Yay, I didn't die. Florence has blown over and luckily the damages weren't too bad. Thank you all for 200 reviews! Its insane how I got over 100 reviews in two chapters. I would also like to thank the people who wished me well during the hurricane. I have been through a couple, since I live on the east coast but luckily none of them were too bad. The poll goes on for two more chapters! It seems that a lot of people want a harem but even more people want Pertemis. I don't want to upset any of my readers so here is an idea. If Harem can reach 30 votes, I'll choose it. But don't worry, Artemis will have a guaranteed spot on it. There will be four people in the harem. So three girls and Percy. But remember, this will only happen if harem gets 30 votes or more. Also I have decided to have TTC and TBotL in this story and have TLO in its own story. Hope y'all enjoy chap 12 and don't forget to favorite, follow, share, and review!

Pairing Poll:

SpartanBoy chapter 12 . Sep 15

I'm not accusing you of anything, but did you take some inspiration from XxxBlackwolfxxX's story?

Me: Yeah I did actually. Chapter three. If my memory serves me correctly, I actually gave him a shoutout in the end of the chapter. It's only right to do that :). And his stories are amazing although they are quite underrated. Especially Percy Jackson:Chaos Successor. You guys should check it out. If you like OP!Percy and Chaos and the Primordials, this is your story.

InfiniteClockWisechapter 12 . 4h ago

Well you see. I have been reading your fanfic from the start all the way here. You have a crazy amount of writing skills. It is quite amazing to see a person who writes PJO fanfics and tries to update and communicate with their readers. Totally deserves more views than 200 or sth. Not to mention I like the fact you are including weaponry from many different periods. Would be interesting to see how many cultures can pop up here. KUTGW

Me: Wow, I'm flattered :P. The way I see it is that interacting with the readers helps both parties and in my opinion, it is quite fun. And trust me, you will be seeing some more new weapons and all that jazz later on.

LunarWolf94 chapter 12 . 50m ago

I am really liking this story so far and I am looking forward to more in the future. My vote would have to be for Artemis. I know it would be pretty difficult because of his past with the hunters but I also think it would make out to be a really great story And I would like to suggest that maybe once Atlas Sees that Percy is alive and not dead maybe have him join the Olympians And fight on their side. I also see a good chance for a strong father and son moment for when atlas discovers the truth. I know that this is your story and you probably get so many suggestions from other readers but I really think the hat it would possibly make for a good storyline. You can PM me for more specific details on my suggestions if you want.

Me: I have already planned for what is going to happen at Othrys but I can't say much without spoilers. But your opinion has been noted. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. ;)

Previously:

Perseus snapped awake and looked around. He sighed in sadness as he felt tears drip down his cheeks. Every once in a while he had flashbacks of WWII or other wars. He was forced to repeatedly watch his friends die. As if they were blaming their deaths on him. He reached into his shirt and pulled out four dog tags.

Kyler Kaze, 1st Lieutenant of Gamma Company. The 75th Ranger Regiment.

Andrew Jett, Sergeant of Gamma Company. The 75th Ranger Regiment.

'There is no point in trying to be the hero.', Percy thought angrily.

Percy stood up and hastily wiped away his tears. He looked at his watch to see that over five hours had passed. The landscape had changed from a forest to a desert. The train was slowing down as it reached its destination.

Percy noticed this and walked back inside to see the girls all ready and prepared.

Zoë was trying her best not to look at Percy but was stealing glances at him every once in a while. The other three seemed to notice that his eyes were red but decided to ignore it.

The door of the train slid open and the questers jumped out of the train only to get blinded by the bright desert sun.

When the light died down, Perseus could see a town with a large sign next to it. The sign said, "Welcome to Cloudcroft, New Mexico."

Annabeth, being her usual way-too-curious-for-her-own-good self, asked, "How did we get across the country in five hours? How is that even possible?"

Percy just rolled his eyes and walked into the town, Annabeth, Zoë, Thalia, and Bianca trailing behind him.

Now: (AN:This part is just me fanboying my ass off. Who else is excited for Assassin's Creed: Odyssey?)

