Red, Blue, and Purple chapter 12
The next morning, Mrs. Montague went outside to mown the lawn. But when she discovered her broken lawnmower, she screamed!
"What the heck! How preposterous!" Mr. Capulet yelled in rage. He just found out Benny's 'artwork' on Tybalt'swishing well. "Keep your hands out of my lawn, you mad woman!" He roared. Mrs. Montague stormed over to him, hands on her hips.
"Excuse me?!" Mrs. Montague yelled. "You are the one who's mad! You wrecked my lawnmower!"
"Me!? Rubbish!" Mr. Capulet scoffed. "I would never do that!"
"Whatever! Just stay out of my shed, you mad man!" Mrs. Montague snapped. Mr. Capulet grumbled and turned his back on her. "How could she do this to poor Tybalt?" he said to himself. He patted on Tybalt's head. "Why would anyone hurt you, my little boy?" He glanced at Juliet's pedestal. "At Least, my foe didn't try to hurt my little Juliet," he smiled.
After the owners left, Lord Redbrick and Violetta went over to one side of the fence. There was a hole in the fence that he used to communicate his archfoe.
"There has been a change of plans," he told Lady Blueberry.
"But she was to decide today; what happened!" Lady Blueberry argued. She was looking forward to this day!
"Violetta said she needed more time to think. she doesn't know which garden to choose!" Lord Redbrick explained. He, too was eager on Violetta's decision but at Juliet's insistence, he didn't push the little purple.
"Is this true?" Lady Blueberry questioned Violetta. She was just sucking her thumb during this time! She quickly took her thumb out.
"Y-yes! I lreally could not decide!" She answered.
"Very well. You can come back and live with us for another day,."Lady Blueberry sighed.
"Tomorrow you will stay with me," Lord Redbrick added. "We'll keep this up until you made a decision."
"And please don't suck your thumb. No garden wants a kid with a sucking thumb," Lady Blueberry scolded.
"Sorry," Violetta said, sheepishly. "Can I say goodbye to the Reds?"
Later, with the leaders' permissio, Violetta said goodbyes to every Red, from Paris, the main florist, to the muscular Red. They were sad to see her go like the Blues were, but we're happy that she'd be back tomorrow. The only people left to say goodbye to, were Tybalt, Fawn, Nanette, and Juliet. Violetta had to go to Tybalt first, because her pet, Lily was there.
"Come on, Lily. We had to go back to the Blue Garden now!" Violetta whispered, gently. Lily didn't mind, because she wanted to see Shroom, again. Tybaltand Fawn just appeared.
"Leaving so soon?" Fawn asked, sadly. Violetta nodded and explained what happened. "Uh oh! I hope this doesn't change our plan!" Tybalt hit him to shut up.
"What plan?" Violetta asked. Tybalt groaned. He wanted to keep this plan a secret from everyone; especially his uncle. But since Cioletta is a purple; not a red, he figured it would not do him any harm.
"Listen, twerp. We are going to get revenge on the Blues," He whispered.
"How?" Violetta asked, confused.
"Find thier weak spot." Tybalt had already knew the wisteria was the Blues' precious flower.
"Then what do we do?"
"Damage. Lots and LOTS of damage!" Tybalt smirked. Then he and Fawn did an evil laugh. He stopped abruptly and turned to Violetta. "But you got to keep this a secret! Promise?"
"Promise!" Violetta saluted. But after they left, Violetta was still confused and sat down on the grass. She sworn secrecy to Tybalt, but she didn't want the Blues to get hurt! The little purple thought of how sad Gnomeo would be if the wisteria was broken. She also thought how furious Rybalt would. E if his plan was ruined. Should Violetta tell the Blues or keep silent? She hoped she can figured out what to do soon!
"I guessed not being on the sidelines is harder that I thought, Lily. What should I do?" Violetta asked her pet. Lily didn't know what to do either. She was just as confused as her owner.
