Chapt. 12
The Konoha ninja were awoken from their sleep as a series of explosions echoed over the lake region. They rushed to the cliff as the battle raged and he roars of the three tails echoed louder.
"Great now what?" Kiba groused. "They're gonna get it."
"We could wait for them to finish and ambush them while they're exhausted," Shino's quiet voice answered.
"I only see Deidara attacking the turtle," Hinata spoke up.
"My this is a nice location," an immature voice broke into the conversation.
The group jumped away from Tobi who'd managed to appear in the middle of them.
"Gah."
"The hell?"
"Senpai sent me to keep all of you entertained," Tobi said cheerfully. "And, since Tobi is a good boy, I'll do my best." He pumped his right arm.
Kiba growled loudly before charging the man and performing a text book fang over fang maneuver.
"Whoops," Tobi laughed as he moved to the side.
"Idiot is too loud when he attacks," Ino muttered. "How do you you stand it, Hinata? Hinata?"
Ino looked to her side where the other girl had been only to realize she'd gone. She looked around quickly and found her attacking the masked man.
Hinata grunted in annoyance as the man dodged another round of attacks. Sh started to close in again before she noticed something coming from above and jumped back. Naruto came streaking down, a Rasengan in each hand and plowed into the man and quickly replaced himself before he got caught in his own attack. The group watched the area to see if the attack worked only to groan in frustration as the man reappeared where he had been standing.
Kakashi charged forward with Hinata this time to see if the man could dodge two people simultaneously. The others began attacking when openings appeared between the three. Wood, weapons and fists all flew at and through Tobi.
Ino finally saw her chance and tried a mind body switch on the man.
"Stop," Hinata cried out at the same time as Kakashi. "Ino's in there."
Ino looked around trying to get a grasp on her surroundings. The body was functioning like it should. Chakra moving around. Blood flowing. No heartbeat.
"You're not wanted here," a deep, dark voice echoed throughout the mind space.
Ino looked around in a panic before spotting the dark shape behind her and quickly made her escape. She screamed as she returned to her body and stared at the man in abject terror.
"Ino," Naruto shouted as he landed next to her. "What's the matter."
"That foolish girl," the dark voice emanated from Tobi. "Should I destroy her for finding me out? No, I think the game will be more interesting if I let you live, providing your mind remains intact." The man laughed darkly as his chakra levels soared, pushing the others away.
Naruto held Ino tightly and popped out several clones as a few of the others started to tumbled toward the cliff edge. The rush of power seemed to last forever until the man and his energy disappeared.
Ino's shrieks of terror continued until Hinata shook out of her own shock and tapped the blond's forehead.
"We need to get her back quickly," Hinata muttered. "If her father or another of her clansmen doesn't get to her quickly she might go completely mad."
"How long does she have?" Kurenai asked in concern as Shizune and Sakura started looking Ino over.
"Hours," Sakura choked back her tears. "And we're a day away at the quickest possible speed."
"Dammit," Kakashi grunted. "Naruto?"
"Are you sure?" the boy asked in equal amounts of concern and nervousness. "They said..."
"I know what they said," Kakashi growled sternly. "This is an extenuating circumstance. I'm granting approval. Now can you do it?"
Naruto flinched at his first teacher's tone. "It's within range, barely. Someone will need to be at the hospital ready though."
"Katsuyu did you hear everything?" Shizune asked the slug.
"I've relayed everything to the ANBU in the office and she's arranging things," Katsuyu stated calmly.
The others looked on in confusion as Naruto picked up one of his two lovers and started glowing slightly red before disappearing with a small pop. They all blinked in surprise.
"Um, what?" Kiba stared at the spot two of his friends had just been.
"Where'd?" Sakura tried to speak.
The rest could only gape.
"You will forget what you just saw," Kakashi said sternly as he glared at the rest of the group. "What you just saw is an S-rank village secret."
"But, Kakashi that was..." Yamato said in shock.
"Tenzo," Kakashi growled. "Hokage's orders."
The other looked for whoever Tenzo was.
"You know what," Kiba groaned. "Fuck it. I'm done for the night."
Most of the others could only nod, still in various points of shock.
Kakashi walked up to Hinata and gave her a little shake. "What's happening on the lake?"
Hinata nodded slightly before activating her eyes. "The fight is over and they're flying away with the turtle."
"This is a bust then," Shizune sighed sadly. "We can't fly and even if we could I don't think we could take the beast from them. Lady Katsuyu can you inform Lady Tsunade of our failure?"
"Very well," the slug seemed to nod before disappearing in a cloud of smoke.
Kakashi swore silently. "Right, everyone get back to sleep we'll be leaving in three hours."
A large seal array glowed into life briefly in front of the hospital before a grunt of pain echoed in the morning stillness. Naruto collapsed to one knee breathing heavily.
"Dammit," he gasped. "This is why I don't like this technique."
Having the presence of mind to at least fall backwards so he didn't hurt his charge, Naruto promptly blacked out.
Tsunade, Inoichi and three other Yamanaka arrived minutes later to find the two teens lying insensate. Inoichi quickly ran to them and checked his daughter before picking her up, allowing Tsunade to grab Naruto and drag him into the hospital behind the group of Yamanaka.
