Hello my fellow readers, writers, and people who have been enjoying this story and my other ones so far, I'm back with yet another chapter. I am very happy about this chapter because this chapter marks the first episode of season 2 which is by far one of my favorite episodes by far. I also have a good idea for this chapter to make the episodes different than normal and this chapter also marks the beginning of the season where Erza will become a part of this story."

Okay I can't think of anything else to add so without further ado let's get this show on the road.

Lucy's P.O.V

We were driving along some backroads and heading toward a supposedly abandoned warehouse that Ben was told there would be forever knights loading up alien tech to ship to their labs. We all got out and Kevin said "are you sure this is the place Tennyson" and he said "that's what the tip said" and Kevin said "that's what worries me you don't get tips I get tips you got no connections."

Ben said "come on Kevin I got connections" and kevin said "like who" and I said "there's four of them behind you" and he turned to toward us and said "who do you guys know that have connections" and we were thinking about that for a moment and Gwen finally said "I can't hurt to see" and she made mana steps for the 5 of us to walk up since Happy had already flew up there but was staying out of sight.

When we got up there we saw that what Ben had heard was actually true and Kevin absorbed the stone from the roof and said "Forever knights" and Gwen said "up to no good as usual" and Ben said "show time" and activated the Omnitrix and transformed into Chromastone. I pulled out two of my gate keys while Natsu ignited his hands and Ben jumped up and smashed through the glass that we saw them through.

Kevin went down shortly after followed by Natsu who was getting a ride down from Happy while me and Gwen were using her mana platforms to land safely. Ben said "alright nobody move" but the forever knights kept on doing their thing and Kevin said "hey did you guys hear us." I said "I don't think so" and I put my arm out and it slid right through the crate the forever knight was pushing.

Natsu said "What are these things holograms" and a voice that seemed to come from everywhere said "good guess" and suddenly the holograms disappeared and a guy in a plumber's suit stepped out from behind a pillar while putting the device that I'm assumed created the holograms in the first place into a pocket that appeared on his waist.

He then introduced himself "magister Gilhil of the plumbers magister prior Gilhil I'm the commanding officer of this entire quadrant you're all under arrest for impersonating officers of the law" and he showed us his badge. Ben walked up to him and transformed back and said "under arrest for what" and Gilhil said "for impersonating a plumber.

We're the only law enforcement organization recognized by all signatories of the milky way treaty that makes what you've done an interstellar class felony." Kevin then said "sounds bad" and Gilhil said "if I were you I'd keep my big mouth in check" and Kevin retorted "and if I were you I wouldn't threaten a guy who can kick your can halfway down the street and back."

Gilhil said "you feeling froggy son then Jump and Gwen then place a hand on his shoulder and said "and if you're feeling smart don't" and Natsu just charged in and chanted "Fire dragon's iron fist" which Gilhil dodged and Natsu quickly turned around and chanted "Fire dragon's roar" which engulfed the plumber. When the plumber emerged completely unharmed Kevin then charged in and threw a punch but Gilhil caught it and grabbed him by the front of his shirt and threw him through a real crate that was in this warehouse.

I said "guess we don't have a choice now open gate of the golden bull Taurus" and instead of Taurus appearing it was Virgo and I said "what are you doing here Virgo." Virgo said "Taurus is hunting with Scorpio so he asked me to cover for him." I said "whatever just take the guy in the white suit down" and Virgo disappeared underground.

Gilhil had just walked up to Kevin and said "stay down son" and Kevin got up and absorbed some metal from the wall and managed to get a few hits in on Gilhil. Gilhil was rubbing his chin that must have been in pain and said "as much as I'd enjoy going a few more rounds with you I don't have the time" and he pulled out a gun that shot out two red orbs.

The two orbs then stretched into opposite directions and wrapped around Kevin and levitated him so he was no longer a threat. I saw the magic circle that usually appears under where Virgo pops up and he must have noticed it too because he jumped back and shot the gun again and this time instead of just holding Virgo there she disappeared back to the spirit world.

Natsu then charged at him again only for Gilhil to knock him back and restrain him like he did Kevin and Ben was about to activate the Omnitrix and Gilhil said "don't" while leveling the gun at Ben. Gwen said "do" and Ben activated it and Gilhil shot the gun at Ben but Gwen destroyed the whole thing that came out and, in that time, Ben had transformed into Goop.

Gilhil shot a stray one attempting to stop Ben but it caught me instead and Ben quickly used his body to wrap about Gilhil and disarm him and then brought him down to his knees. I saw Goops head appear next to Gilhil and he said "you want to talk let's talk" and he freed us and we all went up to the roof. Kevin had just walked up and said "I don't see why we have to talk to him" and Gilhil responded "Because I'm the plumber officer in charge for this whole section of space.

