My POV:

We decided to visit Djose Temple, which meant visiting Gippal! "Oh come on Carmina, you can see Gippal later." Yuna teased. I shook my head, this is the second to the last time I'll see him, well, at least for a long time. Paine sighed.

"Let's just go see him Yuna. Carmina's not gonna back down. You know that." Paine said. Yuna smiled and nodded. I cheered and ran to the Machine Faction. I went up to one Al Bhed.

"Do you know where Gippal is?" I asked him. The Al Bhed turned to me curiously.

"I think he's inside the temple on the right room." he replied. I thanked him and we all ran there.

"Go on Carmina, we'll wait here. It won't be the last time you see him you know…you have one more time later. Not counting the one in Bevelle when we see the three together. You won't have time to talk to him then." Christian whispered as he kissed my cheek. I nodded, taking in what he said. Yuna smiled and pushed me to go on. I hugged her and knocked on the door, then opened the room. I saw Gippal and a few Al Bhed guys.

"Um…..am I bothering you?" I asked them. Gippal smirked.

"Brushed up on your Al Bhed huh?" he asked me. I giggled and nodded. "Come on in and uh, don't worry. They know English." I nodded.

"Hiya!" I said with a wave and a big smile. All of the guys smiled at me and waved back.

"Wait, aren't you one of the guardians from another world?" one asked. I nodded.

"Yup. That's me! Along with my boyfriend!" I exclaimed. They gasped in awe.

"So you're like, from a whole other world?" one asked dumbly. I just nodded once again.

"No, jackass. She's from here and has been living under a rock for the whole time." Gippal said sarcastically. I laughed.

"Yeah, I'm from a whole other world. Gip here believed me first time I told him." I answered with smile.

"Wow….you actually didn't tackle me this time." Gippal teased. I smiled.

"Are you guys like…..together?" one guy asked. Both of us started shaking our heads and yelling no. Gippal then started laughing.

"What? Did he say something funny?" another guy asked.

" Fuck yeah he did! Me? And her? HAHAHA that is the most HILARIOUS thing I have ever heard! Dude, you're such a jackass." Gippal exclaimed. I raised my eyebrow and crossed my arms. He stopped laughing and looked at me. "Oh no no no no, that's not what I meant princess. It's just that, um, well…." I just smiled and held a hand in front of him, motioning him to stop.

"It's alright. Anyways, I just dropped by to say hi." I said. I hugged Gippal and he hugged me back. Before I left, I took a few pictures.

"Hey, you the girl that gave him the funny looking thing on his pants?" one of the guys asked. I nodded and smiled, then showed them the bracelet.

"He was the one who got me this." I told them. I looked at Gippal with a huge grin.

"Gonna go already?" he asked me. I nodded. "Alright, see ya little sis."

"Bye.…big bro. Take care." I said as I pecked him on the cheek and I made my way out.

I heard one of the guys say, "She's hot. I'd tap that." I blushed a little, but chuckled and then giggled when I heard Gippal say that I was taken, called him a jackass, and then punched the guy on the head.

"Ready?" Rikku asked. I nodded. We walked down the highroad when we spotted two Fem-Goons. After we heard them talk, we decided to look for the sphere. We found Yuna's special dressphere, but Logos and Ormi wanted it back. We ended up fighting them and we got two Syndicate uniforms. We let Paine and Rikku have them first. After that, we decided to board back on the Celsius and go to Bikanel Desert. Nhadala told us to go to the Oasis and check it out. We went there and found Rikku's special dressphere, then Logos and two male goons had to disrupt us. We ended up defeating them, using Rikku and Yuna with their special dressphere. Christian was bleeding on his side, so I turned into a white mage and healed him. He thanked me with a hug. Christian found himself a uniform, and we all decided to wear them later, but not now.

"Hey, Yunie. You look tired, we should rest." I suggested as I saw Yuna's bags under her eyes.

"No! We need to find two more uniforms." she said. I walked up to her and put my hand on her shoulder.

"Yuna. We all need the rest. It's ok. We can go back tomorrow." Paine said. Yuna sighed, but didn't protest as she nodded. We all got ready for bed and eventually tried to sleep. I wasn't able to sleep, so I tried going on the deck for a while. I sat down and brought my knees up to my chest. I sighed and buried my face into my knees.

"Mina? You all right there buddy?" Rikku asked softly. I gasped, surprised, and turned my head to see Rikku.

"Oh, Rikku. Hey. Um, yeah, I'm ok. I just can't sleep." I told her.

"I know you're worried about someone. You're kind of easy to read." she told me as she sat down next to me. "So who's worrying ya?" I turned to her. "Is it….him?" I nodded.

"I know what will happen Rikku, but right now, I'm not sure if it will turn out right or not." I whispered. "I'm worried everything will….will change because Christian and I are here. Everything will be different." I continued on. She just sighed and put a hand on my shoulder.

"Don't worry, everything will be fine. Even if they do change, you can always change it back, right?" she asked me with a smile. I looked at her and nodded.

"Hey, Rikku? Can I ask you something?" I asked her. She nodded.

"Shoot! Gimme your best shot! I can take it!" she exclaimed. I let out a small laugh.

"Do you…like Gippal. As in…..like like?" She smiled and waved her hand in the air.

"I used to, a lot. But things changed. We're good friends, but that's all we are. Heck! You're closer to him than me! But you're also closer to me than him! But no way will we ever get together! Besides, he ain't my type anymore. Although, he likes making me blush and likes making me embarrassed all the time." she exclaimed. I giggled.

"True, Gippal does like seeing girls turn red. You know Rikku….you're quite popular in my world." I told her with a grin. She smiled.

"Oh really? I am? Me? Then you just might have to introduce me then." she teased. "Come on. Let's go back in and try to sleep." she told me. I nodded and followed her back inside. We got inside and went back to our beds. I lied down next to Christian and removed my glasses. I set them on the night table and closed my eyes. Soon, I fell into a really good sleep.
