Beep-Beep-Beep~

"Mmmm. . . . "
A light groan came from my throat as the sound of my alarm went off; I weakly raise my hand as I slam it off. My blue eyes pierce through my bangs as I look around. Naruto had been training non-stop for almost a month, and the only time I got to see him was on his short half day breaks so he's just been crashing at my place. I stir a bit trying to realize what day it was as I mutter after Naruto again.

"Naruto-kun?"

I whisper hazily; then I sat up. I ran my hand through my bangs as I let out a lion yawn as I look around.

"Na-"
Creeek.
My eyes flash to the left as Naruto stood there all geared up in his new get up as he held a serious face. He walks in softly as if I was still half asleep; he slowly sits on the bed edge by me as I lean up against him.

"Babe, where you going?"

I raise my hand to his arm as his face turns to mine.

"I just got back," He then leans in and gently kisses my forehead as he then leans his to mine. "Were you good while I was gone?"

I smirk as I sat up and hugging him.

"Why wouldn't I? I was just home."

He smirks as he lifts his left hand to my face as he slips my hand out of my face as he just stares at me.

"Sorry I was gone all night."

I narrow my eyes.

"You should rest some, here~"

I pull the sheets from my bed as I got out. Naruto sighs as he slips off his gear and kicks off his shoes.

"I'll make you some breakfast while you nap?"

He nods as he slips off his shirt and sighs. I slip my hands to his head and kiss his forehead; he then tilts his face up to face me as I smile.

"What?"

"I think I'm falling In love with you Mizuki. . . . ."

I froze; his words caught me off guard but then he broke the silence as he leans up and his lips met mine. I kiss him back when his arms wrap around me and he broke digging his face into my stomach area of my shirt.

"Tiered?"

He nods as I smirk rubbing his back lightly.

"Well sleep already," I pull his face from my stomach as our blue eyes met as I smile, "Don't worry, I'll still be here."

He smirks as he kisses me again then I left him to rest as I began to make some food.

"Oh no."

I was frantically looking around as I huff.

"Now I'm going to have to go to the market."

I walk over to my room as I creek the door open a little as I peek in on Naruto; he was out cold hugging the pillow and all. I smile closing the door back up as I quickly grab my wallet and robe slipping it on and putting my long hair in a side bun. I wrote Naruto a small note in case he woke up as I left to the market for some things.

As I was finish up my shopping I passed by a nice cake shop.
"A cake shop? Hmm . . . . "

I was going to just head home when someone inside caught my eye. I gasp stopping in my tracks as I walk inside.

Diing~

"Yea I want a-"

"Asuma-Sensei?"

Asuma turns his head to me as his face grew embarrassed and shocked.

"Oh umm, Mizuki-chan I-I was just-umm. . . "

I gave him a cheesy smile as I lift my right elbow to him as I then poke his arm with mine.
"What's a MAN like you doing here ehh ehh?"

He turns his face away from me as it held a hint of blush.

"Just, picking up something."

"Ehhh?! It couldn't be a CAKE could it? For WHOM I wonder~"

He glares at me as I just grinned.

"Here you go sir~"

Asuma couldn't swipe the cake quicker from the ladies hands as he glares at me.

"Bye Mizuki."

He quickly leaves as I waved bye to him.

"Byyeee~"

I giggle to myself as I turned to the lady.

"What would you like dearie?"

"Hmm~"

I began to glance around as I saw a small white cake with strawberries and pink jelly in the center.

"This one please."

She nods as she slips it in a small white box and then hands it to me.

"Thank you, come again dearie."

I paid her and smiled with a small wave of my hand as I left. It was round lunch by now as I sighed.

"Poor Naruto-kun, been working to the bone these past days. . . . ."

I was kind of wrapped in my own thoughts when I lightly bumped into someone. I gasp furiously as I look down at my cake in my hands.

"WHAT THE-!"

I look up with an anger-furious face, ready to yell and snap at the person;

But as my blue eyes met theirs I bit my tongue.

"Mizuki. . . . "

It was Kiba;

I gave him a glare as I huffed in a frustrated huff as I looked inside. My cake was unharmed.

