Chapter 12
From Lying on the cold hard dirt tired eyes stared at the people… no monsters in front of him, each barring the face of people he called class mates, now replaced with howling demons that spit venom from their teeth and draw blood from their claws. One of these monsters chooses this moment to use the poor man's face as a soccer ball, breaking the man's jaw and sending his body tumbling a few yards. When he stopped rolling the crowd cheered and went ballistic. Tsukune lifted his head to look at the crowd, moving his eyes to the right he can see his friend, Moka, also beaten but not as bad as him. For a moment their eyes locked, and Tsukune saw how hurt she was, not by the fact he was human, she already knew that, not the fact they are beating her for knowing and covering for him, she was prepared for it. No what he saw was the pain of watching her friend be broken apart. The only thought going through Tsukune's head was when will this stop.
Scene change
"I can't believe they think a couple of D- class monsters can detain us." Kurumu said as she heel kicked the last enemy. "It's truly insulting." Yukari said dusting of her clothes. Mizore on the other hand looked to be enjoying the fact she could freeze all of these people, she didn't say anything but the sadistic look in her eyes creped every one present out.
"W-why do this to-to protect a human." One of the monsters still conscious said. All three girls looked at him and said in unison, "Because he is are friend." The Kurumu kicked him in the air where Yukari dropped a pan on him, and when he was on the ground Mizore froze him. "Ahhhh, we forgot to make him tell us were Tsukune is." Kurumu said frustrated, Yukari looked shocked that she forgot as well. The two girls started to sulk and mope, but Mizore just walked in some direction. "Hey where are you going?" Yukari noticed, Mizore just turned and face her with a smile and made a peace sign, "Cloud is hard to stalk, so I usually stalk Tsukune who ends up finding Cloud faster than we could, pretty cool huh." She said taking pride in her tactics and taking the shocked looks on their faces as a testimony of her prowess. After a while Mizore started to lead the girls to Tsukune to save the poor human.
Scene change
"Gaaaaaa!" Cloud gaged when Kuyo had used his tails to slam him into the wall. Looking up he quickly Cloud blocked a vicious bite from Kuyo with his sword, but Kuyo used his four tails to once again grab Cloud and through him, and breathed a fire ball at Cloud. Cloud twisting his body awkward ly in midair, sliced through the fire and landed on the wall, kicking off it to charge Kuyo. The two went into heated combat, of sword swing vs. indestructible tails and fire verses sheer instinct.
Gin was having a bit of a scuffle as well, having to doge the spider woman's web and traps while the Cyclops and giant, occupied his focus, and the goblin woman, taking any opening. Gin already has a few bruises here and their but had a determined look, finding an opening between the Giant's slow movements and his stupidity, Gin Move quickly in between his legs were the Cyclops who held a club swung like he was a gulf player, and accidently hit the Giant where it counts.
Gin smirked 'It's four against one, I think it's fair if I can fight a little dirty.' The she goblin was shocked at the turn of events, so shocked that she didn't even register that Gin was coming after her until she was clocked so hard that she was knocked out cold and unable to fight for the rest of the day. Gin turned to see nothing but a giant glob of web, thinki8ng fast he used his claws to slice through it only to receive a devastating blow from the Giant's war hammer that was made of wood. Gin was flying towards the intense fight of Kuyo and Cloud, when he made eye contact with Cloud.
Like a telepathic understanding Cloud managed to block the tails with the sword, back hand Kuyo in the face with his left hand and round house kick him away, quickly pulling out a second sword from his chest, he fused them. Gin quickly adjusted his body and cloud used the flat part of the larger blade to catch the wolf, and spring load him back into the fight. Gin flew like a bullet head butting the Giant in the stomach, making the giant break through the school wall.
At the same time Kuyo was behind Cloud about to strike, when Cloud defused his sword, and dual wielding, he blocked all the tails, and back lip kick Kuyo in the face. "Step it up some, I thought you Kitsune were strong." Cloud said Kuyo replied with seven balls of fire, Cloud cut each in half and sung an eight time to block a tail from Kuyo, and stopped a fierce head but with his fore head, Kuyo' had a battle craze smile, and Cloud had a stone cold face.
Scene Change
Tsukune was once again kicked brutally in the gut, so hard that he was lifted off the ground, and sent flying only to roll to a stop right next to Moka, Tsukune couldn't see anymore, the swelling in his eyes stopped visual sight, and what little he could see has blurring into existence. Moka was crying as she watched her best friend get tortured calling out his name as she crawled to him. The monsters were all laughing and pointing at the two, "How pathetic," One said, "How the mighty have fallen, " another shouted. "Disgusting" others grimaced. Tsukune heard Moka's voice, and with what strength he had reached for it, only for gravity to remind him it was there, but that was all that was needed because he managed to grab to Rosario and take it with him.
Moka's eyes widened as she notice the Rosario came off, and the results were instant. The crowd's merry attitude changed to a fearful one as the realized, that Moka's Vampire blood has be awaken. Tsukune drifted to unconsciousness when he felt the familiar power of Moka, his last thoughts were, and 'At least Moka can fight back now after I die.' The clearing in the forest was filled with Silence as inner Moka, opened her eyes and scanned the large crowd of her classmates, and the beaten body of Tsukune.
