TWF: Wohoo! That's awesome! Also, we're also announcing something else, as well! Fen–kun, mind telling them about the plans that we gotta made here?
Fen: Yep. Since we're introducing the Secondary and Gaim Riders, we gonna give a series of original chapters before going to episode 68.
TWF: Does that include skipping Jaden's rematch and Zane's sudden change of heart in his duel?
Fen: No, no, the Jaden/Aster rematch will happen, the Zane part we're skipping.
TWF: Oh… *awkward silence* So~, when will their duel began?
Fen: After the series of original chapters we're doing.

It was a couple of days after the rematch between Jaden and Aster. Everyone, especially Rika were happy that he came back. Not only that, he returned with a new Deck like Kurogasa. His new Deck comprised of a group of aliens called the Neo-Spacians, creatures that he drew himself for an art contest he won that was sponsored by Kaiba Corp. and they launched the winning drawings that became cards into space.
But enough about that, let's focus on our main hero Kurogasa who was with Alexis and Yukina at the infirmary with Miss Fontaine. "Well, it looks like you're good to go. No more crutches for you." Miss Fontaine smiled.
"Sweet." Kurogasa said as he stood up and rotated his right ankle in a circular motion, loosening up a bit. "I was hoping I could get back to walking on my own two feet without much support."
"But you still need to take good care of yourself." Miss Fontaine reminded. "Don't get too reckless or else, you might get hurt again."
"No worries. I'm sure I'll remember that." Kurogasa nodded.
"Despite all of that, I'm still not certain that your gauntlet would work again, dear…" Yukina said worriedly. "You tried a few times and no armor was formed, remember?"
"Yeah…" Kurogasa muttered as he looked at his Duel Gauntlet. "It's all thanks to that Orma bastard… not only did he seal the Primary Riders, he sealed my powers too…"
"Kurogasa…" Alexis said a bit worried.
"And worst of all, he hurt dad…" He gritted before turning to the bed where his unconscious father laid. "Wherever he is, I'm going to pay it back tenfold." Kurogasa growled as he looked at his deck case. "And with my new friends, I'm gonna make him pay for what he did to dad."
"Kurogasa, you need to calm down." Alexis said.
"That's right, dear. You will gain nothing if it is all for vengeance..." Yukina reminded.
Kurogasa sighed as he sat on his bed, "I'm sorry, it's just…"
"I know…" Alexis said before hugging him from behind, "We'll get them and Mana back. I promise…"
"Mmm…" Kurogasa nodded, holding her hand.
"Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…" Kyoshiro moaned.
"Ara?" Yukina blinked, turning her head to where Kyoshiro is lying at.
"Dad?" Kurogasa blinked too.
"…ki… na…" Kyoshiro muttered quietly as he slowly opened his eyes.
"Anata?!" Yukina gasped as she immediately went over to his bedside with Kurogasa and Alexis.
"Dad?!" Kurogasa got out.
"Mr. Kururugi?" Alexis added.
"Anata, are you coming to?!" Yukina panicked as she held his hand close to her cheek, as tears slowly streamed out from her eyes.
"He's alright! He's waking up!" Kurogasa said excitedly.
"Calm down, Kurogasa." Alexis said. "I know this is a happy time to celebrate, but you need to keep quiet. This is an infirmary, after all."
"Yu… kina…" he muttered as he looked to his side, noticing her crying face. His thumb moved weakly, wiping her tears on her right. "Don't… cry…"
"Anata…" Yukina sobbed.
"Dad, you're okay!" Kurogasa said, making Kyoshiro notice him.
"Kuro… gasa…" Kyoshiro muttered. "You're… awake."
"Yeah, a few days after you ended up in a coma." Kurogasa informed.
"I'm… glad for you, son." he said. Then he remembered something. "I heard… in my dreams… that you have… new comrades… to aid you, son."
"The Secondary Riders," Kurogasa said.
"The… Secondary Riders…?" Kyoshiro asked a bit wide–eyed.
"Yeah, along with four new ones. Gaim, Baron, Ryugen, and Zangetsu."
"Gaim…" he muttered, "So, he must be the new Rider she mentioned…"
"'She', dad?" Kurogasa blinked.
"The girl… in white dress…" he muttered.
"The Mysterious Girl." Kurogasa recalled.
"Huh?" Alexis said, looking at her boyfriend.
"Who was it, dear?" Yukina asked.
"She appeared in my dreams too…"
"Really?" Alexis asked.
"Yeah… and she's the one who tested me if I was worthy of gaining the Secondary Riders." Kurogasa added.
"I… see…" Kyoshiro said.
As Kyoshiro tried to push himself up, he grunted in pain on his back. "Anata, please. Lay down for a moment." she said as she gently pushed him back down. "You are still recovering."
"I know that, Yukina…" he muttered, "But staying here won't do much… I got to go… out there and check… the Slifer Red's situation."
"Mr. Kururugi, you don't have to worry about that." Alexis assured. "The Slifer Reds, our friends, Kurogasa and I managed to defend it from any incoming threats that tried to demolish the dorm."
"Really…?" Kyoshiro asked.
"Yeah, we're okay." Kurogasa said. "We'll make sure nothing happens to the dorm, while you're recovering."
Kyoshiro looked at his son for a moment before saying, "Alright… I'll hold you… to it son…"
(Cue in Now or Never by NaNo)
(Instrumental) With the sound of drums, the lights started flashing on Kurogasa, Alexis & his family together in one scene, Rika & Jaden side–by–side, Koji and Marta together as she hugs Mamori from behind, Victor and Kurai looked at each other as Victor handed out his Deck, the rest of GX members and finally went to the main title, with all of the Heisei insignias rotate around the red core When the title disappears, the camera zooms in at Kamen Rider City, then on a road with each Kamen Rider on both sides of the road. Kuuga, Ryuki, Blade, Kabuto, Kiva, W, and Fourze are on the left side and Agito, Faiz, Hibiki, Den–O, Decade, OOO, and Wizard on the right side, doing their iconic poses along the way before it reached the light at the end of the road, to trigger the next scene.
(LOST~, tesagari de sagashiteta [sagashiteta]) Sitting at the edge of a cliff as the sun sets Jaden looks at his blank cards while Rika looks sadly at him from afar.
(Tozasareta mirai no, kotae nante doko ni mo, nai hashiru shou~dou ima kaidoku funou~) Kyoshiro stood high at the top of the school building, looking at the view of the island down below with his wife Yukina at his side as they had their attention on their son, standing at the coastline of the beach.
(FOUND~, kudaketa hazu no unmei o~) Kurogasa looks at the sea before also looking at his blank cards while Alexis looks sadly from afar.
(Mijuku na yume no naka de, kikoetekita nda, saigo made "I'll be there for you.") After looking at the blank cards, Kurogasa lowered his head down, with the bangs of his hair covering his eyes. Alexis approached Kurogasa and hugged him tightly from behind before she whispered in his ears, while tears streamed down her eyes that were covered by the bangs of her hair: "I'll be there for you."
(Tachidomaranai~ kono hari dake wa~, boku no asu o kizamu oto tsukisasu!) In the next scene, inside the Obelisk Mansion, the possessed Sartorius laughed as the screen zooms out, as most students were now a part of the Society of Light until the camera turns towards Kurogasa, Jaden, and Koji facing them as Yukina stood by Kurogasa's side.
(Shinjitsu kara nigetara ima) Hassleberry, Syrus, Alexis, Bastion, Chazz, Victor, Kurai, and Aster look up to face the screen with determination on their faces on the right side.
(Genjitsu ni mo maketara ima) Rika, Marta, Mamori, Kaito, Atticus, Crowler, Bonaparte, Sheppard do the same thing on the left side.
(Nani ga nokoru no~? [nokoru no~?]) Zane appears on the other side with his Cyber Dark Dragon behind him while donning his new suit with an evil glare and smirk, before the scene changes to Kamen Rider Sorcerer in his armor, looking at the screen.
(Kazoekirenai kono kizu dake ga, boku no kinou o zanzou to shite kataru) Meanwhile, Sartorius and Kamen Rider Sorcerer, with the Light of Destruction looming over behind them with the assistance of the Arcana Monsters, faces Jaden, Koji, and Kurogasa as Jaden has the Neo Spacians, Koji has the Lost Boogie Knights', and Kurogasa has the Secondary Riders behind them ready to face Sartorius.
(Unmei ga hodokete mo i~ma,) While the war is going on, Allyson, Masaru, Tsukiyo, and Mitsuyo stood next to a figure wearing a mask from the figure's left.
