I look up to see a tearful Happy making my heart clenched in pain as I encircled him into my embrace.

"Happy, what's wrong? And how did you know where I live?" I asked in an emotionless voice. Happy glanced at me in surprise, but noticed the pained look I showed in my face.

"I followed you last week, because Loki asked me to keep in an eye on you. Natsu...He..sniff...he...," cried Happy as I stroked his back soothingly in circles. Then I heard him snoring which brought a small smile to my face. I walked inside my home and headed for my room. I gently placed him on my bed and went for a bath. After my bath I noticed Happy still sleeping and went to my desk to write another letter. I paused to make sure the whole house was quiet and began writing on my letter.

Dear Mama, Haru, Elie, and Plue,

Today started off with Natsu I mean Pinkie who kept bugging me all day. He wouldn't let me enjoy myself in silent and tried to include me in his friends' circle. If you were here Haru, you would have told him to back off or maybe be friends with him. He acts a lot like you which makes my heart clenched in pain. Elie, knowing you, you would have teased me about liking him or vice versa..but you would have made me smile at the possibility of falling for someone who acts like Haru. Plue would have had a Plue dance with my Plue or give Haru more love advice. Sorry Haru, but knowing how you never had a girlfriend in the past especially your first kiss. I'm real surprised how you managed to bag Elie who was feeling the same way as you. Anyways I can't obviously can't disagree since I only had a crush on Haru, but don't worry Elie he is all yours for the taking. Haru, be lucky that Elie didn't fall for that creep Lucia or whatever his name is. So coming back to topic about Pinkie, he...rescued me when I called for you Haru. Blondie was trying to find out my identity and was planning to use force against me. I was scared because he was a dragon-slayer, but he rescued me and defended me when Blondie wouldn't shut up. Now he's in trouble with the master and I don't know what might happened to him, but I'm worried. I felt ready to burst in tears while running out of the school, but Levy and Rusty blocked my way. Rusty passed me a towel in my face and left me be with Levy over his shoulders. Haru...Let told me what you guys did and I'm sorry for being a bother to you. I lost you because of what I am and now I can't forgive myself...I-I-I

I took a shallow breath and felt my tears rolled down my cheeks. Whoever said writing down your emotions would help, should get punched in the face. I rubbed my eyes and froze when I heard "Lucy?"

"Oh Happy, what is it?" I spoke softly as I turned my head to see Happy glanced at me worryingly.

"Why are you crying? Does your tummy hurt maybe fish can help you," replied Happy gently as I chuckled at his remedy of getting better. He looked at me strangely as I smiled softly at him.

"I'm fine, but thanks anyways. You were going to tell me something about Na-Pinkie," I spoke interestingly as Happy's face became sad. I felt the urge to kick myself for saying something like that,but his voice interrupts my thought.

"He got suspended for three days and if he ever causes destruction again then he won't be able to attend the GMG," told Happy depressingly as my head tilted to the side and I raised my eyebrows at him.

"GMG? What's that?" I replied confusingly as Happy gaped with a big eyed surprise look.

"GMG stands for the Grand Magic Games. Lucy you are weird," commented Happy as I felt irritation ticked a little at his comment.

"Whatever I've never heard of it before so how abut we get some shut eye and go visit Pinkie tomorrow," I yawned as Happy did the same and jumped in bed with me.

"Lucy?"

"Mmh..."

"Will you always be by our side?"

"...I don't know.."

"Okay...but remember you will always be our friend no matter what.."

"...Thanks Happy I appreciated it..."

"You're welcome...Lucy?"

"Yes Happy..."

"Why do you let your guard down when I'm with you?"

"Because I feel...at ease with you. I don't socialize well with people here.."

"Then can you try to get along with Natsu,please. He wants to be your friend"

"We'll see about that Happy...Good Night Happy"

"Yawn...Good Night Lucy dream of many fish..."

