AN: Sorry guys, both my computers were down in my house :( , just got my new laptop. But onto my better news WHO READ HOUSE OF HADES! It was absolutely amazing. I have to wait a whole another year for the fifth book The Blood of Olympus oh well! The House of Hades had too much Percabeth I couldn't handle it. I lied a little bit last time when I said it was going to be Percy's chapter I want them to get together in a big way so I might wait a little while or might do it this chapter, I'm not sure yet just read and find out.

Chapter 12

Percy POV

I hate Nico.

Don't get me wrong he is my best friend and all but as of right now I hate him. I might be being a little immature but he has a girlfriend and has completely blown me off for the last couple of days. I know I probably sound like a chick but I haven't seen him in a while which was weird cause I usually see him everyday. I mean we live in the same house its kind of hard to miss each other. Speaking of girlfriends I'm working on the whole Annabeth situation. So we all know I'm in love with her. Like I mean I fell hard. So getting her to go out with me is way to important for me to screw this up. I'm a pop star god damn it. Before I do I have to do something I have been putting off for two months. I was so nervous but if I want Annabeth and I to have a successful relationship I have to.

Can you meet for lunch? We have to talk. I texted to a familiar number

Umm sure? Pick me up in 30 minutes I got a reply back almost a couple seconds later

I replied a simple ok, and got dress. I put on grey and black stripped hoodie, some black sweatpants, white Nikes, and a grey and black beanie. I grabbed my car keys, and slid on my ray bans and left my house. Ten minutes later I pulled into her driveway and she was standing there waiting for me. Damn she is still beautiful I thought

"Hey Perce" Rachel said as she got into my car

"Hey Rach, you look good"

"I could say the same about you superstar"

"You want the usual?"

"Is Logan Lerman hotter than Jake Abel?" I laughed, "Of course I want the usual"

I pulled into the moonlight café. Rachel and I use to love this place when we were little. It was quiet ad no one really came into it but you can never be too careful. I reached in the glove compartment and grabbed one out of the many Ray Bans I had and gave one to Rachel. She raised her eyebrows.

"I'm still very famous so I advise you put them or the media will be dying to make a story out this and I don't think that would be good for anyone." She sighed and put them on and got out the car and walked toward the café. I followed her in and got in a table and sat down. The waitress came and took our orders.

"So what is this about Percy, I mean I'm happy that you're talking to me now or not?"

"Someone told me I need some close sure to successfully pursue another relationship"

"Annabeth?"

"How did you know you and Annabeth don't talk anymore"

"I might not be her best friend anymore but she still is my only real friend. She has been there when no one else was. I hurt her really bad and I hurt you too and I'm really sorry I don't know what I was thinking…" she looked like she was about to start crying. I grabbed her hand I always had a soft spot for her.

"I forgive you, before we were dating Rachel we were like peanut butter and jelly and I want us to be like that again. I just want to know why? I mean we were dating for two years and you never have before"

"You don't why?" I gave her a confused look "I woke up so in love with you and everything was great, but that all changed when in February I looked on the at a magazine and saw you and some slut actress kissing on the front page."

"That was a setup! I would never cheat on you. She attacked me for publicity."

"You never called to tell me that never thought once that I would hear about it"

"I'm sorry I put you through that, it was completely my fault"

"Its ok, I'm glad you didn't you didn't, I really love him Percy, I haven't been this happy probably since my mom passed away." I smiled at her

"I know I'm really happy for you I swear I haven't seen you this happy"

We finally finished eating and I paid for lunch then we went to go get ice cream and walked around the park. We talked and laughed just like the olds before feelings came into the picture.

"Thank you Percy"

"For what?"

"For doing this I thought you never was going to talk to me again"

"I could never not talk to you Rachel." She stopped walking and hugged me really tight, I hugged her back. Then she stepped back.

"Annabeth is really lucky."

"If she even likes me back"

"Don't be stupid Perce, of course she likes you back"

"I hope so, come on its getting late" We walked back to my car and got in and drove back to Rachel's house. When we pulled into the driveway Rachel turned to me and kissed my cheek.

"I really glad you texted me this afternoon"

"I'm really glad I did too, I'm happy to have you back Rachel" She held out her pinky

"Best friends never love " I grabbed her pinky

"Unless love is the best friend" we made that saying up when were nine we still have no idea what it means but it was important to our friendship. She smiled and got out the car waved then went into her house. I smiled because I got my best friend back without the awkwardness I planned to come with it. Now that the Rachel thing is done, I have a plan to complete.

On to getting Annabeth to be mine.
