Kensi and Zach pack up their equipment and wait for Matt and Fahim to pass their location in the SUV so they can follow them to the warehouse.

THE WAREHOUSE

Matt stops just outside the warehouse out on the street. "Go to the door beside the bay doors. There's a man inside waiting for you."

"You're coming with us."

Matt shaking his head vigorously, "This is as far as I was instructed to take you. You must get out."

Fahim motions to his gun man and the man with the AK raises it up into Matt's face.

Matt looks down the barrel of the gun and nods his head. "Okay, okay." He grabs the door handle and opens the door. Still looking at the gun he slowly steps out onto the street.

Zach watches the scene from half way down the block. Kensi, in overwatch, is watching it play out from her location.

Matt cautiously walks up to the side door with Fahim's two men behind him and Fahim trailing several feet back.

Matt stops at the door. Fahim from behind, "Knock." Matt hesitates too long and Fahim's guy with the AK encourages him with a nasty blow to the lower back using the butt of the gun. Matt grunts in pain, takes a step forward, and knocks. They wait. "Again." Matt knocks again. A few moments later the door slowly opens a crack and Matt recognizes Poya.

Zach, who has made his way closer to the warehouse undetected, sees Poya look at Matt and the three men behind him.

Poya opens the door just far enough to let the men enter in single file. As they each walk into the building they are slammed against the wall and searched. The guy with the AK is stripped of his gun and thrown to the ground. Poya walks over to where Matt is pushed up against the wall. "Who are you?"

Matt, struggling unsuccessfully to get his face off the hard wall looks in Poya's direction as best as he can. "I'm the driver."

"I don't recognize you."

"Aarif couldn't make it, I took his place."

Fahim, also up against the wall, is listening to the exchange between Poya and Matt, growing more and more suspicious with each passing moment.

Poya nods to his man and the man releases Matt from the wall. Matt turns around and faces Poya. "I was told to deliver him," nodding at Fahim, "to this location by 8pm, no later than 9. He insisted that I come in."

"I'm here for my merch-"

"I know why you're here." Says Poya, then turning towards his men, "release them."

Fahim smoothes out his roughed up clothing, "I brought two extra drivers like I was told."

Poya nods. "Come." He turns to his men, "Watch them all. Any sudden or suspicious moves shoot them."

Fahim nervously, "That won't be necessary."

Poya agitated, "It's necessary until you're well on your way out of here."

They all walk to the back of the first truck in line to exit the warehouse. Poya has one of his men open the back. Fahim walks to the back of the truck and inspects the weapons. After a few moments, "I need to see the rest."

"Very well, follow me." Poya begins to lead them to the other two trucks.

Matt starts heading in the opposite direction towards the side door he came in earlier.

Poya notices and firmly says, "Stop."

Matt stops, turns around slowly, and looks directly at Poya. "You don't need me anymore."

Poya, "No, you're wrong, I do need you." and gestures to his man. Poya's man points his hand gun at Matt. "You're staying right here."

Matt looks at the man with the gun and then back at Poya, "But you don't . . ."

Poya losing all patience, "Silence, no discussion, you're staying!"

Matt breathes out a deep sigh and shrugs his shoulders in defeat.

Zach hearing everything that is going on inside the warehouse through Matt's earwig says calmly, "As soon as they open the bay door or you give the distress word we'll make our move." Matt looks around the warehouse looking for anything that can help them if this whole thing goes sideways.

After looking at the rest of the merchandise in the other two trucks Fahim turns to Poya, "These are acceptable."

Poya nods his head. "We aim to please."

Fahim asks, "What about him?" Gesturing towards, Matt.

"You go . . . he stays."

Surprised, Matt yells, "What!" And begins to approach Poya.

Poya's man hits Matt on the back of the head with his gun, he collapses to the ground, unconscious.

Kensi and Zach immediately recognize the familiar sound of a hit, a moan, and a drop. Then they hear Poya, "Move him. We'll deal with him later."

Kensi instinctually begins to move from her current position to a closer one. Kensi through Matt's comm, "Matt . . . Matt!"