"Sorry. I-I was just-"

"It's fine, nothing happened~"

I look up at him as I paused; usually Kiba would act more macho, or cocky but his face was dazed and flushed.

"Hey, you ok?"

His brown orbs fell to my eyes as they were droopy.

"Huh? Mizuki? When~"

He trails off his sentence as I raise my left hand to his face. As soon as my fingertips touched his cheek I took back my hand and I gasp.

Whimper-Whimper~

I turn around as Akamaru walks up to my side and pushes his face to my hip.

"What's wrong Akamaru?"

He whimpers again as I turned my face to Kiba.

"Sick?"

He whimpers once more as I sighed.

"Here boy, carry these."

I slip my bags to his mouth as I still held the cake in my left arm. I looked at Kiba as his face looks like he was asleep.

"Kiba."

His eyes open and turn to me as he just stares.

"Can you walk?"

He merely nods as I smile.

"K, come on then."

I raise my right hand to him as he looks at my hand then me; I just laugh.

"It's ok, I won't bite you."

He pauses but then smirks.
"Sure Sure."
He grabs my hand as I walked him to my place, all half dead.

Tsssssssst~
Naruto's blue eyes open as he arose from bed; A long yawn escapes his lips as I tassels his hand in his fingers and gets up. He slips on a white tank-top as he had his boxers still on; he then went to the aroma of food.

"Mmmm Mizuki what~"

As Naruto enters the dining room he paused.

"Hey-!"

Kiba was sipping a cup of tea as he looks up at Naruto with a smirk.

"Well you're finally up knuckle head?"

Just then my head poked out of the kitchen doorway as my red hair was in a pony.

"Oh hey Naruto-kun, your foods almost ready k?"

Naruto had a bitter face as he glares at Kiba.

"What are YOU doing here?"

Kiba sets his cup down as he just smiles at Naruto as he sits down across him.

"I'm sick and~" Kiba looks over to the kitchen door way as I was busy making food as he sighs lightly, "Mizuki was kind enough to help me."

"Should've just left you at the pound."

Kiba glares as Akamaru picks up his head too. I walked in with the food as I lightly smacked Naruto upside the head.

"Hey Hey, play nice he's sick."

Naruto looks up at me as he sighs.
"Thanks babe."

"Welcome."

Like a reflex I leaned in as his lips met mine, but it being in front of Kiba was all in the back of my mind. I smile at him as I walk back to the kitchen.

"Better hurry up before Kakashi comes to get you Naruto!"

"K."

Naruto answers in a huff as he grabs some meat to eat with his rice as Kiba grabs his too and eats. I walk back out with the left over as I walked to Akamaru. He saw me with a bowl for him as he gets up and wags his tail.

"Thought I forgot about you boy," I smirk kneeling down as I petted his head. "Here you go."

He barks merrily as he begins to eat as I pet his head again and walked back to table as I sat by Naruto's right side and to Kiba's left in between them.

"So how's your fever Kiba?"

He gulps his food nodding his head lightly.

"I feel way better with the tea, thanks Mizuki."

I smile.

"No prob, just thought you were possessed or something."

Naruto smirks as Kiba flashes him a quick glare.

"Hey~"

Naruto looks at me with a lazy smile on his face.

"I know I know."

I smirk as he goes back to eating. I pour myself a cup of tea as Kiba sets his bowl down. My eyes flash to him as he held a straight face.

"I feel better now Mizuki, thanks~ Im'a go now-"

He rose to his feet as he walks to the door.

"Come on Akamaru."

Akamaru pauses as he huff lifting to his feet and walks out.

"Kiba you sure? If you still have a fever I mean, you can~"

"I'm fine."

Kiba then turns his head to me as I pause; taken back by his snap as he sighs.

"Bye Mizuki."

In a swift movement he was gone; with the slam of the door air escapes from my lungs as I sigh.

"Man that guy! Uhh~ Hey Naruto you~"

As my eyes look up to Naruto's he was looking bitterly at his food without a movement. Concern rose as I look at him.

"Naruto~"

Just as I was going to reach his shoulder Naruto snaps.

"Why was he in my house?!"

