Hey thank you for the new reviews! It really makes me happy!

I know it has been unbelievable long since i updated the first chapters, because to be honest I lost my mother a year ago to cancer, so there hasn't really been time in my head nor my heart to continue the story. But I am getting better so now i want to write again.

Well new chapter. On with the reading. I think this is the longest chapter I have written so fare.

Tuesday morning classes was approaching slowly as Harry and his friends walked down to breakfast. Tuesday was one of Harry´s favorite days, because they only had potions and Care of Magical Creatures. This morning there was a clear blue sky but a bitter cold wind. Harry was mostly quiet this morning, choosing instead to listen to his friends talking. Almost down the moving stairs, they were joined by other students going to breakfast.

"Harry!" a voice yelled from behind.

Harry and his friends turned around. Harry smiled and waved when it turned out to be Jason.

"Good morning, going to breakfast?" he asked as he neared the group.

"Yes, would you like to join us?" Seamus asked.

"Sure, thank you. I´m Jason by the way." He said and exchanged handshakes with Seamus and Dean.

"Nice to meet you."

Ron and Hermione was very quiet the rest of the walk down to the great hall. As they approached the four tables, they stopped to talk, since they would be going to Gryffindor's and Jason would be going to Slytherin's.

"So we´re still meeting at the library tomorrow, right?" Jason asked.

"Yes of course, how else am I going to get anything done?" Harry laughed.

"Great I will see you later." Jason waved and went off.

The Gryffindors walked over to their table and for some reason Harry felt an awkward atmosphere between them. Ron and Hermione still hadn't said a word since they sat down, but it didn't last forever.

"Why do you talk to that guy?" Ron asked looking rather sour.

Looking confused, Harry answered.

"Jason? Well he is a nice guy don't you think?"

Ron mumbled something looking more and more annoyed.

"What?"

"No I don't think he is a nice guy, he´s in Slytherin!" Ron sneered as if he was talking about a disease.

"Ron please-" Seamus tried.

"No seriously! Am I the only one who remember that we are in a war? Fighting against the very source sitting across from us right now?!"

This time Dean protested.

"Are you crazy?" He said. "Didn't you hear what Dumbledore said? We already have enough enemies without making the entire house into death eaters!"

"Besides," Harry backed him up. "Jason is fine, he just moved here, so don´t make it anymore difficult for him than it already is."

"Is everyone going crazy?" Ron snorted in disbelieve. "You just said it yourself, he just moved here, don't you find it odd how he constantly runs into you?"

"That's maybe because we have most classes with the Slytherins!"

Suddenly Hermione interrupted for the first time since they started arguing.

"Harry, please, you must admit it is kind of weird."

"I will do no such thing." Harry said offended. "You seriously thinks he´s a death eater?"

"No! I´m just saying…" Hermione was biting her lip. It didn't really seem as if she knew what her point was. "Just be careful, okay?" Harry could feel his anger melting away, seeing the worried look on his friend´s face. He reached across the table to take her hand.

"I promise I will look out for myself, but I can´t go around thinking everyone new I meet is out to kill me."

Hermione gave a small laugh.

"I know."

And that seemed to be the end of the discussion. For now.

After they had finished eating, the friends left for potions. Harry didn't have anything against potions anymore, not since he had the Prince´s book. But he did mind how cold the dungeons got in the winter. All the way through the dark stone corridors, wooden torches hung on the walls. It didn't help much on the cold though. As they came around the corner, they met with the rest of the Gryffindors and the slytherins in front of the classroom door. They didn't have to stand outside for long, because the at the exact stroke of 9 the door opened and the dark voice of Severus rang through the hall. "Get in and sit down."

In utter silence, the students moved through the room, sitting down at the tables in pairs. Since Harry and his friends were the last to come, only two empty tables were left when they finally came in. as Always Harry ended up alone and before he could look around for an empty seat, Severus interrupted.

"Potter I know you feel the need to get help from Miss Granger, but for once just sit down."

Feeling quite embarrassed he hurried down to the front of the class where a single seat was left, beside a snake. But Harry golden luck hit once again, because as he got closer he realized he was partnered up with Jason and right behind him, sat Blaise and Draco. Jason had properly tried to get as close to Blaise as possible. From what he knew about Blaise, however small that knowledge was, Harry doubted Blaise and Draco had sat down beside him on purpose.

Speaking of Draco, the blond boy had turned around when Severus had said his name, to give him that drop dead gorgeous smile. Harry couldn't help but smile and blush back at him before he sat down next to Jason and got ready to takes notes. Severus stood silent and intimidating while looking at the class. When it had finally gone so quiet that you could hear a needle drop to the floor, he started the lesson. He turned around and pointed his wand at the blackboard. The chalk started to write a long recipe.