OUTSIDE THE WAREHOUSE

Zach still remarkably calm says through the comm, "Kensi, get down here, we're going to breach. I'll meet you in the alley." Then, "Granger where are you?" Zach waits for a response and finally gets one.

"Minutes behind."

Kensi making her way to the alley, "We're not waiting."

Granger, "We don't know how many men are in there."

Zach sternly, "We're not waiting."

Granger, aware that he has no control of this team's decisions especially over comms, tries to reason with Zach. "Don't jeopardize the rest of this mission by going in prematurely. Matt knew what he was getting into. I order you -" Zach switched off his comm to Granger.

Kensi rounds the corner of the alley just in time to see Zach shake his head and say to no one in particular. "Blah, blah, blah."

Dusk has fallen and movement on the streets is easier. In the alley they quietly stand along the side of one of the buildings that run along the alley way. They listen for any noise coming from Matt's comm hoping against hope that they hear him.

Moments later Kensi whispers, "Is that . . .?"

Zach, "breathing? I believe so." Kensi grabs Zach's shoulder and they both smile.

With a sense of hope Zach says, "Come on let's get in there."

"Are we going in guns blazing or stealth?"

"Seeing how we don't know how many are in there or what the layout of the place is I say stealth, but be ready to do a little blazing."

Kensi readies her AK and smiles, "Works for me."

Zach nods and returns her smile, "Let's do this."

They cautiously walk to the end of the alley. Kensi looks both ways down the street and turns to Zach. "I'll do a perimeter search."

Zach grabs her arm just before she goes out to the street. "I think I should do it." Kensi looks at him questioningly. "We're already pushing our luck with you out here in just a keffiyeh. If you get stopped it will be hard explaining why you, a woman, is out at night without a chaperone, but with a weapon."

Kensi looks at him for a beat ready to argue, but realizes he's right. She nods her head in agreement and Zach takes off down the street in front of the warehouse.

Meanwhile back in the warehouse Matt regains consciousness and moans.

Kensi waiting in the alley in the shadows for Zach to return from his perimeter search, "Matt? Matt are you back to the land of the living?"

"Just barely. What did I miss?"

Not much, we're just about ready to breach."

Matt is laying on the ground. He takes a moment to look around the small room which looks like a storage closet. He gets up carefully ignoring the thumping in his head and quietly tests the knob on the door. To his surprise it turns. He slowly opens the door a crack and looks out into the warehouse. He takes a couple of minutes to survey the warehouse. He closes the door just as quietly making sure it doesn't make a sound and alert the guard right outside the door.

He returns his attention back to Kensi. "Don't."

"What?"

"I'm fine, they didn't even tie me up. They have one guy guarding the door. I'm in a storage closet off the main warehouse."

Just then Zach returns from his perimeter search. "There's one back door and the windows on the sides of the building are high. They're also dirty. Difficult to see in and out I would imagine."

Matt, always the strategist,"Guards posted in the back?"

"No, they're not expecting anyone."

"Let's wait for them to open the bay doors."

Zach clicks on his comm to include Granger, "Granger?"

"I'll deal with you later, Zach."

"I don't know what you're talking about."

Granger ignoring Zach's comment. "We're here."

Matt moves his neck from side to side to keep the soreness at bay and rubs the welt that has developed on the back of his head. "Granger set up around the warehouse. Zach just did a perimeter search and there's nothing out of the ordinary."

"What's the plan?"

"Shoot anyone who comes out of the warehouse. Except me of course."

Just then Matt hears the roar of each of the trucks resound through the warehouse. He approaches the door and opens it a bit to see out. He looks over the situation and closes the door."They're about to bug out. Kensi, you and Zach head to the front of the warehouse near the SUV. That should give you some cover."

Zach reading Matt's mind. "We'll wait until the trucks have exited the warehouse and before they get onto the street before we try to stop them. Granger do you copy?"

"Copy."