(Sonzai o kowashite mo i~ma) William, Rock, Ginsuke, and Shunsuke stood next to the masked figure's right.
(Boku no michi o yuku yo~ It's now or never!) The masked figure took off the mask, the screen showing the bottom half of the face and looks at the battle with a smile, thinking about, Kurogasa. The figure and the characters head towards the battle area, the figure saying "It's now or never!" before the screen flashed white to another scene.
(This is what they say "Live your life today" [Yeah, yeah!]. There will always be, there will always be a way. [Yeah!]) Kurogasa is on a cliff gazing at the sunset, as his thoughts of the Primary Riders appeared in the sky as ghost images."

[Yeah!]) He bows his heads then closes his eyes, remembering the past encounters he had and remembering the smiling face of Tarakudo after his disappearance telling him to live a good life. Kurogasa opened his eyes with a small smile and looked to his left and sees Alexis next to him, smiling and he smiles back.
(This is what they say "Live your life today." [Yeah, yeah!]) Kurogasa and Alexis then look back at the sunset holding hands as the wind blew gently and the cameras slowly pans out.
Chapter 12: Running the Secondary Gauntlet Part 1
Meanwhile, at the Chancellor office, Bonaparte is feeling a bit dissatisfied about the rematch between Jaden and Aster, in which the victory goes to the red. "Zis is unbelievable! The Pro–Duelist Aster has lost to the Slifer Slacker!"
"It is something unforeseeable, Bonaparte!" Crowler reminded as he finished a few documents. "Just shut your trap down and let me do my work!"
"And while 'zat happens, you are going to let the Slifer Slacker humiliate Duel Academy more?" Bonaparte questioned "Or does 'ze Chancellor has some weird ideas in his brain again?"
"Now's not the time for that!" Crowler shouted.
"No, zis is ze time for it!" Bonaparte countered before he went over to the desk, "And what is zis you're signing?"
"Hands off!" Crowler snapped.
"WHAT?! You're signing off on renovating ze Slifer Dorm?! Have you gone mad?!" Bonaparte roared, taking the document. "I thought that we could say au revoir to that roach motel, just like we planned!"
"Well, things changed and I couldn't help but think the Slifer Slackers may actually have a lot more potential than we ever thought, alright?!" Crowler defended. "And besides, with this, we could attract more attention from outside to let more students come here! We don't have to put up with my other ridiculous ideas again!"
"I can't believe this!" Bonaparte snapped.
"Oh you better believe butterball!" Crowler said taking the document back. "All I need is the signature from Kurogasa's father once he wakes up and that's that! I'm sure he'll definitely approve of this!"
"It's not happening!" Bonaparte yelled.
"Yes it is!" Crowler yelled back. "Or do you have something else in mind?"
"Oh, I do have some plans of my own." Bonaparte chuckled.
"Oh? What's this now?" Allyson said as she read the message on her PDA, which caught Mitsuyo's attention.
"Oh~, what are you reading, Allyson?" Mitsuyo chirped, and she looked at Mitsuyo with her casual smile.
"It's a message… regarding facing off against Kurogasa for Slifer Red's renovation… and I've been selected as one of the Duelists." she said. Then Tsukiyo's PDA also beeped out, catching her attention.
"Huh?" Tsukiyo blinked, taking out her PDA too.
"Ooh! Ooh! Ooh! You got one too?!" Mitsuyo asked, looking at her sister's PDA.
"It looks like it." Tsukiyo said.
As Tsukiyo read the message, her eyes slightly widened on reading it. "Will you look at that? Both Mitsuyo and I are also selected… for a tag match against Kurogasa and his chosen partner."
"Wohoo! A duel!" Mitsuyo jumped happily, feeling excited. "When are we going to duel?"
"I'm not sure…" Tsukiyo said. "According to the rules stated here…"
"…you are chosen to duel against the Obelisk Blue, Kurogasa Kururugi." Shunsuke read while Tamamo was sleeping on his lap. Apparently, the message reached to others as well.
"And it's for the renovation of the Slifer Red Dorm." Ginsuke added.
"For those who are chosen, there is only one rule you must follow." Kaito read in his PDA. "You must duel him fair and square. No one-sided battle or you will face the penalty of being expelled."
"And whoever defeats him, shall be announced as the best of the best." Will read. "This is interesting. A battle fit for a person like me. And against Kurogasa, no less? But… is he actually ready for such a thing?"
"Don't know." Kaito shrugged. "One thing I do know for sure, with this chance, I can go for a rematch with him. Waiting for another duel is finally over. This time, I'll prove to everyone that I'm not the cause of his coma once and for all."
In Slifer Red, Kurogasa received the message, and the news came to him in a surprise. "Whoa!"
"Hey, what's wrong, buddy?" Jaden asked.
"You look like there's big news that really hit you hard." Kurai noticed.
"You've gotta be kidding me…" Kurogasa said in shock.
"What is it?" Jaden asked.
"I'm in a Gauntlet match! And I'm going against Allyson, the Hoshiki twins, the Akiyama twins, Will, and Kaito!"
"Heh… 'gauntlet'." Chazz chuckled, noticing the joke.
"I smell trouble, kiddo!" Kivat said as he perched on Kurogasa's shoulder.
"W–What would be at s-stake, Kurogasa–san?" Masaru asked.
"The fate of the Slifer Red Dorm."
"WHAT?!" Everyone minus Chazz asked shock.
"You're kidding!" Rika gawked.
"Man, this ain't groovy…" Koji groaned. "What is that Bonaparte up to this time?"
"Don't know…" Kurogasa shook his head. "But I'm sure Chancellor Crowler is trying to do something right ever since my incident…"
"By renovating the dorm to the Red Slifers liking. I like that!" Victor exclaimed reading the message that Kurogasa got.
"This is what I called a double edged deal, Kurogasa." Marta added. "But, in this message here, you have to select a partner for the tag match. Do you have anyone in mind?"
"Oh c'mon, you know the answer to that." Kurogasa smiled before turning to Alexis.
"Tch… how original…" Chazz retorted.
"Of course," Bastion smirked.
"What do you say Lex?" Kurogasa smiled.
"You can't do anything right without me, huh?" she smirked.
"Well, that's because you're my girlfriend. Of course that with you, we're unstoppable." Kurogasa smirked.
"And here we go again." Syrus sighed. "Those two would always be playful to one another."
"Hmph, do what you like." Chazz scoffed. "One thing's for certain, the Light has guided me to my path of destiny ahead of me!"
Kurogasa's eyes slightly widened at that, "Excuse me Chazz?"
"Nothing," Chazz waved off.
'The Light…' Kurogasa thought to himself. 'Something's up…'
"Excuse me, is Kurogasa here?" a voice said, catching their attention.
"Allyson?" Alexis noticed. "Why are you here?"
"This." Allyson said as she showed her PDA, the same message that she received. "I was wondering why this gauntlet duel would occur out of the blue…"
"Oh…" Alexis said.
"And I also invited some of our friends as well." Allyson said, and Mitsuyo's head popped out from Allyson's back, waving happily at them.
"Heya!" Mitsuyo chirped.
"Yo." Tsukiyo said, popping out from behind her sister.
"Hi," Shunsuke said from behind Tsukiyo.
"What's up?" Ginsuke added from behind Shunsuke.
"I have made my appearance to the crowd." Will said as pops out from behind Ginsuke. "You should be grateful for that, Kurogasa."
"And it's about time for our rematch." Kaito said as he walks out from behind Will.
"Kaito…" Kurogasa got out.
"I see you're out of the crutches." Kaito noticed.
"Yeah, I am." Kurogasa said.
"That's good to hear." Kaito nodded. "Look… about what happened, I…"
"Hey, don't feel burdened about it…" Kurogasa assured. "…you're not at fault."
"He's right. We've found out who's responsible." Alexis said. "His name is Orma."
That name alone is enough to shock Kaito. "Orma…? My… manager?"
"Wait, what?" Syrus asked confused.
"Your manager?" Rika asked confused too.
"Kamen Rider Sorcerer is your manager?!" Kurogasa gasped.
"Yeah, but he tends to appear randomly on his own…" Kaito explained. "Whenever there are times I needed him the most, he'll make his appearance instantly… from out of the blue, no less."
"That's… convenient…" Koji blinked.
"That's Sorcerer for you." Kurogasa informed.
"I had my suspicions about my manager and I've talked to Aster." Kaito said. "He said that after the duel he had with Jaden, he noticed something was off too. By now, Orma is nowhere to be seen and he might have known regarding this…"
"How cliché for the villains…" Bastion deadpanned.
"Yeah, very cliché," Victor said.
