Test for and of Unity or Flight's Plight
Starting off, a door is being beaten, and not long, it is off its hinges thanks to an angry Terracleas. He's clearly upset about how the Cures not only beaten him but also broke his gauntlet so it was hard for him to get back.
"Those blasted, little girls. I knew these would make me slower, I would have had them if it weren't for this and I would have gotten here sooner without it," Terracleas said looking around the room. "Well it seems I'm in the wrong office again, rar, stupid junk made me not know where my own place is," Terracleas said recounting the times he went to the wrong office that's on top of a building, which Chikara has an awful lot of.
As he is about to break something in the dark room, Phillis opened the door and see he is about to get at the leftover furniture. He let him take a part of the table and chairs till he finally sees him in the room. He was surprised by how Phillis was there and let him destroy the furniture and ask him what is going on.
"Well while you were recovering from your first failure with your following one, (Getting Terracleas steam) I was discovered and I not only got a better place for us, but so long as I do work for them, we get plenty of nice assets," Phillis explain. "What kind of Assets?" Terracleas ask which prompt Phillis to teleport them to their new hideout.
Their new hideout is located on the grounds of an exquisite mansion, in a big shed that can house the two of them and all of their belongings. Terracleas look around at his new earth home as Philis explains how he got the place by helping the owners and figure they could use the space and items on their mission to give their leader what he wants and defeat the current cures. "I thought adding "search for a missing child" wouldn't drive us too away from our obligations so I accept it. So long as they won't interfere in any plans such as this," Philis said as he uses his gauntlet to open a cupboard to show a blueprint.
It has a design of a butterfly with four major points, two on each side, making the wings while the fifth is the body. Terracleas look and wonder about the design, thinking it must be feeble cause it looks like a bug which Philis add more by pulling out a pink, red and green cure soul, all having a fluttering butterfly, and inserting the latter two into the top sections and the pink in the middle. It fill out the lines as displayed on the blueprint and take out the yellow and blue cure souls and insert it to the bottom half, not only filling the lines but making the whole thing fire up only for it to go down, and having a design that seems sharper and less use of shapes compared to the ones from the Pretty Cure 5 group.
Philis explain, "This is from my research: the use of the Cure Souls to more than one being used, this perhaps could be the biggest and it is ready for release." As he gets the design from there, he told his cohort to watch him eliminate the cures while giving the most chaos as possible, with the use of a little bug. As he said those words, he took out a jar with a butterfly there to show how he's going to do it, turn on a TV that was above the cupboard and went was surprised about how it went and felt somewhat degraded when he saw a map of where the hideout is now and how he said it. "At least we haveTV now,"Terracleas said as he flipped the channels and wonder what he meant with having a TV there and to wait for him.
Meanwhile, the cures were in a depress state from their trip to Tori's homeland: both Tori and Carol are holding each other while Hoshi is lying on her bed, thinking about what they all went through, worry for her friend and surprised at how the events came. As she is thinking of a way to cheer them up, either with words or where to take them, she heard a loud noise from outside.
Earlier, Philis is outside on top of the city and release the butterfly from the jar and use the gauntlet with the Magic Beetle. "Bring, Forth, CHAOS," Philis said as he shot the beetle, with the five souls and design, into the small butterfly, making it grow to 40 times its size, black with dark tone colors, trying to fly but can only flutter on the tall building. It cast a great shadow on the city and as it flaps its wings, strong winds are made throughout the city, causing many people to panic and run from the giant butterfly Andro-Beast, as it looks scary cause of its' face that looks like it is going to eat them.
As it roars, Hoshi hears it and tell Tori and Carol that an Andro-Beast is attacking the city and from the sounds outside, it seems big. To her shock, neither move from their spots on top the bed and she ask why they are staying there. Both of them outright say that they are not going to go fight the Andro-Beast and Hoshi ask them why not.
"Hoshi, with every monster defeated, I get closer to being sent back to my homeland and you know how they are going to treat me when I go back. They might be worst by the time we're done," Tori explained and holding tight to Carol's arm. "Tori's right and I don't want her to leave. I WANT her to stay cause we're not meanies who bully her," Carol added.
"But the monster. The people are in danger and they need our help," Hoshi argued for. "If Tori's not going, I'll just be Rabbit and I can't do much, and I don't like your thinking," Carol told her, thinking of how the people they might rescue could be like Chao. "I don't want to do my job cause I am just an anomaly and my sole purpose must be to serve others and be dissed for it," Tori said thinking about how awful it is to be a maid in her homeland.
