Chapter 12: The story of my life, (part 2)
Marion pov: 'I'm pregnant' I frowned
'Wha...Wha...Wha...' she stammered
'Ye do that for 20 minutes you'll be where I am right now' I said
'I don't know how to react' she said
'How do think I feel!?'
'You tell me'
'Terrified'
'Hang on...How are you pregnant if you haven't...' just then I remembered I never told her about my night with Rob.
'Look can we go and talk somewhere quite?' I asked
'Oh sure' she smiled as we walked back into my home and into my room.
'Thank you'
'Now are you going to tell what's going on?'
'Ummm...' I stuttered
'Marion...' she said lifting an eyebrow
'Ok...The truth is I'm having an affair' I said
'What?! Are you crazy?! With who?!' she screamed
'Shhh calm down' I said covering her mouth 'Ok...I'm going to tell you but you have to swear you won't scream or breath a word to anyone' I said as she nodded 'It's Rob 's' I said, I let go of her as she suddenly went stiff and loomed pale 'Hey you ok?' I asked concerned
'With Rob?' she asked slowly
'Yes' I said
'Well...at least it's with him' she smiled
'What do you mean?' I asked
'Well, we all knew you both had a thing for each other'
'Whoa whoa whoa, we?'
'Ye, me, Phil, Tom and Jean'
'Well I do have a thing for him because I'm in love with him' I smiled
'And I'm so happy for both of you' she smiled
'Wait, what's Rob going to say?!' I said beginning to panic
'Really? It's Rob your worrying about? What happens when your husband comes back from the war and finds out his wife is pregnant when they haven't done the deed' she said, she had a good point, how am I going to explain this?
'Look...don't worry, I'll figure this out somehow' I frowned
'Look, all I can say is look on the bright side, your going to have a baby' she smiled
'A baby' I said to myself, I never thought in a million years I would something as wonderful as a child of my own.
'So what's the plan?' she asked
'Well, my husband doesn't come back for another two weeks so, all I have to do is tell Rob I'm pregnant and...' But before I could go on, I heard my door open and saw Alejandro's servant walk in, he was a short black gnome with a sneaky look in his eye, I couldn't tell if he had been listening in on our conversation
'My lady' he bowed
'Smegol' I said
'A message from the king, he wishes me to tell you he shall be back tonight at dusk and wishes you to wait up for him' he said, ok now this bad!
'Uhh...' I stuttered
'My lady?' he asked
'Marion' wisteria whispered
'Thank you Smegol you may leave' I said as he bowed and left. 'What the hell are we going to do!?' I said almost screaming
'Look calm down ok, it's going to be ok' she said trying to calm me down
'Great, this is great, I've just found out I'm married and having someone else's baby, the love of my life is the only person I can never be with and my husband is on his way back here and about to find out I've cheated on him so soon! My life cannot get any better' I said sarcastically
'Okay, I know it looks bad..' she said
'Your telling me' I frowned
'But, we will find a way to work this out ok, I promise' she smiled
'Thank you' I said hugging her as she hugged me
That night I was looking out into the horizon to see if my husband was on his way or not, I couldn't stop thinking about what was happening! I mean, I've cheated on him, and now I'm having someone else's baby, I know it looked bad but once I thought about it, I was having the baby with someone I loved and that was amazing, as I was thinking, I saw a patrol of soldiers heading my way and I could see my husband in front, I had thought about what my plan is, I'll have no choice but to have one night with him, and then in a few days I'll announce I'm pregnant, he'll never know I cheated. He made his way up to my chambers and locked the door, I had a very bad feeling.
'Your back' I smiled, this made me sick to my stomach
'I am' he said
'I missed you' I lied through my teeth
'I'm sure you did' he said hugging me
'Well ummm... What happens now?' I asked
'You tell me' he said
'Why don't you tell me'
'Well, you and I have been apart for two whole weeks I thought we could...' he flirted, even though I don't want to, it's the only way to save Rob,the baby and myself. No matter how much it hurts.
