After what felt like an eternity, I've finally finished the second part of Forever Young. Just in case, I'll give everyone who's about to read this a heads-up, since there will be angst and violence in this particular chapter. More or less, I think I wrote this chapter just fine and I'm kind of happy and a little confused about the way it turned out.

"Jack, there's something I need to tell you. I don't know how you'll feel about it, hopefully you'll be happy about it. I heard in a book that there is an elixir that can grant the drinker complete immortality. I think found a way for us to stay together with neither of us dying. I don't know if it's even real, but whatever it takes, I'll find it…How was that?" Elsa asked Anna, Rapunzel, Kristoff and Eugene.

Anna was the first to respond, "Well, that's pretty good. But you should also be ready for any follow-up questions."

"Like what questions?"

"He's probably going to ask you if there are any other reasons why you want to be immortal," Kristoff brought up.

Elsa gulped when she realized Kristoff was right. She didn't think that through. She knew that she wanted immortality to stay with Jack, but other than that, it was hard to know what else is there to live forever for. In frustration, she head-desked on the table, worrying the other four people.

"You're right, Kristoff. I have no idea what else I have to live for if I'm an immortal. I mean, I'll have to adjust to the times, outlive other people I care about, not knowing what happens…"

Eugene spoke up after sensing a lot of negativity, "Could I say something?"

Everyone else looked at him to listen.

"Look, I can't understand this whole immortality thing, but what I can understand is you're pressuring yourself way too much. If you're confused about why you want to become immortal besides staying with Jack, then think of the positive things about it. Believe it or not, you do have other things to live for if you could live forever."

Elsa felt a weight drop from her chest, "You're right, Eugene. I shouldn't be thinking so negatively."

Rapunzel looked at her husband with a happy look on her face, which confused him.

"What?" Eugene asked her.

"Nothing. You're just a big sweet teddy bear who cares for his cousin-in-law."

Eugene blushed when his wife called him a teddy bear, "Aw, jeez."

Anna then rang a bell to get tea for Elsa. The butler, Georg, came immediately. "Yes, your highness?" Georg asked the princess.

"Georg, I would like to request for tea for Elsa, please."

"Certainly."

When Georg came to the kitchen, there was a peculiar circle carved on the floor. On the table, there was a mysterious goblet.

"I have overheard your troubles, queen Elsa. You love Master Jack so much; you don't want to leave him by aging and dying. I've served this family all these years and it brings me great joy to do so. It will make most happy if I can help you any way I can. And it's with this magical liquid…"

The butler then poured the magical mixture into the teapot and mixed it with the tea inside. He then went back to the group and served it to Elsa.

Meanwhile, Jack had just finished his tasks and was on his way home to the castle. Suddenly, he spotted Pitch loitering around the castle area. The winter spirit got suspicious and approached the shadowy figure.

"What the hell do you think you're doing here, Pitch?" Jack asked as he pointed his staff at the boogeyman.

"Oh, nice to see you again, Jack Frost," Pitch greeted sarcastically, "If you must know, I sense a strong sense of fear in this very castle you call home."

"What do you mean?"

"Oh, haven't you heard? Your lover is considering finding a way to become immortal so she can stay with you. But she's having a crisis about it."

Jack slowly lowered his staff in shock. Elsa did not tell him about this.

"What?"

"I assume by your reaction that she hasn't told you."

The young man shook his head, "No, she hasn't."

Pitch smirked evilly, "Well, it's the truth, Frost. She's having a difficult time choosing between living forever by your side and outliving her mortal friends or living a mortal life and leaving you by dying. You know what that means, right?"

"What does it mean?"

"You're the reason for her indecisiveness and indirectly, her overflowing fear," Pitch stabbed Jack with his words.

Jack was absolutely speechless. The last thing he wanted was to be an inconvenience to the love of his life. He had grown attached to many different mortals in his many years of existence, even when they couldn't see him, only to see them die. One of the strongest bonds he's ever had, if not the absolute strongest, is with Elsa. The fact that Elsa would grow old and die was something he sadly knew was true, so he would try to keep it far away from his mind. But now, he couldn't shake it out. He's wanted to make her immortal for a long while now so that they could stay together. But that would mean he might make Elsa feel trapped and unhappy. He didn't want that.