Fed up yet acknowledging their ideas, Hoshi says, "Fine, I'll go alone, this is my home and there are many people who need help and can't fight these monsters. Tori, I'm sorry for how they treat you or might treat you later in life but I am not going to let this realization stop me. Now if you'll excuse me, don't take this as me wanting you gone, Tori." Hoshi left her apartment with the two alone and went to find an isolated spot, so she can transform or see the Andro-Beast. She found one and thought about checking her smartphone to see what damages the beast had done or what it looks like when she felt a rumble from the building she was standing next to and drop her phone.
She looks up to see what it is and figure that it is the Andro-Beast and she should transform immediately. "U…Transform," Hoshi said as she transform into Cure Film and went to fight the beast. She did as much as she can alone, but with many punches and kicks, it doesn't even look like it's been harmed. Afterwards, she finally decides to use her Camera to stop it. Once she took a photo, she sigh in relief when it stopped only to change into an expression of fear as it became free after a few seconds. Film look at the photo and concluded that she hasn't fight it enough to be still for longer time and became more concern about how to deal with it alone.
Seeing the state of the Unity PreCure, Philis smiled and command his beast to up the ante in creating disorder and misery for others by using its arms or wings to pick up trees or cars and throw it outwards, which it did. To add to this, Philis said out loud, "This is my creation. Your heroes have forsaken you, now feed my Andro-Beast." He laughs out loud as the people outside scream from the Bug wrecking the city.
Meanwhile, Carol finally got off the bed with Tori in her arms to look outside the apartment from the slide glass door to see how chaotic it is. She saw and hear how the people are running and screaming from the beast. She's slightly moved to go out and help but can still imagine herself helping a bad person do wrong by rescuing them.
When the beast took a car and threw it towards Hoshi's car it freak both of them out. In her mind, she said, "My car, I've just got it fix after it turned into a monster. Stay calm, Film, I shouldn't give hints to my identity, it will be back soon. I hope." As she's having an internal meltdown, Carol who saw this, said, "Not Hoshi's car, she needs that and it helps get me and her to school. Why did it happen to her?"
This got Carol to think: she does have the power to stop this along with two others. Hoshi didn't deserve this and just like there might be more people like Chao in this world, there are others like Hoshi there too, who are most likely in trouble because of the Andro-Beast. She look more outside and felt sorry but immediately go to Tori to ask her to take part of the battle, but she said no while clearly being in a slump. "But Tori, Film is out there fighting and if I transform, I'll just be Rabbit and not do much. Please, help me and the others." She still says no, but Carol went along with her transformation, saying, "N… Transform". As said, she turn into Cure Rabbit with the broken stage but it didn't deter her from leaving.
Before she went outside, she told Tori, "The people need help from this monster but I still want you here, Tori." She opens the door to the balcony and climb up to the railing and jump high into the sky to get a view of the situation. After she sees the beast up front, she became frightened but shake it off quickly.
As she calm down, she ask her pendant for help and it pop up a whistle and baton. She's curious on how to use them until she saw the panic people. She knew what to do then blew her whistle and land on a car. This got every commoners attention and she directed everyone to be calm and where they need to go with her baton, which is glowing blue and sparking. As it is calming down everyone there, the negative feelings from them is going down tremendously, getting Film to be more going to fight against the enemy rather than how to finish this and Philis to be angry about it and demand the beast to attack Rabbit.
As it uses its arms to attack her, she dodged them with her jumping skills, which she jump on cars and side of the buildings, until she made the blunder of jumping on the beast. As Rabbit became caught by the growing and flexible arms, Tori was watching as she's alone in the apartment and felt bad for her friends while fearing an awful future that is to come when she is done. She's in a battle on whether she should fight with her friends or sit it out and delay her "inevitable" future while believing in the best in her friends.
But when Rabbit is thrown out into the sky, she diss that thinking, transform fast and fly out as Rabbit is flying. She goes to her hands to show that she is there to fight with them, making Rabbit happy seeing her there. Afterwards, both their pendants lights shine brightly, they began to glow while revolving in the air and grew into their better Cure forms. While they are growing, they stop flying and were moved to the ground and they did their pose as Cure Flight and Cure Lady. After they did their pose, Philis demand the beast to attack them and was about to get into the fight, only to be stopped by Film's camera and he's stuck, in time for the beast to fly towards the heroines and for him to fall off his own behemoth.