'Sounds good to me' I said
'Of course you know what it's like, you've done it before' he said in a very unpleasant tone, I was beginning to feel very scared now.
'Ummmm...sorry?' I asked
'Oh I'm sorry, would you like me repeat myself? You've already done something with someone else haven't you? Which is weird since your married!' he said getting super annoyed.
'I don't know what your talking about' I said
'Don't be coy with me Marion, I know about your affair, and the night you had and the fact that your carrying his baby!' He said, it's official, I'm busted!
'Who...who...who told you that?' I asked, but before I could answer, there was a knock on the door, Alejandro unlocked the door and I saw Smegol come in with a smirk on his face, I knew he had heard something
'Did I do well master?' He asked
'You did' Alejandro said giving him a sack of money and left without locking the door.
'You paid him to spy on me?!' I asked getting angry
'Yes, and I'm glad I did because I just found out my wife is nothing but a cheating whore!' he said raising his voice
'Did you think for a moment I never even wanted to marry you!? I never loved you and how could I love someone like you!' I screamed
'So you'd rather be someone else's whore?!'
'I'd rather be his whore then your wife!' I said, and then he slapped me across the face as I gave him a horrible flair.
'You have betrayed your kingdom, your father, and me. You are accused of treason, and the punishment for treason...Is death.' he stated, he called the guards to take me away, as I was walking I never noticed someone was Listning to the conversation.
Wisteria pov: Oh no! This can't happen, Marion is going to die because of the act she has done, I for one don't blame her, she fell in love and that's not a crime! I need to stop this, if I don't she'll die along with her unborn baby and that will surely destroy Rob...Rob, That's it! He'll know what to do, I rode my horse to his home and kept banging on the door for dear life until he finally answered.
'Hey wisteria what's going on?' he asked
'No time to explain! Marion has been arrested for treason and she's going to be put to death!' I said
'WHAT?! NO THAT CAN'T HAPPEN! I LOVE HER!' he said as we rode back into the kingdom and saw a whole crowed of people in the centre of the garden, as we looked in the same direction, we saw Alejandro in front of Marion who's hands were bound and looked down on the ground not daring to look up
'My fellow people' he began 'I'm sure your all wondering why I called you all here today, well I'll tell you, it is because...treason has been committed to my home' he said as the people muttered in silence, 'And that treason has involved...THIS WOMAN!' he yelled pointing at her as the audience gasp 'to become the whore that she is and sleep with another man' he said angrily and the audience gasped again, 'she has been having an affair while I was away, but she thought she could outsmart me, well...she thought wrong, the point is...she committed a crime!' he yelled
Rob pov: 'FALLING IN LOVE IS NOT A CRIME!' Marion screamed, I can't believe she was actually doing this, this makes me love her even more.
'IT IS IF YOUR MARRIED' he yelled and slapped her across the face in front of every one! The audience gasped again and at that point I was filled with so much anger I was about to run to that guy and hit him but I was being held back by Phil and wisteria
'Let me go!' I said struggling
'Mate If you go out there, he'll know it was you she slept with' Phil explained
'I don't care, she'll die if I don't do something' I said
'She'd rather die then see you get hurt' wisteria said as I was almost crying, I stopped struggling and kept on watching the trial
'Marion Bluebell, you are guilty of treason and I hear by sentence you...to death' he announced as she tried to struggle as the guards took her away. 'Oh please, come and watch her drown tomorrow at noon, oh and by the way...if the lover of my wife is out there in the crowd, just know this...it's not just her that will die tomorrow' he smirked and walked back into the royalty section of the garden. I was confused by what he just said, but I knew wisteria knew the answer to that.
'Wait...What did he mean 'it won't only be her who dies?' I asked
'You don't know do you?' Wisteria said through her tears
'Know what?' I asked
'She's pregnant Rob, with your baby' she said,
At that moment, all I could feel was...shock and pure happiness, I can't believe we were going to have a baby together, but there won't be a baby if Marion's put to death tomorrow, we need to do something.