I smiled once more as I turned to see Happy fast asleep. Be friends with Natsu huh? I don't know if I can...being near him could possibly remind me of Haru, but Loki did say something about a flame lighting my way. Does that guy really make a difference in people or is it his personality that win him over... My mind flashed back to what he said to Blondie. Don't you call her that and If she wants to tell us then she'll tell us so stay out of her business I think that's what he said. I sighed and remembered the way he held my hand. It felt so warm like as if I were in the arms of someone I love...WAIT I mean in protective right jeez I feel myself lose my composure. That guy...makes me want to...to...to... I drifted off to sleep for the first time and didn't mind when my last thought was kiss.

Morning(Heading to Natsu's house) Lucy POV:

"So this is where you guys live?" I questioned Happy as we walked up a path to a nice homey house on a hill. You defiantly can tell they live her because of the sign "Happy & Natsu."

"Yeah, but do you really want to miss school today. I mean what will your parents think," spoke Happy concerned.

"He won't care except for Capricorn who will, but really I don't care. I was planning to skip school sometime," I answered honestly as Happy shot me a shocked look.

"But you look like the type who would work hard and stay in school," glanced Happy confused as I grinned.

"Of course I am, but I just can't get use to life here. My friends back home would kill me if I ditched, then again if its Julia and me then we could get away for about four hours until they found us and drag us back to class. Man those were the days," I laughed as the memory of Haru and Let pissed off face for not being able to find us.

"Wow Lucy, I have a totally different image of you now," thought Happy as I looked his way.

"What is it?" I asked intriguingly.

"You are a weirdo who acts like a delinquent and a cold-hearted person sometimes and can be the sweetest person other times as well," spoke Happy honestly as those words stabbed me in the heart.

"You don't say.."I mumbled quietly until we heard the door slammed open to reveal a worried-looking Pinkie who glanced our way and sighed a breathe of relief.

"Happy, where the heck have you been, buddy! You had me worried sick," yelled Natsu as Happy gave an apologetic look.

"Sorry Natsu, I was having a sleepover with Lucy," explained Happy as Natsu finally noticed I was here. He tilted his head to the side and stared at me intensely.

"What the hell are you looking at?" I retorted as Natsu eyes looked away from mine.

"Nothing, I' m just surprised to see you here. Thanks for watching Happy," grinned Natsu as my heart skipped a beat a little. The hell is wrong with me. He just grinned and my heart is going crazy which is pissing me off.

"WHatever Pinkie...By the way thank you," I mumbled embarrassingly as Natsu heard me.

"For what?" he asked where I completely forgot that he had super hearing.

"For jumping in when I didn't need your help," I spat coldly as he smiled and patted my head.

"You're welcome and you totally needed my help," he stated mischievously as I glared at him.

"Did not and stop petting me like some dog...dummy," I growled once more as he lifted his hands in the air surrendering. I bite my lip from laughing, but couldn't help it. Hearing my laughter, Natsu and Happy beamed happily as they saw me.

"You finally laughed!" They cheered where I tried to calm myself and look away.

"Yeah everyone laughs once in a while," I muttered.

"True, but you look pretty when you laugh," smiled Natsu as I was surprised by such honesty.

"Did he fall on his head when he was a baby?" I concerned with Happy.

"Aye sir," agreed Happy as Natsu shot us an annoyed look.

"I did not that was totally Gray! Anyways would you like to come inside before I get even more annoyed by your teasing," invited Natsu as I look up surprised.

"I don't know about that," I answered unsure until Happy gave me the puppy-eyes with Natsu making sigh in surrender.

"Yah! Lucy's coming in. Let's go," cheered Happy as he flew in the house first.

"That was sort of cute like...Haru," I mumbled admittedly as Natsu heard me once again.

"What's cute? I know that I'm hot not cute," joked Natsu as I jumped at his hearing once more.

"You hot as if I would think you be adorable as a baby with Pink hair, Pinkie," I remarked as Natsu made a face at "Pinkie."

"Don't call me that, but at least you think I'm adorable," He smirked as I resist the urge to smack him.

"Let's go, Pinkie," I called as he groaned at being called "Pinkie" again. I felt a smile crept up my face ignoring the look passing in Natsu's features. Who's Haru? and what could he possibly be to Lucy? thought Natsu as he watched Lucy walk in his home.