"Man, last year was crazy enough! We don't need this!" Syrus whined.
"I sense there is going to be another war ahead of us…" Marta predicted.
"Yeah, and it's going to get worse from that…" Victor nodded.
"You slackers do what you want." Chazz scoffed as he stood up and started to walk away. "Meanwhile, the Chazz will rest in his room. And don't even bother trying to ask for my help. I have a date with destiny of my own!"
"What's his problem?" Jaden asked.
"Beats me." Kurai said.
"In any case, I suppose we should start this Gauntlet Match." Allyson said.
"Huh?" Kurogasa said, until it hit him. "Oh yeah, that one…"
"According to the PDA, it starts off tomorrow at the Duel Hall." Shunsuke said reading the message. "Though, it didn't tell us the order of when we'll duel one another…"
"I guess this is one of Bonaparte's plan, to take down Slifer Red." Koji assumed. "After what happened to Jaden's duel with Aster, I can tell that Napoleon wannabe has some trouble for us to face."
"Yeah, no kidding," Kurogasa sighed.
The next day…
The hall is packed with students, especially the Slifer Reds that occupied the whole area. Not only that, Kyoshiro was there while on his wheelchair, along with Yukina at his side, appearing to witness the duel in front of them. "Sorry for asking such a thing, Yukina."
"It's alright, anata." Yukina smiled. "Knowing you, you would definitely be excited to see our son duel."
"Yeah, for two reasons." he pointed out. "It's been a while since he dueled… and I wanna see his Secondary Riders in action too!"
"Oh, anata." Yukina giggled seeing his antics. "No matter how injured you are, you would always want to see our son in action. I believe he inherited his recklessness from you."
"You're right about that." Kyoshiro chuckled.
Meanwhile Kurogasa was on the dueling platform, waiting for his opponent to come up. He breathed a deep sigh, but despite that, he was still feeling nervous.
"You alright aibou?" Kivat asked as he perched on Kurogasa's shoulder.
"Not really…" Kurogasa admitted. "It's been a while since I became this nervous."
"Don't fret too much about it, aibou." Kivat said. "Besides, all that matters is that, you should have fun with this duel."
"Yeah, I know." Kurogasa nodded while looking at his parents. Yukina waved at him with her gentle smile, and he replied with a wave of his own. "Now, with my parents watching me duel after a while, I'll be sure to bring victory for my dad's dorm."
"That's the spirit, aibou!" Kivat perked up before he flew up. "Well, I gotta hit the joint, scouting around to see if that magician guy appeared again."
"You go and do that." Kurogasa said. "Make sure you come back though. I got a surprise for ya."
"Oh?" Kivat asked.
"Trust me. You'll be happy."
"Ryoukai, aibou!" Kivat saluted with his wings before he dispersed into a nearby hallway, to start searching for Orma.
"Ladies and gentlemen!" Crowler's voice said and the crowd is now in silent mode. "Today, there will be a Gauntlet match for our young hero, Kurogasa Kururugi, to face off against several opponents. And should he win, the Slifer Red dorm would receive a renovation, enough to make the whole place nearly on par with Ra Yellow!"
That offer alone was enough to make the Slifer Reds cheer happily. 'Heh, like that'll happen anytime soon.' Bonaparte chuckled in his thoughts. 'Ze students that I picked is ze most talented ones and have ze full potential of defeating zis Kamen Rider! If he loses to any one of the matches, I would love to say au revoir to ze roach motel and bonjour to stardom!'
"And now… to introduce Kurogasa's first opponent!" Crowler announced.
"Here we go!" Jaden said.
"Yeah, I wonder who's up first." Rika wondered.
"There's one way to find out." Marta added.
"The first contender will be announced!" Crowler exclaimed, as the screen showed a rather large star with five different colors that has been divided equally. After it spun for a while, it eventually came to a stop.
"Ladies and gentlemen, I give you Kurogasa's first opponent!" Crowler said as the said part of the star expanded, revealing the first challenger. "The Galaxy Star Duelist: Allyson Massri!"
"Oh boy…" Koji muttered.
"This should be good," Chazz smirked.
"Mmm…" Alexis said a bit nervous.
"You okay Lex?" Rika asked a bit concerned.
"H–Huh?" Alexis said startled, looking at Rika.
"Are you okay?" Rika repeated.
"I'm… fine, I guess…" she sighed, "It's just that… if Allyson told him another prediction that would scared his pants off, I just don't know what to do if that happens again…"
"I see…" Rika said.
"Hey no worries! Kurogasa's gonna do fine!" Jaden perked.
"Huh?" Jaden asked, looking at him.
"He'll be fine. He's been through a lot last year and this year should be no different!"
"You sure about that, Jaden?" Rika asked.
"I know for sure!" Jaden perked up. "Besides, I can tell his Deck must have pretty sweet monsters too!"
"And as usual, when it comes to Jaden, dueling came first." Syrus sighed.
"You can't blame him for that." Koji said.
"Yeah, he's always like that." Victor added.
"Look, there's Allyson." Kurai noticed.
As she walked to the platform, her eyes are still closed, but was still be able to get her tracks on stage. "It looks like the cosmos are truly this fate…" she said while opening her eyes and looking at him with her usual calm gaze. "Isn't that right, Kurogasa Kururugi?"
"Yeah. No doubt about that." Kurogasa nodded.
"Now then, let us present our battle to the cosmos." she said as she placed her deck into her Duel Disk, activating it.
"Right," Kurogasa said, taking out his new Deck. Looking at his Duel Gauntlet, he remembered that despite not being able to transform, he can still use it like any other duel disk.
"Is something wrong?" Allyson asked.
"No… just thinking that's all…" Kurogasa shook his head. "I used to be able to turn into a Kamen Rider with this gauntlet, but with my powers sealed, I can't do it anymore,"
"A pity. I truly missed seeing you in that armor." she said as Kurogasa gets into his stance.
"Let's get to business, then! Henshin!" Kurogasa shouted, as he placed his Deck into his Gauntlet. Many students, especially the freshmen, are expecting to see him in his armor, but after a while, nothing happened to him as he just activated his Duel Disk.
"Let us commence." Allyson said.
"DUEL!"
Allyson: 4000
Kurogasa: 4000
"Hey what happened?" One student asked.
"How come he didn't transform?" Another wondered.
"Is something wrong with it?"
"Uh–ohhh…" Rika said worried.
"Looks like we got ourselves some trouble ahead of us…" Marta noticed.
"A–Agreed, s–sempai!" Mamori squeaked.
"I c–can tell t–the freshmen are d–dissatisfied about it…" Masaru noted.
"I'll start off!" Kurogasa said drawing his sixth card. "Heh, well whaddya know. Time for you all to meet the newest Primary Heisei Rider! I summon Kamen Rider Gaim in ATK mode!" A silhouette of a man appeared, attaching his Sengoku Driver to his waist and held up a lock pad with the cover looking like an orange, before unlocking it while the silhouette shouted, "Henshin!"
ORANGE!
Several people gasp as a zipper like portal opened up above the silhouette's head and a large metal orange slowly descended from above.
"What the–!" Kyoshiro gasped.
"Oh my…" Yukina blinked amazed. "There's a large orange over there…"
"This is something…" Rika said surprised as the silhouette locked his Lockseed down, activating it.
LOCK ON!
The students were shocked to hear the horn–like noise from the said Rider's belt, the kind Japanese warlords would've sounded in battle during the Sengoku Era, with the mix of techno. With a quick flex of his hand, he 'cuts' the Lockseed open, revealing the contents of it.
SOIYA! ORANGE ARMS! HANAMICHI ON STAGE!
The metal orange drop and landed on a person's shoulders, engulfing his head. The person's body rippled and became covered in a dark blue bodysuit which had quilted leather. On his arms and legs were golden bracers and leg coverings which added extra protection. On his side was the Musou Saber. The orange then sparked and began to disassemble, the sides folding in half to form the shoulder pads, the chest plate with a black line on top, and leaning on his back was the top of the orange with the silver inside facing out. Appearing in his hand was the orange slice sword Daidaimaru. For his helmet, it was a blue helmet with a silver mouth guard, and a sword like decoration on the forehead. There was also an extra decoration on the helmet made of the studded orange steel and the visor was orange, looking like an orange slice (4/ATK: 1700/DEF: 1500).
"Koko kare wa ore no sutteji da (This is my stage now)!"
"His stage… huh?" Kyoshiro said. Moments later, a smirk appeared on his face, saying, "Now that's what I called a flashy entrance!"
"Oh, anata." Yukina giggled. "It's good to see you happy after a while."