'We need to get her out of there' I said
'How? She's locked in a dungeon that is fully guarded, we can't just walk up to them and ask to let her go' Phil said sarcastically
'Who said we have to ask?' I smirked as we huddled up and told them the plan.
Operation Break out.
Hours later (nightfall)
We approached the dungeons ever so silently and saw that the guards were sat down playing a game of cards, when they weren't looking I climbed up a shelf to get a good look at the area, I could see the guards and Marion's dungeon at the same time. I looked down at Phil and wisteria who were getting ready to put our plan into action.
' You ready guys?' I whispered
'You bet' Phil smiled
'Lets do it' Wisteria said confident
'Ok.' I said and got ready
'Ha! Yes I win!' Said one of the guards
'Damn it!' The rest said and put down their cards
'Are you sure your not cheating?' Soldier 2 asked
'I don't need to cheat, I win all the time' Soldier 1 smirked
'Ye that's why we're asking' Soldier 3 said
'Are you calling me a cheat?' Soldier 1 said raising his voice
'Are you calling me a sad loser?' Soldier 3 said raising his voice even louder
'Lets just play something else' Soldier 4 sighed
That's when they heard a squeal of laughter around the corner, they all got up and pulled out their swords but only saw Phil tickling wisteria.
'OI! What are you two doing down here?!' Soldier 3 asked
'Oh, umm...' Phil said
'Just hanging out' wisteria smiled
'Well hang out somewhere else' Soldier 3 said
'Or say good bye to your life' Soldier 1 said loading his gun
'Hey! Don't talk to my girl like that!' Phil said
'Oh ye?' Soldier 4 scoffs 'What she gonna do about it?' he asked, and then...Thud! Wisteria punched him square in the face as he fell unconscious, the soldiers tried to attack but both Phil and wisteria were too quick for them, all four were lying on the floor unconscious while I grabbed the keys on the table and went to Marion's dungeon, once she saw me she gave the biggest smile ever
'You came' she smiled weakly kissing my lips
'Of course I did, I couldn't let you and our baby die now could I?' I smiled and picked her up bride style as we headed back to the others.
'Ok we got her, let's head back to your home' wisteria said
'It's not that simple, it was easy getting in but it will be harder now that we have a prisoner.' I explained,
'Wait I've got an idea! I'll be right back' Phil said and ran off,
'Wait! what about if we head to the hall?, you could easily walk out of the hall and straight into the village,' Wisteria suggested
'Wisteria, your a genius!' I said
'I know'
'Ok, let's go' I said as we headed to the hall, we made it there and just as we were so close to the door...something happened
'Well well well, look what the mushroom dragged in' a voice said, we turned around and saw Alejandro silhouetted against the wall and was holding a sword in his hand too, I held Marion close as she pressed her body against mine, we were both scared.
'Look, just leave us alone' I said protecting the girls
'I don't think that's gonna happen' he said
'I'll go get help' Wisteria whispered as I never and she ran off to get help
'Can't you see that we're in love?' I asked 'or are you too blind to see that through your selfishness?' I asked
'Selfishness? I'm not the one who cheated on her!' He yelled and tried to stab me but I was too quick for him
'I fell in love!' Marion screamed
'I'm going to enjoy killing you' he threatened as I tackled him to the floor and punched him all over
'You stay away from us, and the baby' I threatened, but he was very strong and pushed me off him as I hit my head on the floor, he picked up his sword as Marion ran to my side clinging onto my body beginning to cry
'I love you' I smiled
'I love you too' she said through her tears as we kissed,
'Good bye, lovers' he said as we waited for him to strike, but...he didn't, we looked up and saw someone behind him, covered in black, holding a gun to his head, the person revealed themselves and I couldn't believe who it was...it was Jean!
