Chapter 12: Pain In The Heart

Naruto and Sasuke are jumping to tree to tree. The two boys have been quiet for hours. They haven't said one word to each other.

Naruto could not stop thinking about Sakura he is worried sick about her and worried what's going to happen. What bothers him a lot that Sasuke is not being honest with his feelings. Which frustrates Naruto. He wants to ask Sasuke but for some reason he is scared to ask. He does not want Sasuke of all people to love Sakura. It's harder because it's his best friend.

Sasuke in the other hand is in rage in the inside. He has been waiting for years to fight Itachi. It's different for him now. Because Sakura is in the mix of it all. ( If he hurts her...I will kill him in a blink in a eye.) Sasuke thought to himself. Yet again...hours ago he found out about Naruto's true feelings.

Pain and hate is what Sasuke is feeling right now toward Naruto.

Naruto could not handle the silence and the darkness anymore he breaks the silence.

"Stop."

Sasuke stop on the tree ahead of Naruto. Naruto stop as well and stare at Sasuke's back and looking at his Uchiha symbol. "Look...we need to discuss what I said awhile ago."

"There is no time. We need to move." Sasuke says in a low tone.

"I don't want to end up like Neil and Satoshi okay!" Naruto screams.

Sasuke eyes widen and listen to Naruto.

"You're a damn Uchiha you know that? Quit being this hot shot. Man up about your feelings. I need to know Sasuke. Do you love Sakura." Naruto became snappy in a sec.

"Shut up you loser. What is this? Do we really need to discuss this now? My son of a bitch brother is out there. I been waiting for a long time to this day to finally kill him. Right now you're stoping it for asking..." he faces him and his eyes are scary. " IF I HAVE FEELINGS FOR SAKURA! JUST FRICKEN DROP IT ALL READY!"

Naruto stood their looking down at his feet and crunch his fist. He jump off the tree and says in slow motion. "Stop running away your true feelings."

Sasuke froze a second and followed Naruto.

Sun is slowly arising. Itachi woke up and walked over to the exit.

"Well what are we going to do?" Kabuto asked and Itachi turned.

"I will summon a crow and escort them here. They should be close." Itachi made a hand sign and summon a crow. The Crow knew exactly what it needed to do and fly away to find the boys.

Itachi look over where Sakura was. She is sleeping soundly. It helped that he used his sharingan on her to make her sleep. He decided to let her continue sleeping. Because he knows today is going to be her worst day of her life.

5 hours has past

9:00 in the morning. Sasuke and Naruto have been jumping trees all night. Suddenly they stop as they notice something unusual.

"Crow! Crow!" the annoying crow shout as he shoots down to attack Sasuke. He dodges and throws a kunai at it. The crow is smart and dodges it.

"What the heck? Why is their crow in the forest?" Naruto said being confused.

Sasuke studied the annoying crow.

"I think it wants us to follow it." Sasuke says out loud and realize that it was dumb to say.

The crow shouted even more loudly and flyed away straight ahead.

The boys decided to follow the crow very fast.

Itachi smiled in delight as he sense that his pet crow did the job.

"It's time. Kabuto I will meet you at the field that we set up." Itachi says walking past Kabuto.

"Alright. See ya there." Kabuto jumped out of the cave and went to the field.

Itachi walked toward Sakura and nudge her gently. "Wake up."

Sakura slowly open her eyes. "What...you're not..."

Itachi picked her up in bridal style because she is still tied up. "Sorry to disappoint you. It's time to go. Sasuke and Naruto will arrive shortly."

Sakura curve a small smile and it disappear as she says. " If you harm either one of them...I promise I will kill you."

Itachi laugh at her and Sakura looked at him dumbly. " Trying to threaten me? Ha wasting your breath."

Itachi and Sakura left the cave.

The two arrived at a wide filed. Also there is a big cliff but it's far away where there are at.

Itachi handed Sakura to Kabuto. Sakura became angry and Kabuto giving her a wink and whispered to her. "Don't worry I won't do anything to you... yet. Anyway lets hide." He grins.

"Their here." Itachi says aloud where Sakura and Kabuto can hear. Kabuto takes Sakura and hides behind a bolder.

The Crow fled out of the forest and Naruto and Sasuke came out of the forest out of breath.

The boys look and only saw Itachi.

"SAKURA!" Naruto shouts but doesn't see her.

Sasuke crunch both his fist and shouted in rage. "ITACHI! WHERE IS SAKURA!"

Sasuke use his hands to create a justsu but Itachi's voice made Sasuke stop.

"Hold on. " Itachi gave Kabuto a signal.

Kabuto came out of the bolder still holding tied up Sakura. Came close to Itachi.

Naruto had huge growled the sight of Kabuto holding Sakura and about to charge.

"Stop Naruto!" Sasuke puts his hand out.

Naruto gave him a mad stare and Sasuke tried to remain calm as possible. "Don't be hasty Naruto." he whispers.

"What do you want Itachi! This is between you and I." Sasuke says holding in his temper.

"Is it...Sasuke only between us...?" Itachi giving him a dead stare.

"GIVE HER BACK NOW OR I WILL!" Sasuke says in a hasty tone.

"You will what kill me? Why do you care? She is only a girl nothing special to you. Why are you being so fidgety of what I will do to her. Why foolish little brother?"

Sasuke could not answer.

Itachi knew he had to be forceful. He grab Sakura out of Kabuto grip. Putting his arm around her neck chocking her. "AHHH!" Sakura says chocking.

Naruto and Sasuke are freaked out right now.

"YOU BASTARD!" Naruto yells.

"WELL SASUKE! TELL ME! WHY DO YOU CARE! OR ELSE YOU DON'T AT ALL!? I SHALL KILL HER NOW!" Itachi screams violently and ready to stab Sakura in the heart.

"Because!" Sasuke tighten his fist and shouted with all his might. "DAMN IT! I LOVE HER!"

Naruto eyes widen and same with Sakura's.

Itachi grinned and let her go.

Choice B is what I am going to do. Starting at this point is where the alternate endings will start. Both Naruto's and Sasuke's will be different. To make it exciting :) Both will have a Part 1 and Part 2 giving you a head's up. Hehe I will surprise you all who I will do first :p