Ben then said "then you know we're the good guys" and Gilhil said "what I know is that over the last couple of months I've gotten a several reports on your activities" and I muttered "just like the magic council back home." Gwen said "our grandfather was a plumber" and Gilhil said "Max Tennyson he was a good man but that doesn't make you plumbers."

Gilhil then turned to Kevin and said "and you, you don't even have a claim by blood" and Kevin said "yes I do my father my real father was" but this his eyes widened and he looked down at the roof and Gwen said "Kevin" worried. Kevin passed it off as nothing and said "nothing never mind and Gilhil said "the point is there's a reason we shut down plumber's operations on earth 5 years ago.

After Vilgax was destroyed" and Ben cut in "you mean after I destroyed him" and Gilhil said "credit due but earth is a backwater level 2 planet. Without an imminent threat I can't allow plumber's resources to be wasted here I have over 300 inhabited planets under my watch." Ben said "look Magister can I call you magister" and Gwen said "the other plumber we met was named magister too magister Labrid" and Gilhil said "magister is a rank not a name" while pointing at his shoulder.

Gilhil then continued "you pretend to be plumbers but you know nothing about the job" and Gwen said "I've never pretended to be anything" and I said "we haven't been saying that we're plumbers" and Ben then added on "aliens are attacking our planet we're just fighting to keep it safe." Gilhil then responded "I've read a number of reports on your activities there is no significant evidence of alien activity here."

Ben said "I've seen them I wreaked one of their ships" and Gilhil seemingly tired of arguing now said "I've assigned a new magister to this region he'll check in on earth sometime in the next few months. If you have proof present it to him and let him take care of plumber business" and Ben exclaimed "a few months."

Gilhil said "I'm inclined to give you kids a break Ben you wear the Omnitrix so you already have special dispensation the Galvan have requested that you not be interfered with in minor matters. He then turned to Lucy and Gwen and said "the reports I've read indicate as Miss. Tennyson said you've never impersonated a plumber" and then turned back to look at kevin "but you."

Kevin said "yeah what" and Gilhil said "you've got a record you've done time in the null void for a variety of crimes" and Gwen spoke up "he's changed" and Ben said "he's done his time he's been helping us." Gilhil then said "he's been impersonating a plumber" and then walked over to Kevin and said "give me the badge you stole."

Kevin got a somber look on his face and said "don't take my badge man please" and Gilhil said "now or you're going back to the null void." Kevin reluctantly took the badge out of his pocket and handed it to Gilhil and he touched a part of the badge and the light from it faded and Gilhil said "thank you. Your free to go but if you kids ever get involved in plumber's business again I don't care what Azmuth says your all going to the null void even you Ben."

A panel on his chest plate slid away to reveal a button and he pushed it and disappeared in a flash of light and all Ben could say was "is that it is this the end." We got in the car and drove and rode to where we were staying in an uncomfortable silence.

(the next day)

After Kevin picked us up to go somewhere since we were still hanging out like friends we ended up at Mr. Smoothies which I had a feeling that this was where we would be going quite a bit of the time. Kevin was still moping most likely about losing his badge and Ben had gone to get the smoothies and he put down the smoothie that he was drinking from and grabbed another one and said to Kevin "come on cheer up Mr. Smoothie makes everything better and Kevin took the offered smoothie.

Gwen grabbed one as well and Kevin took a drink and made a sound of disgust and then opened the lid and said "how does turnup and wheatgrass sludge make anything better." Ben said "well I like it and besides it's also got ginger in it" and Kevin said sarcastically "oh ginger that solves all our problems and Gwen said to Ben "seriously Ben magister Gilhil pretty much just put us out of business what are we going to do."

Ben jumped up to sit on the hood of the car and Kevin dumped the smoothie he had into the drink holding that Ben was holding and Ben said "we'll keep doing what we've been doing find the aliens fight the bad guys." Gwen said "he said he'd put us in the null void" and Ben said "he also said that plumber's never come around here anymore we'll worry about it when or should I say if he ever shows up again."

Kevin said "he took my badge" and Ben said "badges we don't need no stinking badges" and Kevin grabbed him by the front of his shirt and said "do you think this is a joke." Gwen said "Kevin let him go" and Kevin let him go not too lightly onto the hood of the car causing the smoothies to go everyone on the hood.

Ben's only response to that was "dude" and Kevin said "I want to be plumber okay when I was little my mom would tell me stories about my dad how he was plumber and he would do all this cool stuff." Gwen said "I never met your dad" and Kevin said "me neither but I still want to be like him" and Gwen said "that's why you know so much about the plumbers and alien technology and everything" and Kevin said "it's why I agreed to help you guys in the first place" and then stared into her eyes and said "mostly."

