I OWN NOTHING!

Chapter 11: The Virus…

"Pega…your question is…You use me from your head to your toes, the more I work, the thinner I grow…what am I?"

"It's…A BAR OF SOAP!"

"That's…"

"Pega!" A couple of the voices call out in victory.

"WRONG!" Crabby clicks his fingers together as he cackles.

"WHAT?"

"Then what's the answer?!"

"It's….uh…THE ANSWER DOESN'T MATTER!" Crabby sweat-drops.

"That's just cause Pega got it right!" Sagi shouts.

"No…I…PUNISHMENT!" A net drops out the air and grabs him. He tries to get out but it's useless.

"PEGA!"

"This isn't fair!"

"You can't do this!"

"I'm this level's boss! I CAN DO WHATEVER I WANT!" Crabby yells before cackling.

"Just cause you're the boss doesn't mean you can do what you want!" King Lion steps forward.

"And who says that?"

"I'm King Lion….Level 1 Boss…"

"Oh, Level ONE! SO SCARY!"

"Should be!" King Lion holds up his sword when everything freezes. The entire place turns this gray shade and nobody can move.

"What's going on?" Libra calls out. All of the sudden, the vines holding Star glow and disappear…and Sagi's avatar frizzes.

"Star…" She stays suspended in the air as no one can move. The traps holding Aquaria, Jupiter, and Pega disappear also and Crabby is transported to the playing board.

The level goes back to normal. Star starts to fall when Pega flies over to catch her. He brings her down and Bull and Cosmic take her. Pega takes Quetza, Sagi, and Libra by the hand and flies them over to the board. King Lion makes the jump and smirks as he and the other players close in on Crabby.

"CRABS!" Crabby screams as he starts scuttling sideways in a circle. He clicks his fingers and pulls on his hair.

The board splits in the middle and out come a ton of little crabs and a couple giant ones too.

"Guys…let's clear the level fast, shall we?" King Lion smirks a little as he steps forward. He swirls his sword and a giant tornado generates. He swings his sword and the tornado flies towards the crabs.

"LET'S GO!" Sagi shouts as he pulls out his gift. Everyone does the same and charges toward Crabby.

"CRABS AND BUTTER FINGERS!" The Level 30 Boss screams. The players begin to annihilate his forces.

Sagi sets some on fire while Dynamis fries the rest. Pega flies around King Lion's tornado, increasing its wind power. Quetza calls up his huge monster and flies through the giant crabs, eating them as if they were potato chips.

"Crabs…let's be good….right?!" Crabby pleads once the players surround him.

"Not possible…" Quetza's giant monster appears behind Crabby and eats him. The serpent's mouth glows as Crabby dies.

The banner congratulating everyone appears and shouting begins.

"Guys…" Bull and Cosmic call as Bull makes the jump. He holds Star over his shoulder and Cosmic under one arm. He lets the guild leader go and brings Star down off his shoulder. Her face shows signs of her coming back to consciousness.

"Star…" Pega rushes to her side.

"Pega…" She mutters. Her eyes flutter open and Pega checks her HP bar. It's in the yellow zone.

"Here." Cosmic walks forward and hands her a cookie.

"What's this?" She starts to put it in her mouth.

"A healing potion thingy." Quetza smiles as he answers before his guild leader can.

"It's designed to look like a cookie though." She eats it and her HP bar goes back to full. Pega hugs her tightly and doesn't let go for a moment.

"I thought I was going to lose you." He whispers. She blushes a little and smiles.

"You'll never lose me. I'll always be here for you."

"I'll do the same." He pulls back.

"Well, if you're done with your little moment…" King Lion huffs, drawing out laughs from everyone and blushes from Pega and Star.

"Hey guys…" Libra ruffles his hair while looking around.

"What's up, Libra?" Pega helps Star to her feet.

"Why isn't the portal here yet?" Everyone looks around.

"Ah…" Star exclaims as she grips her forehead.

"Star…" Pega puts his hand on her arm.

"NO!" She whispers, horror coloring her face.

"What?" A glow starts near the back. The players turn and face Sagi, the source of the glow. He looks at his body and then meets Star's eyes. His body breaks into pieces and the fateful banner appears.

FLAMESAGITI12 IS DEAD!

"No…" Aquaria whispers.

"I don't get it!" Libra walks over and claws at the air where his friend had stood. "His HP bar was FULL!" He falls to his knees and hangs his head.

"Sagi…" Pega walks over when suddenly the portal appears.

"Let's go." Pega calls to the others. He keeps his head down.

"But Sagi…" Libra starts to tear up when King Lion speaks up.

"Didn't you read the sign, kid?! Sagi is dead! DEAD! There's nothing here! Let's go."

"NO! Sagi…he can't be…he…" Libra looks at the spot where Sagi last stood. King Lion walks over and grabs Libra around the waist. He tosses the younger player over his shoulder and walks through the portal, Libra kicking and screaming to be let go.

"Let's follow." Jupiter says. He walks over and helps Pega get Star through the portal. Everyone walks through except Cosmic. He stays back for a moment, glancing around for a last piece. He doesn't see one and shakes his head sadly.

"FlameSagiti12…" He turns and walks into the portal.

My little sister was so mad at me for killing of Sagi (Kenta) as he was her favorite… What did you guys think? Poor Libra…he lost Soar and then Sagi….I'm so mean to him.

I can't wait to write the next chapter because it's really really shocking and AWESOME! You guys aren't going to like it very much…well, maybe…I don't know. You'll have to wait.

Really quickly: Did anybody catch my GingkaXMadoka moment?! I had fun putting that in there. They will be more of those as the story goes on but it won't be too much…Ya follow? =P

I had something I was going to tell you and now I can't remember….ding dang darn it… Gah, this is annoying.
