Cartwheels of Destiny

4 girls. All with different backgrounds. They suddenly find themselves on the Island of Elements, in Ninjago. Their names are Alenia, Maria, Emily and Beth, and they are the female ninja. After the Destiny blows up mysteriously, the ninja must learn their elements, survive on a island, all while fighting an evil monster, who is bent on destroying Ninjago for good. (Discontinued)

13. Chapter 13

After getting over my dizziness, I looked around. Almost everything was made out of some kind of metal, whether it was gold, silver or platinum. "Wow. The one place my chemistry would come in handy." I commented, looking around. Trevor chuckled, walking down a road, called-seriously-Gold Lane. Everything was about 10 feet tall, and the Sparks were about 7. And those were the short ones. The tall ones had to be about 8 ½, or close to that. We walked/stomped to a big gold and silver house. "So, do you have dw-smaller people here too?" I asked. "Yes. Our, shall we say, shorter ones are about 6 ¾. Our tallest known Spark has been 9 feet and a half." "Cool." We walked into the house. La da da, once you see one, you've seen 'em all. My thoughts wandered. "Sooo, Trevor, when do I go h-back?" Trevor gave me a strange look. "You must learn our ways before you leave." "Oh. Great," I muttered. "How much time do you think it'll take?" I asked hopefully. "Your time, about 3 weeks. Tops." My jaw dropped. "Houston, we have a problem." I muttered.

Beth's POV

When I woke up, the first thing I saw was-a mermaid? What the heck... Bubbles floated away from the pink-haired mermaid. "Salve, Bethoron, et veneris ad Atlanis!" Latin... Why is a mermaid talking in LATIN!? "Um, hi... Tu es?" I asked hesitantly. She looked excited, speaking rapidly in Latin. After about two words I was lost. She beckoned for me to follow, and started swimming quickly. I followed as fast as I could.

Emily's POV

The trees opened up to make a passage. "Oooh," I said, walking down the path in awe. I glanced behind me, to find the trees in their original places. I came to a clearing, and stopped. A tall lady floated in the middle. "Welcome, Emily." She said. Galadriel-look alike, she was. "Uh, hi. Sooo, what's up?" I asked, then glanced down in shock. A red fox rubbed against my ankles. The lady smiled. "For you to succeed in your quest, you must connect with the spirits." "Wait, what quest?" I asked, petting the fox. "Your quest to become a ninja, of course." The Lady, Simona, I'm guessing, said confused. "Did not the intruders say?" "Um, no, actually." "Ah. Well, shall we get started?" "Okay."
