Everyone stood in awe at the revelation before them. All were silent… until Manny began to stutter.

"M-m-m-mother N-n-nature?!"He panicked in disbelief, "B-b-but th-th-that's i-impossible! Brain Malfunction." Then he fainted and fell on the Lion Constellation.

"No,no, no. That's impossible." North rejected the idea of Time's "sister" being reincarnated in a body of a 17 year-old, "Mother Nature. She couldn't be…"

"Star Works. Cloud Bouncing.'The Wet Tree Incident'?" Kat enumerated, "Anything else that some of us shouldn't know, Timmy?"

"Timmy." Manny giggled, "Suddenly I have a clear understanding of the situation and have no more intention of ending my life in madness. (eye twitches in a creepy way)"

"Wait." Realization struck Goose, " .The animals. You knew this whole time didn't you?"

Time's expression turned to shock as the other spirits turned to him for an answer.

"I didn't believe it at first." Time's face darkened, "Nature this. Nature that. Do you realize how sick I was of being reminded of how superior my sister was than me? All those years trapped in solitude, only to wake up in this new world, and the one word, that one single pathetic word… It only took one pathetic word just to wake me from my slumber. And he of all people had the guts to…"

"Who's he?" Jack asked.

"Was 'he' the one who will be 'pleased to know'?" Goose asked, only to have Time laugh at her statement.

"Nothing escapes you, huh?" Time asked, "We did say we never cared of being believed in, didn't we? It was never about the children, but it was about taking over that pathetic world."

"Under the rule of one being." Pitch added, "Along with a few other worlds."

"I can't believe you knew about this and never told me." Kat said.

"Well now you know." Pitch leered close to his daughter's face, "After all, you've already became part of our world, didn't you?"

"I was never a part of your world." Kat retorted, "Nor will I ever be."

"You wouldn't want to disappoint your only family," Pitch asked in a mocking tone, "would you?"

That's when memories flashed back to Kat's mind…

Waking up in a dark cave…

Racing with Jack…

The snowball fights…

Another race with Jack…

Playing with animals, especially Natura…

"I…" Kat began to speak as another memory flashed in her head…

A young Kat watches as her father returned home and got of his horse. Instead of following her father, she went up to the horse and tried touching its snout only for the horse to rear. The General appeared behind Kat before she could fall on her back.

"Not this one, Sweetheart." The General said as he patted the horse's snout to calm it down, "Not old Onyx. Now come on. And don't forget to close your eyes." Kat took her father's hand and closes her eyes as he led her away.

When she opened them, the first thing she saw was a pony, a beautiful pony with coat as golden as the sun. Kat gazed before slowly reaching for its snout, only to remember what almost happen to her last time. The pony just slowly walked towards her and lowers its head. The frightened girl slowly touched its snout. Suddenly, her fear turned to a smile as she hugged the pony's head.

A neigh echoes inside the dark corners of a cave as a young girl lays unconscious in the cold floor. The girl woke up only to see a golden pony in front of her.

"Natura?" The girl gently touched the pony's snout as it nuzzled for her to get up. They managed to almost reach the opening of the cave before the earth shook, causing the entrance to be sealed as the girl's lifeless hand began reaching towards the darkening light.

"I already have a family." Kat glared at a surprised Pitch before snaring him in a plant. Another battle erupted between Time and the Guardians as they were joined by the other spirits and their companions.

"You think you're so all-powerful?" Time taunted, "You don't have what it takes to be Guardians!"

"We don't." Kat replied calmly, "And we're not Guardians. But they, are our friends." The group looked at her in confusion before North deflected one of Time's attacks.

One of Time's owls tried to strike their sharp talons at Jack only to be stopped by a pair of cymbals clashed behind it. Jack turned around only to face a mischievous April giving him a thumbs-up, standing next to an unconscious owl. Another owl was ready to strike at Sandy but a black cat strolled passed it, followed by another cat, and another, and another cat riding a unicycle while juggling salt-shakers. When it finally stopped, the owl twirled its feather on one side of its head and made a "coo-coo" sound, thinking of the whole thing as a nonsense, until it got bumped by another owl.

"We sure could use the help we could get." Jack told Kat as the others were busy fighting the owls. That's when an idea popped inside Kat's mind.

