Oz's POV:

I was walking through the woods. Everything was all dark.

"Oz", whispered someone.

I turned around and tried to find the voice.

"Oz", said the same voice.

The voice sounded like Alice. She sounded like she was hurt or scared. I kept walking down the road and I saw a little girl on the ground. I ran to her and picked her up. She looked at me and it was Alice. She had the same hair and eyes. She was adorable. She was crying.

"Oz", she said crying, "Why did you leave me for so long?"

I hugged her tight.

"I'm sorry for taking so long", I whispered.

"I'm glad you are here", said Alice, "Finally I can rest."

I smiled at her. She closed her eyes and she started to feel cold. I kept walking trying to warm her up. She got colder and colder and I looked down. Her skin was white as snow and she didn't breathe or move. I shook her.

"Alice", I said loudly.

Then she dissolved. I looked around and then there was a shining light. I looked up and there was Alice. She didn't look like really young she was a bit older. She flew down to me. She walked to me.

"Oz", she whispered.

She touched my cheek and she had brought me close. She looked wonderful, I couldn't take my eyes off of her.

"You were gone too long", she whispered.

She hugged me tightly and I smiled.

"Wake up now", said Alice.

I looked at her.

"But I don't want to", I said.

Then a big bird came down on me and dropped a coconut on my head. I groaned from the pain.

I woke up quickly. I looked around. It was my room. I was home. Wait...I was home and at home wa Alice! I quickly got out of bed and ran to Alice's room. I opened the door and she wasn't there. I went downstairs and she wasn't there either. Break was busy drinking tea.

"Where's Alice?" I asked.

"She's not here", said Break.

"Why?" I asked.

"The contract is over. She's gone", he said.

"What?" I asked.

Break nodded. I slumped down on a chair. I saw a small box.

"What is that?" I asked.

"Open it", said Break.

I opened it and there were two beautiful rings.

"They are from Sharon", said Break.

"But its too late", I sighed.

"Not really", said Break.

I looked at him and then at the rings. He gave me a smile. I quickly went up to get ready. I ran outside and I tried to find Alice. I looked everywhere. She wasn't here. I took the horse and went out. I looked everywhere. I even went to Gil's house. I knocked on the door and Gil opened it.

"Oz-", started Gil.

I walked past him quickly and went up the stairs. Gil grabbed my arm.

"Oz", said Gil.

"What?" I said.

"You know she isn't yours", said Gil.

"She will be", I said.

I shrugged off his arm and opened the door. There was Alice sitting in a chair reading a book. She looked up and saw me.

"Oz", she said quietly.

She quickly got up and just looked at me. Her eyes showed happiness. I took a step forward. She didnt move.

"Alice", I said.

"Yes?" she asked.

I walked to her and got on one knee.

"I will always love you and I will take care of you and make you happy", I said, "So will you answer my question. Will you marry me?"

I opened the ring box and held it out to her. She smiled and tears were forming in her eyes. She nodded and just looked at me. I got up and took out the ring. I put it on her slipped it on her finger. It fit perfectly. I looked at her smiling. She kissed me quickly. I looked at her surprised. Gil came in and clapped.

"Congrats", he said smiling, "You better leave before Mr. White comes."

I looked at him and nodded. I took Alice out and put her on my horse. We rode back to our house. We got there and Break came to greet us. Break smiled and nodded.

"Welcome to our family", said Break.

She nodded. We went inside. Then we got down to business. We discussed our plan.

"Ok so we prepare a party", I said, "Then we go and invite all the people from the village. Then we invite him saying that he can have Alice. Then we would celebrate. He likes to drink so we put some poison in his drink and then we go bam."

"But what if he doesn't drink?" asked Alice?

"Then we shall have to surround him like a cat surrounding a mouse", I said.

"I shall gather all the men in this village and I shall try to make a meeting that will occur in this house", said Break.

"Alice", I said.

"Yes?" she answered.

"Will you stay strong and go along with the act?" I asked

She nodded.

"To see my father fall, I will", she said.

"Break, you need to tell Gil about our plan", I said, "Once he's cornered he may ask Gil to come and help him."

Break nodded.

"He may have reinforcements", I said.

"Oz, Abyss might be able to help", said Alice, "She's coming back."

"I can also invite the Nightrays to our fancy party", said Break.

"Perfect", I said, "We shall do this party next Tuesday."

After our little session, I went to Sharon's grave. I put down flowers and I sat down.

"Hey Sharon", I said.

I looked down.

"Sorry, it took so long to come here", I whispered, "You did your best and now you rest in peace." I always looked up to you...Thanks for the gift. The rings are beautiful. We'll make sure to take care of Break."

After that meeting, I went to Sharon's grave and I sat down next to her.

"Sorry for coming so late", I whispered.

I just sat there for the rest of the day. I was looking at the horizon and I wiped away my tears. I punched the tree that was next to me and it hurted alot. I was so angry that I wasn't able to protect all my loved ones. I looked up at the sky.

"Why must I live this way?" I asked myself.

Alice's POV:

I was with Break in the library. We were just relaxing. I was making the fake. I looked over and I saw Break wipe his eyes. I got up and hugged him from behind.

"You miss her huh?" I asked him softly.

He didn't say a word.

"I'm sorry Break", I whispered.

"It's ok", he said.

I turned him around.

"You need to move on Break", I said, "I know it may be painful, but don't live your life in a miserable state."

He smiled and nodded. I wiped his tears away and held his cheeks in my hands.

"Sharon wants you happy and so do I", I said in a soothing voice.

"I promise", he said, "I will try to stay happy."

I smiled and hugged him. We were silent for a while and he looked at me.

"Is it possible to ask for a contract?" he asked softly.

"What kind of contract", I asked.

"That I will be your guardian until I die", he said.