He then got in his car and said "I got to get my badge back Ben it's the only thing that matters" and he drove off to god knows where. Natsu and me went back to the garage on foot and when we got there we found Kevin working on his car but he didn't acknowledge us so we just sat down in a few of the chairs that he had in there.

A few hours later Gwen came in and said "whose out there" and Gwen said "me I brought you something to drink" and he said "yeah thanks anyway but I'll pass" and Gwen said "it's not a smoothie" and took a sip and said "see regular soda." Kevin said "yeah okay" and he took it from her and she said "I just wanted to see how you were doing" and Kevin said "fine you know I don't want to talk about my dad."

Gwen said "never crossed my mind I brought you a present" and she tossed him a wooden ball and he said "what is it" and she said "a wooden ball absorb it" and the material only covered his hand and wrist. Gwen then dug another one out of the pouch she was carrying and said "here try this one" and tossed him a metal one and she said "it's a ball bearing made out of I don't know ball bearing stuff."

Kevin then examined it and said "stainless steel" and Gwen kneeled down and said "I brought you a whole bag of them that way when we're in a fight you can change to whatever you want." Kevin said "it doesn't work that way I need a lot of whatever I'm copying" and Gwen said "oh" and Kevin added on "and what makes you think I'm still helping you guys anyway."

Gwen grabbed his hand in hers and the metal slowly faded away and she said "Because you changed" and he said "yeah maybe but I'm still on parole that magister can put me back in that null void anytime he wants." Just as they were about to share their first kiss there was an explosion and a hole appeared in the wall.

The thing behind the hole was a highbreed and he said "human scum I will cleanse the world of your filth" and Kevin absorbed the metal of his car while saying "looks like I picked the wrong day to give up fighting monsters." Natsu and me took up fighting poses behind Kevin and Gwen and Gwen said "it's a highbreed Ben says they're too strong for us to fight."

Kevin said "well Ben aint here" and he charged and instead of keeping the metal on his he slid along on the ground and absorbed the concrete from the floor and used that as his armor instead of metal. Kevin jumped out and punched him in the face only to be kicked back onto his car and Gwen tried restraining him in her mana only for him to break free and knock her down in the process.

I grabbed the gate key I got from the plumber's kids hideout and said "open gate of the dragon Draco" and the fiery dragon appeared. Natsu ignited his fists and charged forward first and chanted "fire dragon's iron fist" however the highbreed caught the fist and flung him through the roof and then when Draco charged I pulled my whip off my belt and started swinging it wildly at the highbreed.

The highbreed however grabbed my whip and used it to bring me back closed to him only for him to kick me away and Draco was soon knocked back as well and disappeared. Just as the highbreed was about to strike Gwen a huge fist grabbed his and Ben in his Humungosaur form said "hey ugly why don't you pick on someone your own size" and swung him around and threw him out of the same hole that Natsu got sent through only making it bigger.

We all ran toward where the highbreed landed and he was just getting up and Ben said "I wouldn't if I were you" and it just growled at us in its native language I think anyway. Just then there was a dimmed flash of light from beside where the highbreed was and Gilhil appeared in that light. He said "it sure didn't take you kids long to get yourselves into trouble again did it."

I said "We were just defending ourselves against this highbreed" and the highbreed said "more like you were attacking me for no reason" and then Natsu came back up at the worst possible time and just punched the highbreed in the face and said "I owed you that for throwing me through the roof." Ben then said "this is one of the aliens we told you about he's attacking the earth" and Gilhil said "sure kid how about some proof."

The highbreed had gotten up and leaned down so Gilhil could hear him better and said "they attacked me for no reason they said they were plumbers" and Gilhil said "I've heard enough you 6 are under arrest." He then turned to the highbreed and said "I don't know what's going on here but you're coming with me for questioning" and then a voice behind us said "I beg to differ nobody's going anywhere not until I make your powers my own."

The guys hands then lit up in a black light and he shot beams at all of us and the only one who managed to not get hit by them was Gwen who threw up a mana shield just in time. The highbreed said "but why me you promised that if I helped you that you would" before passing out from lack of energy. The guy with the metal helmet on said "I can't be trusted"

Gilhil then passed out followed by Kevin and ben changed his size and started moving toward the guy and the guy said "I'd almost forgotten how strong you are Ben" and then he made the beams more intense and then I passed out.