I was suddenly freeze by his anger as I just sat there, really shocked.

"Naruto he was sick I just-"

"He's NOTHING to you anymore! Or am I wrong?!"

I pause; my sudden fear turned to irritation and defensiveness.

"Look I'm all for holding grudges and stuff but I don't need to be a heartless bitch to someone when they're half dead sick, no matter who it is."
Naruto slams his fist on the table as he snaps his head to me.

"How do you go from one day telling me how heartbroken you were OVER HIM and then bring him in this house?!"

"EXCUSE ME, but when did YOU suddenly become Mr. Hyde and come at ME about what Kiba is to ME? Matter in fact, this is MY house, not YOURS. So before you snap at ME, better rethink that!"

Naruto just glares at me as he pushes his chair out and goes to the room. I suck my teeth in regret as I get up and follow him as well.
"Naruto I didn't mean to say that just—"

As I walk in the room he was already getting ready to leave as I look at him.

"Naruto wait you're just leaving to training right?" He shifts over with a bag as he lifts it over his shoulder, "Naruto!"
He went to leave the room as I slip in front of him my back against the door shutting it.

"Hello~"
Naruto closes his eyes and sighs deeply as he doesn't even look me in the eye and mutters a low, "What?"
I went to argue, to yell at him to understand that he should know by now what my intentions were helping Kiba; but then a part of me just, gave up. I just ended up exhaling dropping my head as I ran my fingers through my bangs. Naruto looks down at me as I walk a bit off to the right and open the door.

"I don't need to explain myself to you Naruto, either you trust me or don't. Whether you leave or stay is also your choice not chore so," My eyes quickly glance at him then back to the door, "Have a good day at training today."

Naruto stood there for a bit, I close my eyes not wanting to face with his decision as he leaves. His footsteps echoed in my ear drums and with the click of the door I shudder. My body became a little numb as I fell to my knees, I didn't know why but I just started to cry. The palms of my hands dug into my wooden floors as small hick's escapes my lips. I was just really scared of losing him over something so trivial. But where did I get off taking care of Kiba when I was the one who was so insistent of completely cutting him from my life period, and here I was helping him this very day! Where the hell did I get off?

I brought my forearm to my eyes and wipe my face.
"Stop crying you idiot, it's your fault anyways," I began to do that thing where you're so mad you start laughing as I bring my palms to my face wiping my tears, "Everything always is so stop…."
I practically whisper to myself, trying to snap out of my mind set. I brought my hands to my face as I tried to breath but I just couldn't catch my breath,
And just as I thought I was going to lose my mind I was suddenly embraced from behind. A hand brought my face to their shoulder as I froze; it was Naruto.

"Don't cry Mizuki I'm right here."

My hands latch onto his back gripping his shirt as I dug my face into it. I took the biggest breath ever in my life as I just began to whale.

"I'm so sorry I made you mad I shouldn't have brought Kiba here! I don't—I don't know why I did I just thought-I'm so sorry Naruto please forgive me I—I-!"
Naruto pulls my face from his chest as he begins to hush me, his fingers wiping the tears my cheeks.
"Calm down Mizuki I overreacted I'm sorry."
I began to viciously shake my head and still cried.
"No I'm sorry I started yelling at you when you're just looking out for me, I'm sorry I'm such an idiot!"
Naruto wipes my face again as he smirks.

"Ok you were kind of an idiot brining him that we agree on."
I just gave him a face as he begins to roar in laughter hugging my crying face back to his chest.

"I'm kidding baby I'm kidding its ok, its ok."
Naruto was sitting on the ground with me now as my body was nestled in his legs as he was basically cradling me in his arms. I had stopped crying now as Naruto was gently rubbing my back.

"I'm sorry Naruto…."
"Shhh," Naruto whispers to me as he brings his hand to my head and kisses the top of it, "it's over now, let's just forget about it."
I pull my head from his chest as I sniff once more wiping my face with my hand.
"You're really late now."
He grins and nods.
"It's ok, I'll go right now it's on me anyways whether I want to be serious with my work or not."

"Yeah."
He kisses my head once more as we got up Naruto went to grab his backpack as he heads for the door.