'Let them go, or I'm gonna blow your gnome's brains all over these fucking hillbillies' she threatened, I have never heard such talk come from a woman of her standards, he dropped the sword and put his hands over his head, we saw red Tom and Phil walk in with weapons and pointing them at Alejandro as he was restrained. That's when we heard a whole bunch of soldiers come in and went over to Alejandro, and then we saw Marion's father walk in.
'Arrest this man' he ordered as he was being put in chains
'Dad, what's going on?' Marion asked
'I'm arresting this gnome for attempted murder' I stated
'What about me? I'm being put to death for treason' she said
'Not any more your not, I know you both were married but that didn't mean you were leaders yet, so that means his orders are not to be followed' he smiled
'YES!' she squealed as I spun her around in my arms
'But I hope you understand the error you have done' he said
'Dad, I fell in love, I mean I love Rob so much...I'm having his baby' she smiled as he stood there shocked
'You mean...I'm going to be a grandpa?' he asked smiled
'That's right' she smiled as they both shared a hug and then he turned to me
'Take care of my garden, and my daughter and grandchild' he said shaking my hand
'I intend to' I smiled, then I turned around and gave Jean a huge hug, 'You saved our lives' I smiled
'Well, I couldn't leave you to die now could I?' she laughed
'How did you even find out about this?' Marion asked
'A certain someone may have contacted us' Tom smiled as Phil came out b behind them
'Oh bro your a genius!' I said hugging him
'I know' he gloated
'That's my man' Wisteria smiled kissing him, while the six of us were laughing, we saw Alejandro being dragged away and giving us a terrible threat
'YOU RUINED MY PLAN YOU FOOL!' he screamed at Jean
'You better stay away from us then you psycho!' she replied
'I swear to every single one of you! Once I'm gone, it won't be the last you see me, I will make all of you pay! Every single one of you! Especially you!' he said pointing at Marion as he was dragged away.
'Well, now that that's sorted' Phil sighed
'Do you think he'll make us pay?' Wisteria asked concerned
'Don't worry about it babe, he can't hurt us any more' Phil smiled as she did
'So now what?' Marion asked, I think now was the time.
'Well, it's now or never' I smiled, I got down on one knee and pulled out a gorgeous blue ring that matched her eyes, I could see the excitement in her beautiful blue eyes as I asked the question 'Marion Bluebell, I love you, Will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?' I asked
'Oh Rob, yes! With all my heart' she smiled and jumped into my arms as we kissed in passion, and from that moment on I promised to protect her, our baby and the garden for as long as I shall live.
1 year later
Marion pov:
Over the last past year, it has been amazing! I divorced to my jerk of an ex husband, I married my one true love and we both became the leaders of the garden after my father passed away, but at least he got to see his grandchild before he died, and our baby...Well we had a beautiful baby boy who we called Gnomeo, he was so much like his father, with his blonde hair and blue eyes, he was the perfect clone and we loved him dearly.
And Phil and Wisteria, well they eventually got married and were expecting their child in a few months, just like Tom and Jean, they too got married and became the leaders of their garden and were expecting their child as well, we did hope we can put an end to the feud but the hatred between our gnomes were far too strong, but apart from that, everyone's lives were perfect, and I was sitting on the grass holding my beautiful little boy.
'You are so gorgeous, you know that?' I smiled at him as he smiled
'I know I am' someone said as I turned around and saw Rob behind me
'Not you' I laughed
'Well we're both identical so that makes me gorgeous too' he smiled
'Your both gorgeous' I smiled kissing his cheek
'How is our little man?' he said grabbing gnomeo's tiny hand
'He's fine now, I was just gonna go and put him down' I said
'Oh no, give him to me I'll do it' he said taking gnomeo from me
'Are you sure?' I asked
'Of course I am'
'Ok'
'I love you'
'I love you too' I smiled as he took gnomeo back to his crib, as I was resting I saw Wisteria come over, you could see the baby bump on her and she looked so tired
'Hey Marion' she smiled
'You look terrible' I said
'Oh thanks' she said sarcastically
'No I mean you look tired' I explained
'That's because I am'
'How come?'