"…You're wrong…you're wrong!" Jack tried to protest.

"You mean, I'm right. You're just another problem for her. If she chooses to be immortal, sure, you'll be together forever with her. But what about your mortal friends? And what if you two grow apart? What will happen? She'll live to regret it and there won't be a thing she'll do to leave this world."

Jack didn't want this crap. He covered his ears, but they couldn't stop Pitch's cruel words.

"Shut up! Shut up!" he angrily yelled

"If you want me to go away so badly, go talk to Elsa. Maybe I'll go away, maybe not. See for yourself," Pitch tested.

"Oh, you'll go away, all right. Go far, far away."

"Go ahead. Make my day," said the boogeyman as he faded away. Olaf, who had been watching the whole time, ran over to see if Jack was okay.

"Jack! Jack!" Olaf called to his friend.

Jack turned around, "Olaf?"

"I heard everything," the worried little snowman said to him.

"So you have…" Jack lowered his head as the wind blew through.

"Do you need a hug?" he asked, hoping to comfort the winter spirit.

Jack nodded quietly. Olaf immediately ran over and gave him a warm hug.

"Let's go back to the castle, little buddy," the young man said to his friend.

When Jack and Olaf came inside the castle, Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, Rapunzel, and Eugene had just finished having tea. The young queen got up to greet her lover.

"Jack, I'm so glad you're home early," she smiled. But Jack looked glum.

"What's wrong, sweetheart?" she asked with much concern.

"Can I speak to you privately, please? It's important," he requested. Elsa could feel something was up, so agreed and they went upstairs together.

The girl closed the door of the bedroom and sat down next to him on the bed.

"What do you want to talk about, Jack?"

"Elsa…this is really hard to say. But I don't think we should see each other anymore," Jack said rather abruptly. Elsa felt something shatter inside her chest.

"…What?" she asked, still hoping that he was joking.

"I'm saying we should break up," he repeated, "It's not good for either of us to stay together in times like this. We shouldn't even stay friends either. I should just get out of your life while I still can."

Elsa took a deep breath as she tried to hold back her tears.

"If you're going to sever all ties with me…can you at least give me a good reason?"

Jack stood up and turned around so Elsa wouldn't see him cry as he was about to say the words he didn't want to have to say.

"The reason should be clear, Elsa. I'm immortal and you're not. I've been trying so hard to pretend that you wouldn't ever die. But now, it's become even clearer to me and I can't make it go away."

Elsa's tears started to show.

"Jack, I know that fact upsets you. It upsets me too; maybe even more than it upsets you. If there is anything I can do make myself live forever so I could stay by your side and never let you feel alone anymore, I would do it. I want to be immortal, Jack. Just, please hear me out…there's a way…"

Jack's guilt caused him to feel angry and he started to go downstairs. Elsa followed him.

"Hey! I'm not done talking to you, Jack Frost!" Elsa yelled to him, catching the attention of the others.

"What else is there to talk about, Elsa? If I weren't in your life anymore, then there wouldn't be anything for you to worry about when it comes to your own life! You don't have to become immortal and you can live your life the way you want it!" Jack answered her as he opened the castle door and exited, making it snow hard even if it wasn't winter because he was very upset. Elsa and the rest followed suit.

"The way I want to live my life is with you in it, Jack!" Elsa tried hard to convince him, "I don't get it. You never used to act this way! I'd thought you'd be happy if I said I wanted to become an immortal. And then, you come home and say that you want to break up with me and leave my life forever. What the hell is wrong with you?" she demanded as she intercepted Jack's arm.

"You wanna know what the hell is wrong with me? Fine, I'll tell you!" the winter spirit furiously said as he was starting to break down in tears.

He took a deep breath, "I don't want to trap you," he finally admitted.

Elsa quietly gasped, both of shock and perplexity.

"…Trap me? What do you mean?"