"I know, Yukina." Kyoshiro nodded before shifting his attention to the field. "I wanna see what he is truly capable of. This new Heisei Rider that I haven't known before."
"Phew, look at this place!" Gaim whistled looking around him. "This place is really different on what you said, Kurogasa–kun!"
"Told ya." Kurogasa grinned.
"Whoa, now that's awesome!" Jaden said excited.
"You're kidding me… a fruit samurai?" Chazz asked in disbelief. "Just what's going on with that Deck of his?!"
"Dunno… but I can tell his Deck shows promise." Kurai noted.
"That's an interesting Kamen Rider." Allyson said while looking at Gaim. "I wonder if he has the capability to satisfy the cosmos."
"Oh you haven't seen anything yet! First I play Double Summon to summon one more time! And with that, I'll summon Kamen Rider Baron in ATK mode!" A silhouette of another man appeared with the same Sengoku Driver, but with a different faceplate. He attached the Driver to his waist and took out a Lockseed shaped like a banana, "Henshin."
BANANA!
"Banana?!" everyone in the hall said in unison, confused as the zipper unzipped. A metallic banana appeared above him and the figure twirled the Lockseed once before locking it in place on the Driver.
LOCK ON!
A trumpet fanfare blared out, and it was one of those fanfares that you hear in old European times. The figures sliced the Lockseed open and it revealed the inside of a sliced banana while the bottom half revealed a spear.
COME ON! BANANA ARMS! KNIGHT OF SPEAR~!
The metallic banana dropped down on the figure's head and a ripple of energy overtook the figure as he was now in red and white bodysuit, the white part being quilted.
The banana then let out a splash of pale yellow power before it unfolded. Either side of the banana folded down to attach to his shoulders while the sides folded onto his chest and back, the chest pieces appearing like gold sections of pectorals and abs, lined with black. His helmet was a red helmet, the face part covered by strips of white metal. He had a set of banana–like horns attached to a smooth silver helmet that was attached to it, turning the eyepieces bright yellow. (4/ATK: 1800/DEF: 1400)
"E–Eh?!" Chazz said incredulously before pointing at the figure shouting, "BA–BA–BANANA! BANA–BANANA?!"
"BARON DA!" Kumon shouted.
"This is quite interesting…" Allyson said, now feeling interested.
"Kazuraba, I suggest you stay out of my way." Baron warned.
"Demo, Kaito! We should fight together as one!" Gaim urged.
"Che…" Baron scoffed.
"Enough guys," Kurogasa said, before saying, "I'll end my turn with a facedown."
"Oh lookie there! That guy's wearing a banana suit! I'll call him Mr. Banana!" Mitsuyo said randomly.
"BARON DA!"
"Whatever~!" she shouted back, making Tsukiyo facepalm.
"Oh, Mitsuyo…" Tsukiyo sighed.
"It would be my turn, yes?" Allyson said as she drew out her sixth card, prompting her to open her Field Spell zone. "Let us take this battle to space once more. I activate my Field Spell, Galaxy Inferno." On cue, the whole surrounding changed, and not only are they now in space, but at the same time, Kurogasa noticed that he and Allyson are standing on top of the Milky Way, along with a few flames of inferno that passed through it.
"Whoa…" Gaim said in awe.
"Hmph…" Baron scoffed.
"This is different," Kurogasa said, looking around.
"Indeed it is." she nodded. "All of my "Galaxy Star" monsters will gain 600 ATK and DEF when they are on the Field. Allow me to demonstrate." she said as he places a card onto the Field. Like before, the stars drew a line, linking to one another until a figure is formed. "I summon forth Galaxy Star Aquila."
On cue, a familiar brown eagle with gold–brown feathers shattered out from the constellation, appearing onto her side of the Field. (4/ATK: 1300/ DEF: 1400) "And you remember about its effect, yes?"
"Special summoning another "Galaxy Star" Monster onto the Field from your Hand." he recalled as she drew out another one from her Hand.
"Correct. Please present yourself, Galaxy Star Corvus." she declared. A few more lines were seen, forming itself. After the constellation was formed, it immediately exploded, revealing a black crow with white stars embedded into its feathers and purple eyes. It flew towards her side of the Field, now glaring at its nemesis in DEF mode. (2/ATK: 1000/ DEF: 1000)
"Hmph, two weaklings that can't stand to my power." Baron scoffed.
"You have forgotten about the Field Spell's effect." she reminded as red aura seeped out from its bodies, getting more powerful than before.
Galaxy Star Aquila (4/ATK: 1300–1900/DEF: 1400–2000)
Galaxy Star Corvus (2/ATK: 1000–1600/DEF: 1000–1600)
"And now, the effects are now in place." she continued. "Aquila's effect will start off by giving you 200 damage for every Spell/Trap card that is on the Field. In addition, Corvus will inflict 500 to you... and restore 500 Life Points to my own." she said.
Both Aquila and Corvus shot out feathers towards Kurogasa, making him grit his teeth.

"And now, my Aquila will attack Baron." she declared as it spread its wings and flew straight towards Baron.
"Hmph, let's see if you can keep up with me." Baron challenged.
"Sorry, Allyson. Not gonna happen." Kurogasa said as Gaim stepped in front of Baron, much to his surprise.
"Kazuraba, what do you think you're doing?!" Baron snapped. "Stay away from my battle!"
"Like Kurogasa–kun said, not gonna happen." Gaim said.
"Nandato?" Baron asked.
"Gaim's effect activates! When two or more Kamen Riders are on the Field, Gaim gains 300 ATK! Plus, all attacks are directed on him!"
Kamen Rider Gaim (4/ATK: 1700–2000/DEF: 1500)
"Oh? But that doesn't help much…" she said.
"Really? I was hoping you would be surprised from one more of his effects." Kurogasa said as Gaim rushed forward, wielding his Daidaimaru.
"Why would Gaim rush forward?" she asked.
"Because now, the only Monster you're allowed to target is Gaim!" he exclaimed.
"What?" Allyson gasped.
"Go for it Kouta!" Kurogasa said.
"Right!" Gam nodded before slicing the Lockseed once.
SOIYA! ORANGE SQUASH!
Gaim's Daidaimaru glowed, orange before he jumped up and slashed Aquila down, and the eagle exploded into pixels.
Allyson: 4400
Kurogasa: 3100
"Very well. At Main Phase 2, I will use my Corvus' effect. Once per turn, I can Special Summon my Aquila from my Graveyard back onto the Field. Return to me." she said as the crow let out a loud caw. Moments later, a black hole appeared near her and soon, a familiar eagle flew out from it once again.
"Great…" Kurogasa deadpanned.
"And its effect will inflict 200 damage for each Spell/Trap cards on the Field." she said as she looks upon her hand. "And I don't have any Monsters that I can Special Summoned in this turn. So, the other effect would do just fine."
"Gh!" Kurogasa cringed as he braced himself, having a rain of explosive feathers flying towards Kurogasa.

"And finally, I will set two cards facedown and let you take the lead." she decided as the Eagle fluttered to her side. "Now, it is your turn to satisfy the cosmos, Kurogasa."
"Gladly!" Kurogasa said before drawing his next card. "I activate my facedown, Jar of Greed letting me draw an additional card." He drew one to make his Hand at four. "Now I play Pot of Greed to two more!" He drew two more, making his Hand at five.
"What are you up to?" Allyson wondered.
"Yes, just what I need! I play Harpie's Feather Duster, destroying all your facedowns!"
"I see now." Allyson said. "But, I have already seen the outcome of your conclusion."
"What?" Kurogasa gasped.
"You see, I activate this trap card beforehand, Dark Bribe." she activated it, causing the said spell card to be stunned. "I can negate your Spell card, in return of allowing you to draw one card."
"Che…" Kurogasa scoffed, before drawing a card, but he smirked. "You shouldn't have done that Allyson."
"Why's that?" She asked.
"Because the card I drew was Mystical Space Typhoon! So I can destroy your other facedown!"
"As I said before, I have already seen this beforehand." she informed.
"Huh?!" Kurogasa gawked.
"Activating my trap card, Curse of the Black Galaxy Star." she revealed her trap card, showing D.D. Crow being sucked into a black hole. "If I control a "Galaxy Star" Monster, I can target one card on the Field and banished it until my End Phase. And I choose Gaim." she declared as a black hole appeared above them and Gaim started to levitate, much to his confusion.
"What the–"
"Begone!" Allyson said before Gaim was being sucked in.
"Oh man, not what I had in miiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiind!" Gaim shouted before the black hole closed.
"Great…" Kurogasa gritted. "I can still attack with Baron and I'll have him attack Corvus, and when he battles a Monster in DEF mode, he can inflict Piercing Damage! Attack with Spear Victory!"