"Do you even know where we are going?", Annabeth asked.

Percy's left eye began twitching at the constant probing from the daughter of Athena.

Seeing that Percy was not going to answer, Zoë took it upon herself to take the lead.

"West. Specifically, San Francisco. I have an idea on how to find Lady Artemis."

The three girls accepted her answer and continued walking into town. Percy lagged behind and kept pace with Zoe for a minute or two before initiating a conversation.

"San Francisco huh? Why there? We both know where Lady Artemis is being held.", Percy said monotonously.

"W-what?", Zoë panicked. "Uh- I wanted to know what Lady Artemis was hunting.", She finished smoothly.

Percy was not convinced but decided to let it go.

They continued walking into town, before stopping in the center of Cloudcroft.

At the square of the town, the entire town could be seen. A school, grocery stores, ski cabins, and coffee shops.

"Great.", Thalia said, looking around town. "No bus stations, no train stations, no car rentals, not even a single taxi in sight. How the Hades are we supposed to get out of town?"

Bianca glared at Thalia. "Don't use my father's name as a curse."

Thalia didn't even bat an eye. "Sorry, Death Breath."

She didn't sound apologetic. At all.

"Well, there's a coffee shop right there.", Annabeth shrugged.

Zoë's eyes lit up. "Yes. Coffee is good."

"Alright, Zoë, Bianca, and I will get something to eat at Starbucks while you two look around for directions and a way out of here.", Annabeth rushed.

Thalia and Percy didn't even get a choice in the matter. Annabeth and Zoë sped off like there was no tomorrow while Bianca hesitantly followed the duo.

"Well, I guess we could go ask for directions in that grocery store.", Thalia said awkwardly.

Percy just nodded and walked off to the store with Thalia one step behind him. As they were walking, Percy could feel Thalia's eyes looking at him for a few seconds before turning away making him roll his eyes.

The duo walked in the grocery store to see it completely empty of people. Except the store clerk of course. Percy walked up to the cashier to ask him for directions while Thalia roamed around the store for useful items.

"You could call a taxi service all the way in Alamogordo.", The clerk said insipidly. "It's down at the bottom of the mountains, but it would take at least an hour for the taxi to get here. It would cost at least a couple hundred."

Percy grimaced at the new found information. There were five people in the quest, He doubted that the five of them would be able to fit. Not to mention the price.

Percy walked out of the grocery store and leaned against the rail, looking off into the mountains. For some reason he had a feeling that something was approaching.

"Whatcha lookin' at?", Thalia asked.

Percy turned around to see Thalia walking out of the store with a MP3 player in her hands.

"Nothing... Just looking around town.", Percy said.

Thalia said nothing as she sat down next to Percy and pulled out a pair of earbuds and put them into her ears. The two of them sat in silence as Percy was trying to find a way out of this place. Shadow-travelling wasn't exactly an option. He never really tried taking multiple people with him, and five people would probably exceed his limit. He knew what could happen if he over exhausted himself by shadow travel. Nyx had once told him that if he tried to exceed his limit, he could get lost in the shadow realm forever and he wasn't willing to take the chance.

They couldn't exactly find a vehicle out of the town. But they could steal one but that would be cruel in a small town like this, isolated from the outside world.

Percy looked over at Thalia and examined her carefully for the first time. She had spiky black hair, similar to his own, but his was more messy. She had startling electric blue eyes and a splash of freckles across her nose and cheeks. She was wearing the same Green Day shirt along with a pair of ripped black jeans. She looked to be around 5'8". She was quite a looker but Percy tried his best to ignore her... physical features.

Thalia turned to Percy and looked at him dead in the eye. The two stared at each other for a few awkward seconds.

"Click-clack click-clack click-clack."

Percy's eyes widened at the sudden sound. He broke the stare and ripped out Thalia's earbuds, much to her distress, and dragged her up.

"What the Hades are you doing!", She shrieked.

"Saving your life! We need to get to the others!", Percy said, not giving her a chance to argue.

He took off towards the Starbucks and Thalia followed behind since she had no choice.