"If you become immortal, not only will that mean you'll live forever to be with me, but you'll have to watch other people who are not immortal age and die, like Anna and the rest," he explained as looked at the others, "I don't want you to have to go through the same thing I've had to go through for over three hundred years. I've always tried to stay strong after watching people I care about disappear, but now, thanks to meeting everyone here, especially you, I don't know what to do anymore!" he broke down, pouring out all his feelings.

Elsa, upon hearing her boyfriend's worries, held him in a tight embrace in tears.

"Jack, listen. I don't feel trapped when I'm with you. I'm freer than I could ever be and it's thanks to your influence," she whispered to him, "If you're worried about everyone else, then we'll take care of them, too. It doesn't have to be just us. And besides, the more I think about, the more I think living forever is a good thing…"

As Elsa wiped the tears from both of their eyes, Jack cracked a little smile. The rest of them looked on with relief that they were making up.

"…And long as the world keeps on turning, there is always going to be something to live for."

"Yes, learning new things, making new friends, possibly changing the world…we can all do it together. Right, guys?"

But as soon as the young queen turned her head, Anna, Kristoff, Rapunzel, Eugene, and Olaf were wrapped up in what looked like whips made of black sand.

"Help us!" Rapunzel called to them.

"Pitch is doing this, no doubt about it!" Olaf followed up.

"Oh, shi—" Jack and Elsa almost swore simultaneously, until Pitch jumped in front of them, filled with fury.

"No! No! NO! You two are supposed to be done!" the nightmare king yelled.

The young couple let go of one another and made a battle stance.

"Nice try, Pitch. But your plan failed." Elsa answered back as ice began to form in her hands.

"Love will always overcome fear, you twisted monster," Jack snarked as he firmly grasped his staff, preparing to attack.

"Oh, really now? Will love overcome this?" Pitch taunted.

Pitch formed something that looked like a backsaw. He then wrapped Elsa in his sand. Jack tried to intervene, but he got wrapped in sand as well. Elsa struggled to remove herself…

Then the boogeyman sliced the queen's neck with the black sand backsaw.

Elsa's blood splattered on Jack as he and everyone else watched in horror.

Soon enough, Elsa fell face down in the snow, motionless.

The snowstorm had stopped.

"No. No. NOOOOOO!" Jack screamed to the skies after seeing his lover killed right in front of him. He berserkedly broke out of the sand and helped the others break out, too. As traumatized and saddened as they were, they all wanted one thing:

They wanted to beat the shit out of Pitch.

Before Pitch even had a chance to dodge, Kristoff ran towards the boogeyman and head-butted him. Pitch then fell down on the ground. As he was trying to stand up, Rapunzel hit him on the back of his head with a frying pan while Anna kicked him in the face. Eugene and Olaf rolled up a giant snowball. The brown-haired man lifted it up and threw it hard at Pitch. While Pitch was struggling, Jack hit him repeatedly, using his staff as a blunt object.

"You! Wicked! Conniving! Bastard!" bellowed Jack in between swings and hits.

Unbeknownst to everyone else, the blood on Jack was slowly creeping away from him and moving to Elsa's lifeless body. The blood slowly began to seep into Elsa's wound. Once all the blood was in her, her wound closed up and she blinked.

She blinked.

Feeling dizzy, Elsa rubbed her eyes to see what was going on. She saw everyone else beating on Pitch. Olaf's peripheral vision caught sight of her standing up.

"Guys! Guys! Look…" Olaf got the attention of the others, who briefly stopped fighting and took a look.

Elsa, fully revived and healthy, was standing right in front of them. All of them were overjoyed seeing her alive again, especially Anna and Jack. But the celebration had to wait; the queen has some unfinished business with the boogeyman.

"I'll take it from here, everybody," she said, to which they all stepped aside to reveal a beaten Pitch.

"Time to take out this monstrous fuckwad," Elsa stated as she formed ice around her fists, resembling boxing gloves. Everyone knew that when Elsa cusses, it's serious business.

"Oh no, this can't be good," Pitch remarked to himself as the queen punched him with her left fist, and then with her right. Finally, she finished with an uppercut, sending Pitch flying and effectively knocking him out. Everybody cheered.

