*sighs* Okk, I know I am freakishly late with this update. I would've had it done sooner, but my Randy muse was playing Slenderman and refused to help me. Thankfully, he finally decided to help me...especially since this has been sitting on my computer unfinished, collecting digi-dust. But, good news = I've got the rest of the story planned out, so I plan to be a bit faster with updates for it. So, long author's note out of the way, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. =)

While sparring with Dean and Roman Tuesday before SmackDown tapings were set to begin, Seth's thoughts kept drifting back to how Sara was acting Monday. Normally, he wouldn't be so on edge, especially since his younger sister won her match against AJ. But, what kept bugging him was the fact that Sara kept rubbing her stomach. As he released Dean and threw him into the ropes, Seth thought 'That demon Oompa Loompa had better not have done anything to hurt my sister. That twerp's going to be in for a world of hurt if she did.' Seth had been so wrapped up in his thoughts that he wasn't even paying attention to when Dean came charging back at him, so next thing Seth knew he got tackled and landed on his back.

Grabbing the back of his head as he sat up, Seth growled and said "Damn it, Dean! Next time give me some warning before you just charge at me like that!"

Smirking as he held his hands up innocently, Dean said "Hey, it's not my fault you can't keep your eyes on the ball. Besides, you were the one that threw me into the ropes in the first place."

Growling as he clenched and unclenched his fist, Seth sighed and said "You're right. Sorry, Dean."

"Damn, Rollins, what's your deal today?" Dean asked, rolling his shoulders. "Usually you're on top of your game when it comes to our sparring matches."

Sighing as he ran a hand through his two-toned hair, Seth said "I know, I know. It's just, I've been having some stuff on my mind."

From where he was punching a punching bag, Roman asked "Would any of this 'stuff' have to deal with your baby sister?" in between punches.

"Yeah," Seth said. "I kept watching her last night when she was in the ring against AJ and when she was down at the ring with Randy, and I couldn't help but notice that she kept rubbing her stomach. So, I guess you can say that I'm worried about her."

Stretching after he climbed out of the training ring, Dean said "Well, I wouldn't exactly say that your sister's been having it easy lately. As annoying as Sare can be, not even she deserves to have to get put in a match against AJ's crazy ass."

"You seem to be forgetting though, Dean. Sare's beaten AJ before, so she didn't really have much trouble dealing with her," Seth said, sitting on the ring apron.

Stopping his punching, Roman asked "Then why are you so worried about her?"

"Because I can't help but feel that something might be wrong with her," Seth said. "I'm her older brother, which means I'm supposed to keep an eye on her. So, of course I'm going to be worried about her, especially if she gets hurt."

"So, what exactly are you going to do about this?" Dean asked. "Because, if you don't do anything about it, then I'll do it for you."

Holding up his hand as he hopped down from the ring apron, Seth said "All right, all right. God, you have no patience for anything, do you?"

"I have patience for whatever the hell I want to be patient for," Dean said, smirking. "You worrying about your kid sister doesn't fall into that category."

"Dean, that's enough," Roman said, finishing his workout. "Seth, since we're all going to be SmackDown tonight and your sister's going to be there too, why don't you just ask her if anything's wrong? That way, you can stop with your worrying and I won't have to pull you and Dean apart from each other."

"Good idea," Seth said. "Besides, I can probably catch her when she's not around that boyfriend of hers" cringing as he said the word 'boyfriend'.

SmackDown had been going by as it usually did. The show had reached the halfway mark when it was time for the Divas match for the night.

"You guys think you've got a chance against Rosa and Aksana?" Sara asked from where she was sitting on the bench in the locker room she was sharing with Layla and Kaitlyn.

"We've got no choice but to be ready," Kaitlyn said, tying her boots. "I'd much rather be going after AJ for her belt, but getting to take on Aksana and Rosa is just as good."

"Yeah. It just feels like a bit of a downer that there hasn't been much in the way of AJ defending her belt lately and yet she skips around here thinking that she's the best Divas champ in the history of all of the women that have held that belt," Layla said, fastening her belt.

"Maybe one day soon, she'll have to put her belt up against somebody that will really give her a run for her money," Sara said, rubbing her stomach. "Too bad I'm out of the running for a good number of months."

Smiling sympathetically at her friend, Layla said "Oh, don't worry too much about this, love. You just focus on staying healthy and keeping your baby healthy."

"Layla's right, Sare," Kaitlyn said, grinning as she pulled her gloves on. "Last thing we need is for our girl to get so wound up she ends up doing something that could hurt our baby."

Laughing, Sara said "I'm only a few weeks into my pregnancy and already you two are trying to lay claim to my child? That's just crazy."

"Crazy, yes. But, at least you can take comfort in the fact that you'll have two ready, willing, and able babysitters around if you ever need them," Layla said just as a stagehand came and told Layla and Kaitlyn that it was time for them to make their entrance. "That's us. Wish us luck."

"Good luck, you two," Sara called after her friends. "Go kick some ass!"

"You know we will!" Kaitlyn yelled over her shoulder as she and Layla walked out.

