Internet Got cut guys and gals, sorry for the wait!-LLL
"Where are they?" Trunks said. In the previous times, the Androids had always charged and waited at Dr. Gero's laboratory. Yes, they all were activated this time, but they still should have been there. What did it mean that they suddenly weren't?
"I grow tired of this Trunks. We can't find the Androids, let us send them a message." Vegeta lowered in altitude to his son. Trunks glanced at him, and then returned to scanning the place with his eyes. "What did you have in mind?" he asks, but he already has his hand out. Vegeta chuckles. "Like a true Saiyan." He praises, and the two unleash power unimaginable.
"Ah!" Goku yells as he steps back. The battle has been fierce for an hour, and Goku's hair is glittered by the red and orange glow all around him. He didn't think he'd have much training since he was only to fight Piccolo and Krillin, but both have surprised him. Krillin lay in a crater currently, but he was quite formidable with his Destructo-Disks which had Goku and Piccolo flying around the chamber for a minute as they evaded them. Once they didn't occupy Goku however, he quickly knocked the monk out.
Now there was Piccolo…
With a grunt, Goku leaped up to avoid Piccolo's low sweep, twisting forward to scissor-kick the Namek. But Piccolo is one-step ahead, elongating his arm to push Goku into the ceiling. After 100 feet, Goku summons up his reserves and repulses Piccolo's arm away from himself. The effort leaves him drained, but he tries to ignore it. The ache of his muscles, the weight of his body begin to dawn on him, but Goku shakes both away with a shake of his gaunt face, and a shower of sweat. Time for a break.
"Ka-meh-ha-meh-ha!" he yells, and a torrent of blue fills the room. Piccolo grits his teeth and puts his middle and index-fingers to his head. Sparks begin to fly. "Special Beam Cannon!" he yells, and a violent purple-gold grapevine weaves towards Goku's Battering Ram. The two crash with the force of Gods, rocking both of their creators. As the explosions unleash smoke and heat, Piccolo soars through it, body rigid and purple combat clothes rippling. He would beat Goku, rest, lather rinse, keep going as long as it took until he was able to surpass at least the abilities of an Ordinary Saiyan. He was fairly certain he would not reach Vegeta's power level until another bout or so, but he would try with every fiber of his bones.
As the King exited the smoke filled center of the Chamber, he stopped. No way, was Goku firing…
"Ha!" Goku shrieked, putting all of his strength in the blast. His hair changed to black, his hands bleached, and whereas the attack often is unleashed smoothly, this second Ka-me-ha-me-ha exploded out like a backfiring cannon. Goku yelled as he disappeared behind the wall of blue, but Piccolo could only raise his arms to block. The pain consumed him, raging against him. The energy was too solid to detonate, it needed a fuse. Piccolo pressed his body into it, summoning up what he could. What he found he had left was not very hopeful. Shudders racked his arms from the effort of pushing the savage blast back, and it raged at him, almost like it knew what he was trying. "Take this Goku!" Piccolo tried to yell, but all his energy was needed to shove the Ka-me-ha back. And back he did push it, but was more like he nudged it, and then fell back to the ground. There he lay, barely conscious to hear Goku's screams before he passed out under the banonza of blue and white.
"We need to up the ante." Krillin said while scarfing down some Ramen. Goku nodded and passed Piccolo some rice. All three were eating with gusto, stuffing their hands into their mouths in order to sate their appetites. Water disappeared down their throats, and was instantly refilled by the Chamber's magical properties. Thankfully, Krillin knew how to cook, or training would have been the least painful thing they had to do.
"How… can we?" Piccolo asked between breaths. His skin was already healing from the bout, but his body was stealing struggling to replenish the energy he had spent. "We're already maxing ourselves out. Any harder and we may kill ourselves in here."
Krillin weakly chuckled, and gulped down the broth. After he tossed the cup into the trash he said, "Not increase the intensity against each other. But think, if we're going to fight the Androids, most likely it'll be in a city. We need to decide how we unleash our most powerful attacks while protecting everyone we can."
"Is there a setting for that?" Goku asked. His hair was finally falling over his face without exhaustion in his eyes. Krillin smiled smugly.
"Oh yeah."
Vegeta and Trunks stand at the doors to the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, arms crossed. Both are still in Saiyan form, deciding to suffer the effects of long-term Super Saiyan instead of using up so much energy to transform into their advanced levels. As the Sun begins to set, Trunks begins to wonder. Would Goku and company stay the full twenty-four hours, or come out now? He got his answer later when the full day was up. Vegeta stopped looking at his white glove and gazed at the door. Since waiting, both him and Trunks had changed into new, combat-ready attire.
Now, they waited. Goku's power level easily was the highest, and Vegeta smiled, happy that his Saiyan brother had reached the upper pinnacle of Saiyan strength. Kakarot being weaker was unnerving. Right, but unnerving. Next was Piccolo. Vegeta's inner eyebrows went up as he sensed the Namekian's power. He was just as strong as Goku…
Last was Krillin, but his strength was still impressive, about a fourth the strength of the original Super Saiyan. A massive improvement, but once again the Ultimate Saiyan had left him behind. Still, at least he wouldn't die in 1 second…
Out Krillin stepped first, tired, but happy to see the moon. He nodded curtly to Vegeta and Trunks before sitting down and sighing. His chest was hairy and bathed in sweat, his bald head sheen glinting off all the light that hit it. Only his pants remained, and they were in tatters.
Piccolo was next out, eyes narrowing at the reception committee. "I assume you didn't find them?" was his question. Trunks shook his head "no". Vegeta just continued to look unimpressed. Piccolo nodded and walked towards the two. "Goku will be a second, he's changing." Vegeta rolled his eyes. Goku was always the clean one. Even a Saiyan, he was determined to dress like a hu-…what was that power?!
Trunks' mouth slowly fell open as it hit him too. "Is that Goku?" he asked with a laugh. Piccolo chuckled. "I told you he was 'changing'." Vegeta slowly clapped, Kakarot was indeed powerful. And through the black abyss he stepped, hair spiked and scarlet as a feral fire blazed around him. His head was bent to the ground, avoiding their eyes, but Vegeta knew that was a theatrical effect.
With every step, tiles cracked and exploded, eliciting a spark from the Saiyan. Once he came upon them, Goku looked up. His eyes were pure white.
"Where are the Androids?"