Back in Bath, Mr. and Mrs. Grossman were upset that thier garden was destroyed. Thier owner's home was spilt into big pieces, furniture was ruined, grass was barely visible, and the shed was gone!
"I can't believe we left Violetta in the shed!" Mrs. Grossman screeched.
"We!?" Mr. Grossman questioned. "You were the one who threw her in!"
"Don't argue with me! Can't you see I am mad!" Mrs. Grossman snapped.
"I know," Mr. Grossman replied. "Violetta got away. she could be anywhere."
"Oh please!" Mrs. Grossman scoffed. "How far can one little kid travel by a tornado?"
"Well, just pray that Violetta hasn't gone off to tell the Gnome police on us or else they'll close our foster home!" Mr. Grossman said. His wife gasped. "And if they do, we'll no longer get funding. We'll be-"
"Don't say it!" Mrs. Grossman cried.
"Poor!" Mr. Grossman finished.
"No more money!?" Mrs. Grossman cried, again.
"We've got to have money!" Her husband agreed. The gnome and toy government offerEd monthly funds and donations to the the foster care so the gnome children could be well cared for. However, Mr. and Mrs. Grossman had been using the funds and the donations for themselves only. They've been spending lots of money on jewelry, drinking, and gambling. They could careless about the orphans.
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money is such a beautiful word!
(Mr. Grossman)
I know, I know.
(Mrs. Grossman)
It soars in my mind like a beautiful bird.
(Mr. Grossman)
I know, I know.
(Mrs. Grossman)
Better than that, it makes me feel like an aristocrat!
As well as that, money is such a beautiful word!
(Mr. Grossman)
Quite so, quite so.
The two greedy gnomes opened thier tool box, to reveal some pounds and counted them. So far, they have got enough for themselves.
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money is such a wonderful thing!
(Mr. Grossman)
Ah yes, ah yes.
(Mrs. Grossman)
I find that I use it for everything!
(Mr. Grossman)
No less, no less
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money is power, if it were food, it'd be a dish I'd devour,
every hour!
Money is such a beautiful word!
(Mr. Grossman)
Oh yes, oh yes, oh yes!
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money's my passion, always in fashion!
Stashing, cashing, cream of the cream, that is my thing!
(Mr. Grossman)
Money is a glorious thing!
When I see lots of it, I want to stand up and sing!
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money's my veil rid, that's why I crave it!
Even a rich wicked old witch!
Ha ha ha! I should say!
(Mr. Grossman)
Money is the love of my life!
The only true love of my life!
The two thought of a plan to find Violetta. Then they got a brilliant but horrible idea! They began making "Missing" posters of Violetta as many as they could. One they are finished, they will post them around England. Despite that the reward said, one thousand pounds, whoever finds Violetta would actually not be rewarded! They'd have to bring the Grossmans, one-thousand pounds! The Grossmans put it on there for false advertisement!
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money, for me, is all there is!
(Mr. Grossman)
It is, it is!
(Mrs. Grossman)
I spend it so well, I'm the best in the biz!
(Mr. Grossman)
A wiz, a wiz!
(Mrs. Grossman)
Money and I!
We're as happy as pie!
Haven't you heard?
Money is such a beautiful word!
Money they say is evvil as Satan, probably worse!
(Mr. Grossman)
Tis!
(Mrs. Grossman)
A wonderful and dreadful curse!
(Mr. Grossman)
Yes!
(Mrs. Grossman)
A pleasure to have in my purse!
(Mr. Grossman)
It is, it is, it is!
(Both)
Money is the most beautiful word!
They looked at the missing posters, smiling evilly.
"This'll get that brat back!" They laughed, victoriously.
Author's note: Ugh! I shuddered while writing this chapter! Those two disgust me greatly! I would never send ViolEtta back! Don't worry, it will be a while before Violetta gets in trouble and will need the help from not only Gnomeo and Juliet, but also the other Reds and Blues! Consider this chapter an early Halloween treat! ;)