Once the fight was over, North showed up with his sleigh, hoping to help them once they heard that Pitch was after Jack and Elsa. However, upon seeing the unconscious boogeyman, he came to the conclusion that all was taken care of.

"Well, looks like you really knocked him out," North told them, "you literally beat fear."

"What should we do with him?" Jack asked.

"Don't worry, Jack Frost. The other guardians and I will handle this. In the meantime, you all relax for now," the large man answered while loading Pitch into the sleigh and eventually, flying off.

After waving North goodbye, Elsa hugged Anna, Rapunzel, Kristoff, Eugene, and Olaf, thanking the stars that she was now alive again. No words needed to be spoken.

Then, Elsa looked at Jack, who was waiting for her. The couple held a long, loving gaze into each other's eyes and then had a long, passionate kiss. When the kiss broke, Jack and Elsa tightly embraced with tears of joy as everyone else looked at them with warm feelings in their hearts.

Soon enough, everyone had walked backed to the castle. After fighting Pitch, they needed a rest so they all sat down in the den. Looking at one another, they knew about the elephant in the room and it needed to be addressed.

"Okay, this is getting awkward," Anna spoke up, "Elsa, how did you come back to life?"

Elsa looked at her hands, "I…I don't know. All I know is that I was dead for less than a minute and next thing you know, I'm breathing again."

"Perhaps I should have told you of my plan instead of surprising you, no?" said a male voice coming from the entrance of the den. Georg then entered with a tiny smile on his face.

"Georg?" Elsa raised a question, "You know what's going on here?"

"Know it? I made it happen," Georg stated.

"Please elaborate," Jack requested, still curious.

"Certainly, Master Jack. You see; queen Elsa was able to be revived because she drank the Grand Panacea."

Elsa was befuddled, "The Grand Panacea, the elixir of immortality? It exists?"

"Yes, your majesty," the butler nodded.

"But I don't remember drinking that…"

A light bulb popped over Rapunzel's head.

"The tea!" the brown-haired woman figured it out, "Georg mixed the tea with the elixir."

With the information they had, Anna put two and two together and came up with a hypothesis.

"Georg, are you an alchemist?" Anna interrogated.

Georg nodded, "Yes, I am. I'm an immortal as well. I've been alive for about two centuries now and I haven't aged since. I've heard of queen Elsa's dilemma, so I decided to help with the knowledge I have about the elixir," he admitted and turned to the older Arendelle royal, "Queen Elsa, I don't want you and Master Jack to be separated by such a thing as mortality. I'm sorry for surprising you like that, but I hope I've helped you."

The queen, realizing what the butler had done for her, got up and gave him a hug.

"You have helped me, Georg. I cannot thank you enough."

"You're very welcome, your Majesty," smiled Georg as he hugged back the queen.

Then suddenly, a thought occurs in Kristoff's head.

"Wait, the four of us drank the tea, too," he realized.

"So that means…" Eugene continued.

"…We're immortal, too?" Rapunzel finished the question.

"Yahoo!" Anna cheered, happy that she too, can live forever like her sister. The other three expressed feelings of confusion, surprise, etc. (though no traces of sadness or anger about their situation) Jack and Elsa simply chuckled as they looked at their companions having monologues about their newfound immortality. Then they looked at one another.

"Well," Jack started, "immortal or not, I'm always going to love you," he made his feelings clear once again.

"And I'm always going to love you," Elsa answered him along with a kiss, "Now that I can live forever, we can do anything we want and we have our whole lives to do them."

"Yeah. Our whole lives…" the winter spirit grinned.

Just before another kiss, Olaf tugged on Elsa's skirt.

"Yes, Olaf?" Elsa turned to the little snowman.

"So, if Elsa's immortal…that means I'll live forever, too?" he asked them.

"Definitely, little buddy," Jack said as he patted Olaf on the head. The little danced and jumped around after.

"Hooray! Boy, oh boy!"

The couple laughed and then leaned towards each other for another kiss, celebrating the eternal life that they would be spending together with themselves and their friends.