Immediately, Flight went to strike the upper part of the beast (the neck) and then went for the right middle side where it connects to the wing. Lady asked her why she attacked those areas and Flight explained, "While I was in my Bird form, I saw a couple spots on the beast that shine really bright and I can tell they were the weak points. Just look at how it is." They all see the beast wrenching in pain from it and told her teammates that there are two more weak spots across from where she strike.
Lady and Film agreed and they went to attack the points where Flight suggested (the left side connecting to wing, the lower region). The four points made a diamond shape and they reveal to be the Cure Souls of the latter four members of the Yes! 5 group. As the color on them can be seen, the fifth point can be seen on the head and seeing it's position, Flight call her pendant for a new attack where she kick a ball of pink energy towards the fifth point of the beast, completely immobilizing it and the souls showing their butterfly designs.
Seeing it, they all did their Regeneration Rings with Flight saying "Sky", Lady saying, "Class" and Film saying, "Life", it made the beast integrated, leaving the design of the Andro Beast and the Cure Souls. Each of the souls leave, each flying like a butterfly with the pink one leaving last to tell them "Thank You".
As the souls are in the sky going to their homes, a golden bright light surrounds the five while a white "stage" appeared at the bottom of our main heroines and they are being lifted off the ground. While they are flying, everything outside change and began to look warped and quickly start to spin. All three became dizzy as the outside starts to spin faster, all three revert back to their normal forms and appear in Hoshi's apartment with everything not spinning anymore.
They look around the room and wonder what happened until they heard the sound of toast getting out of the toaster and remember what they were about to have when they were taken. They further wonder about it when suddenly, the room is slowly morphing into one filled with darkness and shimmering stars. From there a half circle table appear as well as three figures there, with Nanette in the middle.
She in her sweet voice, told them, "We would like to apologize for what happened here and this situation does not reflect the entirety of our hierarchy." Hoshi put her head down in a gruff, having some knowledge of what it usually means while Tori and Carol still harbor some mistrust. "We would like to inform you that we had turn back time to when we had taken you as our way of apology for what we put you through this day as well as a thank you for fighting today's monster," Nanette mentioned.
The human duo was surprised by the news while Tori is barely moved by the gesture. Carol told them, "Change it back, we don't want any kind things from any of you." Hoshi was a little hesitant to say she actually likes it only for the sheep fairy to say, "It wasn't our decision to reverse time, in our current condition we don't have the power to do so. This is from our superior who did this not only as an apology but also because we are in need of more time ourselves." The cat fairy added, "In case you couldn't tell, some of our members are in serious trouble after what was discovered with Chao. As it turns out, it involved more of us then we thought. So we need more time to settle this."
They're all surprise about the news with Tori asking them, "But what about me becoming human or going to school?" The Sheep and Cat fairy look at Nanette and she told them, with some slowness to the first part, "That is also being looked over. As much as you need to focus on your mission to free the captured PreCures, this would need to be discussed, only this time with less hidden agendas." Tori sighed only for Nanette to finish by saying, "We'll bring you girls to our room when our decision is made, it won't be long. Have a good day."
After that, they vanish, and the room goes back to normal. Tori is saddened but Hoshi tried to make her feel better by saying that she might go to school one day and she'll continue to make friends while seeing the ones she made. She accepted it with bitterness as she look at the fact that she's a bird.
After that, the girls went through the day, aware that they had already gone through it only now they have the privilege to live it regularly only with Tori having a different schedule because she's a bird. For Tori, she still went to her school under the guise of looking for thevillains hideout so she can see what she is going to miss. She flew to her classroom window to see inside and when Mrs. Shiori did the roll call, she said here and look at her classmates, wondering what they are thinking about with her being absent. She looks especially at Ryuko and felt as though she let her down as in her current state, she can't be seen like this unless it is from her teammates and even if she wants to rebel against the traditional rules of warriors, she can'ttryout for Soccer because she is a small bird fairy, she won't be able to work with anyone and anything human size, specifically the balls and the players where unlike her home, only the field and buildings are fit the size of humans. She felt depressed and leave, thinking she can never go back or have a chance to live through this, either continuing or starting a new one.
Later that afternoon, the book goes and search for Tori and bring her to Buruberu Preschool, where Carol was release from school and got the two to go to Hoshi who was on her way to the school from her classes. She saw the duo with the book and bring them all to a small area near the university where there are not that many people but have a lot of shade.