Matt rummaging around the small storage closet looking for something to use as a weapon. "I'll neutralize the guard outside this door on your signal and attack from within." Matt smiles to himself, he's found a weapon of sorts.

Kensi, "Will do Matt. Moving."

Zach and Kensi get into position behind the SUV just as the warehouse bay doors begin to open. The tension in the air is palpable. They both look around the neighborhood. The neighbors seem to know something is about to happen. The streets are deserted.

The bay doors open completely. Kensi says, "No one get itchy trigger fingers."

The first truck starts to creep slowly out of the warehouse. Fahim is driving. Zach says, "Kens, can you take Fahim? If you can stop him it will stop the convoy."

Without skipping a beat. "You bet."

Zach almost in a whisper and his gun in position. "Wait for it."

The second truck pulls out right behind the first truck, barely 3 feet between them.

Matt in the storage closet takes a hold of the door knob with one hand and his make shift weapon in the other and waits for the signal.

"Wait for it." Zach says again just as he sees the third truck begin to exit the warehouse. He lets it travel a few more feet and says to Kensi, "Now."

Kensi, who has had her sites on Fahim since Zach asked her to take him out, fires one shot.

Matt hears the shot, quickly opens the storage closet door surprising the guard, and hits and chokes him with a broom handle until he's unconscious. He begins to make his way to the front of the warehouse.

Zach hearing commotion through his earwig, "Matt?"

"I'm clear. I'm coming your way."

Fahim's truck comes to a stop blocking the second and third trucks behind him.

The driver of the second truck, which is unable to move forward because of Fahim's truck or backwards because of the third truck, gets out.

Poya grabs an assault weapon from its hiding place near the bay door and begins firing wildly out in the streets. He yells to no one in particular, "Close the bay door!"

Zach, ducking behind the SUV for cover from Poya's onslaught, finds an opening and kills the second trucker just before he can get to cover.

Kensi and Zach fire at Poya and his men, stationed at the opening of the warehouse, careful not to fire carelessly and hit Matt in case he's in the general vicinity.

The warehouse door lands on the hood of the third truck unable to close all the way. Poya, not believing what he's seeing, yells to the third truck driver, "Back up, back up."

The third driver, an inexperienced young man, panics for a moment not sure of what to do. Finally, he understands what Poya is saying and begins to put the truck in reverse. Just then Matt comes out of the shadows, and fires upon the third truck killing the driver.

Poya and his men, start backing up and firing at anything that moves. Matt ducks for cover behind the third truck.

When their gun fire stops, Zach says over comms, "Matt, we're moving in."

Matt, peering over the hood and into the warehouse doesn't see Poya, but sees his men in a gun battle with Granger and the Special Forces Team.

Kensi and Zach approach the warehouse bay doors cautiously and slip under.

Matt turns quickly and raises his gun at the sound of them coming up. He sees that it's Zach and Kensi and immediately brings his gun down. "What took you so long?"

Kensi comes over and crouches beside Matt looking over the hood of the truck, "We were a little busy."

Zach walking along the side of the third truck and peeking around it, "While you were hanging out in a closet we were taking care of business."

Matt looks around the warehouse from behind the truck. Granger and his Special Forces Team have taken Poya's men out quickly and efficiently. They never stood a chance. "Uh, huh. Follow me."

Matt leads them out to the SUV and opens the driver's side door.

Zach looks down at the SUV's bullet ridden body. "Wow, I hope it still runs." He opens the passenger side door.

Matt grins over at him, brushes the windshield and side window glass off the seat, and gets in.

Kensi opens the back door and does the same, "Let's go home fellas before we're asked to drive those trucks," she gestures over to the trucks still idling in the driveway of the warehouse, "to some super secret location."

Matt turns the key and the SUV struggles to start."Perfect."

Zach shakes his head and rubs his forehead. "The Jeep's just down the street."

"That's an even better idea."

They get out and head towards the Jeep. This time Zach gets in the driver's side. Matt is about to get into the Jeep but remembers something and heads back to the SUV. He crawls under the SUV and a few minutes later comes back to the Jeep holding the tracking device.