"Finally… some action." he scoffed as he got into his stance with his Banaspear. With a 'cut' of his blade, the belt announced:
COME ON! BANANA SQUASH!
"Banana Squash?" most of them said as the Banaspear projected a large hologram of a banana.
"Disappear, you weakling!" Baron declared as he thrust his Banaspear forward, hitting the crow before it was destroyed in pixels. The black feathers scattered across the space as they inflicted Damage onto Allyson.

"I'll end my turn with another facedown."
"That's uh… something." Koji said.
"Yeah, never thought of that before." Alexis said. "That's what you can expect from these new Riders we haven't heard before."
"Agreed! And it's super sweetness, too!" Jaden perked up.
"Mou~! I thought Mr. Banana would squash his Banana to make a sundae~!" Mitsuyo whined.
"BARON DA!"
"Urusai, you're Mr. Banana and I'm sticking with it!"
"Oi, oi, oi…" Kurogasa sweat dropped.
"I'm surrounded by idiots…" Baron muttered.
"It can't be helped, Baron…" Kurogasa apologized as he shifted his attention to Allyson. "But still… I wasn't expecting that kind of counter from her."
"Predicting things does wonders for you, if you must know." she said as she drew out her next card. "And the guidance of the cosmos has improved my talent ever more."
"Fortune telling, huh…?" Kurogasa said as he pondered about something.
"In the meantime, I shall commence my turn. I will now sacrifice my Aquila… to summon a high level Monster." she said as Aquila gathered into cluster of stars, compressing it into a smaller, denser star. "By the power blessed with the cosmos, wield the staff of fate and shape the galaxy to your righteous form! Appear before me, Galaxy Star Sorceress!"
On cue, a rather large explosion occurred and after the explosion dimmed down, a tall female magician with silver blue hair and orange eyes, wearing dark blue and white robes, blue and white high heeled boots, and a blue cloak with straps on the back holding her staff, descended next to Allyson, looking at the foe before her. (7/ATK: 2700/DEF: 2100)
"Uh–oh…" Kurogasa gulped.
"Che… she doesn't scare me…" Baron scoffed.
"You'd be surprised." Allyson said. "You see, for every "Galaxy Star" in the Graveyard, the sorceress gains an additional 400 ATK."
"That means…" Syrus trailed off.
"She gets 800 ATK points, increasing her monster's ATK with ease." Kyoshiro deducted.
Galaxy Star Sorceress (7/ATK: 2700–3500/DEF: 2100)
"No matter how big of a challenge I have to face, I will face it with my own strength!" Baron declared.
"Very well, let's test that strength shall we?"
"Get ready…" Victor said.
"That lady's gonna go all out." Hassleberry said.
"Kaito, wait!" Kurogasa urged, but he didn't listen as he 'cut' the blade thrice, activating it.
COME ON! BANANA SPARKING!
"Raaahhhh!" Baron exclaimed, stabbing his Banaspear into the Milky Way, and multiple banana–shaped projections headed towards Sorceress.
"Sorceress, decimate him now! The cosmos have blessed you with her powers as well!" Allyson said as Sorceress's aura seeped out while she pointed her staff towards Baron.
Galaxy Star Sorceress (7/ATK: 3500–4100/DEF: 2100–2700)
"At this rate, Kurogasa is gonna lose!" Syrus panicked.
"And we'll lose our dorm!" Victor exclaimed as the Sorceress shot out a beam from her staff, breaking through the projections that Baron made, heading towards its target.
'Au revoir, Slifer Slackers! Even at ze first round, she is too much for ze Rider to face!' Bonaparte smirked in his thoughts.
"Dang it, reveal facedown!" Kurogasa shouted. "Power Frame!"
"Hm." Allyson's eyes narrowed.
"Now Baron's and Sorceress's ATK are the same!"
Kamen Rider Baron (4/ATK: 1800–4100/DEF: 1400)
"And as an added bonus, that attack has been negated!" Kurogasa added as a large banana like projection created a barrier, which was enough to stop the Sorceress' blast.
"Main Phase 2, I shall play Pot of Greed, so I can draw two more cards." she said as she demonstrated. "I will place two cards facedown and end my turn."
"That was a close shave…" Victor said as he slumped down on his seat.
"A–Agreed…" Masaru sighed in relief. "K–Kurogasa–san sure has t–the card that can save him…"
"One more thing." Allyson said.
"Huh?"
"At my End Phase, Kamen Rider Gaim returns to your side of the Field."
"Oh, right." Kurogasa remembered as the same black hole appeared and Gaim was flailing down to the Milky Way for his life. "WHOOOOAAAAHHHH!" Gaim exclaimed, flailing his arms around until–
*SMACK!*
His whole body planted on the Milky Way, face first while his bottom pointed upwards… with a ding.
"Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooh…" Everyone cringed.
"That's gotta hurt…" Jaden winced.
"Ow…" Gaim moaned.
"Uh… you okay, Gaim?" Kurogasa asked and Gaim panicked as he stood up and looked around.
"A–re? I'm back?" Gaim asked.
"Yeah. Why?" Kurogasa asked.
"When I was sucked into the black hole, I couldn't see anything." he recalled. "I tried to use all of my signature attacks, but it failed me… until I saw the opening of the portal and… you know what happened next."
"Yeah, I noticed." Kurogasa sweat dropped. "Anyways, it's my go!" He drew his next card. "I summon Kamen Rider Ryugen in ATK mode!" A silhouetted man appeared with a Sengoku Driver but had a different faceplate than the other two. He pulled out the Lockseed that had the cover of a bunch of grapes, "Henshin!"
BUDOU!
"Now what?!" Chazz snapped as the zipper unzipped once more, revealing metallic grapes above the silhouette.
"Grapes?" Ginsuke blinked,
"This new set of Riders are different than ever before." Shunsuke noticed as the silhouette placed his Lockseed onto his belt, locking it in.
LOCK ON!
Chinese–style Erhu music played for a moment before the figure pressed the sword handle which 'sliced' the Lockseed open, the top half being the inside of grapes and the bottom half holding the image of a handheld gun.
HAI~! BUDOU ARMS! RYU HOU, HA–HA–HA!
The metal grapes dropped, covering the figure's head, his body covered in green and black protective clothes. It was styled like Chinese cloth armor, complete with the decorative cloth at his waist. The metal grapes then unlocked and began to unfold. The top and back folded onto his back, creating a pack–like armor. The sides folded outwards before resting on his shoulders like a samurai's armor. Finally the front folded in half with the top half covering his chest. In his hand, the weapon depicted on his Lockseed appeared, a purple jeweled handheld gatling gun which looked partially like a bunch of grapes.
This is Kamen Rider Ryugen. (4/ATK: 1600/DEF: 1000)
"Ooooooh, A grape guy now?!" Mitsuyo said excited.
"Mitsuyo, calm down…" Tsukiyo sighed.
"Ara… this is something unexpected…" Yukina said.
"A Kamen Rider with a fruity concept. Weird… but nice." Kyoshiro said.
"Micchy!" Gaim exclaimed.
"Kouta–san!" Ryugen noticed.
"Boy am, I glad to see you."
"Yeah," Ryugen said before turning to Kurogasa, "So, this is the place huh?"
"Yep, it is." Kurogasa said. "And now we got a duel to win. Baron, take out Sorceress with Spear Victory again!"
"Tch, don't bark orders at me!" Baron scoffed before 'cutting' the blade once.
COME ON! BANANA SQUASH!
"Take this!" he exclaimed, thrusting his banana like projection to the Sorceress. The Sorceress retaliated as she shot out her own attack at him. As a result, a rather large explosion occurred, thus leaving her field empty.
"And now with that out of the way, Ryugen, attack directly!" Kurogasa said.
"Hai!" Ryugen said before 'cutting' his Lockseed once.
HAI~! BUDOU~ SQUASH!
"Sorry about this. This is going to hurt a bit, miss." Ryugen said before pulling the trigger, shooting out multiple grape shots at her, inflicting Damage.
Allyson: 2800
Kurogasa: 2700
"And his effect activates! He can attack twice per turn!" Kurogasa pointed out as Ryugen got into his stance again.
"I believe one is enough, Kurogasa." she said while activating her trap card. "Reveal my Galaxy Revival. If my Spellcaster Galaxy Star Monster has been destroyed, I can Special Summon another Spellcaster which has the same level as the destroyed Monster from my Hand or Deck."
"What?!" Kurogasa exclaimed as she pulled out her Deck and checked on a Monster to be summoned. After she selected it, she shuffled her Deck and placed it back into the Deck Holder on her Duel Disk.