'The baby, it keeps me up at night'
'Well...Wait I know' I smiled and took out some pills that help me sleep at night 'try these' I smiled giving them to her
'Are you sure these are safe to take while being pregnant?' she asked
' Of course, I took them while I was pregnant' I smiled
'Well ok then thanks' she said hugging me
'Got any more?' I heard someone ask, I turned around and saw Jean through the fence who also looked tired
'Hi Jean' I smiled
'Hey, you got any more? I could use some too' she asked
'How come?' Wisteria asked
'The same reason you want them' she smiled
'Sure here' I smiled and handed her some pills
'Thanks Marion' she smiled
'Don't worry about it' I said
'So what's motherhood like for you?' she asked
'It's wonderful, gnomeo is such a delight to be around and Rob is always there to help me'
'Your lucky to have someone like Rob' Wisteria smiled
'I know, and speaking of Rob, I'm gonna go and check on my boys, I'll see you two later' I said walking back to my quarters and saw Rob holding little Gnomeo in his arms while singing a lullabie, well I thought it was a lullabie.

As he finished, he gently put gnomeo in his crib while he slept like an angel. I walked over to his side as we watched our son sleep peacefully. This is where I belong.
9 years later
9 years of a happy marriage and with a beautiful little boy too, this was indeed a wonderful life, gnomeo was already 10 years old and was the spitting image of his dad, Rob never changed still the same handsome man I fell in love with and he was a good example of a leader around the garden, Phil and wisteria had their little boy called Benny and both he and Gnomeo becomes fast friends, best friends in fact, well they had to since they were cousins, also as a birthday gift we gave gnomeo his very own mushroom who we called shroom, and Tom and Jean...Well still the leaders of their own garden and both had little girl called Juliet, I've only seen her once or twice, but she still was a beautiful girl who looked so much like Jean. Everything was Perfect. But all that was about to change.
Another regular day had gone by and both me and Rob were taking our evening stroll around the garden.
'*sigh* isn't this nice?' I asked leaning on his shoulder
'Everything is nice as long as I'm with you' he smiled kissing my lips
'We'd better head back' I said as we walked back to our quarters and saw Gnomeo,Benny,Shroom,Phil and Wisteria waiting for us.
'Mum! Dad!' Gnomeo squealed as Rob picked him up
' Hey little man you ok?' he asked
'I'm awesome' he smiled
'Good to know sweetheart' I smiled kissing his forehead
'Hey Marion, could you and Rob do us a favour?' Wisteria asked
'Sure, what is it?' I asked
'Well, Phil and I were hoping to spend some time together tonight and we were Hoping...' she explained
'Of course we'll watch Benny for you' I smiled
'Oh thanks Marion' she said hugging me, then she turned to Benny 'You be good to your antie Marion while we're gone ok?' she smiled
'I will mummy' Benny said crossing his heart
'Atta boy' Phil smiled lifting him up and hugging him
'We love you baby' Wisteria smiled
'I love you guys too' Benny smiled as they walked out the door and didn't look back. The one thing I didn't know was...that was the last I'd ever see my brother in law and my best friend .
The next morning
I was hoping to see Phil and Wisteria the following day but I hadn't seen them since last night and I was beginning to worry about where they were.
'Where could they be?' I asked myself, suddenly I heard a knock on the door and I went to answer it, I saw a tall policeman standing in the door way.
'Mrs Blueberry?' he asked
'Yes?' I asked as he removed His hat with a sad look on his face
' Ma'am, I don't know how to tell you this but...we have reason to believe that two members of your garden were killed last night' he explained, I began to feel sick
'Umm...who may I ask?' I asked concerned
'Do you recognise these gnomes?' he asked handing me two photos of the two people who were so precious to me...it was Phil and Wisteria!