Percy kicked open the door to see a completely filled Starbucks with everyone staring at him. It seemed like the entire town was packed into the coffee shop. No wonder the grocery store was so empty.

Percy ignored the stares and made his way to the three girls to see them drinking coffee and eating muffins.

"We gotta go! They're back!", Percy rushed.

"Who? The spooky scary skeletons?", Annabeth joked.

"Yes! And they brought back up!", Thalia said, kicking the door open making everyone stare again. Thalia did not take kindly to all the looks she was given. She returned a glare at the citizens of Cloudcroft making them turn around immediately.

Zoë, Annabeth, and Bianca paled and ran outside to see a sight that made them pale even more. Percy quickly followed and immediately he went tense and narrowed his eyes at the target.

The remaining four Spartoi were standing next to a large lion the size of a SUV. This time, they were wearing New Mexico State Police uniforms. But they still had the same creepy yellow eyes and transparent skin.

At first Percy thought it was the Nemean Lion, but noticed a goat head on the side. The beast had a large diamondback rattlesnake as its tail and a large goat head on its side. Now, you may be asking, what's so scary about a goat head? Well it's teeth are two inches long that looked sharp enough to break through steel. And the rattlesnake was the size of a fully grown Python so there's that.

Percy grimaced at the sight of the infamous Chimera while Annabeth looked like a kid at the candy store. Bianca looked ready to pass out while Thalia just stood in shock.

Seeing the girls in such a state, Percy knew what he had to do. A swirl of shadows surrounded Percy and when the shadows disappeared, his intricate armor and helmet was revealed in all its glory.

"Hey! Kitty! Where is the anteater at?", Percy taunted.

The Chimera looked at Percy, confused. He blinked a few times before finally getting the joke. He opened his large mouth and roared at the group of demigods and immortals. A blast of heat erupted from its mouth and incinerated the surrounding area.

"I'll take the Chimera. The rest of you, do your best to eliminate the Spartoi for good.", Percy said.

Before anyone could argue, Percy rushed into battle. The Chimera looked at Percy and snorted, a burst of fire went up to the sky.

Percy brandished Eternity and made the first move. He rushed towards the Chimera, ready to slice it to pork-chops.

The Chimera opened its mouth and a fireball the size of a door shot towards the son of Nyx. Instead of dodging the fireball, he used the moisture in the air and coated Eternity with water and slashed at the ball of fire, creating an explosion of steam.

The Chimera growled quietly as the steam blinded its vision. Flashes of black appeared and disappeared all around the legendary monster, making it look back and forth. Taking advantage of its distracted state, Percy shot a bolt of dark energy at the head of lion and watched as the Chimera opened its mouth just in time for its fireball to intercept the attack. Luckily, the explosion was enough to send the Chimera flying back.

Percy quickly shadow travelled behind the beast and slashed at the enormous snake. The god-like weapon cut through the Python like butter. The Chimera roared in pain and kicked its back legs into Percy's chest, sending him flying into a Spartus.

The skeleton warrior shattered into hundreds of pieces, sending all kinds of bones in different directions.

Percy quickly got up and scanned the area. The remaining three Spartoi pushing the girls back relentlessly. Annabeth was already on the ground, her arm was bleeding profusely.

Zoë was calmly blocking every single attack from her adversary. The skeleton continued to push her back, not giving her the chance to go on the offense. Thalia was able to keep her Spartus away with her spear's superior range. The final skeleton was on the defense, clearly wary of Bianca's ability to defeat them permanently.

While Percy was looking around, he failed to notice the Chimera was creeping towards him, ready to strike.

The Chimera reached out with its paw and swiped at Percy's chest.

Adrenaline began to kick in, Percy quickly turned and jumped back. It was still not enough. The Chimera scratched his arm and silver ichor began dripping down his arm.

Not at all happy with the latest developments, Percy got up and held up his sword, His midnight blue eyes blazing with fury. The Chimera pounced, ready to deal the killing blow.

What it wasn't ready for, was a sword to the face. Percy threw Eternity in the air and grabbed it in a ice-pick grip. Raising it in the air like a javelin, he chucked the katana with all his might.