"Are you sure you want that?" I asked.

He nodded. He went close to me. I backed up for a moment.

"Then Break, you shall make a contact with me saying that you will always be my guardian until you die", I whispered.

He gave me a light kiss on the lips. His lips were soft, squishy, and sweet. No wonder he ate sweets everyday. A golden light came around him and created a chain around his neck and then a gold feather was made and was attatched to the golden chain. After he backed away I grew red.

"What was that for?" I asked.

"Well, that's how I make contracts", he said.

That's an odd way of doing that. I blushed a lot. Then Oz came in and he looked so pale. I ran to him and hugged him tightly. His warm strong body held mine. I smelled blood and I looked at his hands. They were all bandaged. I looked at him. He smiled and shook his head.

"I'm fine", he said.

He held me closer like he didn't want to let me go.

"Oz" I said blushing.

"Don't leave", he mumbled.

Break was leaving and he gave me a smile before closing the door. I smiled. Oz pulled away and gave me a light kiss on the lips.

"Tastes sweet", he said.

I blushed. He kissed me again and again. I hugged him tightly.

"I'm glad you are back", I said.

"Same", he said.

were bloody. I backed away quickly.

"Oz...you are bleeding", I said.

Oz looked at me with those dark blue eyes. Break quietly left. Oz walked to me. He hugged me tightly.

"Alice", he said.

"Oz", I said softly.

I pulled away and I made him sit down.

"Here let help your hands", I said.

Oz nodded. I went to go get some hot water and some bandages. I came in and started cleaning his hands. I gently washed his hands. Then I wrapped it with bandages. I got up to throw out the water, but he grabbed my waist and pulled me close ro him.

"Oz", I said quietly.

"Don't go", he mumbled.

Iooked at him and smiled. I sat next tp him and wrapped me arms around his neck and pulled him close.

"I know your heart is in pain", I said, "I know you miss her."

He nodded and looked at me.

"Oz", I said, "We will avenge Sharon."

Oz nodded. He put his head on my lap and he closed his eyes.

"I love you", he said.

"I love you too", I said.

A few days later...

I crouched looked at the clock. It was almost time for the party to start. The people came streaming in. Then Mr. White was tthere. I looked down and Oz came from behind me.

"We can do this", he whispered.

He walked away and went to shake my father's hand. Gil was there and he nodded at me. The people from the village was there also. Oz came to the podium and touched the mic.

"Ladies and gentlemen", said Oz, "I have am announcement to make."

Everyone got quiet and looked at him.

"Today is a day where I make a decision to give Alice to Mr. White", he said, 'A father .must always be with their daughter."

Everyone nodded and agreed. I came next to Oz. Oz grabbed my hand and led me to Mr. White.

"I finally understand how a daughter must always be with her father", said Oz, "Please accept my apology and forgive me."

Mr. White smiled and nodded.

"You are right" he said.

I gave him a fake smile. Break came from behind me and took my arm.

"I'll make sure she won't run away sir", he said.

Mr. White nodded and smiled. Then the food and drinks came out and we all drank and laughed. After hours Oz came to him with the special wine.

"Ah", he said, "The best wine for the best man!"

Mr. White smiled and laughed loudly. Oz poured him a drink and Mr. White drank some.

"This is delicious", he said.

I waited for him to die but nothing happened. I blinked and started to get nervous. Gil and Vincent came up to me.

"Change of plans", Gil said, "We plan to drain his powers and give them to you.

I saw from the corner of my eye and I saw Mr. White pouring a drink to Oz. Oz laughed and drank a sip. Then he gave the cup to Break and he walked over to me.

"Drink", he said.

I drank and I felt a good warm feeling go through my veins.

"Good", he said.

It was time to do this. I look at the clock. There were only 30 minutes left. I walked to Oz and he nodded. He walked away.

"Mr. White-" I started to say.

"Call me father", he said sternly.

"Father", I said with great difficulty, "Don't you think its time to go?"

"No you stupid girl", he said.

My hands were balled in a fist.

"You are the worst father ever", I said.

"You are mine", he snorted.

"I don't belong to you", I said, "You cant be in control of me!"

"Yes I can", he said sternly.

He slapped my facw hard.

"You are in my possession", he said.

I looked at him angrily and smiled.

"You killed mom", I said, "You killed Sharon."

I punched his face and I heard a crack. He screamed. Then his guards came in, but the village people stopped them.

He stood up and attacked me. He pushed me to a wall and grabbed my throat.

"I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" he cried.

I grabbed his hand and cracked it. He screamed and let go of my throat. He fell to the floor. His guards started to stream in and surrounded me. I beat them all in one go. I took out my scythe and walked to him.

"You are sent to death for killing those people", I said calmly.

Mr. White backed away quickly. He got on his knees.

"Please sweetie don't hurt me", he pleaded.

I scoffed.

"No", I said.

Mr. White backed to a wall and closed his eyes.

"You are dead", I said.

I sliced him and he groaned. I stabbed him and he screamed.

"You will surely die for this!" he cried out.

He died and I pulled my sword from him and looked at him with discust.

"I hate you", I said.

The villagers burned his body. I looked at the bonfire and Break came up to me.

"It's all over", he said.

I nodded and leaned against him. Break smiled. Oz came and wrapped his arms around my waist.

"It's done", he said.

We both looked at the bonfire smiling. This would be a great life after all.

"I love you", Oz said.

"I love you too", I said smiling.

A few years later, Oz and I got married and we went traveling all over the world to fight the bad. Break and Abyss were somewhat in love and they tagged along with us. Just being with a family just makes me happy and so it was that. I went to my father's house and checked what he had. He had lots of money and we changed his house into story of how everything ended as a happily ever after. Who knows maybe you have a story to tell about your life.