Once her friends were gone, Sara had gone about doing some stretching to loosen her up. She had only told Brad just yesterday that she was going to need the time off to make sure no harm would come of her unborn child, but not being able to compete was already something that was having Sara feeling antsy. Not wanting to stay cooped up in her locker room any longer, Sara walked out and decided to go find one of the monitors so that she could watch Kaitlyn and Layla in action. Finally managing to find a monitor near the catering area, Sara grabbed a bottle of water and took a seat at one of the empty tables as she watched the match. Cringing at a few points, Sara thought 'I don't really mean to cringe this much, but Aksana seems even more off the mark than she usually is. It's really taking away from this match.'

"Last time I saw you shudder and cringe this much, you had just gotten your arms and legs waxed for a swimsuit photo shoot and was still tender from the whole thing," said a voice from beside Sara.

Turning in the direction of the voice, Sara looked and saw that Seth was standing next to the table she was sitting at. Laughing as she shook her head, Sara said "Honestly, I'd rather go through the whole ordeal of getting waxed again if it means not having to sit by and watch a train wreck like this."

Taking the seat next to Sara, Seth playfully hissed and said "I don't think your girls would want to hear such burns like this coming from their friend. I mean, it'd be understandable to hear them coming from AJ, but from Sara Rollins would just crush them."

Playfully punching her brother on the arm, Sara said "I'll have you know, Seth, I wasn't cringing at Kaitlyn and Layla. Hell, they're the only Divas in this match that are making it worth the watch. I was cringing at Little Miss Lithuania, Aksana."

Shuddering himself, Seth said "Oh, right. I forgot all about her and her unique, uh, 'move set'."

"Now you know just as well as I do that Aksana hasn't exactly been the best at trying to be all that great of a competitor," Sara said. "Don't get me wrong; I think she's got talent. I just don't get why it is that she tends to have so much of the spotlight on her."

"Two things, dear sister," Seth said. Holding up his fingers as he counted them off, Seth said "One, her body. Two, her rack. Anything other than that is just pure luck on her end."

Laughing as she shook her head, Sara asked "Anyways, what are you even doing here? Aren't you usually in one of the more deserted parts of the backstage area with Dean and Roman thinking of battle plans for the night?"

"I came here because I needed to ask you something," Seth said.

"Sure, Seth. What is it?" Sara asked, turning to look Seth in the eye and give him her full attention.

Taking a deep breath and then letting it out, Seth turned to look Sara straight in the eye and asked "Sara, are you hurt?"

Blinking as she heard this question, Sara said "No, I'm not really hurt. Why do you ask?"

"Because, I noticed last night on RAW that when you were up against Crazy-I mean AJ-and when you were down at the ring with Randy for his match, you kept rubbing at your stomach," Seth said. "So, me being the overthinker that I am, I started to get a bit worried that you might've gotten hurt somehow."

Not quite wanting to break the news to Seth just yet that she was pregnant with the child of one of her brother's enemies, Sara lied and said "I had a bit of a rough training match with Kaitlyn a couple of weeks ago, so I guess I'm really starting to feel it now. All I can say is, damn, she sure knows her way with a Spear."

Laughing, Seth said "Well, she does do a Spear better than Big Show can. Actually makes her a bit more of threat than AJ."

Laughing at what Seth just said and then really taking notice of how he said it, Sara smirked and said "If I didn't know any better, I'd swear you were starting to catch a feeling or two for one of my friends."

Blushing at what Sara said, Seth said "I have no idea what you're talking about, Sare."

"The blush on your face would say otherwise," Sara said, tracing a finger across the bridge of Seth's nose. "If it'll make you feel any better, I could put in a good word for you and tell Kait you might like her."

"You would do that for me?" Seth asked, barely able to keep the excitement out of his voice.

Laughing at this, Sara said "Only if you'll be good."

Holding up his hand, Seth said "You have the promise of one third of The Shield that I won't seem too excited if Kaitlyn comes up to me asking for a date."

"Good. Now, I think you should be going now," Sara said. "The girls are done in the ring and I'm pretty sure it's almost time for whatever Shield craziness you, Dean, and Roman have in store for this week to get taped."

"You're more than likely right. I probably should get going," Seth said. "Last thing I need is for Dean to blow his stack over nothing."

"He really should take a chill pill every now and then," Sara said. "Dean could really go for slowing down sometimes."

Laughing at his younger sister, Seth said "I'll make sure to tell him that. If anything, chilling out is just the thing he might need." Leaning down and planting a kiss on Sara's forehead before he left, Seth said "Do me a favor and try not to get too hurt out there."

"I won't, Seth," Sara said. "Anyways, if I've been going toe to toe with the cyclone of crazy known as AJ Lee, then I'm pretty sure I can take it upon myself to not get too banged up. Now, go."

Letting his sister's words sink in, Seth turned and headed off in the direction he had come from to go meet back up with Dean and Roman. Watching as her brother walked off, Sara then sighed and ran both of her hands through her hair. 'I can't believe I just sat here and lied to my own brother. How the hell am I going to break it to both Randy and Seth that I'm pregnant?' Sara thought, resting her head in her hands. 'Maybe if I can at least tell Randy first, that'll make telling Seth easier. I just need to figure out when to let Randy know.'

Mostly what I wanted to at least touch on in this chapter was Seth worrying about Sara being hurt. The good news is that he doesn't have to worry about her being hurt. But, now Sara's faced with telling both Randy and Seth about her pregnancy. Can you say drama? Don't forget to R&R please. =)
