NEW YEARS DAY!

It's 2014 and I can't wait to start the year with a chapter by yours truly!

Chapter 14

''In my report so far is that machines called Gigaremos was the culprit on the sound producing sound waves in the near by area. They are able to hypnotize Pokémon and control them to do the users bidding. A organization call Dim Sun that seem to want to take over the Region as well as the world, they seem to conduct the production of the Gigaremos and seem to go somewhat far in their experiment. In order to dispose of the machine you must get help by a Pokémon but some Gigaremos are different from others. In order to tell, you must pay attention to the color. So far I have seen Red, Blue, Green and Yellow so they take different elements to discard. And that's so far in my investigation.''

''This situation seems to be more bigger than I comprehended...''

''Sir, by any chance did you find anything in the School?''

''Actually yes, in the basement we seem to find several documents but they seemed to be damage. We are already trying to decode and recover the documents to see if we can get any useful information.''

''That's good to hear.''

''Hitomi, I have to ask you...do you want to continue on the assignment?''

Her heart nearly stop, does she need to leave? N-no!

''Even if this is my first mission, I would like to continue it till everything is resolved. I need to end what I started, Sir.''

''That's good to hear you determination, that was a test and you pasted with flying colors. You will continued but I will provide back up when you are not able to reach a certain destination.''

''Alright, Sir. But I need to cut off, my leader is calling me, I will update you when anything big happens. Goodbye.''

Piles and piles of cups were already done by Barlow and the rest of the base. It seemed that Big Bertha stopped by the base and offered everyone her region well known Milk Pudding.

One taste and Kate was addicted to it. It was better than sweet tea, it was sweeter and it was so light with cream dashing into it. It pure rich in it's flavor, no wonder it was region famous.

''What is wrong with you!? Just giving the poor boy just a spoon full!?''

Barlow was now up against a very pissed off Bertha.

''H-he doesn't want to help us with our investigation at all!'' Barlow held his hands in defense, hoping that she won't release her full rage at him. She gave him a angry pout then walked to Ollie.

Big Bertha then began to feed him more of her Milk Pudding.

She looked at Elaine a bit disappointed, ''I thought you were going to help me, Elaine.''

''You said it yourself that this was unfair...Opps never mind you were going to feed him when no one was looking.'' Everyone glanced backed at Elaine as she was red beaded. Big Bertha gave a small grin as she continued to feed Ollie.

When it was all gone, he just looked straight down at the floor, it seemed like he was thinking. But that crushed Kate's hypothesize when he looked straight up and started to tear up.

''I-I DON'T DESERVE THIS!'' He cried.

''He talks?'' Elaine questions, obviously trying to be funny.

''That fire is all because of me! I spilled the oil tank on the Gigaremo then sparks were flying everywhere then it exploded leading the fire!'' He took a deep breath before continuing. ''My friend offered my the small job and I was short on money so I accepted it. I-I didn't know what the heck they do they just told me to set them up and I'll get my money.''

''Untie him, Nature.''

Kate went over and tried to untie him but the ropes were just too tight, was wasn't able to budge them. Elaine sighed then cut him free with her lucky pocket knife then started to treat his rope burns and still being gentle on his skin. She avoid eye contact with Ollie because on Big Bertha outburst early on.

Kate could help but smile as she snuck a picture. She walked outside then looked at the picture, she couldn't help but laugh on how red Elaine was treating his wounds.

''H-hey Kellyn?'' Ollie yelled as he rushed out of the base. Kate hid the picture behind herself before responding, ''Yes?''

''Could you please escort me to my...Friend's house?'' Kate glanced down at the picture then smirked, she just dying to play match maker.

''Umm...I'm still new to the town but Elaine over there has been here for a few years so you could ask her. And besides I promised my mother that I would visit my little sister today to see if she's doing well.'' A small while lie during that expel of information.

He thanked her before heading inside, she saw Elaine blush got even redder then shot the death look at Kate but she shrugged it off before heading towards her house.

''How you holding up?'' Kate asked as she gripped to her little sister hand.

Mary Jane was still currently on her bed still recovering her leg and a few burn marks. Kate had to find out that she broke her leg when she was got stuck under that log.

''Better than yesterday...'' She murmured, but her eyes screamed something else and knowing her little sister she took a quick notice. ''You ok? You seemed a bit out of it. This isn't the Mj I know and love.''

She looked down at her ring that she got from their dad, she looked up about to cry, ''...I just had a dream that I grew up never seeing dad again.'' Kate pulled her into a hug and started to cry with her. She was depressed but somehow in the moment her sister knew that she was trying to pull her to the bright side, she smiled as she hugged back her older sister crying along side her.

Family will always stick together, when a person is happy they are happy. If a person is going through pain they all feel the pain. That's when you know that they really love you.

That's a real family.