"Naruto-kun?"
He looks over his shoulder with a soft smile.

"Yeah?"

"Can I, tag along today?"
Naruto nods as I gave a weak smile to him, and hand in hand we headed over to his training grounds.

"Shadow-Clone Jutsu!"
Hundreds of Naruto clones began to form around the open area as I was sitting by Kakashi Sensei and Yamato Sensei. I slip my hand to block the sun rays from hitting my eyes as I sigh.

"How much longer you think until he figures out how to merge those um…"
Just as I ask one of the clones began to become engulfed by the nine tailed fox's chakura as Yamato quickly invades slamming it to the ground and killing off the chakura flow. Kakashi sighs as well as he begins to head over to the defeated Naruto who was lying on his back on the ground. Clouds began to form in the sky casting a dark shadow over head.

"Oh hell no, it's going to rain better head home and start some dinner."
"Some dinner sounds good."
I gave Yamato a smile as he sighs heavily too.
"It's ok Captain Yamato, you'll have someone to make you dinner soon."
He just gives me a dull look as I just gave off an awkward laugh; sometimes Yamato just didn't get the jokes.

"Hey Naruto!"
Naruto looks over towards me as did Kakashi as I gave a huge grin.

"I'ma head home and start dinner ok!"
He nods rising his arm up to me as he hollers a loud, "Hi'e"
I wave goodbye towards him as I headed for home.

Drip-Drop~
I was almost home as the sprinkles began, I could hear the soft pitter patter of them as they began to hit the ground and things around me.

"Ahh better hurry!"

Everyone began to scatter about trying to find shelter from the rain or race home; luckily I just used my chakura to cast a somewhat 'chakura-umbrella' over my head as I soon got home. But just as I went to my room the door to my apartment was slightly open. I stop dead in my tracks as I soon became quite hesitant with my next move. I slowly placed my groceries down by the door as I slowly push the door open. I look around as my right foot made a soft 'squish' sound, I look down to see~

"A puddle?"

Just as I said that I gasp looking up as a drenched Naruto stood in the kitchen doorway. I let out a dramatic breath as I set my hand over my chest.

"Naruto! Jesus you scared me I thought someone was going to try and kill me right now! God!"

I went to go and grab my bags when a wet embrace held me. I let Naruto's face dig into my right shoulder blade/crane as my shirt began to become drenched in water.

"Tough day after I left Na-"
"Azuma-Sensei Is dead Mizuki."

I gasp; my mind suddenly going blank as Naruto's arms tighten around my torso digging his face deeper into my shirt.

"Naruto~"

Just as I went to give him reassurance it wasn't the water from the rain that was soaking my shirt anymore, now it was his tears. My heart grew heavy, I knew and admired Asuma-Sensei but Naruto and everyone else knew his since they were children; that pain of losing someone that important to you I could never understand. I did however, knew how to ease the pain. I slowly peeled Naruto from his grip as he looks down at our feet bitterly as he slowly falls to his knees lightly sobbing.

"I'm sorry Naruto, I'm so, so sorry….."

I lift his chin up as his eyes began to get hazy from the tears. I slowly wipe them away as I went to help him up he quickly grabs my hands. I jump a bit but then just looked at Naruto as he stops crying and held a stern look.

"Mizuki…...If I ever lost you I'd—"

"Woah Woah Woah Naruto who said you're going to lose me?"

I kneel down to be face to face with him as he just looks away from me with the same stern look.

"Just, I wouldn't know what to do~" He then looks at me with a tear glazed gaze and sighs heavily, "If you were to die, in battle like Azuma did…..I don't ever want to know what it feels like to lose someone you love."
My eyes grew a bit wide as I was just, stunned and chocked up for words…..

I'm pretty sure Naruto said, yeah I know he did—

"Lose someone you?"
Was all I could mutter as Naruto slips his hands to my face/crane of my neck as he leans in.
"You heard me Mizuki."
Naruto's lips slip to mine kissing me tenderly as I shudder from my nose. Naruto wraps his right arm around my waist as he hoists me up to my feet and himself. My hands slip to his chest as my fingers gripping his shirt as he pins me against the wall. Naruto pulls my legs wrapping them around his torso as his fingers grip my thighs. His teeth hungrily graze my lips restraining himself from ripping my bottom. My fingers ran threw his locks gripping them as softly as I could, Naruto lifts me from the wall. He pulls back from kissing me as we both pant quietly amongst the sounds of the rain falling outside.

