Kuroko look at himself in the mirror just to see his own reflection, the reflection look just like him but paler and has dark lines around his eyes due to lack of sleep. After what happen to him he feels afraid since he has a feeling something like this will occur anytime soon. What did he do to deserve this anyway?

Slowly he get his bag and hold it tightly, whether he like it or not he has to go to school or his teachers will tell his parents of his absence. Surely he don't want to get in trouble in school but does it worth it knowing every step he take outside is the same as letting himself to take the risk of being killed.

When he gets down to his living room he sees a sleeping figure on the couch.

The person who is well-known as Kagami, his classmate, the one that saves him more than once and the one that changes his life to become like this. If he didn't meet him then everything would have been fine, right?

Kuroko quickly look away feeling guilty of what he is about to do last night.

Flashback

Kuroko is staring at this red hair person in front of him, seeing how bright the mark glow on his hand when their hand touches frightens him. Quickly he takes the nearest object that just fell beside him. He slowly raise the knife toward the unconscious person in front of him.

"You . . . It is because of you."

His hand is shaking in fear scaring is Kagami will wake up and sees he is about to stab him, fear is running throughout his body when he take a huge gulp of his saliva. He shut his eyes tightly gripping the knife tightly not noticing that part of his hand is bleeding due to the grip on the sharp blade.

All he thinks now is to kill him and get his normal life back.

All he wants is to be free from this craziness.

He then lower the knife in his hand letting it go from his grip, realization come into his mind when he sees the blood in his hand. Confusion and guiltiness is everywhere from his head to his toes, slowly he let out a smile on his face.

"Did I . . ." He looks at Kagami blurry face. ". . . almost kill you?" He continues.

It confuse him why he ever think of such sin to do something like that, does the fear had overtaken him for a moment there when he was about to stab him.

"I'm so sorry." He cries. "I'm sorry."

One by one of his tears fall on the person face, slowly he cover his face with his own bloody hand. He had a feeling that something like this has happen once but he can't remember it. Did he feel like killing someone back then too?

End Flashback.

"I'm sorry Kagami." He whispers before stepping out from his house.

Akashi sit at the side of the table facing against his 'father' from this timeline, he has no interest to hear about business or inheritance that his father is talking about. All he cares about is his dear Tetsuya that still has no memories, he knows well that it is his mission to kill the princess but he has no intention to do it.

This Tetsuya from this timeline is weak and like to run away since he is afraid to face the problem, the Tetsuya he knows is a strong princess that even dare to go against her own father. She is the first girl who dares to fight back and learn how to use sword. She is the first person that can go one on one with her own knight.

He smile remembering those times when her princess is alive, the Tetsuya knows is nothing like that. If possible he wants Tetsuya to recover his memories so he can once again feel his dear princess in his arms again just like the old times.

"Are you listening Seijuro?" his father asks.

There are a lot of times he feels like using his power to kill this man in front of him but since he is born human in this world he has to keep up that image. That is until his Tetsuya recover his memories.

"Yes father." He says with a tone of fake respect which is not notice by his 'father'.

Kise walk together with Kasamatsu beside him, as always he keep the plastic smile on his face as he talks cheerfully with his lover.

"Are you okay Kise, you seem tired." Kasamatsu asks.

"What do you mean?" Kise act dumb and continue to walk faster that is until he bump into someone. Slowly he look up to see the familiar person with a pink hair girl beside him.

"What's wrong Daiki?" She asks.

"Someone bump on me." Aomine answers as he looks down at Kise eyes.

It feels like time just pause at that moment when their eyes met that is until Kasamatsu ruin the moment by pulling Kise away and apologize for his behalf. As he expects Aomine ignore them and walk follow by the pink hair girl that gives them a small wave. For a glimpse he can see she has the look of sadness on her face when she sees his face.

Something tells him that she knows who he is.

"Do you know them?" His lover asks.

"No." Kise lies and then they continue to walk in silence.

Shintaro sit in the library reading the new edition of the book that he manage to bought yesterday in the crowded store while Takao continue to talk in front of him as if he is listening to him which he did. All he wants to do is embrace the annoying guy in front of him and tell him how much he miss him but since takao hasn't had any memories of the past his lips is seal tight.