"And I know just the place." Kat replied as she closed her eyes and a circle of light surrounded everyone in a flash.

In Burgess, Jamie was sleeping in his room when a glimpse of light caught his eyes, causing him to wake-up. The other children who were awoken by the same light were already staring through their bedroom windows, gazing at the ray of light appearing in the middle of the town. Jamie then notices something growing in his windowsill. As soon as he wiped the window frame, his eyes widened at the sight of flowers growing rapidly near his house, each with its own multi-colored hue. The same phenomenon was happening in the other children's house.

As soon as the light dispersed, the group found themselves in the middle of Burgess, right next to the hedge of Natura.

"If you think being in the presence of you little pony will help you, think again." Time taunted.

"I know." Kat replied confidently, "How about this thought?" Kat walked towards the hedge of Natura and touched it. The hedge glowed until it was encased in a leaf-like cocoon. Moments later, the cocoon sprouted into a flower and out emerged a golden winged unicorn with flowers adorning its mane, which shocks the entire group (even the reindeers who opened their mouths in astonishment. The creature trotted towards Kat and lowered its head for her to touch, "Hey there, Natura."

"NATURA?!" The group asked in surprise.

"Natura?" A happy Rudolph asked in reindeer language, before fainting.

"Kat, wait!" Jack called before Kat could mount on Natura. He held out one hand were one flower laid, "You might want to accessorize for the occasion." As he places the wilted flower on Kat's hair, it immediately bloomed… along with Kat!

Kat's nightgown became a long- sleeved dress with a leaf-like design endowned on both sides of the skirt. The frills of her sleeves were rose-like and she wore leaf-designed open-toed sandals. One part of her hair was braided in a way as if she was wearing a wreath while the rest of her hair were adorned with leaves of different shapes and sizes and flower petals. When the transformation was complete, the others could only stare in awe (again) while the animals whistled.

As Kat examined her new self, she felt a gentle nudge on her back. She turned around to see Natura motioning her for a ride. Kat gladly took the honor as she led her friends to battle.

Unbeknownst to everyone, a figure was running in the middle of a heavy snowfall only to bump into another figure and fall on the snowy ground.

"Jamie?" One of the figures asked.

"Pippa?" Jamie asked as his other friends helped him up, "What are you guys doing here?"

"Well duh. The same reason why you're here."Pippa replied, "Why are you here exactly?" That's when a yellow light was shot into the sky, creating a firework-like display.

"That's why." The Jamie and his friends pointed in unison as they heard a rustle from the bushes.

Meanwhile, the battle between good and evil continued. While the others were fending off Time's owls and Pitch's Nightmares, the "Guardians" were busy fighting Pitch. Unknown to the group, Time was about to strike at Manny from behind when a large vine wrapped itself on his wrist and pulled him towards a tree.

"Didn't I tell you it's rude to sneak up on other people and point your staff at them?" Kat asked as Time lay on the ground after the impact. Time just shot a beam of light at her only to be countered by a shot of lighting Kat summoned as she jumped off Natura.

"You may be my reincarnated sister, but you do not possess the skills and powers you once held back then." Time taunted as he transformed his staff into a spear and began attacking Kat until she fell to the ground.

"KAT!" Jack screamed as Time strikes his spear at Kat only to be blocked by a leaf-designed shield. Kat got up and smiled at a surprise Time as her shield disappeared only to be replaced by a scythe which he clashed with Time's spear.

"A scythe?" Bunny asked as he punched an Owl that was about to attack from behind.

"It runs in the family." Kat shrugged as she blocked another attack from Time.

Meanwhile, the Spirits' smaller helpers were being overpowered by the Owls and Nightmares as Lucky's cats were being pinned down by the Owls and the Nightmares stomped on Turkey's gourds as if they were stepping on fallen fruit.

"Looks like you're running low on help." Pitch taunted. That's when a rustling sound caught the entire group's attention as they all turned their gaze towards the source. Not only were the bushes rustling, but the trees shook as animals of all shapes and sizes emerged from the forests and charged at the Nightmares and Owls, freeing the smaller helpers in the process. As the group stood in surprise, something riding on one of the deer's' back caught Jack's attention.