"We'll wake the brat up first to see if he can give us anymore info," Tsunade said quickly after finding an open room.
"Very well," Inoichi's voice cracked with emotion as he tried to remain calm.
Tsunade put a glowing green hand onto Naruto's brow. "Good he's just worn out." She moved her other hand over the boys heart.
Naruto groaned back awake seconds later. "What, where? Oh, how's Ino?"
"That depends," Tsunade's tone was serious. "What, exactly happened?"
"Ah, that," Naruto frowned. "We were fighting that masked Akatsuki guy. He just appeared in the middle of the squads like he was air before. Nothing we did was working. We'd just slip through him or he'd step out of the way."
"Slip through?" Inoichi looked puzzled.
"Exactly," Naruto snorted. "He even survived getting hit by two rasengan at the same time. Finally, Ino got a shot and switched into him and a short time after Ino starts screaming bloody murder. The masked guys voice gets creepy and he starts flaring an obscene amount of chakra before disappearing."
"It doesn't give us much," Inoichi grunted. "So we'll have to be careful."
The four Yamanaka took up position around Ino's bed. They breathed slowly as they synchronized their chakra before starting a long line of hand signs. As they finished Inoichi placed his right hand on his daughters brow.
Ino's terrified scream pierced his mind as soon as he entered her consciousness. He looked around quickly to see if Ino was near. Seeing nothing he moved deeper into her mind. Fear of this level meant he'd most likely find her in the deepest recesses of her mind. He felt a mind quake happen as another scream of terror ripped through him.
Inoichi seemed to speed up as he dove deeper into his daughter's mind. He shut his eyes as he saw her times with Naruto and Hinata and the time when she had met with Naruto and Isane at the brothel. Then, there was the incident. Inoichi involuntarily shuddered at all the memories of the men he had helped after that. Truly his entire clan had needed time off after that.
He made it to the memories of this mission, paying special attention to the masked man whenever he appeared. He got to Ino's investigation of the crystal user and smiled in pride at her success. Then came the fight. He saw the whole thing and could understand what happened to his daughter.
He landed in an inner corridor and moved through it toward a door at the end. He sighed deeply at the number of locks on the door before speaking a specific word they'd agreed upon and the locks opened in a quick staccato.
"NO, please go away," Ino screamed.
"It's okay princess," Inoichi spoke softly as he slowly neared her. "Everything's okay now."
"D...daddy? Ino looked up in hope. "B, but how?"
"Naruto brought you to us somehow," Inoichi smiled and hugged her. "It's okay." He told the crying girl. "That thing is nowhere near you now. Let's return to the world now."
"How much longer is this going to take?" Naruto asked, perched on the edge of his bed. "They've been at it for half an hour already."
"You really need to learn the value of patience brat," Tsunade growled.
"Like you're any better when Jiraiya is gone for long periods of time," Naruto waved the older woman off.
Tsunade blushed spectacularly before punching the boy into the wall behind him. "Shut up."
"That wasn't very nice," Naruto pouted from one of the chairs in the room as he clone in the wall dispersed. "I'm not as used to that shit as the old perv is."
"Then don't say idiotic things," Tsunade grumbled. "I think they're coming back."
The non-Yamanaka blonds turned to look at the other five people in the room. Slowly, one by one, the four Yamanaka around Ino stepped back until only Inoichi was left, hugging his daughter tightly. Ino cried softly into her father's shoulder hugging desperately to him.
"Well, that's good news," Naruto smiled. "I'm glad I wore myself out earlier getting her here."
"Thank you," Ino said through her tears.
Two days later Hinata walked into the room where Ino was still resting. She wasn't surprised to find Naruto in there as well, though it did surprise her to find him wrapped in bandages in the next bed.
"Do I even want to know?" Hinata asked in an even tone.
"Our fathers," Ino sighed unhappily.
"I thought..."
"Yes, they still approve of our dating him," Ino smiled softly at the other girl. "Didn't mean they were okay when daddy had evidence of us sleeping with him."
"But, I thought..." Hinata tried again.
"Yes, the Bordello is considered different since it was 'training,'" Ino made air quotes. "Apparently he considers Naruto's apartment a different matter. Not too mention the park, my bedroom, your bedroom, the roof above the Hokage's office... You get the idea."
The two girls looked over at the unconscious boy as Hinata made her way over to Ino's bed.
"I'm glad you're okay," Hinata gave Ino a kiss on the lips.
Ino wrapped her arms around the other girl and fell back with her onto the bed, their lips never breaking contact. Ino's hands started moving up and down Hinata's back. 'I love that Hinata doesn't zip up her coat,' Ino thought as she opened her mouth inviting the others tongue in. 'I've needed this.'
Hinata's hands worked at the belt of Ino's robe so she could get it loose. Finally succeeding, her hands moved up and down Ino's sides, reveling in the smooth skin.
Naruto smiled at the sight before him as he stopped pretending to sleep and turned his head. His smile broadened as Ino managed to get Hinata's coat off and it slipped into a pile behind her. As Hinata moved back to feeling Ino up, Ino moved Hinata's mesh top up and over her breasts, allowing her hands direct contact.