There it was again, those words that felt like I have never heard in my entire life; rather never heard them said so deliciously from someone. His lips met mine in a sweet quick kiss as he pulls back and kisses my neck leaving me a trail of butterfly kisses to my collar bone. I gasp softly, my fingers still gripping his hair as I found myself becoming slightly dizzy. Naruto quickly stops kissing me and begins to walk to my room. My hands slip from his hair to his neck as I gave him a lustful gaze.

"Oh Mizuki don't look at me with those eyes~"
He opens the door closing it after behind him with his foot as he kisses me.

I felt that fire in the pit of my stomach all over again; like I had this entire energy rumbling inside me and I was so egger to unleash it.

"Naruto~"
I cooe through his kiss, as he gently sets me down on my back on the bed.

Was all he mutters as he goes back to kissing my neck and collar bone. That's when I snapped, just all this passion and lust we shared I couldn't anymore, not anymore. My hands grab his face as I lean in towards his left ear as my lips quickly graze the edge of his lobe.

His body tenses over mine; I could feel his embrace around me tighten as his hands grip the sheets under me. I kiss his cheek all the way down to his chest as I look up at him. His arms was holding him up over me as his eyes were closed.
"Naruto-kun?"
As my hand reaches his face caressing it gently, a grin flashes across his face. Suddenly he lands on top of me as I gasp; his face dug into the left crane of my neck as his arms wrap around me.
"Don't say that Mizuki, don't say that with that look…..I—I can't~"

FLIIPP~

Naruto gasps as my red locks brush across his face and my hands pin his beside his head.

"Well sorry to tell you Uzumaki but I'll say it however and whenever I want. Things can't always go your way, got it?"
Naruto just gawks at me as I gave him a smirk.
"Don't tell me the great Naruto Uzumaki is actually helpless against a little-ol girl like me nooow."

Naruto gives me a grin back as he quickly over powers me as I land on his lap and his hands holding mine.

I waited for him finish his sentence as I gave him an odd look.

My hands slip under his shirts my fingers tracing his structures from pecks to his abs. I found myself grasping at the brim of pants and as I hooked my thumbs under his belt Naruto's body froze.
His eyes flash to mine as I just stare at him. He gulps a small lump in his throat as he went to say something I assumed when a small glow came from my right hand.

In a swift gesture I used my chakura to cut his belt off as I slide it off tossing it aside. My hands glides form his hips to the bulge that emerged itself after taking off his pants. Naruto smirks his eyes close and his hand still softly playing with my hair.

"Tell me about it."

I smirk; giving him a soft slap of the back of my left hand on his chest as he grabs it with is left hand bringing it up to his lips kissing my fingers. Opening my eyes I began to look around in the slight darkness of my room as the lighting light it up every 3 minutes. Naruto's right hand wraps around my head as he brings my attention to him.

"What are you thinking about?"

I switch positions draping my arms over his chest as I look at him.

"Nothing, just basking in being happy after a long time."

Naruto smirks leaning in for a kiss then lying back down.

"What about you Naruto-kun," I laid my face against his chest as my right fingers began to trace around his seal tattoo on his stomach/abs area, "What are you thinking about?"

Naruto's eyes open again as he sighs.

"Can't believe Asuma's dead….that and we just had amazing sex."

I roll my eyes at the last part as I pick up my head a bit looking at him.

"Well besides THAT, I hope you grow from this lost Naruto, Asuma was a great man and like all great men, they all have to die eventually."

Naruto's right hand slips to my head against as he runs his fingers through my long red hair.

"I know….I know….It's just different when it ACTUALLY happens."

I lean up a bit kissing his lips as he brings my face closer with his hand as my sore lips ran through his teeth.

I close my eyes as he did sighing a bit as my hands fall to his chest.

I open my eyes to see him already staring at me as he smirks.
