Sam's point of view
"Paul will you please stop pacing the hallway already, Emily will be back soon, then you can see her again" I tell him. God I want to make an alpha order commanding him to sit still for five minutes already.
"Sorry Sam I just can't help it, she hates me, she is not going to give me a chance not with everything that happened to her". Lowering myself in the waiting room chair.
"Paul give her time, she is your soul mate". "The only thing that you need to worry about at this point is being able to control your anger".
"Paul look at me, I am only going to say this once, there is not a day that goes by that I don't think about what I did to Emily"! "I know that she has forgiven me but deep down she will never forget". "You have a bad temper, you must learn how to control it". "I know that right now you worried about her safe being however you must realize that when this is done and over, and you are together you will have fights and that is when your real control is going to be tested". "Don't make the same mistake that I did"!
"Sam I know, I'm scarred I don't want to hurt her". "I need to learn how to control my temper". "I think that she will be good for me". "She is my life now I don't ever want to be the cause of her pain". Paul whispers to me.
"Emily" Sam says standing up from his chair when he see's her walking down the hall to them.
"I talked to Jade" She replies. "I let her know that she is your half sister". "I asked her if it was ok if you went in and talked to her Sam". "She is expecting you". "Paul I think she is staring to feel the pull from the imprint". "Lets let Sam go in and talk to her". Emily glances at me with a assuring smile. "While he is with her, lets find Sue and see if she can get her released to us, so we can bring her home". "It's safer to protect her at our house with the whole pack there".
Emily doesn't wait for Paul to answer she just grabs his arm and pull him to help her find Sue.
Walking to Jade's room I am very nervous. I have know idea what her life with my father was like. Knowing what I know about the situation I can only think about the horror.
Knocking on the door I pause until I here her call for me to come in.
"Hello Jade, I'm Sam, my wife was just in here talking to you".
"Hello Sam, Your wife is very nice" she says with a small smile on her face. "she makes you feel at ease in her presence".
Laughing I reply. " That's Emily for you". She told me that she let you know that we are related, I didn't know about you until a few hours ago. Had I of known I would of made sure that I was their for you.
"it's ok Sam, I hope you will be there for me now. Jade says in a small whisper looking down at her hands.
"Jade look at me I tell her. Waiting for her to make eye contact with me I continue. "I know some of the situation with Mason, that you are facing". "The pack that I am in is going to protect you". "I promise he will never hurt you again".
"You are so kind Sam, I don't want to cause you any trouble, He is very strong". "I don't want anyone getting hurt helping me. I won't put anyone else in danger."
"Jade stop right now, I say moving closer to her. You are my sister their will be no talk of sacrificing yourself over to him. I will not allow that to happen. Your part of my family now. Emily is trying to find Sue right now to get you released to us, your going to like la Push, that is were I live".
"You want me to stay there with you" She questions me?
"Yes I do Emily and I have the room. Would that arrangement be ok for you".
Thinking about it for a minute before a smile appears on her face. I would really like that Sam.
I want to take the time to get to know you Jade, you're the only sister that I have. Sam says. I know that you must have a lot of questions for me to answer for you.
"I do she replies, but it seams like I am going to have some time with you to ask them.
Smiling I reply we will have all the time in the world. However in a voice that Jade can't here he adds at least before Paul tries to steal you away from me". Why he have to imprint on my sister.
Masons point of view
Damn that girl could scream. I love screamers, it pleases me to know end to hear them in pain, while I pleasure them.
"Mason" Zack my beta calls "Joshua is her to see you".
Getting off my bed, I stop to kiss the girl I was just with again. I look her in the face and tell her that I will be back in a little while. "Don't lave this house if you know what is good for you little girl". She turns her head away in tears. "Baby I say, you have know idea what pain really is, and if you keep crying like that I won't hesitate to show you".
"Joshua I figured you would show up, where is she" I asked
Looking down at the floor he replies "I was not able to get her out of the hospital yet".
Grapping him by the shirt I pick him up and lightly toss him toward the kitchen wall. The wall breaks anyways, what the hell I just replaced it a week ago. I don't want to really hurt him, I need him to be able to grab Jade when I was finding the other pack ware bouts.
This is your last chance Joshua fail me again and you will be six feet under, I tell him.
"Mason, the man that grabbed me was not a ordinary man. The wolfs are back in La Push. My son is one of those wolfs. Joshua says to me.
"Fool now I get your daughter and get to kill your son" shaking my head and laughing at him.