Unluckily for Percy, the Chimera's speed kicked in and it sped away, avoiding a sword to the face. Luckily for Percy, the Chimera wasn't fast enough to completely dodge it and the goat head got a mouth full of katana.

Eternity ripped through its throat and came out the side, instantly killing the goat head. The remaining lion head roared in pain and anger.

Percy raised his arms up and put his thumbs and index fingers side by side, making a fist. He moved his arms to the opposite direction and a naginata began forming out of thin air. He spun the japanese style spear in his hands and slammed the business end of the spear on the ground.

"COME AND GET IT!", Percy roared.

The Chimera roared and ran at Percy at blinding speeds. Seconds before the Chimera would land, Percy kicked the bottom of his naginata, sending it flying up and swiped at the Lion hybrid.

The legendary beast raised its sharp claws and deflected the blade. The force of the hit sent Percy sliding back a few feet. Not giving up, the lion pounced ready to bite Percy's head off. The Chimera tackled Percy to the ground. Percy raised his naginata and pushed it against the Chimera's neck, preventing it from biting his head off. Sadly, it did not prevent it from drooling all over his face.

Disgusted by this, Percy raised his knees and kicked the Chimera where Apollo don't shine.

The Chimera froze up and whimpered in pain. Percy took advantage of this and smacked the Chimera across the face with the flat of his blade. Unfortunately, this seemed to do more bad than good. The hit had knocked some sense into the monster and he swiped his claws at Percy. Not expecting the Chimera to recover so quickly, the claws slashed down on his arm and made a huge gash on his vambrace. A thin line of silver ichor dripped down his hand making him grimace.

Once again the Chimera roared and charged. Percy met the charge with equal fervor. The two fought back and forth, slashing and swiping. The two danced around the streets, each of them trying to get the higher ground. The fight was so enthralling, even the Spartoi stopped their battle to watch the two duke it out. Annabeth took advantage of this and popped a piece of ambrosia into her mouth and joined the other girls.

The streets were packed with the citizens of Cloudcroft. Each of them cheering loudly. The mist was stopping them from seeing the real deal. Who knows what they were seeing? It could've been a epic rap battle for all they knew.

Zoë, Thalia, Annabeth, and Bianca watched in awe as Percy and the Chimera moved at speeds only Hermes and Artemis could match. Thalia couldn't help but feel a spark of admiration for this mysterious man. It could have been more than that but Thalia quickly shut that idea down.

Percy used the flat of his blade to divert the offending claw before he slashed his naginata at the Chimera's face. The Stygian Iron cut across its face. A long red line formed at its mouth all the way across its eye and up its forehead. It growled in pain and backed off.

Percy and the Chimera stared each other down. Both of them looking at each other with respect. The two of them began walking to their right, ready to fight at a moments notice.

Percy focused all his attention on the beast in front of him as did the Chimera. The two of them knew that this would be the final battle. Its feet were practically shaking with anticipation. Suddenly, the Chimera's left foot twitched and pointed at Percy's direction. The son of Nyx quickly got in a running stance, ready to charge at a moments notice.

With one final roar, the legendary lion pounced, its claws ready to tear Percy to bits. Percy gave his manliest war cry since the Battle of Thermopylae and charged.

The two warriors ran at each other at speeds only the greatest warriors could match. The Chimera raised its claws and brought them down with the force of a hundred men. Percy held his naginata like a sword and slid under the beast at the last moment. The Chimera's left claw sailed harmlessly over while it's right claw tore into Percy's shoulder. Percy held in a shout of pain and used the force of the strike to spin out of the way and he punched the stomach of the Chimera with his right hand and in his left hand was the naginata. The Chimera sailed harmlessly over him.

Percy rolled onto a knee using his japanese spear as a balance. His armor had gashes all over, his shoulder pauldron was torn to pieces, his chestplate had a large gash in the solar plexus, and his vambrace was almost cut in half.

The Chimera did not look any better. Its diamondback rattlesnake had been killed early on, and the goat head was limp, obviously dead. The Lion's head was covered in scars with smaller cuts all around its body.

