Troy got out of the second week of court with Danforth. Danforth's lawyers were trying everything they could to stall and slow down the process. Troy was tired of being in court. Gabriella and Kelsi were taking good care of the company but he just wanted it all to be over. He was waiting for his lawyer to get out of his meeting to tell Troy, hopefully good news.

He looked at his phone and there was a text from his girl. He opened the picture of her bent over his desk. Troy groaned to himself, locking his phone. On top of being stressed out, he was sexually frustrated. He and Gabriella hadn't slept together in over two weeks. She'd play this game where she'd make him hard then leave the room or send him pictures that just made his heart pound. He wasn't sure what kind of game she was trying to play but Troy wasn't going to let her win for much longer.

Troy took two deep breaths before he opened his eyes to see his lawyer walking over. "What's the news?" Troy asked as he got closer.

"He tried to get two more days but he only got one. Thursday is the last day and they'll give us the verdict in a week." His lawyer said.

"God, I hate lawsuits. I don't know how you're a lawyer. It's been a couple months and I never want to step foot in this place again." Troy said truthfully. "Thanks for all of this, by the way. I'm going to head home."

"I'll keep you updated if anything changes." His lawyer said before they shook hands and parted ways.

Troy sat in his car and looked at the date. Friday was going to be his and Gabriella's 6 month anniversary. He wasn't completely sure what he was going to do but he wanted to make it special for them. He thought about the ring that was tucked away in his parents room. He wasn't completely sure if that was going to be too cliché or if she expected a ring.

Troy sighed. It would take him longer to figure out when he was going to propose than it actually took him to figure out he wanted to propose. Maybe he'd have to just carry the ring around and wait for the right time.

Gabriella Montez waited patiently for Troy to text her back. She sent him a picture of herself bent over his desk like she'd been a couple times before. He wondered if he was out of court yet. Kelsi told her to go home twenty minutes ago but she was still at work. She had two more things to do before she could actually leave.

She was having fun teasing the hell out of Troy. She hoped he would get sick of it soon enough and take care of it. She smirked to herself as she thought back to a few months ago when she was still working with Danforth and sneaking around with Troy. She was more than happy to be in the position she was in now.

She loved Troy. She loved his company and everything it stood for compared to Danforths. She loved the environment and she even got to know Kelsi and Samantha better. For once, since she got out of college, she was excited for her future; especially since Troy was in it. She was super excited for their six month anniversary. Troy hadn't told her any official plans. As long as she got to spend it with him, she didn't need presents and expensive dinners. She'd be happy curled up on the couch, eating pizza and watching a movie.

Gabriella's thoughts snapped back to work. She focused another half hour to get her things done before she decided to call it a night. She filed away her excess paperwork before locking all of her drawers and her computer. She turned out the lights and locked the door to her office. She put the purse around her shoulder.

It was an early day. Everybody left an hour ago but Kelsi was still typing away in her office. She waved goodbye before she stepped into the elevator. Her phone buzzed in her purse. She answered it quickly. "Gabriella Montez." She said softly.

It was a business call. She forwarded her work phone to her cell phone. Mr. Sanchez, a business man, located in Puerto Rico was calling in regards to their latest contract. Gabriella spoke to him in Spanish as she got out of the elevator. She waved to the doorman as she walked down the street to her car.

She sat in her car for a minute as she wrapped up the business call. She put her phone in her lap as she drove to the local grocery store. She needed to get some fresh food for her apartment. She hadn't been inside of her apartment for a couple days.

She pushed her cart into the store and hummed to herself. She picked up an apple when her phone started ringing again. "Gabriella Montez." She answered, reaching for a plastic bag.

"Are you trying to kill me?" Troy's warm voice asked.

"No, I'm not a murderer." She replied with a small smirk. She threw the apple in the bag, holding the phone on her ear with her shoulder. "How was court?"

"Shitty and boring." Troy said with a sigh. "How was work?"

"Good, everyone went home early." She shared, putting the apple into the bag.

"Where are you then?"

She put the bag in the cart, picking up the phone. "In the grocery store. I'm buying food for the apartment." She said, taking a couple steps to the vegetables. "I love your mom but she's making me fat."

Troy laughed. " She's just making sure you're well nourished."

"I should tell her more veggies and less comfort food." Gabriella said with a smile. "Do you like zucchini?"

"Yep." He replied. "Why?"

"Just wondering." She said, picking up a couple zucchini along with a bag of carrots. "Our kids are not eating fast food and they're going to love veggies."

"As long as they're healthy." Troy chuckled. "What are you making me for dinner?"

Gabriella laughed. "Nothing."

"What? Why not?"

"I'm going to be at the apartment tonight. My other boyfriend is coming over."

"That's not funny, babe."

She giggled. "Yes, it was. You can come over if you want. I'll be opening wine and watching the lifetime movie marathon I recorded last week."