Inner Moka was Furious she slowly cracked her knuckles, but that was when the crowd got over their fear and charged at the vampire. The first punch to make contact was when Moka countered a lizard man's swing knocking him out with a punch, she was able to dodge gracefully like an acrobat and made contact by introducing her feet or fist to people's face, It was going pretty well till, she made the mistake of stopping her movement, where she received a combo of hits from many of the low ranking monsters there. She took some pretty hard hits, until she managed to overpower them, jumping back away to get some breathing room she noticed she already beat 15 monsters and there were 45 left. 'I can't afford to make a mistake in the middle of them, they will surely over power me no matter how strong I am.
Scene change
Gin was doing great after that head butt, Taking the giant out for a short time. But things started to change When the spider lady got more serious, combining he multiple limbs and web shooting Gin had a tuff time handling her single handedly While the Cyclops attacks when he sees an opening, all Gin cloud do now was block and doge, any more the Cyclops would get him, any less he would fall victim to the web or extra blade like limbs. 'Damn if only the moon was up,' Gin complained in his mind.
Meanwhile with Cloud he fused his two sword again , he brought it down unleashing a Blade beam at the largest fire ball Kuyo breathed yet, one about as big as a bus, both attacks collided with clouds splitting the ball in half, but didn't have enough energy to continue its path towards Kuyo, Kuyo looked down at Cloud from the roof he was standing on, they both stood their starring, then in a blur of movement they were again bringing hell to the school yard and building, leaving scratch marks, craters, and scorch marks, when there attacks were avoided or, if they got hit and landed hard, Kuyo made a mistake as Cloud let him his from him, leaving Cloud's fists open and Kuyo's tails occupied holding the fused sword, Cloud unleashed a beating flurry of punches and kicks so fast that they were blurs even to Kuyo's eyes. The combo move ended with Cloud's axil kick in between Kuyo's eyes. Kuyo lost grip of the sword as he fell and cause the court to have another crater. Cloud claimed his sword and slowly went back to his ready stance when Kuyo had enough.
"I have had enough of you!" Kuyo said as he unleashes his final form, which looked like a humanoid fox hybrid, "In ancient times, we Kitsune were considered strong enough to rival the rest of you SS- class monsters like the fallen." He threw many fire balls, much smaller but also faster and stronger, Cloud barley deflected the first but the other fireballs over whelmed him, causing an explosion, Cloud broke through the school walls and landed in the cafeteria.
Kuyo slowly stalked closer till he was just on the perimeter of the cafeteria where he saw Cloud with blood dripping from his forehead and two wings out and a look in his eyes that even made Kuyo hesitate, for the smallest measure of time. "Like I said earlier, I can handle an arrogant fox." Cloud pulled out the third blade and combined it to the incomplete blade making it a step closer to full power. Cloud then pulled the fourth blade and held it in his left hand as he held the fused blades in his right.
Scene change
Moka let a claw pierce her stomach barely, so she could then chop the monsters neck, forcing him to dream early, and then used his limp body as a blunt weapon to beat other monsters. Tossing the body aside she turned and got hit by a fist belonging to a she orc. Moka flew and broke threw a tree. Gagging and slowly standing Moka moved her hair from her eyes as she ignored the cuts and bruises the fight dragged on her. Many of the injuries are minor except for a gash just above her left eyebrow. Moka got into a ready stance knowing the fight is almost over, not because she was getting exhausted no, only because she has to take down one last Monster, considering the floor is littered with fifty nine unconscious monsters.
The she Orc charged in full of ignorance as it swung both hands down to try and over power the vampire, but Moka easily jumped back onto a tree, pushed off the tree to round house kick the Orc in the face, successfully breaking a few teeth and knocking the Orc unconscious. Moka stood up tall, taking in the glory of victory, when she realized, Tsukune was still in danger of bleeding out. She made her way to him but all the injuries had caught up, causing her to collapse and wallow in pain. She continued to lie there until she saw Tsukune open his eyes, "M-Moka, I'm sorry." Moka hid her joy of seeing him awake, but forced a smirk, "Now's not the time," using what strength she had she stood up and went over to pick up Tsukune putting one of his arms around her shoulder, "First lets get you to the nurse.
The started moving slowly back towards the way of the school, "Where do you think you're going scum." Moka stopped caught completely off guard when she turned back around shocked to see probably a hundred of students with many blunt weapons or in their true form. "Both of you will die today, we can't have you to endangering our way of life." Placed Tsukune down, "Sorry Tsukune you will have to wait a little longer." Moka stood once again ignoring her exhaustion as she faced the miniature army of students.
"Get em!" a few monsters charged ahead, and Moka braced herself for another fight until, a blue blur picked up two monsters and took them into the sky's only to drop them from up high, the monsters stopped confused, but then a few of them got frozen in place, while a few also got hit by flying inanimate objects. "What's going on here?" Shouted one of the students.
"I'm afraid I can't let you guys kill them off." Kurumu said landing next to a surprised Moka, "Even though without Moka there would be less competition." Mizore said leaning on a tree somewhere to Moka's right. "Or less idiots to teach." Yukari said stepping in front of Moka.
"You guy's" Tsukune said relived, Moka on the other hand just put on a soldier face as she tried to not look weak in front of her competition. All three girls just turned back towards the two beet friends, "Leave this to us."