The two of them stood at a standstill. Neither willing to fall. Everyone watched in anticipation as they stood their ground, neither turning to look at each other. Percy stood up, his left leg shaking slightly. He turned and raised his naginata, pointing it at the Chimera in a challenging manner. The Chimera looked at him, shocked that he was still able to stand. That wasn't the only thing he was shocked about. Blood was spilling down from his stomach, being cut open. Its face was one of confusion. It looked over at Percy and saw a bloodied hidden blade under his left hand. Its face turned to one of shock, and then acceptance.

The Chimera finally collapsed. Slowly, it dissolved into golden dust.

Percy sighed in exhilaration. He fell to a knee and his naginata dissolved into shadows. The shadows then formed into a three inch cube. A block of Ambrosia took the place of the weapon. He stuffed the entire cube into his mouth and swallowed it whole. He sighed in relief as he felt the food of the gods do its work. Seconds later, his wounds were no more than scars.

Percy stood up and looked down and dusted himself off.

"Well, I look like shit.", Percy chuckled.

Everyone's jaws dropped. Soon, the citizens of Cloudcroft began cheering but were interrupted by the anomalous clicking of the Spartoi.

Before things could escalate, a soft spring breeze made its way across the streets of Cloudcroft, confusing many. They were brought out of their musing when a loud booming sound came from the bottom of the mountain, as if something was stomping its way towards them. The booming began to get louder and louder, so loud that even the Spartoi looked over at the mountain. And they don't even have eardrums.

The booming became so loud that even the trees were shaking. Actually, it was because they were FALLING. The trees at the edge of the forest were ripped off it's roots and thrown into town. The dust scattered all over town, obscuring everyone from seeing the potential danger.

The dust cleared revealing the perpetrator. The questers paled upon seeing the monstrous being. But for different reasons. Thalia and Bianca because it was a 30 foot tall pig. Annabeth and Zoë because they recognized the Erymanthian Boar. Percy? Well he was just pissed off at all the monsters.

"Oh you have got to be fucking kidding me?! Who's next? Fucking Talos of Crete?", Percy yelled in anger.

Not able to take any more crap, Percy revealed Eternity in all of its glory and shadow travelled away. He appeared over the neck of the boar. He stabbed Eternity onto its thick hide. The blade went halfway down its head before coming to a stop. He yanked the katana down causing the giant pig to squeal and fall on its knees.

"Everyone get on! This is our transportation west!", Percy ordered.

No one argued. Even if it felt like they were sitting on a bed of gravel.

Line Break

The Erymanthian Boar continued running as the sun began to set. Everyone was in pain from sitting on the Boar's crusty back. Some were ready to walk the rest of the way, but Zoë convinced them that this boar was a 'Gift of the Wild'. That didn't stop Annabeth from talking though.

"Apollyon, How did you defeat the Chimera like that? The only known hero who has killed the Chimera was Bellerophon. And he killed it by simply throwing a lead ball in its mouth!", Annabeth rambled.

"That's because I'm no hero. And the Chimera was a great fight, that I will admit. But I have faced many opponents stronger than the Chimera. In fact, not many people have actually faced the Chimera. Mostly because there is only one, whereas most monster species have more than one. For example, look at hellhounds. There are thousands of them, if not millions. Defeating the Chimera is not that big of an accomplishment. There are many stronger monsters.", Percy said humbly.

Zoë looked at Percy, surprised that he was being humble, and most of all, using his brain. Zoë didn't think it was possible for men to be smart. Annabeth looked at Percy, surprised for a entirely different reason. She slouched down and looked off into the distance, pondering if what he said was true.

"But still, that was amazing. The two of you were moving so fast, it was almost impossible to see your movements.", Thalia admitted.

Percy turned around and looked at Thalia dead in the eye. "That was nothing. You will have to face much faster opponents in your future, Thalia Grace.", Percy said cryptically before turning back around.

Thalia looked at Percy, in shock that he knew her last name. Then she paled at the thought of going up against an opponent that fast.

Soon the boar began to slow down, about a mile away, a large oasis could be seen. As night fell, the boar came to a stop at the edge of a small lake and crouched.