"Can anyone tell me what this potion is called and what it can do, based on the ingredients I wrote?" As allways Hermione was the only one lifting her hand almost jumping out of her seat, and as always Severus ignored her. Finally, Severus looked in Harry direction and picked the boy behind him.

"Mr. Zabini?"

Hermione let her hand fall down, looking very disappointed.

"I think it is… the Bloodroot Potion."

"Indeed. Why do you think that?"

"Because of the blood red color, the fact that you wrote it has to be stored in a crystal flask and… well the main ingredient is bloodroots. Oh! And it smells like sweet roses to confuse the victim."

"Yes 10 points to Slytherin."

"There is of course other ways to identify the poison-"

That was obvious too much for Hermione to take, because for the first time in history, Hermione interrupted a teacher.

"Sir, the most common way to see if what you have is the bloodroot poison, is to take a-"

Harry almost felt embarrassed for his friend and quit sorry, since Severus never had looked so tightlipped.

"Miss Granger, must I remind you every session that you are not the teacher, nor are your mouth a radio station, so unless I ask you- which I did not- you will sit and listen!"

Hermione looked almost in tears and Harry turned his attention to Jason, just to get away from the situation. Jason looked back at him and raised his eyebrows in question. Harry just gave a quick shake with his head, before Severus continued the lesson.

"As Mr. Zabini mentioned it has to be stored crystal flask, because of how strong and acid the poison is. So unless you want detention and burn your hands off, then DO NOT use my glass flasks. This is a potion not many 7 years get to do, since the ingredients are quite rare and so you shall pair up in groups of four. The potion is delicate and most of you will properly fail. As you can see, the recipe is on page 752 in your book. Go!"

Jason turned to Harry.

"If you get the ingredients, I'll turn on the fire and get the knives, okay." He said with a smile. Harry just nodded and got up to Severus's desk to gather the needed things. With his arms full of teadle legs, bartle wings and bark from the alihotsky tree, Harry went back to their table where Draco and Blaise had gathered more equipment.

"Hey." Harry smiled at the two boys.

Draco smiled at him and went to stand by his side to chop up the bark. The four boys worked very well together, Harry noticed. It was properly because he had three of the best potion students on his team, but still it was nice to finally make something right in Severus's class. Harry mostly cut up and squeezed the needed ingredients as the others exchanged ideas on how to create the potion best.

"Potter could you pass me the honey?"

"Honey?" Harry asked a bit confused.

Blaise looked at him. "Yes. Honey. It is one of the final ingredients, we need it soon."

"Oh. Sorry I must have forgotten it." Harry said and turned to get more from Severus's desk. But from his spot he could already see that there was no honey left.

"I will go get some from the storage, I'll hurry."

Blaise just nodded, more concentrated on what he was reading from the book.

Harry left and went into the tiny room. It always smelt so weird, having so many different things gathered in such a small area. His eyes roamed over the shelves and finally deepest in the room, he found the small sticky jar he needed. It stood almost on the edge, unfortunately it was a shelf over Harry's head. And of course he couldn't reach it, needing a centimeter or two. Harry even tried standing on his toes, but the jar stayed. Harry sent out a silent plead, hoping Severus would come and get it for him. It would be humiliating coming back empty handed, having to explain why he didn't bring it.

As he stood staring at the jar, trying to think of a way to reach it, a hand suddenly moved beside his head, almost making him scream. He backed up into a hard chest and watched the hand reaching up and getting the jar down. Harry turned and blushed madly as he came face to face with Draco.

"Hey, I wondered where you went." He said.

"Yeah, I guess I got lost in thoughts…" Harry explained with a small voice. Draco thinking this was a great opportunity to tease the little golden boy, continued.

"Really? You looked like you couldn't reach it."

"I could! I just thought about something else… for a moment…" Harry answered annoyed.

"Sure you could. If you couldn't reach it you would just have used magic right?"

Oh god. Harry felt like facepalming himself. Raised as a muggle did wonders sometimes. Even the simplest spell didn't come to mind when he needed it.

Draco apparently guessed what was going through the Gryffindors mind, because he gave a small chuckle and oved closer to the boy.

"Poor Potter, never got a clue." He teased. Harry felt how he once again was stuck between a hard surface and Draco. He placed the small jar in Harry's hand, who in turn grimaced over how sticky his hand suddenly got. Draco seeing this couldn't help but laugh.

"It's sticky." Harry stated.

"I know, I just had in it my hand, remember?"

