Emma sighed. "Don't drop me."
"I won't," Neal said. "Promise."
"Your promises mean nothing to me."
"Okay, I deserved that."
"You bet you did."
He lowered her down, and she walked until she saw what could only be the dragon. Trying to avoid screaming, she pulled out the sword and held it out in front of her. The dragon roared at her, and without thinking, she threw the sword at it. It vaporized, leaving behind a vial. That had been surprisingly easy.
"Okay. What do I do with the vial?"
"I've no idea."
"What?!"
"It was just an idea, I don't really know how to break the curse!"
"Oh my god!"
"Look, just... there's a magical well on the edge of town, try pouring it in there."
"Just like that?"
"Yeah, just like that."
"Fine, okay. It'd better work."
"Hopefully it will."
"This town is so weird. Curses and weird girls locked in asylums..."
"What?"
"Oh, yeah, I found this girl named Belle in the asylum, I broke her out and left her at Granny's."
"Belle? Is that what you said?"
"Yeah. Do you know someone with that name?"
"I did, a long time ago."
"Oh. Well, good for you. So you're saying this vial thing will work?"
"It might."
"Might isn't good enough! Is it or is it not totally useless!"
"Oh, definitely not useless. It will certainly do something."
"Yeah, good-bye, Gold."
"Okay, well, so do it, Mom!"
"Henry, will you be quiet for a second?"
"Just go do it!"
"I-you know what? Fine, I'm going to do it right now. Keep an eye on your sisters."
Well, there's the well.
Should I do this?
Of course I should, I want this curse broken so I can leave.
That was anticlimactic.
Ah! Purple smoke cloud!
Is that going to break the curse? It just looks bad.
Oh no... what have I done?
