Thank you all for reviewing! I really appreciate the helpful criticism from some of the reviews. I will hopefully answer all questions and make sense of some confusing parts in future chapters. I am also proofreading my chapters a lot better, so you might notice less grammar mistakes.
Now here's Chapter 12. It doesn't have a lot of action in it, so let's hope it wont be boring.

Max POV
Screaming. It's the worst possible way to wake up. Well, that and waking up in an isolation tank.
I jumped nearly three feet before running out the door. It sounded like it was coming fro Nudge's room; so either Cylie or Hallie.
Just as I expected, all sixteen of us were soon in side Nudge's room.
"What happened!" exclaimed Kasie and I and once.
Hallie was taking loud short breaths, so it was hard for us to piece together what happened.
"There's nothing in here Hallie!" Kasie yelled frustrated.
"As soon as she screamed, it jumped out the window," Cylie explained pointing to the window.
I darted across the room and peered out the window. Oh. My. God.
The house entire house was surrounded by… things.
I don't even know how to describe them. They seemed to be covered in all black, except their faces. It was hideous! There face was a sickly pale color, and their teeth, jagged and misshapen. Then their eyes; they were the worst. Each one was a bright yellow, with a black circle around the yellow.
I jumped back, but tripped over something and then landed in Fang's arms. He smirked at before realizing the freaked out look on my face.
I didn't even have to speak for him to understand what we all need to do.
"Okay, everyone," I spoke in a hushed tone. "The house is surrounded, but we'll be okay. We just have to fight like our lives depended on it. Well, because it does."
Iggy snorted. "Yeah, because we never have to do that."
"Iggy, I'm serious! The entire house surrounded! We need to focus, because the longer we stand here and bicker about what strategy we use, the easier it's gonna be for them to get up here and kick out butts'!"
I took a step back to examine everyone's faces. Shock, was the only visible emotion on everyone's face.
I need a plan.
Then, almost as if on cue, a thought popped into my head, but just a little too late.
The door to Nudge's busted open, and in came a bunch of those things, and two girls. One had blond hair, and one had red, but both had sickening grins plastered on their faces.
"Hello Maximum," said the red haired one. "Miss us?"
At first, it couldn't tell who it was, but one more look, and I could tell.
Brigid Dwyer.
Narrator POV
"Hello Maximum," greeted Brigid. "Miss us?"
For a moment, it seemed like Max didn't know who they were at all, but then her eyes widened.
"Brigid?" she asked stunned.
"In the flesh," she replied.
"What about you?" she asked, presumably talking about the blond haired one.
"Do you really not remember me?" she asked sincerely. Max shook her head no.
"How about I just about raised you and your flock? Hmm? Does that ring a bell? No? Maybe this will," she said raising her arm to show the long scar starting at her shoulder and twirling around her arm all the way to beginning of her thumb.
"You remember giving me that?"
Max's eyes widened as she remembered that day. The day she almost killed someone.
Max POV.
(Flashback to the day before Jeb freed them)
Uggh! My head! It hurts sooooo badly! Yesterday had been down right horrible.
The tester had tested my capability to hold my breath. I had just about been unconscious.
Today was supposed to be a free day, but I doubt they would keep their promise.
The carrier walked into the room and began to cruise casually along the line of cages. He was looking down at his clipboard, and mouthing the words written down. Then, just when I thought that maybe they would be honest people, he stopped in front of me and Fang's cages'.
"Subject, one and two. You turn," he said unlocking Fang and mine's cage.
He immediately put the electric collars on us, and led us to our rooms. Fang went to room 617, the exercise testing room, and I went to room 619. Her room.
The carrier opened the door and basically led me to my doom. Once I got in there, he strapped me to a table. A couple minutes later, she walked in.
"Hello Maximum. Ready for today?" she asked with her usual fake perkiness.
"No," I said bluntly.
"Well, too bad. Today you are getting your vaccinations. But first, a small surgery."
"What!" I asked stunned. "There's nothing wrong with me! There is no reason to give me surgery!"
"Jeb has ordered that you undergo a small brain surgery. It is supposed to improve your academic skills as well as your social skills."
"That could kill me!"
"Well its not up to you, is it?" she asked with a smirk.
"I'm not letting you give me brain surgery. I'm sorry, but I'd like to live just a little bit longer."
She laughed. "Too bad." Then she walked over to her desk and pressed the intercom.
"Dr. Belic, Maximum is ready for her surgery, if you could come up here as soon as possible, that'd be great."
Then she left the room; probably to go flirt with the tester next door.
Anyways, how can they give me freaking brain surgery! They'll kill me!
I have to get out of here. Its planning time.
Okay, how about when they all walk in, I scream as loud as I can, stun them, then kick them all where the sun don't shine, assuming there all guys, and then make a run for it, along with flock? Wow. I need to get better at this whole planning thing.
Minutes passed before Dr. Belic came in the room, right next to her.
"Ready Maximum?" Dr. Belic asked.
"No! Who in their right mind would ever be ready for a brain surgery that has a high chance of killing them?"Go ahead and start Dr. She's not going to cooperate either way."
"Okay. I'm just going to give her this anesthesia, and then I'll go ahead with the procedure."
He put the needle into my arm, and then much to my dismay, my eyelids started to become really really heavy.
No, you can't give up Max. Keep fighting. Fight through the sleep. Don't fall asleep Max, you can't fall asleep. I kept repeating that in my head. I would not let them win.
So I channeled all my excess power and stayed awake.
"Why is not asleep yet? Why is she not asleep yet?"
"Please. Clam down. She might just need a bit more anesthesia. Although, it could also kill her."
"Just give her some already!"
Between the slits of my open eyes, I could see him with another needle advancing toward my other arm.
Then all my will power turned to anger toward her. Why did she hate me so much! What have I ever done to her!
"I… will… not…. be… KILLED!" I roared as I brought through the restraints and grabbed the needle out of his hand and threw it across the room. Then I grabbed the scalpel and did something that I now regret. Then I lunged at her.
"I hate you!" I screamed as I flew across the room. The scalpel made contact with her shoulder and the blade ripped down her arm, all the way to the beginning of her thumb. She cried out in pain as she tried to get away from me, but it was too late. I dropped the blade with a slight chime on the floor.
She sunk down into the corner of the room, and caressed her arm. It was bleeding everywhere. She was losing a lot blood, in not a lot of time. I was too shocked to do anything but stand there. I stood there like a statue until finally, her eyes closed, and her breathing slowed down. Way down.
"Oh my god," I breathed as a whole bunch of Erasers came thought the door.
They all dragged me back to my cage. Fang was already there. His eyes widened a little when he saw my hands all bloody.
"What happened?" he asked in a hushed tone.
I took a shaky breath before I spoke. "Nothing…."
(End of flashback)

Also… today is my 14th birthday! Right now I'm in Vegas having the best time, EVER! Today I am leaving, =(, but that means I now have more time to write! So YAY!
