" She hasn't slept all week," Lily whispered. She was talking to the others, I wasn't in the mood to talk.
" She barely said anything," Daffy added.
" She hasn't been herself," Remus said. It was as if I wasn't there.
" Taylor." I looked up to see Sirius standing behind me. " We need to talk." I nodded and stood up but he pushed me back down.
" After you've eaten. You haven't eaten anything," he said, sitting beside me. I stared at my bowl of porridge, I didn't want to eat. Sirius picked up a spoon and put it into my bowl. " Here comes the hippogriff," he said, holding the spoon in front of my mouth.
" I'm not three," I muttered.
" You're acting like it," he replied, shoving the spoon into my mouth. I swallowed the porridge and glared at him. He put more porridge on the spoon and once again shoved it into my mouth.
" I'm full. Lets go," I said, standing up.
" Ok," he said, looking at my practically full bowl. We walked out of the Great Hall and went upstairs. Sirius stopped in front of a wall on the seventh floor and I looked at him. He walked back and forward and then a door appeared. We walked in and I looked around. It was empty apart from two big, comfy looking couches.
" Where are we?" I asked.
" Room of Requirement," he said, sitting on one of the couches. I sat at the other end of it and looked at him. " Talk to me?"
" I'm scared. I'm scared they'll get me again. I don't want to die," I whispered, bringing my knees to my chest.
" You are not going to die," he said, grabbing my ankles and pulling me towards him. " Would it make you feel any better if I killed my brother?" I smiled and shook my head.
" No, I wouldn't want you to go to Azkaban," I said, laughing for the first time in ages.
" There we go. There's my girl," Sirius said, grinning. I nodded and then frowned.
" They hurt me Sirius, what if it never goes away?" I asked, quietly.
" Taylor, did they.." He didn't need to finish his sentence. " I'll be here for you. I'm never going away and if they did get you pregnant that baby is going to have the best dad in the world." I couldn't help but smile at the thought.
" There's no point in going to class now is there?" I asked.
" It's nearly over, so no," he said, moving so he was lying beside me with one arm wrapped tightly around me.