'No' I whispered to myself
'I'm deeply sorry ma'am' he said
' How...How did they die?' I asked beginning to cry
'We're not so sure what,when,who or why they died...but one thing we do know is...this wasn't an accident' he frowned
'This can't be happening!' I said having a total breakdown, I felt as if my world had shattered
After a week, everyone was still heart broken about Phil and Wisteria, they were a good example to us all, Rob so heart broken to have lost his only brother and Benny...Well, Benny couldn't stop crying, he had moved in with us and was more sad then any of us, and as for me...Well, I never got the chance to say good bye to them, I've known Wisteria since I was a child, she was more than just my best friend...she was like a sister to me! As I was crying i saw Rob come in with a smile on his face.
'This is not a good time dear' I said through my tears
'I know, but I've got a surprise for you sweetie' he winked as he got me to my feet
'What kind of surprise?' I asked
'One that involves you to close your eyes first' he smiled as I closed them, he held Me close to him as we walked for a few minutes then we stopped
'Uhhh...can I look now?' I asked
'Ok, open them' he said as I did, I was looking at the toilet decoration in our garden except it looked so different, it had a beautiful tree growing out of it that had beautiful blue and white flowers, I was completely starstruck
'Wow' I smiled
'What do you think?' he asked
'It's beautiful, but what is it for?' I asked
'I planted it in memory of my brother and Wisteria' he smiled
'Oh Rob you shouldn't have'
'Well it's the least I can do, we've all been through hell this past week'
'So what do you call it?'
'I was thinking...wisteria' he smiled as I looked at him 'or you know can change it if you...' I jumped into his arms and hugged him
'It's perfect' I smiled as we kept on admiring the beautiful tree in memory of our dear friends and family over their tragic and suspicious death.
1 year later
It was a very strange year, it didn't feel right without Phil and Wisteria, I mean I stopped crying over most of the time but I just miss them dearly, I just needed to know what happened to them and why. So I decided to head to the place where they died, I kept coming here to see if there was anything to find but it was useless, it's been a year! I should have found something by now, after 10 minutes I just gave up, as I was about to go home but then I felt something sharp hit me across the head as I fell to the floor, falling into darkness
As I awoke I found myself in chains and in a dark, smelly dungeon. I had no idea where I was and I couldn't help but think this had something to do with Phil and Wisteria's death, suddenly I saw the man I never wanted to see again as long as I lived.
Rob Pov: I was beginning to worry about Marion, no one has seen her for a few hours and I for one am wondering if somethings happened, I needed to go and find her. But...something told I was never back.
'Boys!' I shouted to Gnomeo, Benny and shroom as they walked in
'What's up dad?' Gnomeo asked
'Listen to me, I'm going out to find your mother ok?'
'Why where is she?' Benny asked concerned
'Look don't worry ok, she'll be back soon but I'm just gonna go and see if she's ok' I explained
'Ok uncle' Benny smiled, I looked at him head to toe, he reminded me so much of Phil
'You look just like your father' I said as he hugged me, then I turned at my son
'What's going to happen next?' He asked
'I'm going to find your mother and your going to some friends of the garden ok?' I explained, he could see the fear in my eyes
'I'm not going to see you again am I?' He said bringing some tears into his eyes
'Hey look at me' I smiled lifting his chin 'Your going to see me again, I just don't know when, promise me something Gnomeo, if I don't return, look after your mother for me, promise me you will' I begged as he nodded 'Good man' I smiled, as I turned around I turned back to look at him as jumped into my arms and held Me close.
'I love you dad' he cried
'I love you too kiddo' I smiled
'Even though you might come back, if you don't, what am I going to do without you?' he cried
'Just remember the Times we spent together as father and son, oh...and what was that important piece of advice I gave you?' I smiled
'Never give up on something you love' he smiled
'Keep that in mind' I winked, and walked out the door, I felt like I was overreacting but there was something not right about all this, as I left the garden I walked down the alleyway when I came to a stop.
'Hey!' I heard someone shout I turned around and saw Tom and Jean there
'What are you two doing here?' I asked
'We could ask you the same question' she smiled
'I'm going to look for Marion, she should have been home by now but she hasn't' I said worrying
'We'll help you find her' Tom smiled as I did, but then something else came out of the Red garden, or should I say someone.
