Missing Angel Chapter 12: Missing Friends
Previously on Missing Angel: In the end, she was going to fight her brother. He needed to be stopped. No matter what the sacrifice will be. She will fight him, to save the dying race of the shadow-hunters. She was Azasarella.

The battle had ended.
The shadow-hunters around her were healing themselves with healing runes.
Some were screaming out in immense pain, others were groaning in relief. Then Clary noticed that her normal features were coming back. She would be recognised.
Quickly, she drew up her own portal rune on a nearby wall and went through the portal, back to the Lightwood Manor House.
She pushed open the door and rushed back to the place where they left her.
In the library reading up on the history of shadow-hunters.
"That was a awesome fight" a voice said, from down the long hallway.
Then they all came bumbling into the library, hyped up about the battle that they had just been a part of.
"Clary. How was your afternoon?" Isabelle asked, dropping on to the nearest chair.
"Fine, thank you" she replied
"There was a mystery healer that healed Isabelle. It was incredible. I wanna know who that was" Jace said
"Oh" Clary said, they were happy about her healing Isabelle, but she had to conceal her blush, that would give away the fact that she was fighting at the Citadel and that she knew something about the healer. "Was she nice?"
"Yes, obviously. She healed Isabelle for no reason" Jace said
Clary then went back to reading her book. Which was the Codex. Surprisingly, it was interesting.
"We want to find the mystery girl" Alec said confidently
"Why?" she asked, trying not to make her voice go too high, showing she has a deep secret to hide.
"She saved me, It's obvious" Isabelle said, happy that she was still alive and able to kill demons.
Clary was happy, they appreciated her help without them knowing she helped them. Inside, she smiled, Clary was over-joyed.

The Lightwoods spent the rest of the day, deciding who their mystery healer was. They had no clue that the healer was nearer than they thought…
They looked at the records of shadow-hunters glancing at their faces and trying hard to find their healer.
They had many long and painful arguments. Clary eventually put a silencing rune on her pale freckled skin. Their shouts were quieter and she could read her huge pile of books.
The time flew by quickly and Clary had read 4 books on shadow-hunter's history and demons. She had gained a significant amount of new knowledge just by reading a few books in one day.

"Clary….. Clary.." Isabelle called, walking through the manor, until she found Clary. "There you are" she exclaimed happily
"Hi, Isabelle. What did you want to talk about?" Clary asked
"Well…." Isabelle said looking in the opposite direction of Clary.
"What is it Isabelle? You know you can talk to me about anything right?" Clary said
"Well, I have a friend coming over here tomorrow." Isabelle said quietly
"Who is it?" She asked
"A boy. He is a friend. Who is a boy. Alec and Jace tease me for having a boy-friend who is a vampire." Isabelle said nervously
"Why do they tease you Iz?" Clary asked
"I like him Clary. As in like-like" Isabelle said "I think I love him, but he seems to think me as a friend."
"What's his name?" Clary asked
"Simon Lewis."
The name rang a bell in Clary's head. Simon was the vampire who keep her updated on whether she needs to intervene and kill any vampire that steps out of line or if the vampires have any enemies that appear and if the vampires what them dead or not. She thinks those vampires as allies and friends.
Clary needed to tell Simon not to tell them about her. She doesn't want them to find out this way.
Isabelle and Clary talked about boys and random things that they laughed endlessly about. Clary thought it was nice talking to someone about things and not having to worry about anything else for a while.
After everyone else was sleeping, Clary snuck out of the Institute and went to find Simon at the Vampires house in Idris .
As she entered, vampires that were allowed in Idris, hissed at her and tried to attack her. Effortlessly she fought them of her without hurting them.
"Azasarella, why have you come here without telling me?" a familiar voice said coming out from the gloomy shadows of the house.
"Simon, this is important. Can we talk in private?" she asked
"Sure. Follow me" Simon said, leading her to the dark seating area of the shadowy house.
"So why have you come here?" he said, once they had sat down on a sofa that was clearly falling apart.
"Well, I know you will be seeing Isabelle and the Lightwoods tomorrow. I will be there. Please act like we have never met. It would be very helpful, as they do not know who I really am"
"Okay. Fine by me. Is that why you came?"
"Yes"
Casually, they talked about their lives since they last saw each other. At midnight, Clary left for the institute, since she needed some sleep.

The next morning started how it normally did from when she first arrived in Idris. Training and breakfast.
Simon came around at ten and he kept his promise about not revealing her. They got to know each other all over again. Mentally, both Clary and Simon were laughing.
When Simon had left, she was thinking about the future. More specifically, her own. After the battle with her brother, meaning that everyone knows who she really is, she will stay and not hide anymore. As Clary is tired from hiding.