They look at the book as it takes them to the council room in the Land of the Twinkling Land, only this time, there is a staircase in the middle and they are being called to go down while the room is empty. They went down, it being the right size for Carol and Hoshi and made it down to a short gold-clad hallway with ribbons in the mid-height of the hallway and at the end, a pedestal with a gold statuette of a woman, whose human, with her eyes close, a long, thin scarf around her arms, which are on her side, and above her head where a twelve-pointed crown is. She is the main treasure of the land, their Queen, Cassiopeia de Seiza.
Knowing who she's in the presence of, Tori panic and quickly get into a bowing position with her head on the ground. The others look at her and question her actions until she whispered to them who she is, and it got Hoshi to panic and quickly get to the ground, only to be stop by the Queen. "That won't be necessary Hoshi," the queen said in a regal manner. They all look at the statuette, understanding what she is and thinking about what they are called here for.
"I've heard everything that had happen, told as many stories from many perspectives and I came to a decision," The queen said as she call upon her magic and created a bracelet with a pink opal and place it on Tori's "leg" and they all look at it as it made Tori glow and grow to her human form. As she's grasping her returned form, Seiza said, "Even if you had the proper education from our world, I would still allow you to attend the school of their world if you wanted to and with this bracelet, you can attend. I see no reason why you shouldn't, since nearly every past cure went to school while doing their duties and with a few exceptions, but I trust you will make the right decision."
Tori smiled, shifting from her human form to her fairy form and until it end with her human form and look at her pink opal bracelet when Carol ask loudly, "But Ms. Seiza, Chao said that we should also make sure the Cure Souls make it to their owners. How can we do that?" Hoshi is about to tell her that she needed to be a more polite when there's royalty in the room when Seiza said, "You don't need to be formal with me Hoshi, you girls can talk to me in any method you like, so long as it's not crude. But about what Chao said, it has been agreed that the fairies and anyone aware would be responsible for making sure the Cure Souls would go to their hosts: there's enough brave ones that are willing to save their friends and, don't take it as an insult, but it's more of an inconvenience sending all three of you to protect them on route."
None of them took it as an insult, but then Hoshi asked, "Speaking of Chao, what become of him?"
The girls look at her, wondering why she would ask when the Queen answer, "After this revelation, I did an investigation by my own prowess and in my findings, there's many things that I found that are not good. Tell me, have anyone notice the shortness in the number of councilmembers earlier? (Carol shook her head no, while Tori and Hoshi said yes with the latter saying she only saw three of the twelve she believed while Tori said she didn't see her brother) Well, half of them are in trouble, Chao especially: he's been apparently fixing the classes at his school so that some students would get better fitting classes (either for better futures or fix a grade) while others get cleaning classes. Because of this, he's removed from his position on the Dragon Seat. As for the majority, they are being punished for acts related to Chao."
"But what about my big brother, Simon?" Tori asked which the response was, "His action relating to Chao is punching him in a brutish fashion and the addition of doing unpermitted work. He'll still be a councilmember but needs to fill out his punishment. All three freak out about this but Hoshi was impressed with him as a big brother standing for his sister.
"Now any other question?" The trio look at each other and agree that they do not have anything to add. "Good, now I'll send you home. Keep up your jobs and rise after this fallout, you will get something soon." Seiza said as she transported the trio back to Hoshi's apartment with a box on the living room table.
Hoshi open the box and see three, nicely-made phones, all similar to old fashioned cell phones and being their representative color with five big buttons on the bottom, ten buttons below it and circle button at the top, being the center for a design with angel wings. Tori is amazed by the phones which begs the others to ask about it.
"These are communicators, or what you guys call cell phones. These are specially made phones, earlier I try buying some for each of us to easily communicate, but it was over my budget. We each get one, I can go to school on Monday, and with how Cassiopia De Seiza can be, I'm sure she'll let me stay here. Eeee. To commemorate this, I'm going to make some nice desserts." Tori said as she put her phone in her pocket and head for the kitchen, with Carol cheering for it.
Hoshi asked her if she will be okay from here on out with the knowledge she has about the truth on her previous courses, skills, and why the others treated her differently. "I'll be fine, knowing I'll be going to school here where I won't get the same treatment as over there makes me feel good and I can't wait to move on cause who knows what will be there for me," Tori said as she put on an apron, though in her mind, she's upset that she miss soccer tryouts that day because she's been a fairy all day.