"And she has made her appearance once more… Galaxy Star Sorceress." she placed it onto her Monster Zone, as another copy of Sorceress appeared once more… with a power boost. (7/ATK: 2700–3900– 4500/DEF: 2100–2700)
"Micchy, stop the attack!" Kurogasa shouted and Ryugen stood down.
"Whew… too close…" Gaim sighed.
"You're telling me…" Kurogasa sighed before saying, "I'll place two facedowns and end my turn."
"It's quite unexpected on your part, isn't it, Kurogasa?" Allyson said as she drew out her next card. "As the cosmos predicted, she's truly blessed on my battle against you. I summon forth my Galaxy Star Lepus onto the Field." As she placed it on her Field, the stars connected to one another, forming a line and moments later, after the constellation was made, a supernova occurred, revealing a small brown rabbit with stars embedded into is fur and royal blue eyes, as it hopped to her side of the field. (4/ATK: 900–1500/DEF: 900–1500)
"Aw~! A cute wittle wabbit~!" Mitsuyo perked. "I wanna hug it!"
"No…" Tsukiyo deadpanned.
"Awwwwwwwww…" Mitsuyo whined.
"Ehhhhh…" Everyone sweat dropped at her antics.
"She really is one of a kind…" Ginsuke said.
"TOO hyperactive, I must say…" Shunsuke added.
"What's with the cute rabbit?" Kurogasa asked. "It's not threatening to me."
"Ah, that's what everyone first assumed of this harmless rabbit." Allyson began as she looked up in the sky. "But this rabbit packs quite a wallop."
"Huh?" Kurogasa blinked, looking up where Allyson is looking and noticed a shower of shooting stars heading towards him.
"When this monster is summoned, all of your Monsters currently on the Field lose 900 ATK." she said as the shooting stars rained upon the Riders.
"Nani?!" Kurogasa gritted.
Kamen Rider Gaim (4/ATK: 2000–1100/DEF: 1500)
Kamen Rider Ryugen (4/ATK: 1600–700/DEF: 1000)
"And now, I shall conduct the Battle Phase. Lepus, please pounce down Ryugen for me," she commanded.
"Oh no, you don't! You're not harming my friends!" Gaim exclaimed as he stepped forward, protecting Ryugen.
"I know that. That's because I'm targeting you instead." she said as the rabbit pounced up high, leaping towards the charging Gaim instead.
"Think again!" Kurogasa said, revealing his facedown. "Activate trap, Prideful Roar! I pay the difference between the ATKs and Gaim will be on par with your bunny plus 300!"

Kamen Rider Gaim (4/ATK: 1100–1600–1900/DEF: 1500)
"Soiyah~!" Gaim exclaimed as he slashed the rabbit with his Daidaimaru and his other sword in hand. A slash was seen on the rabbit and moments later, it exploded into oblivion.

"Yosha!" Gaim cheered. As he looked to the front, he noticed Sorceress aiming her staff at him charging up for an attack. "Uh–oh…"
"Disappear, Gaim." she commanded as Sorceress' aura increased.
Galaxy Star Sorceress (7/ATK: 4500–4900/DEF: 2100)
"Oh no!" The group cried out.
"Au Revoir, Slifers!" Bonaparte laughed.
"Activate other trap! No Entry!" Kurogasa declared. "Now all Monsters in ATK go to DEF!"
"What?! He can still fight?!" Bonaparte exclaimed, shocked as the Sorceress canceled her cast and casting a barrier instead, indicating that she was in DEF mode. Meanwhile, Gaim and Ryugen knelt down on one knee holding their weapons, looking at the enemy up front.
"I placed my remaining card facedown, and end my turn." she said as a hologram appeared on the Field, now having two set cards on her side of the Field.
"Arigatou, Kurogasa–kun! For saving my butt back there!" Gaim thanked
"No problem." Kurogasa said.
"You're definitely different than from the last time we dueled." Allyson said.
"Oh?" Kurogasa asked. "How so?"
"For one, you do not act recklessly or panic during battle…" she pointed out, "This is something that I would not expect to occur on you in a duel…"
"Things changed for me…" Kurogasa said while looking at his Deck in his Duel Disk.
"Oh? Does your encounter with these new Riders change the way you are right now?" she asked.
"I suppose you could say that…" Kurogasa muttered.
"Really…"
"Yeah… ever since winning the Rider War last year with my friends, I thought things would be back to normal, well normal as things could get, but… with what happened to the Primary Riders and Mana…"
"Your peaceful world has been shattered because of it." she summed up, to which he nodded.
"Ever since that incident, I was so scared of myself, not being able to live up to the name of Kamen Rider. All of my friends that I've bonded together with from the day they lived with me… without their help, I felt like I'm all alone, unable to do anything…"
"And yet, you managed to prevail, getting out of your old shell…" she added.
"Yeah…"
"Oh, that's so SAAAAAAAAD!" Tamamo sobbed, crying anime tears.
"Oi, oi, oi…" Shunsuke sweat dropped. "There's no need to get overdramatic, Tamamo…"
"Don't you feel any sadness from his tale, Master~?" she asked, as her tears are still streaming down while her tail wagged wildly.
"Everyone has their own past that would always want to be kept secret, Tamamo. You should know better…" Shunsuke said as he looked at his hand.
"Let's drop all of this and get on with the duel for now." Allyson gestured. "What battle will you present to the cosmos?"
"A battle that I will win at!" Kurogasa said drawing his next card, to make his Hand at two. "I play Card of Sanctity! Both of us get to draw until we have six cards!"
Both players did as instructed.
"And now I summon Kamen Rider Zangetsu in ATK mode!" A silhouette appeared behind Kurogasa, calmly walking forward with his Sengoku Driver on his waist. He slowly raised his Lockseed and unlocked it.
MELON!
"Great, now we're having a fruit salad as Kamen Riders?!" Chazz snapped as the zipper unzipped above him and descend on a metallic melon from it. "It's freakin' ridiculous!"
"Henshin." the figure said as he placed his Lockseed onto his driver and locked it in.
LOCK ON!
The same tune that Gaim's belt sounded played before the figure sliced the Lockseed.
SOIYA! MELON ARMS! TENKA GOMEN!
The Melon Arms dropped on the figure and formed his bodysuit. It was pure white with only gold gauntlets and greaves on his arms it legs. The Melon Arms then opened up and folded up to form his armor The front portion split in half, forming a layered chest plate like a shogun's. The should plates fell onto his shoulders, but the top halves stuck out with golden tips like spikes while the back folded together against his shoulder blades. His helmet was white with a silver mouth plate and large orange eyes with a golden and melon–colored helmet not unlike a shogun's with a melon stem on the top. A shield then materialized on his left arm, gold and green like a melon with a round circle on top decorated like a melon with gold sides. In his other hand, he drew a Musou Saber.
This was Kamen Rider Zangetsu (4/ATK: 1900/DEF: 2000)
"Nii–san!" Ryugen exclaimed.
"Takatora! Nice seeing you here!" Gaim said happily.
"And yourself as well, Kazuraba Kouta." Zangetsu said as he looked at the battlefield. "Is this one of the battles we must face?"
"Something like that." Kurogasa said. "Now I'll switch Gaim and Ryugen into ATK mode!" The said Riders stood up. "Next I play the Equip Spell Black Pendant, giving it to Zangetsu, adding 500 ATK!" The said item was now around Zangetsu.
Kamen Rider Zangetsu (4/ATK: 1900–2400/DEF: 2000)
"Then I'll play another Mystical Space Typhoon, destroying your Field Spell!" A small crack appeared around the galaxy, slowly crumbling down into pieces. Eventually, it shattered away, returning the Field back to normal.
Galaxy Star Sorceress (7/ATK: 4900–4300/DEF: 2700–2100)
"Alright, Zangetsu! Go attack Sorceress!" Kurogasa declared.
"Understood." he nodded as he 'cut' down his blade on his belt once, activating it.
SOIYA! MELON SQUASH!
He thrusts his Melon Defender forward, letting out multiple shots of holographic melons at her. The attack seemed to be successful, shattering her defenses. As Zangetsu rushed forward, about to go for the kill–
"Activating trap." Allyson said as she activated it. "Sorceress, cast a barrier with the assistance of Galaxy Protector!"
Under her command, Sorceress stood up, mustering her strength to cast another barrier while Zangetsu was now point blank. With a swing of his Defender, his attack connected… but failed to destroy her. "What?!" Zangetsu said, surprised.