Harry gave a small laugh. "Right, sorry." Harry tried to go around him but Draco grabbed his arm as slung him right back into the shelf.

"So…" Draco said smirking. "Since it´s kind of your fault my fingers are sticky, what are you going to do about it?"

"I-What?" Harry wasn't sure where Draco was going with this, but it couldn't be good.

"Yes. What. Are. You. Going. To. Do?"

Harry felt his heart galloping, as Draco raised his fingers to Harry´s face. He couldn't be serious! Anyone could walk right in, seeing them together.

"You got to be kidding?!" Harry almost yelled. Draco just chuckled and laid a single sticky finger on his lips and before Harry even thought about it he instantly swiped his tongue across his lips, hitting Draco´s finger instead. Their eyes were so focused on each other, that Harry could see Draco´s eyes darkening with lust. He pushed his finger into Harry´s mouth.

god, the honey did taste amazing and Harry couldn't help but feel it was because of Draco´s finger. Sucking on the digit for so long, the honey was almost gone, but Harry didn't stop. As he sucked on Harry gently bit his fingertip. Draco gave a small moan and before Harry realized what was going on, he pulled out his finger and placed his lips on top of Harry´s.

Moaning, Harry took a fistful of Draco´s white school shirt. Holding on and pulling Draco closer to him, they stood simply kissing, enjoying the heat from the other and the feeling of lust rolling over them. Nut suddenly the sounds of kissing weren't the only ones in the room. A dark voice coughing behind Draco made them jump away from one another. As they panted, both blushing madly, they turned around meeting the wrath of Professor Severus Severus.

"What on earth do you think you are doing in the middle of MY class!?"

The two boys just stood there.

Severus stepped aside and pointed out the door.

"GET OUT!"

The boys both hurried out the door and not a single word was spoken between them for the rest of the class. But quick glances and smiles were exchanged and they all worked in comfortable silence besides from when Jason grabbed Blaise from behind, who in turn gave Jason a hard kick over the leg, making the rest of the class laugh.

Potion class ended and the students scrambled out hurrying to next class and their free period.

Draco pov.

"Mr. Malfoy, stay for a moment." Both Harry and Draco paused and looked at each other, before Draco gave him a small nod assuring him that it was okay to leave. As the last person left Draco came up to the desk where Severus sat, looking fuming. A chair suddenly appeared beside him.

"Sit."

Draco tried to swallow the big lump stuck in his throat. He sat down and couldn't help but look down at his hands in his lap. He knew he was in trouble. This was the second time he had been caught by his godfather and he was sure that Severus had something to say about his choice of lover. God, couldn't he just stay out of it?

"So do you want to start explaining, before or after I give you detention?"

Draco shifted uncomfortably. Severus just exhaled loudly, obviously annoyed.

"Alright then, this is the second time I caught you with Potter, doing god knows what, and since I know from your father that you are to be married to miss Parkinson this summer, you have better explain what is going on."

Shit, what should he say? He couldn't involve his godfather in this bet. He would tell his parents and if they found out he tried to stop the wedding and going off with Potter, then he would die a slow and very painful death. Beside not only would his parents found out but he knew that Severus would stop him and then he would also lose the bet. So he might as well just tell him, what he tried to convince the rest of the school of.

"Sorry sir, I know we shouldn't have done, what we did, but I- I guess I´m… I´m in love." God that felt weird to say. But should he be concerned that it didn't feel wrong? Nope, not opening that door now. Just a bet. That was all.

Severus obviously didn't believe him and Draco had to do much better if he had to convince him.

"You are in love? With Potter?" Severus asked raising his eyebrows in disbelief.

"Yes." Draco said.

"Interesting." Severus got up from his chair and got a piece of paper out from his desk drawer. Severus came around and he handed it to Draco. "I found this when Potter left the hall the other day. Do you know what it is?"

Draco opened the folded piece. "Guys I could date?" He read the title out loud. Looking over the paper Draco saw a bunch of names, some scrawled out. What the hell was this?

"So as beautiful as I find your little confession," Severus said sitting down again, trying to glare a hole through Draco´s forehead. "-I don´t believe Potter is in the same place as you."

The pieces finally started to fall into place as Draco realized that Potter was the one who wrote it. Draco knew it wasn't like he had feelings for Potter, but how could something so stupid feel like such a betrayal. Why did it feel like his heart got ripped opened. Glancing down at the paper again, he didn't realize how angry he could ever be until he saw Jason's name. And it wasn't crossed out.

He balled up the stupid piece of paper and felt his knuckles going white as he gripped the armrest tight.

Harry pov

Harry was scared. What would Severus say to him?