Go back to the hospital, talk to your son, but let him take Jade. I want her to see her face when I kill her brother in front of her eyes. Joshua just looks at me in shock. Move now I tell him before I do change my mind and kill you for not getting her to start with.
Paul point of view
After being dragged away with Emily we find Sue. She assured us that she and the leach was doing the necessary paper work that would get Jade release to Emily and Sam. At least some things were working out for me. It would have been better to have her released to my care, however I didn't really want to scare her or piss off Sam at the same time.
With the paperwork in our hands we make are way back down to Jades room. I notice Emily every once in a while glance over at me.
"Emily why are you checking me out" I ask teasing her a bit.
"Paul" she lets out a laugh. "I'm just happy to see you finally happy, not running around yelling at people, you have know idea what is was like for us to have to walk on eggshells around you before".
"Sorry about that Em, I am happy finally it's my time to shine so to speak. She is everything I could ask for and more. I promise to be good to her". Smiling I could picture her face in my mind.
" Now that the Paul I like to see, plus as I see it, I don't have to wash a dish or clean up after meal time for a month. You do remember that bet we had with each other, when you said that you would never imprint. It will be so nice just to cook and not have to clean up afterwards. I can finally just leave when dinners done, and relax in the front room with the others.
"Emily" I replied you really are going to hold me to that, as I look at her with my best impression of the puppy dog face.
"Try that with Jade not me, I already have a puppy dog", Emily replies laughing at herself calling Sam a puppy. Don't worry maybe you and Jade could bond over the lack of my automatic dishwasher.
Finally we are at her room, There was not much to pack, in large part because Mason had already placed everything in bags for us. Looking at her, takes my breath away.
"Paul" Jade says "I'm sorry about earlier. I know now that you were only trying to help me. Please forgive my earlier behavior. I only knew of the type of shape shifters like Mason. I hope that we can be friends, or at least not have you hate me".
"Jade I could never hate you" I replied. "I would love the chance to get to know you better, if you would give me the chance. I promise you that I will never hurt you or make you afraid of me".
"I would like to get to know you to Paul" Jade replies as she raises her hand to shake mine.
I didn't want to let go, in fact I held her hand for a good three minutes before I realized what I was doing. Finally Jade asked me if she could get the use of her right hand back. Looking at her confused at first, until I realize that I have not let go of it yet.
"Sorry I say looking down.
Jade starts laughing, well if I ever need a personal space heater, I will know who to turn to. She realizes what she just said and starts to blush and quickly turns away.
Smiling I think to myself, I will always keep you warm.
Sam's Point of view
Now that we have all of Jade's stuff we start to walk out of the hospital. I look up to see a man down the hallway that I never in my life wanted to ever see again, my father.
Paul I whisper my dads here take Emily and Jade to the front exit and wait for me there don't say anything to either of them about this.
Giving Emily a kiss on the cheek fast. I tell her that I forgot something and will catch up to them, once they are safe on the elevator, I walk slowly to my father,, until looking at him again, I never wanted to hurt a human on purpose, however the wolf in me wants to come out so bad I can feel myself shake.
"Joshua what are you doing here" I speak almost deadly to him.
"Son I came to get my daughter and bring her home" he replies in a very sweet kind loving voice.
Before I can control it a growl escapes my lips.
"Don't ever call me your son again, you were never a real father. As far as your daughter is concerned you will never see her again". I can feel myself shaking harder.
"Now, now she is my daughter and you can't leave legally with her. Such a shame I wish you were half the man Mason is. Don't worry I won't shed a tear when he rips you and you packs head off.
Leaning into him, on the verge of loosing control, I whisper to him. I am taking Jade, and if you even think of coming near either her or me again, well just say, I can guarantee that you won't make it out of the woods alive. My promise to you.
"Fine Sam have it your way, Mason will win, you will end up killing your own pack, and Jade well Jade knows what she has coming. He says looking in my eyes.
"Sam stop" I hear Sue yell. As she walks towards both of us.
"Joshua there will court hearing to determine were Jade will live until then the courts are allowing Sam to keep her at his house. The information will be served to you at your residence. Now I advise you, if you have any brains left to leave now before Sam rips your head off".
"Well Sam I would say see you later but even at three years old you have been nothing but trash to me, my father replies, as he dares to look me in the eyes, and then walks away.
I know that I was going to have Jade meets the packs, but looking at all the different characters that they are, I want to have a little fun with it. I will update soon. Also please review this. I love reviews it personally tells me what I am doing right or wrong. It also tells me that humans are reading this.