If he want to protect his lover it is better if he doesn't know anything.

"Shin chan, are you even listening?" He asks.

"Nope." Midorima lie.

It was then he sees the book that Takao holding and his hand move on its own and snatch it away from that person.

"This book . . ."

"What's wrong? I suddenly feel interest in spells and such; I think it is very cool." He says happily like five years old that just had his first candy.

'It couldn't be, since the angels already said he won't have his memories for being a former wizard. Right?'

It was then someone from the other school suddenly join them taking a sit beside Takao which makes Midorima raise his guard to see Murasakibara the knight of defense sitting just in front of him. What make it worst he can Takao at any moment now.

"Why are you here Murasakibara?" he asks.

Takao look at them wondering if they are friends since they look like they're know each other but then again they seem like they hate each other as well.

"Akashi has summon us." He said simply.

"Is this about the princess?"

Hearing that word almost make Takao laugh, if it wasn't the tension between them he would have done it.

"Yes."

Then they stood up leaving Takao alone.

'Shin chan look like he is hiding something and who is this princess that he just talks about?'

"Tetsuya."

Kuroko look around hearing once he hears his name being called, slowly he stand up from his sit and feeling grateful for his lack of presence as he sneak out from his class to follow that voice.

"I'm right here."

The voice sounds so familiar for him; it feels like he is hearing his mother gentle voice that always make him feel safe from any danger. His feet continue to take him away from where his class is and end up somewhere at the back of the school where the football team always have this practice.

It was then he feels a strong wind beside him.

He wants to run away remembering about Aomine and Akashi accident but then he smell a sweet scent. It makes him feel calm and reassure as a figure take shape near him.

Kuroko feels the wind blowing passing him as he stand under the tree before taking a very deep breath of the fresh air surrounds him. Then he slowly turn around to face the stranger beside him; the first thing he sees is the beautiful blond hair that sparkling beneath the sun ray.

"Are you one of them?" Kuroko asks glancing at the person. "Are you trying to kill me too." He asks somehow not feeling afraid.

"I am more like a comrade than someone who is after your life." The blond explain giving a reassuring smile toward Kuroko. "I'm here to help you."

"How?"

Kise pat Kuroko head gently missing the softness of his princess hair, even though years has pass and now his princess is a boy the feeling is still the same.

"I will help you to kill them."

Kuroko shook his head pushing Kise hand away.

"Kill?"

"That is the only way for you to survive princess." Kise says calmly. "If you want to stay alive then we must kill them."

"We?"

"Yes princess. You, me and Kagamicchi. We're the only one that you can trust at this moment since before you were reincarnate we have sworn to protect your life from any danger." Kise then kneel on the ground taking Kuroko hand and give it a kiss. "I am Kise Ryota the fifth knight of the holy kingdom has sworn on my life to protect you from any harm by any means."

For a while there he sees Kise wearing shining armor with his sword at his side, he also seen the four unfamiliar people surrounds him before the image disappear.

"Have your memories return?" He asks.

Slowly Kuroko shook his head.

"If you are really my comrade then will you please tell about this mark?" Kuroko shows the mark on his hand. "This entire thing happens after this mark suddenly appears out of nowhere, what does this mean?"

Kise look at his hand and once again give a reassuring smile.

"It is a contract you made a long time ago with that demon, don't worry this mark meant to protect you from any danger and it also made like a GPS to give your place so he can save you when you're in trouble."

"This demon, is he really Kagami?"

"He is and at the same time he is not."

"What do you mean?"

"Just like you he also living in a two world, inside his body there is Kagami from this timeline and the Kagami from the past before all of us reborn into this world. That is all I can tell you and I promise I will tell you more when your memories return." Kise says and is about to walk away when Kuroko quickly stop him by pulling his hand.

"Can I really trust you?"

Kise smile drops replace by a sad look.

"I have sacrifice my life and my love for you my princess."

Then he disappears.

It was then Kagami slowly open his eyes and first notice the mark on his hand, the same mark that was on Kuroko hand.

"What just happen, my head hurts?" He asks himself.
