The dinner was okay. They had pigeon and salad. It was better than the meals Gomez usually had but Morticia didn't seem to enjoy it as covertly she was feeding the dog with the pigeon. Gomez witnessed that and the two of them shared a conspiratorial look, then he smiled and she smiled back for a second til' she remembered what he did to her and what was she doing there so instead of keep smiling she gave him a cold look. After the dinner Ophelia went to the kitchen to prepare some coffee so Morticia and Gomez were left alone. He sat in the couch, lit a cigarette and invited Morticia to join him. She was going to but then she saw little Edward walking downstairs and she approached to him in order to meet his little nephew.

Morticia: Hello little man! I'm Morticia, your aunt.

He didn't answer he just stared at her for a while like trying to analyze that woman so Morticia kept going.

Morticia: Haven't your parents ever mention me?

He remained silent.

Morticia: What is it, honey? Don't you wanna talk to your auntie?

Little Edward: It's just…

Morticia: What, love…?

Little Edward: That… you are not that horrible as mother said, you're actually very pretty and kind.

Morticia was full of anger but she decided it wasn't the kids fault and after a quick glance to Gomez who was smiling at her she knew that she didn't care what Ophelia said.

Morticia: Thank you sweetheart, you are a very handsome young man either. Will you give me a hug? (he does) You know what? Whenever you want you can come and visit me at my house and meet your little cousin Annie, would you like that?

Gomez: His little cousin? YOU HAVE A DAUGHTER?

Morticia: Yes, as a matter of fact, I do.

Gomez: HOW?

Morticia: Can you please keep your voice low? I don't really think you need an explanation of how babies are made considering that here is one of yours.

Gomez blushed embarrassed and calmed down. The doorbell rang.

Gomez: When were you going to tell me?

Morticia: I think it's non….

Tim: MORTICIA! MAY I SPEAK TO YOU FOR A SECOND?

He was pissed, Gomez wondered if that was because of him being too close to his wife in the precise moment he entered in the house. His voice has an serene tone despite his loudness like trying to control himself in order not to strangle his wife but Morticia didn't seem be scared as she rolled her eyes and followed him to the conservatory. Gomez sat in the sofa and from there he could hear them fight.

Tim: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING DRESSED UP LIKE THAT? YOU GOT LOST IN YOUR WAY TO THE WHOREHOUSE?

Morticia: I DEMAND YOU TO RESPECT ME, I'M YOUR WIFE NOT A LOOSE WOMAN.

Tim: YOU CERTAINLY LOOK SO. IT SEEMS TO ME THAT I HAVE MARRIED A WHORE IN DISGUISE.

Morticia slapped him which made him even angrier.

Tim: YOU FUCKING LITTLE TRAMP!

He slapped her back with such a strong that knocked Morticia down. All that noise made Gomez go to the conservatory and see what was going on. After seeing Morticia in the floor he punched Tim's face after which he left without saying a word. Gomez approached to Morticia who was crying he hugged her, protected with her arms and when they looked each other in the eyes time seemed to stop and they shared a sweet but passionate kiss.