(an hour later)

I groaned and finally opened my eyes and I saw that Natsu, Kevin, Ben, Gilhil, and the highbreed were around me all wrapped up in chains and then I looked down and saw that I also had chains around me. I heard Gilhil say "I don't get it that's the guy who tipped me off that you were impersonating plumbers" and Kevin said "and he scammed bit ugly too" and the highbreed just snarled at him.

Kevin said "well he did don't snarl at me" and Ben said "I know who he is" and I said "I have an idea of who he is as well" and the guy walked up and said "do you really" and Ben said "you'd have to be someone who knows about the plumbers and the highbreed. But more importantly you'd have to be someone with a grudge against us why don't you take off the dopey mask Michael."

Kevin said "wait that's Michael Morningstar the creep who tried to steal Gwen from I mean stole his powers from the girls at his prep school. Michael said "when you ruined my plan you nearly destroyed me but over the weeks my powers returned to me and so did my hunger. My old method of feeding is no long sufficient" and I said "high school girls too tough for you huh" and he said "to the contrary I need more power than they can supply.

Michael Morningstar no longer exists" and then he took off his helmet and his face was disfigured with hair missing in patches, and his face looking like a zombie. He said "now I am Darkstar you did this to me and you shall feed my hunger I will take your strength and make it my own until you have no more to give."

I heard Kevin say to Ben "if you can reach your Omnitrix maybe alien x" and Ben said "no if he absorbed all that power nothing could stop him" and Darkstar said "eventually I'll have it all anyway." Then behind him I heard Gwen say "Michael" and when he turned around after stopping the absorption of our powers she said "uh I swear you used to be better looking when we used to go out."

Michael said "laugh while you can but I've got all the power of your teammates plus the highbreed and the plumber how could you possibly hope to defeat me alone." Gwen said "who said anything about alone" and the glass in the whole building shattered and a whole hoard of DNAliens came through it and the entrance.

Gwen then said "they're pretty mad about you kidnapping their boss" and the DNAliens charged at Darkstar but he was draining their energy but it seemed that was just a distraction while Gwen ran past him and shot the thing that was keeping us in the air. We landed quite painfully and Kevin absorbed the metal of the chains and snapped them from around himself and then Ben, Gilhil, Natsu, and finally Me.

Gilhil said "thanks kid" and the highbreed said "what about me" and Ben said "hang in there" and I heard Darkstar say "too many to absorb" and Gwen behind him said "and the bad news just keeps on coming" and she knocked him back with a mana shield thing, and Ben transformed into Echo Echo and used his sonic waves to knock Darkstar back into Gilhil's blaster.

Ben then turned into spidermonkey and punched him down toward Kevin who punched him toward Natsu and I summoned Taurus so when Natsu hit him toward me Taurus hit him back to Ben with the flat of his axe. Ben then turned into Jetray and shot Darkstar down to the ground and then transformed into Humungosaur and said "nighty night" and slammed down on him knocking Darkstar out cold.

He shrunk down to his normal size and then transformed back and was looking a little wobbly on his feet and Gwen said "sit down and catch your breath" and Gilhil walked up behind them and said "is he going to be okay" and Ben said "everything spinning, going dim, need smoothie" and Gwen said "he's fine" and I said "Seriously."

We walked out of the building after Ben woke up again and Gilhil had put Darkstar in a tube much like we had around us but smaller and in energy cuffs and kevin said "you sure that rig will hold him." Gilhil said "it's level 6 technology son he isn't going anywhere but the null void" and Ben said" what about us" and he said "I've been giving that some thought you made a difference today."

Ben said "and" and Gilhil responded "maybe I don't need to reassign good men to this quadrant maybe they're already here" and Kevin said "what does that mean." Gilhil said "you've been drafted here's you badge back and here's one for each of you" but he left Ben out. However, Ben must have been expecting one because he had his hand out and Gilhil joked "don't push it kid you've already got the Omnitrix as of now you're the only law in the quadrant do a good job."

He then disappeared taking Darkstar with him and after looking down at his legally gotten badge for a moment Kevin started walking away and Ben said "where are you going." Kevin said "to tell my mom" and then he got in his car and drove away which left us walking home however it was lucky were found a teleporter in the power plant thing and used it to get to Ben's house."

Yet another chapter done and I know there isn't really much difference in this chapter but it's enough that I feel that it shouldn't count as copyright infringement. The only thing I have a problem with in this whole episode is right before they try to fight the highbreed why the hell does Kevin who is covered in metal absorb stone when metal is stronger then stone that has always bugged me.

Anyway, now that my mini rant is over not the next chapter but I also have an idea for the chapter after next or in the episode good copy bad copy I've got some ideas I just have to iron out the details so until next time this is Diamondholder signing off.
