the table.
The boys approached the table and opened the boxes, I stood looking over Murphy's shoulder. Eyes widening seeing In each box is a pair of Desert Eagle .50 cal "Black Outs". I chuckled seeing the boys having mystical expressions.
"I feel like that kid who found the gold ticket in the candy bar in "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory."" Murphy said causing me to laugh as he picked up a gun.
"Charlie." I laughed
"Yeah...Charlie." Connor said in awe and picked up both guns,"And I want an Oompa Loompa now, Daddy, now."
I laughed again and nudged Connor with my elbow. He didn't look at me though, he was too in love with the weapons in his procession. Rolling my eyes Romeo stormed to the side of us and placed a chest on the table. I arched an eyebrow as he wiped his face and sniffled. Was he crying again?
"I'll take these." He said having his voice crack.
Murphy leaned across the stable and starred at him,"Have you been crying again?"
"Yeah! Tears of joy!" Romeo snapped,"How much?"
"You guys are on the house." The gun dealer said.
"Obliged" Connor said as I smiled and nodded at the man.
"Let's see." Murphy said to Romeo.
Interested myself I leaned against the table to get a better look as Romeo withdraws two gold plated .45's, intricately engraved, pearl handles with a Mexican flag. The boys start to chuckle as I hold back my smirk.
"What?" Romeo snapped.
"Nothin'." Connor chuckled.
"Are you saying I look gay?!" He exclaimed.
"No...You just hail from a colorful.." Murphy started which made me bust out laughing as murphy wrapped an arm around my waist.
"You don't know me. You think these make me look gay?" Romeo asked the dealer and did some stupid pose.
The Dealer shrugs, "You look like you might have seen one up close."
I almost fell over laughing so hard as Romeo growled. As we finally all calmed down from laughing the gun dealer looked at me,
"My apologies mrs. Macmanus, I didn't realize they would be bring his wife."
I smiled, "it's ok"
"Anything you like, feel free to take. On the house" he said.
I smiled and nodded as I made my way back over to the wall of weapons pulling down a similar gun to murphy and Connors. Smiling at my weapon of choice I hear murphy ask,
"Liv ya ready?"
I turn and nod, grab the gun, following the boys out of the room. Later that night We reached op the prudential as Connor went over the plan with us. The plan sounded somewhat familiar, but I didn't say anything. I would be with Romeo which murphy didn't like, but Connor ended up convincing him it would be the only way the plan would work. Romeo and I dressed up as hotel up help as dolly, Duffy, and greenly were construction workers. Romeo and I pushed a cart filled with laundry with the brothers under it. Once in the elevator, the boys got out and we started loading our weapons. I noticed Romeos hands were shaking and his breathing hitching. I arched an eyebrow and looked up at him seeing him looking uncomfortable.
"What?" Murphy snapped.
"Nothing." Romeo said tryin to seem fine.
"Out with it! What the hell's the matter with ya?" Connor snapped.
"Nothing! It's just...this is some heavy shit." Romeo sniffled.
Suddenly nerves started to fill my stomach. I thought I'd be safe with him, but this made me think otherwise.
"You better man the fuck up! You don't get da choice ta be nervous! Not when ya got er to worry about!" Connor growled.
"I'm just having a...period of adjustment." Romeo sniffled.
"You're about to have a period of gettin' yer ass beat!" Murphy growled charging at Romeo.
I placed a reassuring hand on Murphy's shoulder. He looked over his shoulder and I gave him a faint smile causing him to calm down. The elevator came to a stop and dinged as it got to our floor. the boys looked at the number and then Connor said,
"This is you. Be on time."
We both nodded and right before we exited the elevator, murphy gripped my arm stopping me. Romeo arched an eyebrow at him. Murphy glared at him,
"You better keep her safe or else"
Romeo nodded as murphy pulled me in for a passionate kiss.
"I love you" he whispered.
"Love you too" I smiled and walked out of the elevator with Romeo.
Romeo looked over at me and I forced a smile to my face when inside I couldn't be more nervous.
