Hey.
MarshallAlexandraAnderson: Honestly, if I had to pick a seeker who scared me the most, it would be Skywarp. Insanity makes someone so much more dangerous.
professionalemail101: Hey so, about that updating soon thing... Whoops.
Jimmy 144: If only Henry could hear you, he would be spared so much pain and suffering.
Lynn Kinght: Yup, never trust the nice ones. They are terrifying.
AndShadowsWatchingOverMe: I'll leave what Skywarp did up to your imagination. It was pretty gruesome.
Wrecker Radioactive: I've always thought the Trine was always portrayed so two dimensionally, so I began to flesh out their stories in my head when I would watch the series and movies.
SilverRosePrime: I'll keep your idea in mind, but know that if I do use it, it will be a long way off in the future of this story. Gotta build up to it, ya know?
Autobot-Bre-Lightblast: Anytime :)
nanimus5: I get that a lot. I've begun to take it as a form of pride :)
Optimus Prime's daughter: Well, it wasn't soon, but I got it out to you all.
kyubbi lover 98: Updated!
Quiet Slumber: Aw, thank you. I agree, there aren't too many of these kind of stories out there, which is a little disappointing. However, I am so glad you like my story. Makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
SunstreakersSquishy2.0: Tiny Trine is cute, but big Trine would be terrifying...but still cute.
Alright, that is everyone I got.
When Kira had been planning her evening, she hadn't factored in the Trine, which was an oversight she was steadily regretting. Why, you may ask yourself, was Kira regretting not factoring them in? Well, to really understand, we need to go back about two hours.
TWO HOURS AGO
"Guys, I got some errands to run, so please be good while I'm gone." The little head nods that Kira received were for once genuine, so she left with the hopes of returning to an intact home. It was more of a prayer really.
Oddly enough, the Trine really wasn't planning on getting up to anything while she was gone. It was more of a relax and kickback day for them anyway.
Flitting over to the tv, Skywarp smacked the power button; he found it more satisfying that way. As he flicked through the channels, he sighed. It seemed that the shows on today were very dull, and dull does not keep a seeker entertained.
As his brothers flopped down on the couch with him, he paused. This documentary, Aliens was just starting, and well, they were aliens, so it might benefit them to watch the previous interaction humans have had with foreign races from the stars. See, no one ever said Skywarp wasn't as analytical as his elder brothers.
It was horrifying; how had humanity survived this long if this was one of their interactions with an outside race? No wonder humans screamed when they saw the Trine; clearly they had past experiences with hostile races, so they would immediately assume the Trine was the same way. Not a wrong assumption, just an irritating one.
But why hadn't Kira reacted the same way? Skywarp drew some horrifying conclusions. "Kira doesn't know about the xenomorphs! That's why she wasn't scared of us!" Looks of horror appeared on Starscream and Thundercracker's faces. She was out there, where the xenomorphs roamed, and she had no idea of the dangers they posed. It was a terrifying thought.
Not because they cared for her, goodness no. It was clearly because she fed them... Clearly.
So the Trine began to plot. They had to keep their main source of food, entertainment and warmth safe, so they had to either educate her in the dangers of her world, or not let her outside. They didn't feel like training a human, as they seemed incapable of learning, so they would keep her inside.
LATER THAT EVENING
Kira stepped out of the shower, drying herself off contemplatively. Since she had gotten home from visiting Henry in the hospital (along with her coworkers, please note) the Trine had been acting weird, treating her as if she was going to disappear at any moment. It would be sweet, if it wasn't so worrying. What could they be up to? Better yet, what of hers had they broken and were hiding from her?
They usually hid things under her bed, so she would check there first. After getting dressed, and examining the space under her bed (nothing hidden there, but it was still early), she leaned against her bed, a little dusty. It was only for a moment, but it was long enough for Skywarp, who had been rummaging through her closet, to accidentally toss a glove into her face.
As she reached up to remove the glove, she could have sworn she heard Thundercracker, Thundercracker of all bots, scream out "FACE HUGGER!". He smacked into her face, batting the glove away, and consequently thwacking her pretty hard. He flittered off, standing over the glove with a shocked face, as Kira rubbed her face. She needed ice, so ignoring the troubled whispering of the Trine, who had gathered around the glove, she left for the kitchen. She didn't even want to know.
"A face hugger! Do you think it got Kira? Oh Primus, what are we gonna do if it got Kira?!" Skywarp slapped his servos to his face plate, doing an incredible impression of the human painting of The Scream.
"No, it had just latched on when I saw it. It didn't even have time to wrap itself around her throat to secure its grasp on her." Thundercracker gave a hmmm of thought, staring down at the glove. "When I pried it off of her, I gave chase, but it was far too fast. It left this human hand covering behind, for what reason I do not know why."
Starscream narrowed his optics, a dark look of contemplation on his faceplates. "They are clearly smarter than we first assumed they were. See, by leaving the glove, it tried to trick us into believing that it was only a glove, and that we had imagined it all. Unfortunately for it, we are of a superior race, and would never fall for such decoys!"
"How do we keep her safe if we aren't there? There is clearly one in the house, so our plan of boarding everything up won't work." The Trine put their processors together, pondering on the methods they would use to ensure the survival of their human.
"Hey! How bout we make one of those muzzles, like the one that Hannibal Lector guy wore?" It was brilliant, not one of the Trine could find fault with the idea, and so it was decided. They would take one of Kira's old leather briefcases and make it into a muzzle for her to wear. She wouldn't want to, but they would make her. It was for her own good, really.
The teddybear sized Trine shot off to their tasks, making sure to quietly check on Kira at times as well. It wouldn't do for her to be impregnated while they were making preparations.
So one time skip, a valiant battle and some rope later, Kira found herself tied to a chair in her bedroom, mouth covered in a muzzle, as the Trine shouted for the "sneaky scum of a face hugger to come out!". She sighed, struggling halfheartedly in her bonds.
She really didn't want to know.
Okay, so this is a chapter... Yup. Review please.