"Jamie?" Jack asked in surprise as Jamie and his friends were riding various animals and enjoying themselves, even Cupcake who was riding on a small pony (poor guy could barely carry her).

"Let's do it again!" Jamie cried as he and his friends climbed off the animals (thank goodness for the pony).

He then turned his gaze at Kat who was busy fighting Time that she didn't notice the Nightmares charging at her until Time stepped out of the way.

"Kat, look out!" Jamie cried only for Kat to summon water from a nearby pond to wash the Nightmares away before intertwining them in giant vines.

"This is embarrassing." Onyx whinnied as the other two Nightmares whinnied in response.

"Mother Nature." A stunned Jamie said as Kat smiled at him, before blocking another blow from Time which made Jamie asked in confusion, "Father Time?"

"He doesn't look that old." Caleb said.

"Seriously?" Turkey asks in disbelief, "I mean come on; he still has those old man wrinkles. And see that little dot behind his neck…"

"Don't, you, there!" Time warned before he could continue. He looked at the Moon before turning his staff back to its original form. An aura formed around him as his eyes turned red, "It's time to end this." He aimed his staff at the Moon and the sky began to darken.

"The shadows awaken!" Pitch exclaims, "And soon the other worlds will be enveloped in total Darkness!"

"No!" Kat and Jack both froze Time but the sky kept darkening until the Moon was nowhere to be seen.

"My dear little Kitty Kat, do you really think that a bunch of childish Fairy Tales and a few misfit Myths and Legend could overcome the power of Darkness?" Pitch mocked, "When will you learn that the Dark has always come before the Earth? And soon shall the other worlds!"

"That's never going to happen." Jamie stepped in much to Pitch's humor.

"Oh please." Pitch mocked, "I can't believe I wasted my time making a bunch of human midgets believe in me."

"Well I know who to believe in." Maggie stepped in as she smiled at Kat as she extended her arm. The others followed her lead and soon everyone were holding hands as Kat began to glow.

"No!" Pitch tried to stop her but was stopped by Natura.

Kat's glow grew brighter. As she opened her glowing orange eyes, the glow enveloped the entire darkness that it shot through the sky and into the Moon which began to regain back its light.

Kat's glow disappeared as her eyes went back to normal. The group stared in awe at the night sky which was now filled with multiple dots of twinkling stars. Kat happily stared at the stars above her until she noticed her "brother" still encased in his icy prison and began walking towards him. She placed a hand on the prison and it began to burn, melting the entire ice. Time fell on all fours as his icy prison completely melted away.

"This" Kat raised her arms to the stars above, " is the true power of those who follow in the path of their hearts and the hearts of those who taught them. Now is the time for you to find your true place and follow your heart, Timmy." Time just stood in place as he clenched his staff until he shot a beam at Kat only to be blocked by Manny's shield.

"If you think, "An angry Time raised his staff, " I have even the slightest thought, I'll…" Before he could say or do anything, Pitch grabbed his wrist and shook his head in warning at a surprised Time.

"This isn't over." Pitch said to the group as his eyes began to glow red and the Nightmares and Owls began to surround him and Time. The "Guardians" rushed to them only for Pitch, Time and their minions to completely vanish into thin air.

The group was completely stunned, especially Kat. Suddenly, she felt a gentle nudge on her back and turned to face Natura as she gestured on the children happily playing with the little animals, even Maggie who was playing with her favorite Puppy. Kat smiled as held both her hand together, shooting a flurry of petals in the sky. The children's smile grew wider as the petals fell like rain.

In a young girl's room, a small orb of light fluttered at her window. The light caused the girl to wake up as she got out of her bed and went up to her window. She wiped the fog off her window to see a flurry of petals falling from the sky. Other children were soon staring through their windows and watch in awe at the magnificent display in front of them as the group made their way back to town.

The kids continued to watch the petals until someone threw a snowball at Jamie's head. Jamie turned around to see Maggie whistling casually, until she reveals a snowball in her hand and threw it at Jamie who ducked, causing the snowball to hit Manny. At first, Manny seams angry, until he smiled as his Constellations appeared behind him, each with a snowball in its hands, paws, talons, etc. They threw the snowball at the two children while Jamie tried to shield them both with a trash can lid while screaming, "Retreat!"