"You're boring." Troy joked.

"You need friends… I need friends."

"Taylor still not talking to you?"

"Not a single text." Gabriella said with a sad sigh. "I'll talk to her soon though. I'll corner her or something. Has she been in court?"

"I saw her once or twice. She wasn't there today." Troy shared. "I'm about to drive. I'll headed to the gym. I'll come over later for my goodnight kiss."

Gabi smiled. "Alright, I'll see you then."

"I love you."

"I love you more." She replied. "Bye." She hung up before he could protest. She slipped her phone back into her purse and continued looking for food.

Gabriella made it back to her apartment. She put all of the food away before she changed out of her clothes. She walked out of her room in a big shirt and panties. She pulled out some shrimp and asparagus. She followed a recipe she found on the internet.

She curled up on her couch with her dinner and a glass of wine. She turned on her movie marathon starting with one about an abusive husband. She ate her dinner slowly, focusing on the movie and drinking the merlot in her glass. She paused the movie to put away dishes and grab a piece of chocolate for dessert.

She was half way into her second movie when the door opened. Gabriella looked up to see Troy grin as he closed the door behind him slowly. "Hey handsome." She said acknowledging him before she turned her attention back to the movie.

"Hello, Beautiful." Troy greeted. "It smells good in here, what'd you make for dinner?"

"Shrimp and asparagus." She said. "I think there's some on the stove if you want some." She pointed back to the kitchen as she sipped her wine.

"Sounds good." Troy murmured, walking into the kitchen. He came out with a plate and a fork and sat next to her on the couch. "What are you watching?"

"Lifetime." She said, focused on the movie.

"You know you can tell what's going to happen by reading the title." Troy said, taking a bite of the green vegetable.

"I know. They're cheesy and dumb but I love them, okay?" She said, glancing over at him. "Do you like it?"

"Mhm." Troy hummed happily. "I like the lemon sauce stuff."

She smiled. "Good, it's the first time I made it. It tasted good to me."

"You're cute." He smiled, kissing her nose.

"Hey, do you have anything planned for Friday that I should know in advance?" She asked, turning toward him.

Troy hummed to himself. "We are going to a little bed and breakfast up north. You'll probably want to pack light. We'll only stay for the night. My sister and Niece are flying in Sunday."

"Really?" Gabi asked excitedly. "Are you excited?"

Troy grinned. "Yeah, I can't wait to see my niece."

"She was so happy to see you when we went. I think you're her favorite person." Gabi said with a smile. "You're going to be a great daddy Troy."

"I hope so." Troy said honestly. Gabi cuddled against him while he ate. She shifted when he got up to put his plate away. He came back with a glass of wine and a tired smile.

"You look beat." She said softly, running her fingers through his hair.

He nodded. "I'm getting there. This has been one of the most stressful months of my life."

"You're almost to the end, baby." She reminded him with a soft smile and a kiss to the lips.

"I just want this week to be over with. I want to get away with you. I don't ever want to see Chad Danforth again. I want to just start our life together." He said honestly. "I feel like he's doing everything he can to prolong it. I'm tired of it."

"I'm sorry baby."

"I have a lot of things on my chest right now and a billion different thoughts running through my head. I feel like I'm about to explode Gab. I haven't felt this way in years. I can't seem to find the right words to express myself half of the time and everything is crazy."

Gabriella instantly frowned. "Are you talking about work or are you talking about me?"

"I'm talking about everything Gab. I'm just trying to vent without exploding." He snipped. He took a long drink of wine.

She watched him for a minute. "I'm sorry if I'm stressing you out more."

"You're one of the only things that's keeping me sane." He said, setting down the glass. He got up.

"Where are you going?" She asked.

"I forgot something at home. I'll be back soon."

Gabriella frowned. "Drive careful."

"I will." Troy said, grabbing his keys and walking out the door.

Troy raced home from Gabriella's apartment. He changed his clothes once he stepped into his room. He packed an overnight bag before he walked over to his parents room. The door was open and his dad was sitting on the bed, watching TV.

"Hey dad." Troy said knocking lightly.

"What's up, son?" Jack Bolton asked, turning his focus to his son.

"I need the ring." Troy said, a wide smile taking over his face.

Jack's eyebrows rose. "Tonight?"

"No, tomorrow morning. I'm going to get up early, make her breakfast and then do it before work." Troy said with a grin. "She'll say yes, I'm sure."

"Just make sure, she won't wake up before you."

Troy smirked. "I'll make sure of that. I'm going to keep her up pretty late."

Jack shook his head before getting up. He grabbed the ring from the closet before handing it over to Troy. "Good luck."

"Thanks dad." Troy grinned before going back to his own room to pick up some other things. He raced out the door, giving his mom a kiss on the cheek on the way out.