"This is as far as the boar will go.", Zoë informed. "We must get off while it is eating."

Nobody waited for her to finish the sentence. Everyone jumped off the massive pig and started kissing the ground. Except Percy because he is dead inside.

The boar reached down ripped a 40 foot tall saguaro cactus off the ground and began chomping on it.(AN: Saguaro Cacti can grow up to 60 feet tall. Don't believe me? Search it up.) After ripping the giant cactus into bits, the pig began slurping up gallons of water from the lake. It belched so loudly, the ground shook. After its second cactus and another drink of water, it took off into the mountains. Nobody blamed it for not liking the desert.

After wading through the thick swamp, the group found themselves in front of a town. Or at least they thought it was a town. There was a white rundown sign that looked like it was older than the gods themselves. They could barely read the sign but were able to make out the town name.

"Gila Claw, Arizona huh.", Thalia said. "Ever heard of it Annie?"

Annabeth scowled at the nickname. "Don't call me Annie! And no. I think this is a ghost town."

Percy looked around town. There were buildings all over the place but they all looked like they were on the verge of collapsing. There was a taco shop at the edge of town that looked a million years old. At the end of the town, there was a large fence surrounding a range of hills. Not just any range of hills. There were mounds of old cars, kitchen appliances, vehicles, and scrap metal. But the thing was, it looked like a junkyard but it didn't. The items in the yard looked brand new.

Percy's eyes narrowed. 'The Junkyard of the Gods. One shall be lost in the land without rain.'

"We should make camp at the edge of that junkyard.", Percy said.

The group made it to the edge of the junkyard and sat down. Zoë brought out her pack and pulled out two silver squares. They were about the size of half a credit card, but were two inches thick. She threw them on the ground and two silver tents appeared in their place.

"The girls and I will take one, Apollyon you take the other.", Zoe said distastefully.

Percy looked at her, surprised that she would offer him the tent, even if it meant she had to sleep with three other girls.

"I'm good Lieutenant. I have my own. Thanks for the offer though.", Percy said.

Percy reached into his pocket and pulled out a black pad with a button on it. He pressed the button and threw it next to the silver tents. A large black tent sprouted from the ground.

This tent was different. There was a black door instead of a tent flap. The 'tent' was around eight feet tall and five feet wide. Percy opened the door and walked inside. Surprisingly, the girls followed him, even Zoë.

The girls were mindblown. The inside was the size of a large classroom. There was a king-sized bed at the corner of the room, a dining table with a kitchen at the side, a television along with two couches, and even a bathroom.

Percy laughed at their faces. "This is so much better than the hunter's tents!", Annabeth cried.

"That's because they don't need tents this big. Also I doubt the Olympians even have the technology to create a tent like this. Their magic is nothing compared to the Primordials.", Percy explained.

"What else does this tent have?", Bianca asked excitedly.

"It can turn into a F-15 Eagle.", Percy said in monotone.

Everyone looked at Percy in shock while Annabeth yelled at him.

"What?! Why didn't you use this to take us to our destination in the first place? And why don't you give the Olympians this technology? We could win this war so easily!"

Percy snapped his head toward Annabeth and gave her a glare that almost made her poop her pants.

"What? You're a funny one. Giving this kind of technology to the Olympians would be asking for the world to end. Their arrogance knows no bounds. Not to mention the Fates would never allow it. The mythological world will go to shit if the Olympians got this kind of technology. They already tried to but the Fates denied it. And the F-15 cockpit is not big enough for all five of us. Even if it was enchanted to be bigger, that would be denying the prophecy and the Fates would stop us by striking us down with lightning or some other way. You're a daughter of Athena. Shouldn't you know this?", Percy said in barely controlled anger.

Annabeth flushed at the insult, but said nothing.

Percy walked out of the tent and sat down on a log. Everyone copied his movements and Thalia created a fire by zapping some sticks and leaves that Zoë had gathered. Percy had took off his hoodie and bunched it up against the log and laid his head down on it.

"The stars are out.", Zoë said.

Everyone turned their heads up to see the night sky. There were millions of stars, stretching across the sky.