'Mummy, daddy where are you going?' Their little daughter asked
'Juliet, get back inside this instant!' Redbrick said sternly
'Redbrick it's ok' Jean said calming him down as she knelt to her daughter 'Mummy and daddy have something to take care of honey, and we'll be back shortly' she smiled
'Will I see you again?' she said sadly
'Aww honey of course you will, just wait for us ok?' she smiled while holding her daughter in her arms
'I love you Juliet' she smiled
'I love you too mama' she said kissing her nose and skipped back into the garden
'Ok let's go' I said as we walked over to the one place I knew where Marion could be, Phil and Wisteria's death spot
'Umm...Rob what are we doing here?' Tom asked
'Marion always comes here when she's lonely so spread out and find her' I ordered as we parted
'MARION?!' We all yelled but no reply, after 10 minutes of searching we just gave up. Suddenly I felt like my entire body went limb as I blacked out, not remembering what happened.
I woke up in a dark dungeon and wondering where the hell I was, I saw Tom and Jean tied up like me and I also saw Marion opposite me,
'Marion!' I smiled
'Rob!' she smiled
'Uhh...What happened?' Tom asked regaining consciousness
'Where are we?' Jean asked concerned
'In my castle, welcome to my dungeons' I heard someone in the shadows, when they stepped into the light I saw a man who I hated more than anybody,
'Hello everyone' he smirked
'Alejandro' I glared
' Long time no see Rob, I trust your journey was fun' he smiled
'Oh ye, I loved being knocked out and locked in a dungeon' I said sarcastically
'Oh good, that was my idea'
'What do you want?' Tom asked getting angry
'Now now, keep your hair on, I just wanted to watch each and every one of you die painfully and slowly' he grinned
'Why us?' Jean asked
'If you hadn't ruined my plan I would have killed that fool and have watched Marion die while I rule the blue garden with an iron fist' he frowned
'Well, it's a good thing I didn't want to marry you, Rob does a better job at ruling more than you ever did' Marion glared and smiled at me
'Oh Marion, how I missed you' he flirted and kissed her lips, I tried to stop them but I couldn't move because of the stupid chains, as they parted I gave him one horrible glair
'Your going to regret that' I threatened
'Am I? And what's a Preety boy like you gonna do?' he laughed and punched me in the gut as he turned to Jean and Tom
'He's right, you are going to regret that' she smirked
'*Scoffs* oh 'Ye, and what's a delicate flower like you gonna do about it?' he asked as Jean head butted him as he fell unconscious to the floor, I couldn't help but laugh
'Nice one' I smiled
'Thanks' she laughed
'Ye, and all we need now is to get out of these chains' Tom said struggling
' It would help if we had a key' Marion smiled
'Ye but where are we...' I turned back at her and saw she was holding a key 'where did you get that?' I asked
'He's so easily distracted when he's kissing me, like you' she laughed and got us all free.
' Well let's get out of here!' Tom said grabbing Jean 's hand as I grabbed Marion's and tried to find a way out of here, but we saw a bunch of guards chasing after us as both couples got split up, I just hope Tom and Jean found a way out of this hell hole.
Tom pov: Jean and I were trying to find a way out of this place and suddenly we saw a little slide that would lead straight out of the castle,
'It's only big enough for one of us at a time and the guards are right behind us' Jean said worrying
'You go, I'll hold them off' I said bravely
'No Tom no!' she said crying
'Listen to me, I love and I don't want to see you get hurt now go' I said kissing her lips
'THERE THEY ARE!' One of the guards shouted running towards us
'Take care of our daughter, don't come back for me' she cried
'What?' I asked and suddenly she pushed me down the slide! She saved my life and I knew what was going to happen to her, she didn't want me to go back for her but I was going to wait for Rob and Marion.
Marion pov: Running for our lives, guards chasing after us and I was feeling so tired! Then we came to a stop as Rob looked at me.