"If you targeted a "Galaxy Star" Monster on my side of the Field, I can activate it to prevent her from her demise. Until your End Phase, Sorceress cannot be destroyed by battle." Allyson explained.
"Great…" Kurogasa muttered.
"What now?" Gaim asked.
"I can't do much. I'll end with a facedown."
And his declaration, the barrier shatters away, leaving Sorceress vulnerable. "Things did not go as planned, correct?"
"Well, you keep countering me back and forth…" Kurogasa said as she drew out her next card.
"Indeed… I just have to see what your new determination is written in your star, Kurogasa." she said as Sorceress got into her offensive stance. "Now, I summon forth Galaxy Star Garnet Pegasus onto the Field." she said as a black portal appeared and a white winged horse with garnet jewels embedded in its wings and a garnet horn appeared, landing next to her. (4/ATK: 1800/DEF: 1200)
"Oh great…" Kurogasa grumbled. "Let me guess, indirect damage?"
"Indeed. A total of 800 points of Damage to be exact." Allyson pointed out. The Pegasus's horn glowed and fired a beam, hitting Kurogasa head on.
Allyson: 2500
Kurogasa: 1400
"And then, I shall activate my trap card, Blazing Flight." she said as a trap card prompt up, revealing the image of Garnet Pegasus rearing up, with the other Galaxy Stars flying into its gems. "With this trap card, I can return back all of my "Galaxy Star" Monsters back onto the Field into my Hand…" she said as both Sorceress and Garnet Pegasus disappeared.
"What? That's it?" Kurogasa blinked.
"And since Garnet Pegasus was on the Field, I can inflict 500 damage to you for every "Galaxy Star" that has returned back into my Hand. Since there was two, you shall receive another 1000 Damage, Kurogasa." Allyson gestured as a circle of inferno was casted beneath his feet, "Burn."
A pillar of fire erupted from beneath Kurogasa.
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
Allyson: 2500
Kurogasa: 400
"Kurogasa!" most of them exclaimed, as the fire dimmed down.
"Hee, hee… just a few more Life Points to say au revoir to that roach motel!" Bonaparte smirked widely.
"Come on, young man! I know you can do this!" Crowler cried out, as he practically bit on his napkin and at the verge of ripping it off.
"Finally, I play Monster Reborn, to bring back my other Sorceress that was in the Graveyard. Revive, Galaxy Star Sorceress." she said as another black portal appeared, which the same Sorceress appeared before her. (7/ATK: 2700–3500/DEF: 2100)
"I'm not letting you!" Kurogasa said. "Reveal facedown! Torrential Tribute!"
"That resets the entire Monster Field! Brilliant!" Bastion gasped.
"Sorry guys, but I have to do this." Kurogasa said to the Riders.
"Don't worry. We understand!" Gaim assured.
"Do what you have to do, Kurogasa Kururugi." Zangetsu assured.
"But you have to remember, Kurogasa–san." Ryugen began. "You must find a way to dispose of her Pegasus that was in her Hand or you will lose your Life Points and be defeated."
"Right," Kurogasa nodded before a huge wave of water washed them all away.
"Oh thank goodness…" Crowler sighed in relief.
"Grrrrrrrrrrrrr…!" Bonaparte growled.
"Resetting the whole Field to even the odds, I see?" Allyson noticed as she looked at her Hand and took out a card. "I set one card facedown and that would be all."
"Let's not forget about Black Pendant as well!" Kurogasa pointed out.
"I know." she recalled as black mist surrounded her, inflicting her damage.
Allyson: 2000
Kurogasa: 400
"Man, this battle is too intense, I can't watch to the end!" Syrus said.
"A–Agreed, Syrus–sempai!" Masaru nodded. "K–Kurogasa–san i–is now on the edge, s–still not knowing w–what to do…"
"J–Just trust in him!" Mamori squeaked. "K–Knowing him, h–he'll turn the tables around i–in one go!"
"C'mon Sarge, you gotta win this…" Hassleberry said.
"We all believe in you… please win this…" Alexis and Yukina prayed.
"C'mon son…" Kyoshiro said.
"Okay… this is it… it's now or never." Kurogasa said, looking at his Deck and placing his two fingers on it. Then… all time seemed to slow down as he drew his card. When he looked at it…
"FINAL TURN!"
BGM: Kai's Theme
"There it is, he called it!" Victor exclaimed.
"Let's just hope he got the right cards for it." Marta said.
"Final Turn, you say? I wonder what kind of plan you have in store for this turn?" Allyson said, interested.
"Oh you'll see!" Kurogasa said.
"Then show it."
"You bet I will! First I play Graceful Charity, drawing three and discarding two!" He did as the card instructed keeping his Hand at four. "Then I play Magical Stone Excavation, discarding two cards to bring back a Spell card and I choose Card of Sanctity! After that, I'll play it!" At that, both players drew until they had six. "Just what I was looking for. Hey Kivat, you still around?! I'm about to show the surprise!"
"Yosha, aibou!" Kivat fluttered in from out of nowhere in his mechanical body, surprising everyone.
"A flying bat toy?" one of the freshmen got out.
"Where did that thing came from?" another one asked.
"Oooh, it's the cute bat!" Mitsuyo exclaimed.
"O–Oi, I'm not that cute!" Kivat blushed.
"Moving on, first I'll summon Kamen Rider IXA in ATK mode!"
A silhouette appeared, with the IXA Belt around his waist. On his hand, was the IXA Knuckle that's ready to be used. With a press of it onto his open palm…
R–E–A–D–Y!
It let out a loud whirling sound, indicating it is ready to be used. He lined up his Knuckle perpendicular to the left and drew a straight line to the right with a serious expression. "Henshin." he muttered before placing it onto his belt, activating it.
F–I–S–T O–N!
A gold image of what appeared to be a cross appeared on the IXA Knuckle before it started spinning and appeared in front of him. A mirage of the armor appeared right in front of the figure before it slammed onto him, donning him in her armor before the visor opened up. On his black bodysuit, he had white pads with blue lines on his side thighs, back, arms and the back of his pelvis. He had silver plated armor on his chest, white shoulder pads with golden highlights on it and finally, on his white helmet, there were golden highlights that revealed her red eyes. Around his waist, was her IXA Calibur dangling around her waist in gun mode.
This was Kamen Rider IXA (4/ATK: 1900/DEF: 1400)
"Sono inochi… Kami ni kaishi nasai (Please... return the life you have stolen from God)."
"Kamen Rider IXA." Kyoshiro said.
"Ara, he looks like a serious man, anata…" Yukina said.
"Well, in the Tokusatsu series, he always took things serious, Yukina." Kyoshiro noted.
"A Kamen Rider that holds his righteousness, correct?" Allyson remarked.
"That's right." Kurogasa said.
"C'mon aibou where's the surprise?" Kivat asked.
"It's coming man! I play Monster Reborn to bring back from the Graveyard thanks to Graceful Charity, Kamen Rider Dark Kiva!"
"DARK KIVA?!" The second years asked shocked.
"D–Dark Kiva?!" Kivat exclaimed, shocked by the revelation. "T–That means…"
"Oi~! Batty! Let's get to work already!" a voice called out, as Kivat II fluttered in.
"Eager to meet your doom already?" Kivat II said, chuckled. "Interesting. Show me what you got, mortal!"
"TOU–SAN?!" Kivat exclaimed.
"EHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!" The group asked shocked.
"Hello son," Kivat II said. "It has been quite a while, hasn't it?"
"B–B–But, I thought that–" Kivat stuttered, not knowing what to say.
"Oi~! Batty! Let's suit up already!" the figure called out.
"We'll talk later son," Kivat II said before he flew towards the figure's hand.
"GABUI!"
*CRUNCH!*
A familiar dark sonar sound emitted from it while the black markings was seen on his face and hand, and the silhouette thrusted Kivat II forward. "Henshin!" As soon as he placed Kivat II onto his belt, he was immediately engulfed into quicksilver. Moments later, it shattered away, revealing a familiar figure that is said to be one of the terrors of the Rider Wars. Kamen Rider Dark Kiva (6/ATK: 2400/DEF: 2000)
"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH! IT'S DARK KIVA! WE'RE DOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED!" Syrus wailed out.
"Calm yourself shounen!" Kivat II shouted. "I fight for justice now!"
"How the heck should we trust you?!" Victor exclaimed.
"You practically almost killed me, back then! ALMOST!" Mamori wailed.
"Get some chill pills, kiddo! There's no need to panic." Dark Kiva waved off like it was nothing while looking at his surroundings. "And besides, if you say something like that, the flowers in this academy will not bloom well, right?"
