(TAKUMA'S POV)

Leading Naruto toward the Night Class Dorm's, I began to wonder about him. 'Suddenly transferring here in the middle of the year... I wonder what caused it...' Looking back at him, I watched as he took in the surroundings.

'Well... all that can wait for a while...' I thought as we finally made it to the Dorm's. Clapping my hands excitedly, I turned to face the other blond. "Well, Here it is!" He raised his eyebrows slightly and his lips turned up lightly at the corners. Turning back around, I resisted the urge to slap myself, 'Obvously this is the Dorm. What else would it be...'

I opened the front doors and let Naruto enter first, after checking to make sure no Vampires were in the sitting room of corse, and shut the doors once we were both inside. "Well, right now, everybody else is asleep. If you want, I could give you a quick tour."

Giving another soft smile, Naruto nodded and I grinned back before leading him through the Dorm. I showed him the entire bottom floor, saying that I would show him the rest later, "But first, we need to get all the paperwork organized." He tilted his head, 'Aww', and gave me a confused look.

I grinned at him as we walked towards the library. "It's what I needed a Prefect for. Normally we can get everything done ourselves, But our Dorm leader has been... unable to do much lately." Naruto got an understanding look on his face and we walked the rest of the way in silence.

Reaching the library, I once again held open the door for the human before entering the space myself. "You go sit down over there and I'll bring the paperwork over." He nodded and sat on the couches closest to the windows.

I smiled softly and my breath hitched as the sun peeked out from behind the clouds and seemed to hug the beautiful blonds form. 'I hate to admit it, but he is gorgeous...' I thought as I sat across from him handed him a handful of papers. "All you have to do is put them in order by how important they seem. Most important on top, least important on bottom."

He nodded and began to sort through them, quickly making different piles. I stared at him for a few more seconds before getting to work on my own pile. We worked in comfortable silence for a few hours, the time seeming to slip by quickly, and soon we were out of paperwork.

He looked at me and tilted his head again, and took that as him wondering if we were done. I smiled at him a little, "Almost. I'm sure there are still some papers in Kaname-sama's room, but he is probably asleep." Naruto stood up and motioned to himself and towards the ceiling.

"Ah, You don't have to-" Before I could finish, he was already out the door and I was left staring at open space. 'Well this should be interesting...'

(NARUTO'S POV)

I quickly climbed the stairs, wanting to get the paperwork that we were missing quickly. I really wanted to get this over with. It's not that I didn't enjoy Ichijo's company, I just wanted to go find Zero. 'He was really upset this morning...' Reaching the door that I guessed was Kaname-sama's room, I quickly knocked and waited a few seconds.

Getting no reply, I did it again and, receiving the same response, I opened the door quietly and stepped into the room. Blinking a few times to help my eyes adjust to the pitch black of the room, I looked around, hoping to spot the papers we needed without having to actually search for them.

Not seeing them, 'Obvously I wouldn't. It would be to simple be waiting right in front of the door.', I walked further into the Purebloods chambers and looked around curiously, not really only searching for the missing paper work anymore.

Not looking where I was walking, It's not really a surprise that I bumped into something and almost fell over. Looking down at what I bumped into, I saw that it was a couch leg that my foot got caught on.

And on that couch... was the Vampire King himself. And in his hand... The paperwork that we were missing. '... Shit...' Trying to think about how I was going to get it out of his hand without waking him up, I didn't notice the Pureblood's eyes flutter open lightly.

Deciding to just go for it, I reached over the Vampire and wrapped my fingers lightly around the paper's he help. pulling gently, I almost had them out of his grasp when his hand suddenly moved and my wrist was in a vise like grip.

"What do you think you are doing?" A deep silky voice asked, my head turning towards it. Seeing twin red wine orbs studying be from behind thick eyelashes and long bangs, I couldn't help but gulp lightly. This caused the two hypnotizing gems to slide towards my jugular, no doubt flashing slightly at the sight and sound of my racing heart. 'Double shit..'

It's not much, but I needed to update so I got this out before I got to busy and couldn't update for a few more months. Sorry this didn't come out sooner, and I appologise that it is at a cliff hanger, but it had to be done. I hope you enjoyed this chapter, and please review.