'Ok, run down that corridor and turn left, you'll be out of here before you know it' he said
' How do you know?' I asked
'I just do, trust me' he smiled
'Ok let's go' I said but he didn't move
'You go, I'll hold them off long enough for you to escape' he said
'Rob no! You'll die!' I cried
'Look after our son' he said, I can't believe he was doing this
'We can leave together'
'If we both go, they'll come after us and everything and everyone we care about will be gone' he explained, I felt tears run down my face, he can't leave me! Not like this!
'I'll come back for you'
'No! I can't risk losing you'
'Rob...if you stay here, you'll die'
'I would die for you a hundred times over then see you or gnomeo get hurt' he smiled as we kissed for the last time, it lasted so long, it was because I know we were never going to see each other again
'Take this' he smiled
'What is it?' I asked
'Open it' he said as I did, it was a beautiful blue necklace that had silver around a beautiful blue gem
'It's beautiful' I smiled
'Never take it off' he said
'I shall wear it always' I smiled and kissed him again
'THEY WENT DOWN THIS WAY!' We heard the guards yell
'There coming' I said worrying
'Now's your chance, run! Just run!' he said
'I love you!' I said through my tears
'I love you more, fair maiden' he winked, as I ran full pace and saw a window I could jump out of, I landed into the river and saw Tom there waiting, I looked at him as he looked at me, we both had lost our spouses that day.
1 week later
I hated not having my husband around, and gnomeo for having a dad around it made me feel sick, I mean, the garden used to call me lady Marion, but now I asked them to call me lady blueberry because I was so depressed, the one man I ever truly loved was out of my life forever, and I could never tell Gnomeo the truth, I told him he died in a lawnmower accident which he believed, it was only until he was ready for the truth. We didn't berry Rob in the garden, we burried him a little far away from the garden, a place where I could be alone. Which is where I was at that moment.
'You left So soon. I just need a sign to know that your ok, anything to know your still alive, please' I cried by his grave, suddenly my necklace was beginning to shine! I took it off my neck and saw a bright white light blind me, when it stopped, my eyes couldn't believe what it was looking at!
' Hello Marion' he smiled
'Rob?' I asked, I walked closer to him and put my hand on his face to see if he was real, he was deffinatly real! I jumped into his arms and hugged him so tightly, I have never been more thrilled to see him in my life!
' Your alive?' I asked
'Alive and well' he smiled
'But...How are you here' I asked
'The necklace I gave you...it's a teleporter that communicates with this watch, I gave it to you so I can see you again' he explained
'That means you can come home now right?' I asked hoping
'I'm afraid not, if either Jean or I leave the dungeon, he'll know and bring war to both gardens'
'Then war we shall have!'
'Marion...think about the garden...think about our son'
'Our son is heartbroken now that he hasn't got a father in his life'
'He has to know about me'
'If he does, he'll think that I lied to him I can't do that'
'No I guess not, but as long as I get to see you, I'm happy
'I thought I lost you forever' I cried in his arms
'Your never going to lose me' he smiled
'I'm glad your not dead'
'Tell Tom about this, he has a right to see his wife'
'I will, we'll take in turns' I smiled, suddenly I heard a beeping noise coming from the watch, I looked at Rob as he sighed
'I have to go'
'Will I see you again?' I asked worried
'As long as you've got the necklace, your always going to see me' he smiled
'Ok'
'Remember, don't tell anyone except Tom about this'
'I will' I smiled
'Oh one more thing' he smirked and pulled me into a kiss, he wrapped his arms around my waist as I put my hands around his neck, as we parted we looked at each other lovingly 'I love you Marion' he smiled and disappeared
Over the years, Both me and Tom got to see our spouses, we only had little time but we made the most of it, we showed them photos of our children as they grew older and told them how the feud ended and that Gnomeo and Juliet got together, but we could never tell them about this and that their mum or dad had been alive all these years.
And that's the story of our lives.