"Guys, it's fine!" Kurogasa said. "He's on our side now!"
"You don't know that!" Alexis said.
"Yes I do! He made a promise with my Uncle!"
"Huh?" The group asked confused.
"Nii–sama…?" Yukina asked a bit wide–eyed.
"Shounen's right, pretty lady." Dark Kiva said confidently. "The batty's previous master told him to look over his beloved family, which must be this shounen and his parents while this batty made his escape from the eternal Shadow Realm."
"Nii… sama…" Yukina said as her hand covered her mouth. "Even after all of this… you would still look over me…"
"That's your brother, alright…" Kyoshiro said as he pulled her to his side. "Tarakudo tends to be stubborn. But that's just being himself."
"Put that aside…" IXA spoke up. "We still have a duel to finish."
"Not so fast, Nago–kun! That pretty lady over there has some trick up her sleeves!" Dark Kiva pointed out.
"She's right, it's that facedown." Kurogasa said.
"So what are you gonna do about that?" IXA asked.
"Take that out, that's what! I play my last Mystical Space Typhoon!" Allyson's eyes were wide open, as the tornado crashed on her set card. As it revealed itself, it turned out to be…
"Mirror Force!" Kurogasa shouted. "I knew it!"
"Oh yeah! Kurogasa's gonna go for the win now!" Jaden exclaimed.
"Let's do this! IXA, Dark Kiva, it's all yours!" Kurogasa said.
"As you wish," IXA said before taking out a Fuestle and placed in his belt before pressing it with his IXA Knuckle.
I–X–A C–A–L–I–B–U–R: R–I–S–E U–P!
"Let's do this batty!" Dark Kiva said coolly before taking a Fuestle too and put in Kivat II's mouth, closing it and tapping it two times.
WAKE UP TWO!
As the two got into their stances, Allyson looked at the battle ahead of her. A small smile was on her face as she said, "Your new determination has truly opened the path of limitless potential…"
"HIYAAAAAHHHHHH!" Dark Kiva exclaimed as he dived down for the kick while IXA rushed forward with his glowing IXA Calibur. With a quick slash of his sword, followed by a strong kick onto her Duel Disk, it depleted her Life Points, ending the duel.
Allyson: 0
Kurogasa: 400
End BGM
"YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" The group cheered.
"The winner is Kurogasa Kururugi!" Crowler yelled happily.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" Bonaparte yelled.
"This is quite a surprise." she said as both of them deactivated their duel disks.
"I know, right?" Kurogasa said as the two walked towards the center and stood a bit far from each other. "Sorry if it was a bit of overkill on my part, Allyson."
"No, no, it's alright." she waved off. "It just goes to show that you'll always be yourself and you've shown how much you've improved. Besides, with the situation you're in, I can tell you've proven what it takes to win this duel for the sake of your parents' and friends' dorm."
"Yeah…" Kurogasa smiled small.
"Kurogasa!" Voices shouted. He turned to see Jaden and the others running towards them. Then from out of nowhere…
*POW!*
"Ooft!"
Tamamo pounced Kurogasa?
"Huh?!" Kurogasa said startled and confused.
"You were great out there!" Tamamo sobbed with anime tears. "And your story was so sad, I can't help but hug you!"
"Oi Tamamo, what are you doing?" Shunsuke asked exasperated.
"Wha~t? Can't I give someone a hug Darling?" Tamamo whined.
"Yeah but seriously, you don't need to be overdramatic about this…" Shunsuke sweat dropped.
"But it's so SAAAAAAAAAAAD!" Tamamo sobbed comically.
Kurogasa could only laugh nervously with a sweat drop. Meanwhile, Allyson turned around and said, "Well now, I suggest you savor this victory before your next match, Kurogasa."
"I will, Allyson." Kurogasa said.
"Good luck on your next battle, Kurogasa. The cosmos shall look over the star in you." she wished before leaving the stage, heading towards the entrance.
"Oi Tamamo get off of him!" Shunsuke said, trying to pry her off of Kurogasa.
"Yada!" Tamamo said. "I'm so moved by his story I wanna stay with him until Dark Magician Girl comes back!"
"HAAAAAAH?!" Kurogasa asked shocked.
"You're kidding me, right?" Shunsuke blinked in confusion as Tamamo broke the hug from Kurogasa and looked at him.
"Ple~ase, Darling?" she pleaded, and he sighed.
"Tamamo, that's a no."
"Wha~t? Why not, Dar~ling?" she asked.
"Because you're my… favorite legendary spirit." Shunsuke said, blushing slightly on mentioning it. "And the only arms you're allowed to run into are mine… and mine only."
Tamamo pondered, looking at Shunsuke. Eventually, her eyes glowed brightly and she immediately ran towards him and landed in his arms. "Well~, if you insi~st, Dar~ling!"
"That's one duel down." Victor said.
"Yeah, and there's still a few more matches for Kurogasa to face." Koji added.
"S–Say, minna. Has anyone seen Rock?" Masaru asked.
"He said something about getting something to drink before heading back here. Why?" Jaden asked.
"He's b–been gone for a long time, g–getting a drink."
Meanwhile…
"TOU–SAAAAAAAAAAAAAN!" Kivat sobbed as he got out of his body and tackled Kivat II.
"Oi, ochitsuite!" Kivat II said sternly.
"I can't help it! I thought that you would be lost forever!" Kivat cried out loud.
"Mattaku, you need to learn more on taking pride of being a true Kivat, son." Kivat II sighed.
"Pyun, pyun~! Oh~ happy day~!" Tatsulot chirped. "Ne, ne~! Let's go watch Kurogasa–sama on his next duel~!"
"Agreed. That shounen still has more obstacles that he needs to get through." Kivat II added as the group of three fluttered away.
Meanwhile, at the hallway, Rock quickly dashed out from a nearby boy's toilet and headed towards the duel area. "Oh man! I knew drinking too much root beer would be a bad idea! And it's all that Ferret Face's fault for not joining to drink with me yesterday evening!"
As Rock continued to skate, he immediately came to a stop, noticing Orma walking out from one room, much to his surprise. "WHOA!" he exclaimed, skidding his roller blades to a stop. "What the chip?!"
"Ho~ what's this?" Orma chuckled.
"W–Who are you?" Rock asked.
"Oh me?" Orma said before putting on his ring and placing it in front of the Hand Author buckle.
DRIVER ON! NOW!
"Wait a minute…" Rock recalled. "You're…"
"Henshin." Orma said as he flips his Driver to the left, activating it.
SHABADOOBIE, TOUCH TO HENSHIN! SHABADOOBIE, TOUCH TO HENSHIN!
With a place of his palm onto his belt–
CHANGE! NOW!
The Sorcerer magic circle appeared at the bottom and slowly rose up. Eventually, he is donned in his armor. "Why are you here?!" Rock questioned Sorcerer.
"Me? I'm here to look for a suitable 'candidate' to work for me…" Sorcerer chuckled while looking at Rock. "And you seemed to have much more potential than my previous Duelist."
"Screw that! I gotta warn everybody!" Rock said before skating away.
"Hmhmhmhmhmhmhmhmhm, it's useless…" Sorcerer chuckled before taking out a ring and flipping the Hand Author to his left.
CHAIN! NOW!
"Wha–?!" Rock was startled seeing a few magic circles around him. Moments later, it shot out metal chains, binding his legs to immobilize him, causing Rock to trip down, making him land on his belly. "Ooft!"
"Trying to escape, I see?" Sorcerer chuckled while walking towards him. "A pity, that you would not be able to escape that easily, young man."
"Let my legs go!" Rock said in annoyance, wanting to break free from the chains that tied his legs.
"I will… if only you beat me in this… what would you fools do in this world? Ah~, yes. A duel." he chuckled.
"A duel?" Rock asked.
"Yes. That way, when you lose, I can bring you to your ultimate despair."
"Screw that! It's not happening!"
"I don't think you have much of a choice, young man." he said. "It's either that or you shall suffer pain like my previous victim suffered."
"Gh! I don't have much of a choice, huh?" he gritted as the chains loosened up from his legs… only to tie up his feet to the ground, preventing him from escaping while he stood up. "Alright, you asked for it. But let me tell you this, my friends will definitely whoop your chip!"
"Oh, this I got to see…" Orma chuckled.
"DUEL!"
TWF: So, what you were saying about Jaden/Aster's rematch again?
Fen: Ehehehe… ^_^; sorry…
TWF: Ladies and gentlemen, I give you… Fen–kun's fatal error: he didn't read things carefully. Apparently, he did this chapter as he skipped the Jaden/Aster rematch… silly, isn't it? Despite the claim he said…