As Harry, his friends and the rest of the students hurried down to the forest. Hagrid had said they would be doing something exciting, but most of the time, when Hagrid said exciting it really meant scary or deadly.

As they came down the hill from the castle, glowing white lights appeared around Hagrid's Cabin. Since Harry was one of the last he couldn't see what was going on but some of the girls from the front had definitely seen the creatures cause they squealed and some of them cried out;

"Oh look they are say cute!"

"Oh my god, adorable!"

And then, Harry saw them too.

Around Hagrid's house a dozen beautiful unicorns were tied to polls. Harry couldn't help but stop and stare. They were amazing. Just looking at them sent out a calming aura. Harry thought these looked more glowing since he saw one who laid dead in the dark forest.

"Okay everyone, gather around over here!"

The students scrambled together to stand in front of Hagrid.

"So as you certainly noticed, today we are going to learn about unicorns. We should have enough to care for them in pairs and before you split up in groups-" Hagrid said as the students were starting to turn to each other, asking to be partners. "I have already decided who should be partners. I have spoken to Dumbledore and he agrees, to get rid of this silly house rivalry I teamed you up, Gryffindor with Slytherin." The complains coming from the students could properly be heard all the way up to the castle. Ron was one the teens who yelled the loudest. Harry couldn't find it in himself to really care. He tried to remember what Dumbledore had said about house unity and to be honest he needed all the help and support he could get if he should have any chance of destroying Voldemort. As most of the years Voldemort had been very quiet so far but Harry had no doubt that he was getting stronger each day.

Suddenly he noticed that Draco was coming from the castle. Oh god, Severus was coming too right behind him. It was hard to see which one of them looked most angry. What could Severus had said? Since they were both kissing, it wasn't really fair if Draco was the only one who got yelled at. Harry looked around but everyone was so focused on Hagrid's lesson so he slowly moved away to talk to Draco. He smiled and opened his mouth to ask what had happened, but Draco didn't even look at him as he went right past him. Harry looked after him as he went to stand by Parkinson who grabbed on to his arm. Well that hurt. A lot.

Severus now stood behind the group just watching the lesson. Harry tried to get eye contact but Severus firmly watched Hagrid instead.

Someone suddenly poked him in the ribs and Harry turned to see Seamus looking expectedly.

"What?"

Hagrid has called your name, you have to step forward." Seamus said and gave Harry a little push. He saw that more of the students were starting to give him weird looks and that half of the students stood beside Hagrid with a partner by now. Harry hurried and went to stand by Hagrid, waiting.

"Harry your partner shall me Mr. Malfoy-"

Almost every Gryffindor jumped startled, when Severus decided to interrupt. It seemed that no one beside Draco and him had realized that Severus stood behind them.

"I believe Mr. Malfoy and Mr. Potter should be separated.

Harry already felt extremely uncomfortable being a witness to Draco and Severus glaring war and by the looks of it so was the students. Harry had no idea how sadistic Severus was until he suggested the following;

"I shall leave you to your lesson Hagrid but I think Mr. Meclk would be an acceptable partner."

By the looks of it Pansy had to dig her nails into Draco left arm to keep him quit.

Hagrid, not wanting to disagree with a teacher, just waved Jason over and Harry found himself with a partner for the rest of the year. After this, Severus just turned and made a dramatic exit as always. The rest of the students was divided into groups and they went into line to choose a unicorn.

"It seems like your boyfriend is rather furious with me." Jason whispered.

"I don't why but his moods change constantly. I can never understand what he is thinking."

"hmm… maybe he has too much estrogen?" Jason said with a little smile and Harry couldn't help but laugh. The boys continued to talk, waiting for their animal to be delivered.

Harry went to the unicorn they had gotten. She was a beautiful female and Harry had thought that all the unicorns were silver and white but now that he had come closer he notice the slight hint of blue in her mane. Harry was so awed by her beauty that he hadn't noticed that Jason weren't beside him any longer.

The female stood very still as Harry slowly petted her on her neck and head. Harry turned and saw Jason standing meters away from them.

"Jason what's wrong?"

"Nothing… I'm just…" Jason didn't finish but shook his head and came closer.

The next happened so fast Harry didn't see the attack. In the moment Jason had stepped to close, the unicorn had reacted fierce. The animal become frightened and it had struck Jason with its sharp horn as Harry tried to push Jason away both the boys fell down in the grass and the last thing Harry remembered was a unbelievable pain to the head and the feeling of something warm spreading.

DADADAM! Uh so scary, I wonder what happens next? Haha, thank you for reading and PLEASE PLEASE review