Luckily, the others kids came just in time to save them and threw snowballs back at the Spirits and the "Guardians". Soon everyone got into another snowball fight. Even the animals joined in the fray as Baby Tooth carried a heavy snowball and dropped it on a distracted Pippa who was busy throwing snowballs. Manny felt a tug on his pants and look down to see the little boy he helped earlier giving him his star back. He picked up the boy and ran around while giving him a ride on his back as the other children joined in the fun. Natura was playing with Goose's birds when Rudolph approached her shyly with a rose. Natura took the rose and kissed Rudolph on the cheek as the Reindeer blushed and his nose turned red before falling to the ground. Even Butch was taking fancy on a local hound, a local greyhound.

Kat and Jack were still throwing snowballs at the kids until they bumped each other on the back. For a moment they gave each other shy smiles, until Jamie screamed as he rode on his snowboard and bumped into them.

"Sorry about that, Mother Nature." Jamie said as he helped a surprised Kat up.

"Seriously?" She asked, "Why the sudden 'Mother' bit? I'm still me."

"Well, you are…" Jack replied only to be interrupted.

"Come on. This isn't me." Kat said as she reverted back to her old clothes, "This is me. A fun-loving, nature-loving, animal-loving teenage spirit who wants nothing more to bring people together, may they be friends, families or maybe even a bunch of wacky Spirits. Just as how the Guardians taught me."

"Aww!" North said, "Well…"

"I, wasn't really referring to you guys." Kat interrupted sheepishly, surprising the "Guardians" as she stared at the night sky, "But they would have been proud to have a group of special Keepers watching over their domain."

"'Keepers'?" Jack asked as the group looked at each other and then back to Kat, "Is that what we were meant to be?" Kat nodded sheepishly.

"That," North suddenly chuckled, "is much more fitting than 'Guardians', no?" The others agreed in unison.

"I'm not quite familiar with that term." Manny said, "Nor have I ever heard of it before."

"Don't you remember?" Kat asked, "That's what they called you from the moment you were born, yet they were erased from existence after their 'departure'. If only they were here…" She stopped as she noticed how the wind blew the leaves as if forming a heart-shaped pattern. Then the icicles dripped water as if in a harmonic pattern. But the weirdest thing was how the flowers blossomed, in the form of angelic wings before the petals were also carried by the wind.

"Uh, Kat?" Jack asked as Kat turned around with a surprise look on her face which suddenly turned into a smile as she grabbed Jack by the hand and dragged him towards North's sleigh while the other Spirits and Keepers followed. Maggie notices this and caught up to the group before they could go.

"Kat!" Maggie called, "You'll come back right?"

"Of course we will." Kat replied, "As long as one child believes in us, we'll be there. We'll always be there."

"Hm." North pondered, "Where have I heard that before." The others just laughed as he pulled the reins and the sleigh was carried by the 7 reindeers and 1 alicorn. The other Spirits followed them as the children, along with the animals, waved goodbye to their new friends.

"You know," Jack talked to Kat, "I was wondering; if Pitch's your dad and all, maybe we should give you a better name, Kitty Kat."

"Excuse me?" Kat asks.

"I know. I know. Bad idea," Jack said as he flashes his signature grin, "Kat Black. Hey! What about 'Black Kat'." Kat just laugh as he playfully punches Jack every time he makes a joke on her nickname.

Suddenly, Manny gains another premonition…

A garden…

A group of people wearing purple and orange T-shirts…

A group of people wielding staffs and other weapons…

Two hands holding one another…

A young girl with indigo eyes…

A dark army…

Kat hugging Pitch as another young girl watches from behind…

"Something tells me things will be much more exciting with those two around, eh?" North asked Manny, still perplexed by his premonition.

"I believe so." Manny smiled

Meanwhile, in the Lunar Lair, the gate to the Guardian's Garden suddenly opens. We see the jewel flowers still wilted until they glow in a multi-colored aura, regaining back their jewel-like bloom. The scene shifts to the paintings of the cave glowing in different aura. We shift at the angel painting. It's painted in a way as if it is sleeping, eyes closed and all. Suddenly, it smiles…