"Wow, this is beautiful, I have never really seen the sky so covered in stars.", Bianca said, while Thalia and Annabeth nodded in agreement.

Zoë shook her head. "This is nothing. Back in Ancient times, There were more. Whole constellations have disappeared because of the pollution caused by mortals. I wouldn't be surprised if Krios, the Titan of Constellations has faded because of it."

Percy smirked at her wistful expression. "Would you like to see it again?"

Zoë's head snapped over to Percy. "What do you mean?"

Percy snapped his fingers and the sky suddenly brightened. The girls looked up to see one of the most beautiful sights they have ever seen. The stars were shining, hundreds of times brighter than before. The entire sky was dotted with stars.

"W-what?", How is this even possible?", Zoë asked.

"I'm just showing you what the night sky looks like from outside of earth. You are correct that the pollution caused by the mortals has tainted the earth. But Krios still lives. As long as the stars of the universe continue to exist, Krios will never truly fade. Even if the pollution caused by mortals completely wipes out the stars from view.", Percy answered.

"Why don't you just keep it like this?", Annabeth asked.

Percy shook his head. "You don't understand. Keeping the sky like this is taxing. I can do this for probably a day or two without getting tired. On the other hand, My mother can keep it like this for around one hundred years without getting tired."

"Then why doesn't she do it?", Annabeth questioned.

"What's the point? She is the Primordial of Night. She can see the stars anytime she wants. Close up if she wants to. The mortals don't care for her, and she doesn't care for them. In fact if anything, they are destroying her domain.", Percy countered.

Before Annabeth could start her interrogation again, a blazing light appeared from down the street. The headlights of the approaching limo had appeared from nowhere. The girls scrambled up and Zoe grabbed her tents in their cube form and moved out of the way to avoid getting run over.

Percy did no such thing. The pure white limo approached the camp, before it could run over Percy, a transparent black barrier formed around the camp in a large circle.

The Limo slammed into the barrier, making it light up. The front of the limo was smashed in and the shrapnel slammed through the windshield.

Percy looked over at the destroyed limo, irritated. "Who the fuck invited you? Not me, so get the Hades out of here.", With that, Percy held out his hand and shot a bolt of dark energy at the luxurious car, sending it flying over the mountain. Soon it was nothing but a speck in the sky, blending in with one of the many stars.

The girls looked at him, shocked at his actions.

"Why did you do that?", Annabeth screeched. "The people in there could have been mortal!"

Percy scoffed at the daughter of Athena. "Now you're just being a nuisance. Tell me, why in Hades would a limo be in the middle of a ghost town?"

Annabeth spluttered at getting one-upped once again.

Zoë's eyes narrowed. "Yes, those were most definitely not mortals. So why did you do that? There was most likely a god in there."

Percy smirked at Zoë's face. "Because I don't recall it being in my job description to talk to the man-whore and whore of Olympus."

Thalia looked over at Percy. "Which one?"

Percy and Thalia snickered. "Good one."

"But they could have had information that we needed!", Bianca said.

Percy waved his hand. "Don't worry about it. I know what they were going to say. Beware the Junkyard of the Gods and not to pick anything up because it's cursed."

"Cursed with what?", Thalia and Annabeth asked in unison.

Percy scoffed. "Hell if I know. The Fates wouldn't allow my mother to tell me that kind of information. Saying that I could alter the prophecy again. Just keep in mind, One shall be lost in the land without rain.'."

Percy stood up and walked inside his 'tent', leaving the girls silent, in shock of what they went through in the past couple days.

Chapter 12 is a wrap! I'm particularly proud of this chapter. Don't really know why but this one is probably my favorite. Now some of you might be wondering why Percy had a harder time than you would think against the Chimera. I'm trying to show that Percy is not as overpowered as you would think. Having an OP Percy would be cool and all but it just wouldn't be fun and things would get boring quickly. This chapter was supposed to have the Junkyard part in it but this chapter ended up being longer than I thought. Sorry. Don't forget to Favorite, Follow, Share, and most of all, Review! See Y'all next week!