Hinata's soft moan at the kneading at her breasts brought a smile to Ino. Taking this as another go ahead Ino used her left thumb and forefinger to roll and pinch Hinata's right nipple. Hinata's moans increased in pitch with this ministration and Ino move her right hand slowly down Hinata's stomach and into her shorts finding a wet patch.
Hinata gasped in please as Ino's fingers began to move. Deciding she needed to start her own attack, Hinata moved her mouth to Ino's neck, as her hands mimicked Ino's. The race was on.
Naruto silently created a shadow clone, which stealthily moved to stand watch outside the room. He rolled onto his side, propping his head up with one arm. He could feel his own excitement watching and listening to to the girls, wishing Hiashi hadn't take his leg's ability to move away that morning. Ino's mewling mixed with Hinata's moans was a symphony to his ears and their sweaty bodies moving in equal pleasure a view he wouldn't give up for anything. Finally, in twin moans of ecstasy, Hinata and Ino held onto each other breathing heavily.
They were startled by the sound of applause and several voices calling for an encore.
"Good afternoon, Naruto," Hinata smiled brightly as several clones dispersed. She rose off the bed after placing a kiss on Ino's cheek and watched as Naruto's eye's followed the bounce and sway of her breasts with her each step as she moved toward him. "Did you enjoy the show?" She asked activating her eyes and smiling broadly before shaking her hips enough for her shorts to slip off revealing her soaking panties. "Oops."
She giggled as she pushed him over and straddled his chest facing away from him. She turned just long enough to wink at him before moving to enjoy his swollen member.
Not to be outdone Naruto held her hips in place and leaned forward so he could taste her essence.
"Oh damn," Naruto groaned as memories flooded in. "Sakura and Shizune are coming." Hinata's giggle was enough to finish him.
"Fine," Hinata said with a final swallow as she dismounted. She pulled her shirt down and bent to to get her shorts, giving Naruto a splendid view before slowly pulling them up and reaching for to grab her jacket from a hurriedly dressing Ino's bed. They only just finished as the door slammed open.
Shizune shook her head as she got a whiff of the air in the room.
"Seriously, we just got back Hinata," Sakura growled. "Not to mention we're in a hospital."
"Like when you and Kakashi were caught in the medicine closet?" Hinata smiled slyly as Shizune and Ino laughed. Naruto looked on in confusion as Hinata continued. "Or the time you were caught in the third emergency room strapped to the table..."
"Enough. I get it," Sakura's face was entirely red.
"So why are you two here?" Naruto asked trying to break the awkward atmosphere.
"Lady Tsunade asked us to check in on you two," Shizune replied as Sakura nodded in agreement.
"She also wanted you back to full strength so we were to tell Hinata to give you back full use of your legs," Sakura looked at the bustier girl who was still licking her lips.
"Mm, I already did," Hinata smiled. "I decided to have fun at the same time. Is there a problem Sakura?" She strutted up to the pink haired woman and pushed her chest into Sakura's.
Sakura's eyebrow twitched in anger at Hinata's actions. "No, I don't see a problem."
"Oh," Hinata smirked. "Then you must really be jealous of us."
"I've already said I'm not," Sakura growled as she cracked the knuckles in her right hand. "You and Ino need to get it through your damn heads that I don't want a woman."
Hinata giggled as she walked over to Naruto's bed and sat down.
"Anyway," Sakura turned to Naruto. "I'm gonna be off the team for a few months on Lady Tsunade's orders."
"Why?" Naruto asked as the other three teens looked on in confusion.
"I'm going to be on long term assignment in the village," Sakura shrugged. "Aside from that I'll be spending the rest of my time doing shifts here."
"So our teams down another member," Naruto deflated. "I mean sure I'll be in the village until we have a replacement," He pinched Hinata from under the blanket and get an annoyed twitch from the girl. "But, for how long."
Shizune shrugged. "You two are cleared to leave the hospital. Just don't exhaust yourselves."
Naruto smiled brightly as Ino and Hinata blushed.
Tsunade growled as her two civilian advisers left the room after spending the last hour questioning her and berating her about Naruto. She had barely avoided having Danzo forcing one of his people onto the team by stating that she already had a person in mind. Now she just had to find the right person.
'Of course those old fossils will only accept another ANBU captain,' Tsunade sighed. 'He'll have protection almost equal to mine. I should point that out to them.'
She pulled out the file she needed. 'Now, whose been in position the longest and could use the exercise.' She started flipping through the files. 'Someone who can keep those other three in order will be needed. One of the single women might be good, see if we can keep Kakashi going in the right direction and maybe balance the team out.'
Tsunade snorted in amusement. 'That makes things difficult.' She turned to the next person's file and an evil grin broke out on her face. "Oh yes, she'll be perfect."
An evil laugh could be heard emanating from the Hokage's office for two blocks.
Kakashi froze in place as an ice cold feeling ran up his spine. 'Oh god, what's going on. I feel as though someone is stepping on my grave.'