He hopped back in his car and drove back to Gabriella's. He opened the ring box to get a good look at the ring. It was beautiful. The band was rose gold with a beautiful, large white diamond in the center of it. It was a little different but he thought it resembled Gabriella perfectly. He hoped she would love it. He put the box at the bottom of his bag and parked in her second parking spot.

He grabbed his bag and walked up to her door, locking his car. He opened the door and she was right in the spot he left her. She was fully immersed in the TV. He closed the door quietly. She looked up at him then. "Did you get what you forgot?" She asked with a small smile.

He nodded. "I did, I took a drive and I cleared my head. I'm sorry I laid all my shit on you or freaked you out. I-"

She shook her head quickly. "You didn't. Don't worry about me. I'm happy you're not bottling it up inside. I want you to tell me everything and anything that crosses your mind, Troy. I don't care what it is."

Troy smiled. "I will. You can do the same with me." He walked over to her and placed his lips on top of hers. "Let me put my bag away and I'll be right back."

"Kay." She said softly, turning back to the TV.

He walked into her room. He kicked off his shoes again. He grabbed two of the three ties he brought with him. He tied them to bars on each side of her headboard. He peeled off his shirt before walking back into the living room where she was.

He took a seat next to her, grabbing his wine he ditched when he left. He drank it all in one gulp as she cuddled into him again. "How long before this one is over?" He asked softly, kissing the side of her head.

"It's got twenty more minutes." She said, snuggling against his bare chest.

Troy sat through ten minutes of the movie without making a move. It was Gabriella who started innocently touching his chest. Her fingers stroked his abdomen slowly, venturing lower and lower. Gabriella shifted, stretching her bare leg along his lap. She hummed softly in his ear. He turned his attention to her.

She met him with a soft kiss to his lips before settling against him again. He pet her hair back, wrapping his arm around her. She pressed a kiss to his chest before dropping her hand to his lap. Her fingers traced along his pants. Her fingers pulled back his pants to reveal he wasn't wearing boxers. They smirked at each other before he turned back to look at the television.

She climbed to his lap, turning his head so he was looking at her. His looked at her, raising his eyebrows as she smirked at him. She kissed his lips slowly, pulling back to look at him. Her fingers moved across his face slowly. She tilted her head admiring his lovely face. She brushed his hair back scooting up on his lap. She felt his hard on press softly through his pants and her panties. She leaned in, resting her nose against his.

"I love you." He whispered softly, watching her eyes close and a small smile drift to her lips. He settled his arms around her waist. His fingers snuck under her shirt to stroke the small of her back. "You are so beautiful." He stated pressing a quick kiss to her lips before he peeled off her shirt quickly.

Her eyes flicked open as he lifted her shirt over her head. She replaced her arms around his neck. She hugged her chest to his, kissing his lips slowly once more. His mouth lingered on hers before his lips pressed against the side of her neck. His fingers dug into her hips, guiding her to grind against him slowly.

She let out a soft sigh of pleasure. His hardness pressed against her firmly. He palmed her firm ass before he started tugging down her panties. She rose on the couch, standing in front of him. He pulled her panties down her long legs before she stepped out of them. He tossed them as she sat in his lap briefly before crawling to the floor. She grabbed the elastic of his pants causing him to lift his hips so she could pull the pants off.

She knelt in between his knees, gripping her hand around his erection. She kept her eyes on him as she stroked slowly, keeping a firm grip around him. Her beautiful brown eyes were making it increasingly difficult to hold himself back. All he wanted to do was tie her to the bed and fuck her into oblivion but she was in control at the moment. He needed to keep his composure.

He took a deep breath as she batted her long eyelashes at him. "Get up." He said firmly.

She smirked at him. "I'm okay here."

"Get up." Troy said, standing up himself. "Now."

"Fine, sheesh." She stood up and smirked. "Now what?"

"Sit." He commanded.

"Where?" She asked teasingly.

"Gabriella." He blinked at her.

She giggled, rolling her eyes. She took a seat on her couch, leaning back against it. "What now?"

"Lean your back against this." He said, patting the arm rest. She shifted, doing as she was told. He laid on the couch in front of her, guiding one leg to rest on the floor. He spread her knees apart, pulling her hips toward him more.

He brushed his thumb against her nub gently before spreading her lips apart. He decided to dive right in. His tongue took the lead circling her clit before tasting her heat. He licked and sucked and lapped her slit until her hips were bucking off the couch. Her breath was heavy and her hands were firmly locked in his hair. She pressed his head down against her as she came with a silent moan.

Her body went limp as she laid back, breathing heavily. Her eyelids were droopy; they couldn't focus on him or the movie marathon still playing in the background. "I think I'm ready for bed." She said softly.

"I don't think so baby, you better wake up because we're just getting started." Troy grinned, wiping his chin. He pressed a firm kiss to her lips, followed by a teasing smile.
