Summary: A Puck/Blaine story told as a series of short drabbles, all inspired by single words.

Blaine couldn't believe he left his blazer, with his phone in the pocket, back in the Warbler's common room. It had just gotten so warm practicing their dance for Regionals and with the radiators stuck on full-force, he'd been dying. Now, however, Noah was going to pick him up for their date any second and Blaine really couldn't lose his phone.

He was on thin ice with his parents as it was after stealing their bottle of tequila and running off to spend the night with his maybe-boyfriend. The next morning, Blaine had dragged himself home to face the music and his mom had made his father apologize for saying the things he did. In return, Blaine was on "probation", one step away from being grounded for the foreseeable future. It was better than he was expecting, to be honest.

When Blaine got back to the common room, Kurt was still packing up his things in one corner while Wes and Thad were laughing over something…right next to where Blaine left his phone.

"Okay, okay," Thad said with a little gasp. "This time you be Blaine and I'll be the secret boyfriend."

Oh, this could not be good.

"Did you mean it, last night?" Wes asked, his voice much higher than Blaine thought fair.

"Mean what?" Thad said, thankfully not dropping his voice to play the 'man' to Wes' girly imitation of Blaine.

"When you said you loved me, Noah!"

"Yeah. Though I kinda thought you'd forget. You were tanked, bee-bee," Wes said, over pronouncing the "bb" Noah liked to call him in text speak.

Right, well. This had to stop. "What's that you've got, guys?" Blaine asked in a loud, hopefully not too angry, voice.

Both boys turned around and out of the corner of his eye, Blaine saw Kurt watching with rapt attention. Wes was the first to recover, holding the phone and the blazer out toward Blaine, saying, "You've got an interesting text log with this Noah boy, Warbler Blaine. How come we haven't heard about your paramour before?"

"Because he's not out," Blaine snapped, taking back his things. "I'd appreciate it if you guys kept this to yourselves."

"Sure," Thad nodded, his eyes still shimmering with amusement and it occurred to Blaine that the guys weren't making fun of his texts because they were with a boy, just because they were squishy and emotional. They'd done something similar to David when his girlfriend accidentally replied-all to an email invite to one of his parties.

"Thank you," Blaine sighed, taking his things back and leaving the room, almost groaning in frustration when Kurt hurried to keep up with him. "What?"

"I thought we were friends," Kurt said, sounding a little hurt. "Even if the guy you've been seeing is closeted, you can talk to me about him. If you want to."

Blaine stopped and turned, watching Kurt's face and seeing an emotion he didn't quite understand. Disappointment? About what?

"Thank you, Kurt," Blaine nodded, reaching out to squeeze his friend's arm. "I really appreciate it. I'm sure I'll take you up on the offer soon, but for now, I'm running late. If you'll excuse me?"

"Sure," Kurt nodded, letting Blaine hurry ahead and out to Noah's truck, hoping his friend didn't recognize the vehicle.

"Hey, babe," Noah greeted him with a softer smile that he'd just started using recently. Blaine liked to think of it as his "love" smile.

"Hey," Blaine replied, reaching over to kiss Noah on the cheek before the boy put his truck back into drive. "What have we got planned for tonight?"

"Just got my first paycheck," Noah replied, patting one of his pockets. "I figured we could order the Stix to go and hang out at my house for awhile."

"By hang out, do you mean have sex?" Blaine asked hopefully. "Because I could really use some relaxation time before I have to go back home."

"Sure," Noah replied, pulling out of the Dalton parking lot and giving Blaine a grin. "I'll get you nice and relaxed, sugar. Just you wait."
